The article presents a case study of 40-week female term infant delivered by Cesarean section and was noted with an imperforate anus while the two-vessel cord was verified. A computerized tomography scan of sinuses was performed due to the infant's breathing pattern and a hypodense soft tissue mass involving the left lacrimal sac was found. The infant was diagnosed with nasolacrimal duct mucocele and was treated with warm compresses, lacrimal massage and ophthalmic antibiotic drops.
