While factors affecting highly educated migrants are well documented, controversies on whether noneconomic or economic factors matter remain largely unexplored. This manuscript investigates the effects of natural amenities (water and forests) and economic forces (household income and unemployment rate) on talent distribution at the subcounty level. Natural amenities and economic forces were analyzed with respect to talent share empirically estimated at the municipal level in an amenity-rich lakes region of the North Central United States from 1970 to 2000. The limited panel data analysis results suggest that 'natural beauty' (natural amenities) has no direct positive effect on talent share but that 'money' (household income) matters. When interacting with 'money,' water coverage has a positive effect on talent share. Unemployment rate generally does not have any effect on talent distribution. The purpose of this paper is to provide a random duality theory for the further development of the theory of random conjugate spaces for random normed modules. First, the complicated stratification structure of a module over the algebra L( μ, K) frequently makes our investigations into random duality theory considerably different from the corresponding ones into classical duality theory, thus in this paper we have to first begin in overcoming several substantial obstacles to the study of stratification structure on random locally convex modules. Then, we give the representation theorem of weakly continuous canonical module homomorphisms, the theorem of existence of random Mackey structure, and the random bipolar theorem with respect to a regular random duality pair together with some important random compatible invariants. The spatial calculating analysis model is based on GIS overlay. It compartmentalizes the research district land into three spatial parts: unchanged part, converted part and increased part. By this method we can evaluate the numerical model and dynamic degree model for existing calculating changing speed of land-use. Furthermore the paper raises reviving the calculating analysis model of spatial information in order to predict the dynamic changing level of all sorts of land. More concretely speaking, the model is mainly to know the changing area and changing speed (increased or decreased) of different land classifications from the microcosmic angle and to clearly show the spatial distribution and spatio-temporal law for changing urban lands. We discover why the situation has taken place by combining social and economic conditions. The result indicates that the calculating analysis model of spatial information can derive more accurate procedure of spatial transference and increase of all kinds of land from the microcosmic angle. By this model and technology, we can make the research of spatio-temporal structure evolution in land-use be more systematical and deeper.
