Subfraction 7-3 was further eluted on a silica gel (200-300 mesh) column with gradient dichloromethane-acetone (10:1-0:1) to give compound B 6 b (113.5 mg). SP 1 sp H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO B - b d SB 6 sb , , ppm, J/Hz): 7.99 (2H, dd, J = 7.8, 1.5, H-2", 6"), 7.60 (1H, t, J = 7.8, H-4"), 7.47 (2H, t, J = 7.8, H-3", 5"), 7.29 (1H, td, J = 7.6, 1.5, H-5), 7.18 (1H, dd, J = 7.6, 1.5, H-3), 7.10 (1H, d, J = 7.8, H-6), 7.02 (1H, td, J = 7.6, 1.4, H-4), 6.08 (1H, dt, J = 9.8, 3.6, H-13), 5.77 (1H, dt, J = 9.8, 1.7, H-14), 5.37 (1H, d, J = 7.6, H-1'), 5.30 (1H, d, J = 11.8, H-7a), 5.23 (1H, d, J = 11.8, H-7b), 5.08 (1H, m, H-2'), 3.96-3.25 (5H, m, H-3'-6'), 2.87 (1H, m, H-11a), 2.65 (1H, m, H-12a), 2.59 (1H, m, H-11b), 2.50 (1H, m, H-12b). Fraction 4 was chromatographed on a silica gel (200-300 mesh) column eluting with dichloromethane-acetone (15:1-0:1) to give compound B 10 b (249.4 mg). SP 1 sp H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d SB 6 sb , , ppm, J/Hz): 9.43 (1H, br.s, 3'-OH), 7.46 (1H, dd, J = 2.4, 8.4, H-6'), 7.44 (1H, d, J = 2.4, H-2'), 6.90 (1H, d, J = 8.4, H-5'), 6.79 (1H, d, J = 2.0, H-6), 6.78 (1H, s, H-3), 6.47 (1H, d, J = 2.0, H-8), 5.09 (1H, d, J = 7.0, H-1"), 3.42 (3H, OCH SB 3 sb ), 3.20-3.73 (sugar protons), 12.99 (1H, s, 5-OH).
