A series of adsorption/oxidation bifunctional material with different Fe(II) loading amounts was prepared by using ultrahigh crosslinking adsorption resin (LXQ-10) as a carrier and FeCl2 as an impregnating solution. The bifunctional material was characterized by BET, SEM, XRD, XPS, and EPR. The effects of Fe loading, reaction temperature, and space velocity on benzene adsorption efficiency were investigated using self-made experimental equipment to explore the optimal reaction condition. The adsorption results were fitted and analyzed by using four typical models: the quasi-first-order kinetic model, the quasi-second-order kinetic model, Elovich's kinetic model, and the Weber and Morris kinetic model. The quasi-first-order kinetic model had the highest R2 value (0.998) and the best applicability. The fitting effect of the Freundlich equation (R2 = 0.997) was better than that of the Langmuir equation (R2 = 0.919). Furthermore, the effects of Fe loading, H2O2 concentration, benzene inlet concentration, and temperature on the catalytic oxidation efficiency of benzene were studied. The catalytic oxidation efficiency of 3-Fe(II)/LXQ-10 was maintained at about 95% at a temperature of 303 K and an H2O2 concentration of 150 mmol/L. Compared with the adsorption efficiency, the catalytic oxidation efficiency of bifunctional resin materials in a heterogeneous Fenton system was remarkably improved and had excellent stability. A possible migration and transformation path during benzene removal was proposed according to the results of the analysis of GC-MS intermediates. Cerebral ischemic stroke is a high-risk disease and imposes heavy burdens on patients in china. Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to treat motor dysfunction, cognitive disorder and language barrier caused by cerebral ischemic stroke. Acupoint lines, vertex middle line and anterior oblique line of vertex temple, are always employed to treat cerebral ischemic stroke. However, the mechanism of the two acupoint lines in relieving cerebral ischemic stroke needs further exploration. In the present study, scalp acupuncture treatment alleviated the motor dysfunction, brain damage, and cell death induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats. Proteomics analysis and ultrastructure observation indicated that endoplasmic reticulum and lysosomes might involve in the mechanism of the scalp acupuncture treatment in suppressing MCAO-triggered neural deficits. Effect of the scalp acupuncture treatment on ER stress was then investigated and found that the activation of ER stress mediators, including PERK, IRE1, and ATF6, was downregulated after the scalp acupuncture treatment. Co-localisation analysis of KDEL and CD63 showed that the engulfment of ER fragments by lysosomes was accelerated by the scalp acupuncture treatment. Moreover, expression of pro-apoptotic protein CHOP, phosphorylated-JNK, cleaved capases-3 and -9 also decreased after the scalp acupuncture. In conclusion, the present study showed that scalp acupuncture of vertex middle line and anterior oblique line of vertex temple may alleviate cerebral ischemic stroke by inhibiting ER stress-accelerated apoptosis. With the transformation from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing, customer-oriented personalized customization has gradually become the main mode of production. Interactive algorithms determine the pros and cons of the solution via customers which can make customers better participants in the customization process. However, if the population size is expanded and the number of evolutionary iterations is too high, frequent interactions are likely to cause customer fatigue. This paper proposes an adaptive interactive artificial immune algorithm based on improved hierarchical clustering. This algorithm uses the improved hierarchical clustering algorithm to optimize generation of the initial antibodies and applies the affinity calculation method based on customer intention, adaptive crossover and mutation operators, and a multisolution reservation method based on hybrid selection strategy to the artificial immune algorithm. Via empirical research on the customized operational data of wheel hubs, the proposed method effectively solves the problem of customer fatigue, significantly improves the convergence speed of the algorithm and reduces the time cost.
