A system's capacity to distinguish between human-written input and Literary Writing (LW) is known as LW. LW entered by scanning is considered offline, but LW joined by a pen tip is viewed online. The LW issue is regarded as difficult in computer vision. A person's LW will often vary from one person to another. The LW may produce material that needs more complex comprehension and cultural awareness to create highly profound literary works. In this study, we suggesta unique Deep Spatio-Temporal Residual Convolutional Neural Network (DS-TRCNN) technique to enhance the LW. Our discussion covered the Maximum Qualitative Analysis 6 (MAXQDA6) dataset, coded using the deductive method. The Spatial–Temporal Filter (STF) is a method for identifying information that changes over time and is linked to certain geographical places or areas. The Kernel Principal Component Analysis (KPCA) is used to separate the attributes from the segmented data. The testing findings show that this system's future usage has very high levels of Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1-score, which is adequate proof of its effectiveness and compares the error rate for recommended ways of Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Square Error (MSE). With this method, we provide new avenues for automated storytelling, support for creative writing, and investigation of literary genres are made possible. With the continuous appearance and expansion of high-strength hydrogels in emerging fields such as industry, medicine, and green development, the synthesis and application of high-strength hydrogels have developed dramatically and achieved remarkable results from the aspects of raw materials, preparation methods, and reinforcement mechanisms. However, there is still a lack of systematic reviews on high-strength hydrogels. Herein, we first discuss the advantages of natural and synthetic materials, and the characteristics of high-strength hydrogels prepared from different raw materials; we then expound on the influence mechanism of physical interactions or chemical bonds on the strength of the hydrogel from three aspects: physical cross-linking, chemical cross-linking, and dynamic chemical cross-linking; at last, we systematically expound the strengthening strategies, including double network/multi-network, nanocomposite, topology, supramolecular polymerization, and characteristics and strengthening mechanisms of such high-strength hydrogels. In addition, based on the development status of high-strength hydrogels, we combined the application requirements and the existing drawbacks of high-strength hydrogels to propose their possible development directions in the future. Chemoradiation-resistant cancers limit treatment efficacy and safety. We show here the cancer cell-specific, on-demand intracellular amplification of chemotherapy and chemoradiation therapy via gold nanoparticle- and laser pulse-induced mechanical intracellular impact. Cancer aggressiveness promotes the clustering of drug nanocarriers and gold nanoparticles in cancer cells. This cluster, upon exposure to a laser pulse, generates a plasmonic nanobubble, the mechanical explosion that destroys the host cancer cell or ejects the drug into its cytoplasm by disrupting the liposome and endosome. The same cluster locally amplifies external X-rays. Intracellular synergy of the mechanical impact of plasmonic nanobubble, ejected drug and amplified X-rays improves the efficacy of standard chemoradiation in resistant and aggressive head and neck cancer by 100-fold in vitro and 17-fold in vivo, reduces the effective entry doses of drugs and X-rays to 2-6% of their clinical doses and efficiently spares normal cells. The developed quadrapeutics technology combines four clinically validated components and transforms a standard macrotherapy into an intracellular on-demand theranostic microtreatment with radically amplified therapeutic efficacy and specificity.
