Abstract

Examines the effect of porosity and copper content on compressive strength of copper/copper oxide cermet. Change of compressive strength with the porosity of cermets prepared by conventional powder metallurgy method and volume reduction method; Implication that the compressive strength of copper/copper oxide cermet has no strong relation with the copper content.
