In recent years, COVID-19 has led to a blossoming of online counseling (OC) as an important and alternative way to help people in need. In this regard, the present study aims to explore and clarify therapists' practical implementation and preparation of OC in the post-pandemic era by developing scales. In total, 306 Taiwanese licensed therapists participated in this study and filled out the developed scales (75 males and 231 females, 246 of whom have provided OC to clients). The psychometric analysis revealed that the two scales developed in this study, the implementation of OC scale and the preparation of OC scale, have positive reliability and validity. The former consists of three factors: standardized process, presence of infrastructure, and similarity in practice, and the latter comprises two factors: intent to conduct OC and perceived benefits for clients. In addition, the results indicated that therapists who are elder, more experienced, or working in community mental health facilities showed better practical implementation and preparation of OC. Precision forging is a choice for compressor blade fabrication. Pressure and suction surfaces could be forged to yield design requirements but the blade edge could not. A localization for machining blade edge, considering forging deformation and surface continuity, is discussed in this paper. Different from making machining allowance more balance in past researches, minimizing the difference between machined surface and design surface is adopted. Except machining allowance constraint, new constraints about form tolerance and geometry continuity are built up for localization. As a model for generating tool path, the machining surface of the blade edge is determined by adjusting a group of section curves under proposed constraints. We compared the vitrified outcomes between early and expanded blastocysts with or without laser drilling. The grade III embryos from the patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) in our reproductive center from September 2009 to February 2015 were incubated into early blastocysts and expanded blastocysts. The early blastocysts and expanded blastocysts were, respectively, divided into laser group (vitrification after laser drilling), non-laser group (direct vitrification), and control group (fresh non-vitrified blastocysts). After thawing, the blastular anabiosis rate, expansion rate, hatching rate, and apoptosis were observed in each group and then were compared amongst groups. This study indicated that the blastular expansion rate (all P < 0.01) and hatching rate (all P < 0.01) were significantly lower, but the blastular apoptosis (all P < 0.05) was significantly higher in both laser and non-laser groups than in the control group in the early blastocysts. In the expanded blastocysts, the blastular anabiosis rate was significantly higher in the laser group than in the non-laser group ( P < 0.01), and the blastular expansion rate was significantly higher, but the blastular apoptosis was significantly lower in both laser group and control group than in the non-laser group (all P < 0.05). The blastular expansion rate (all P < 0.01) and hatching rate (all P < 0.01) were significantly higher, but the blastular apoptosis (all P < 0.05) was significantly lower in the expanded laser group than in both early laser and early non-laser groups. This article presents the first study of the head-on collision of two ion-acoustic solitary waves (IASWs) in magnetized plasmas with nonextensive electrons and positrons using the extended Poincaré-Lighthill-Kuo (PLK) method. The effects of the ion gyro-frequency to ion plasma frequency ratio, the positron to ion number density ratio, the electrons temperature to positrons temperature ratio, and the nonextensive parameter q on the phase shifts are investigated. Gas chromatography (GC) analysis of sulfer dioxide is challenging because SO is a highly mobile and chemically active molecule. For the conventional GC method with flame photometric detector (FPD) and direct-injection, it is often ineffective particularly when the SO level is as low as on the trace level. In this paper, a modified GC system integrated with an adsorption-desorption device was developed to detect the trace SO impurity in H fuel. Adsorbent GDX-502 is used in the adsorber to adsorb/collect SO from the sample gas and desorb/release it in a concentrated flow so that the conventional GC at downstream could detect it with an acceptable accuracy. The effect of CaF2-doped ZrO2 catalyst for the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), CO2-temperature programmed desorption (TPD), Raman spectra, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Objective: To investigate the effects of ligustrazine (Li) on myocardial fibrosis in rats with pressure overload. Methods: Pressure overload rat models were established by constricting the abdominal aorta. Sixty-three SD rats were divided into 3 groups: Sham operated group (SOG, n = 21), operated group (OG, n = 21) and operated combined with ligustrazine group (OG+Li, n = 21). Each group was randomly assigned to seven time points: The 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 14th, 21st and 30th day after operation. Three rats were included in each time point. Serial sections of cardiac tissues were examined and the morphological or morphometric analysis of the SOG, OG and OG+Li done by histopathological and computer image analyzer technique. Results: (1) It showed that there were reactive fibrosis (from the 4th day on after operation) and reparative fibrosis (from the 21st day on after operation) in the OG, while myocardial fibrosis in the OG+Li was alleviated. Though reactive fibrosis (from the 21st day on after operation) was shown, reparative fibrosis wasn't seen. (2) Perivascular collagen area (PVCA) in the OG (2. 09 ± 0. 45) was significantly higher than SOG (0.83 ± 0.06) from the 1st day on after operation and then steadily increased, while in the OG+Li (1.16 ± 0.06), it was significantly lower than OG at the same time; collagen volume fraction (CVF) in the OG (3.08 ± 0. 56) significantly increased compared with the SOG (2. 78 ± 0. 64) from the 2nd day on after operation and showed a trend of rapid ascending from the 21st day on after operation; and in the OG + Li (4.69 ± 0.85), it was significantly decreased compared with the OG (7.56 ± 0.88) from the 21st day on after operation, with all P<0. 05. CHF is a common cardiovascular complication, and also is a result of all kinds of cardiopathies. Common cardiotonic and diuretic treatment don't have a good effect and patients could easily get digitalism because of poor tolerance of digitalis. Recently, good curative effects have been achieved by the therapy of integrative Chinese and western medicine. Especially in recent few years, Chinese medicine has reached a fairly depth and achieved positive results in studying CHF with the raising level of medical research. Even so, because of lacking n a great many controlled observation, further research of the effect on CHF with Chinese medicine is remained to be studied from biochemical and biomolecular level, or from clinical practice. Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is appeared to be higher risk of declining kidney function compared to non-diabetic kidney disease with same magnitude of albuminuria. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) program of tubular epithelial cells (TECs) could be important for the production of the extracellular matrix in the kidney. Caveolin-1 (CAV1), dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) and integrin β1 have shown to be involved in EMT program. Here, we found diabetic kidney is prone for albuminuria-induced TECs damage and DPP-4 plays a vital role in such parenchymal damages in diabetic mice. The bovine serum albumin (BSA) injection induced severe TECs damage and altered expression levels of DPP-4, integrin β1, CAV1, and EMT programs including relevant microRNAs in type 1 diabetic CD-1 mice when compared to non-diabetic mice; teneligliptin (TENE) ameliorated these alterations. TENE suppressed the close proximity among DPP-4, integrin β1 and CAV1 in a culture of HK-2 cells. These findings suggest that DPP-4 inhibition can be relevant for combating proteinuric DKD by targeting the EMT program induced by the crosstalk among DPP-4, integrin β1 and CAV1. DEAD (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp) box helicase 5 (DDX5) is an ATP-dependent RNA helicase that is overexpressed in various malignancies. Increasing evidence suggests that DDX5 participates in carcinogenesis and cancer progression via promoting cell proliferation and metastasis. However, the functional role of DDX5 in gastric cancer is largely unknown. In this study, we observed that DDX5 was significantly up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues compared with the paired adjacent normal tissues. The expression of DDX5 correlated strongly with Ki67 index and pathological stage of gastric cancer. In vitro and in vivo studies suggested that knockdown of DDX5 inhibited gastric cancer cell proliferation, colony formation and xenografts growth, whereas ectopic expression of DDX5 promoted these cellular functions. Mechanically, DDX5 induced gastric cancer cell growth by activating mTOR/S6K1. Treatment of everolimus, the specific mTOR inhibitor, significantly attenuated DDX5-mediated cell proliferation. Interestingly, the expression of DDX5 and p-mTOR in gastric cancer tissues demonstrated a positive correlation. Taken together, these results revealed a novel role of DDX5 in gastric cancer cell proliferation via the mTOR pathway. Therefore, DDX5 may serve as a therapeutic target in gastric cancer. Doxorubicin(DOX)-loaded chitosan oligosaccharide(CSO)/indomethacin(Indo) nanoparticles(NPs) was developed as a uniform particle size, high drug loaded capacity, good biostability and biocompatibility drug delivery system. According to the principle of “Like dissolves like”, Indo was grafted to the bones of CSO under mild condition. The CSO/Indo NPs were formed by ultrasonic dispersion method in the aqueous medium. The critical aggregation concentrations of the CSO/Indo NPs were from 33.89 µg/ml to 287.92 µg/ml. The IC50 of blank CSO/Indo NPs (311.06 µg/ml–1365.3 µg/ml) on HepG2 cell lines indicated that they could be used as safe carriers except CSO18000/Indo100%. DOX–loaded NPs were prepared by a dialysis method. The sizes of drug-loaded NPs were significantly smaller than those of the corresponding blank nanoparticles while all the zeta potentials of drug-loaded nanoparticles were lower than those blank nanoparticles. These data supported our original scientific hypothesis that the π bonds in the structure of CSO/Indo might generate the physical interaction with the π bonds of DOX. Compared with the IC50 of free DOX·HCl solution (8.576 µg/ml), the IC50 of the drug-loaded NPs (3.125 µg/ml—4.524 µg/ml) showed that they had obvious enhanced anti-tumour effect.
