Purpose: Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) is a promising target for diagnosis and radioligand therapy (RLT) of prostate cancer. Two novel PSMA-targeting radionuclide therapy agents, [177Lu]Lu-P17-087, and its albumin binder modified derivative, [177Lu]Lu-P17-088, were evaluated in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) patients. The primary endpoint was dosimetry evaluation, the second endpoint was radiation toxicity assessment (CTCAE 5.0) and PSA response (PCWG3). Methods: Patients with PSMA-positive tumors were enrolled after [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT scan. Five mCRPC patients received [177Lu]Lu-P17-087 and four other patients received [177Lu]Lu-P17-088 (1.2 GBq/patient). Multiple whole body planar scintigraphy was performed at 1.5, 4, 24, 48, 72, 120 and 168 h after injection and one SPECT/CT imaging was performed at 24 h post-injection for each patient. Dosimetry evaluation was compared in both patient groups. Results: Patients showed no major clinical side-effects under this low dose treatment. As expected [177Lu]Lu-P17-088 with longer blood circulation (due to its albumin binding) exhibited higher effective doses than [177Lu]Lu-P17-087 (0.151 ± 0.036 vs. 0.056 ± 0.019 mGy/MBq, P = 0.001). Similarly, red marrow received 0.119 ± 0.068 and 0.048 ± 0.020 mGy/MBq, while kidney doses were 0.119 ± 0.068 and 0.046 ± 0.022 mGy/MBq, respectively. [177Lu]Lu-P17-087 demonstrated excellent tumor uptake and faster kinetics; while [177Lu]Lu-P17-088 displayed a slower washout and higher average dose (7.75 ± 4.18 vs. 4.72 ± 2.29 mGy/MBq, P = 0.018). After administration of [177Lu]Lu-P17-087 and [177Lu]Lu-P17-088, 3/5 and 3/4 patients showed reducing PSA values, respectively. Conclusion: [177Lu]Lu-P17-088 and [177Lu]Lu-P17-087 displayed different pharmacokinetics but excellent PSMA-targeting dose delivery in mCRPC patients. These two agents are promising RLT agents for personalized treatment of mCRPC. Further studies with increased dose and frequency of RLT are warranted to evaluate the potential therapeutic efficacy. Integrin receptor αvβ3 and gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) expression of tumors could be detected using PET imaging with radiolabeled Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) and the antagonistic bombesin analog RM26, respectively. The purpose of this study was to investigate the dual receptor-targeting property of the heterodimer RGD-RM26-03 (denoted as LNC1015), demonstrate the tumor diagnostic value of [68Ga]Ga-LNC1015 in preclinical experiments, and evaluate its preliminary clinical feasibility. Methods: LNC1015 was designed and synthesized by linking cyclic RGD and the RM26 peptide. Preclinical pharmacokinetics were detected in a PC3 xenograft model using microPET and biodistribution studies. The clinical feasibility of [68Ga]Ga-LNC1015 PET/CT was performed in patients with breast cancer, and the results were compared with those of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG). Results: [68Ga]Ga-LNC1015 had good stability in saline for at least 2 h, and favorable binding affinity and specificity were demonstrated in vitro and in vivo. The tumor uptake and retention of [68Ga]Ga-LNC1015 during PET imaging were improved compared with its monomeric counterparts [68Ga]Ga-RGD and [68Ga]Ga-RM26 at all the time points examined. In our initial clinical studies, the tumor uptake and tumor-to-background ratio (TBR) of primary and metastatic lesions in [68Ga]Ga-LNC1015 PET/CT were significantly higher than those in [18F]FDG PET/CT, resulting in high lesion detection rate and tumor delineation. Conclusion: The dual targeting radiotracer [68Ga]Ga-LNC1015 showed significantly improved tumor uptake and retention, as well as lower liver uptake than [68Ga]Ga-RGD and [68Ga]Ga-RM26 monomer. Purpose: We aimed to compare the diagnostic performance and biodistribution of two similar PET agents, [68Ga]Ga-P16-093 and [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11, in the same group of primary prostate cancer (PCa) patients. Methods: Fifty patients with untreated, histologically confirmed PCa by needle biopsy were enrolled. Each patient underwent [68Ga]Ga-P16-093 and [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT within a week. In addition to visual analysis, the standardized uptake value (SUV) was measured for semiquantitative comparison and correlation analysis. Results: [68Ga]Ga-P16-093 PET/CT detected more positive tumors than [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT (202 vs. 190, P = 0.002), both for intraprostatic lesions (48 vs. 41, P = 0.016) and metastatic lesions (154 vs. 149, P = 0.125), especially for intraprostatic lesions in low- and intermediate-risk PCa patients (21/23 vs. 15/23, P = 0.031). Furthermore, [68Ga]Ga-P16-093 PET/CT exhibited a significantly higher SUVmax for most matched tumors (13.7 ± 10.2 vs. 11.4 ± 8.3, P < 0.001). For normal organs, [68Ga]Ga-P16-093 PET/CT showed significantly lower activity in the kidney (SUVmean: 20.1 ± 6.1 vs. 29.3 ± 9.1, P < 0.001) and urinary bladder (SUVmean: 6.5 ± 7.1 vs. 20.9 ± 17.4, P < 0.001), but displayed a higher uptake in the parotid gland (SUVmean: 8.7 ± 2.6 vs. 7.6 ± 2.1, P < 0.001), liver (SUVmean: 7.0 ± 1.9 vs. 3.7 ± 1.3, P < 0.001), and spleen (SUVmean: 8.2 ± 3.0 vs. 5.2 ± 2.2, P < 0.001) than [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT. Conclusion: [68Ga]Ga-P16-093 PET/CT demonstrated higher tumor uptake and better tumor detectability than [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT, especially in low- and intermediate-risk PCa patients, which indicated that [68Ga]Ga-P16-093 may serve as an alternative agent for detection of PCa. Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare 68 Ga-NOTA-3P-TATE-RGD, a dual somatostatin receptor 2– and integrin αVβ3–targeting tracer, to 68 Ga-DOTATATE in a single group of patients with gastroenteropancreatic (GEP)-neuroendocrine tumours (NETs). Methods: Thirty-five patients with histologically confirmed GEP-NETs (5 grade 1, 28 grade 2, and 2 grade 3 tumours) were prospectively enrolled with informed consent. The primary tumour mainly originated from the pancreas and rectum. All patients were scanned with both 68 Ga-NOTA-3P-TATE-RGD PET/CT and 68 Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT within a week and compared on a head-to-head basis. Sixteen patients also had conventional 18F-FDG PET/CT. Images were evaluated semi-quantitatively using maximum standardized uptake values (SUVmax) of tumour and tumour-to-background ratio. Results: All patients had at least one positive lesion on each of the two scans. A total of 1190 and 1106 lesions were detected on 68 Ga-NOTA-3P-TATE-RGD images and 68 Ga-DOTATATE images, respectively (P = 0.152). 68 Ga-NOTA-3P-TATE-RGD PET/CT revealed significantly more lesions in the liver than 68 Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT (634 vs. 532, P = 0.021). Both tracers produced comparable results for detecting primary tumours (20 vs. 20, P = 1.000), lymph node metastases (101 vs. 102, P = 0.655), and bone metastases (381 vs. 398, P = 0.244). The tumour SUVmax in 12 patients was significantly higher for 68 Ga-NOTA-3P-TATE-RGD than for 68 Ga-DOTATATE (27.2 ± 13.6 vs. 19.5 ± 10.0, P < 0.001); among them, 9 had 18F-FDG PET/CT and all were found to be FDG-positive. The remaining 23 patients had significantly higher 68 Ga-DOTATATE uptake than 68 Ga-NOTA-3P-TATE-RGD uptake (22.3 ± 16.4 vs. 11.9 ± 7.5, P < 0.001); among them, 7 had 18F-FDG PET/CT and 6 were FDG-negative. Generally, 68 Ga-DOTATATE demonstrated higher tumour SUVmax than 68 Ga-NOTA-3P-TATE-RGD (20.8 ± 16.0 vs. 14.2 ± 8.9, P < 0.001), including primary tumours, liver lesions, lymph node lesions, and bone lesions. However, the tumour-to-background ratio of liver lesions was significantly higher when using 68 Ga-NOTA-3P-TATE-RGD compared with that when using 68 Ga-DOTATATE (8.4 ± 5.5 vs. 4.7 ± 3.7, P < 0.001). Conclusion: 68 Ga-NOTA-3P-TATE-RGD performed better than 68 Ga-DOTATATE in detection of liver metastases with a higher tumour-to-background ratio. Moreover, 68 Ga-NOTA-3P-TATE-RGD tended to demonstrate higher uptake over 68 Ga-DOTATATE in FDG-avid NETs. Aiming to solve the problems of low accuracy of multi-step prediction and difficulty in determining the maximum number of prediction steps of chaotic time series, a multi-step time series prediction model based on the dilated convolution network and long short-term memory (LSTM), named the dilated convolution-long short-term memory (DC-LSTM), is proposed. The dilated convolution operation is used to extract the correlation between the predicted variable and correlational variables. The features extracted by dilated convolution operation and historical data of predicted variable are input into LSTM to obtain the desired multi-step prediction result. Furthermore, cross-correlation analyses (CCA) are applied to calculate the reasonable maximum prediction steps of chaotic time series. Actual applications of multi-step prediction were studied to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model which has superiorities in RMSE, MAE and prediction accuracy because of the extraction of correlation between the predicted variable and correlational variables. Moreover, the proposed DC-LSTM model provides a new method for prediction of chaotic time series and lays a foundation for scientific data analysis of chaotic time series monitoring systems. Performance pattern identification is the key basis for fault detection and condition prediction, which plays a major role in ensuring safety and reliability in complex electromechanical systems (CESs). However, there are a few problems related to the automatic and adaptive updating of an identification model. Aiming to solve the problem of identification model updating, a novel framework for performance pattern identification of the CESs based on the artificial immune systems and incremental learning is proposed in this paper to classify real-time monitoring data into different performance patterns. First, an unsupervised clustering technique is used to construct an initial identification model. Second, the artificial immune and outlier detection algorithms are applied to identify abnormal data and determine the type of immune response. Third, incremental learning is employed to trace the dynamic changes of patterns, and operations such as pattern insertion, pattern removal, and pattern revision are designed to realize automatic and adaptive updates of an identification model. The effectiveness of the proposed framework is demonstrated through experiments with the benchmark and actual pattern identification applications. As an unsupervised and self-adapting approach, the proposed framework inherits the preponderances of the conventional methods but overcomes some of their drawbacks because the retraining process is not required in perceiving the pattern changes. Therefore, this method can be flexibly and efficiently used for performance pattern identification of the CESs. Weld quality management is currently one of the most concerning issues in the manufacturing industry. In this paper, a novel method is proposed for weld defect classification based on the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and Dempster-Shafer (DS) evidence theory. First, to overcome the problem of traditional DS methods, which weigh every feature equally in classification, a method is proposed based on AHP to calculate the weight of features (WF) of a weld defect, which can then be utilized in classification. Then, an improved method based on DS evidence theory is presented to improve the accuracy of classification, which includes calculation of the standard value of features based on frequency histograms analysis and an improved Dempster's rule for combination based on WF. A case study on the classification of steam turbine weld defects is provided to illustrate and evaluate the proposed techniques. The results show that the proposed method increases the correct recognition rate of classification with limited samples, making DS evidence theory applicable to weld defect classification. Multivariate time series is widely used to evaluate and predict the health state of system. To focus on the importance of prediction accuracy for multivariate time series, many a research have been done on improving the performance of predictive model. However, for multivariate time series, the prediction accuracy depends not only on predictive model but also on the input information. In this paper, we combine data fusion with ESN to improve the prediction accuracy of multivariate time series, which focuses on both the processing of the input information of predictive model and the optimizing of predictive model. First, multi-sources data fusion is presented to obtain the new input for prediction model before predicting; phase space reconstruction and self-adaptive weighted fusion algorithm are adopted to fuse multivariate time series and obtain more complete information. Then, leaky rectifier liner units are used to replace the original activation function, tanh, and locality preserving projection is employed to optimize the state matrix of the reservoir. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an analysis of one case study of real compressor groups data sets in chemical production system. The results and a comparison with the traditional method show that the proposed method can greatly enhance the prediction accuracy of multivariate time series and the one-step ahead prediction accuracy is improved by three orders of magnitude as well as a better generalization ability is obtained in the multi-steps ahead prediction. False monitoring information is a major problem in process production system and several ineffective methods have been proposed to identify false monitoring information in the production system. In this paper, a new method is proposed to identify false monitoring information based on system coupling analysis and collision detection from the perspective of data analysis. Coupling multifractal features are extracted to reflect the changes in coupling relationship by utilizing the multifractal detrended cross-correlation analysis (MF-DXA). Each monitoring variable in process production system has more than one coupled variable, which can be regarded as multi-source. To achieve low redundancy in features and uniform description of coupling relationship, the feature level information fusion is studied based on modified Mahalanobis Taguchi system (MTS). False alarms are identified when the coupling relationships among the coupled monitoring variables collide. In order to recognize the different operating conditions of a distributed and complex electromechanical system in the process industry, this work proposed a novel method of condition recognition by combining complex network theory with phase space reconstruction. First, a condition-space with complete information was reconstructed based on phase space reconstruction, and each condition in the space was transformed into a node of a complex network. Second, the limited penetrable visibility graph method was applied to establish an undirected and un-weighted complex network for the reconstructed condition-space. Finally, the statistical properties of this network were calculated to recognize the different operating conditions. A case study of a real chemical plant was conducted to illustrate the analysis and application processes of the proposed method. The results showed that the method could effectively recognize the different conditions of electromechanical systems. A complex electromechanical system can be studied from the systematic and cyber perspectives, and the relationship between the network structure property and the system condition can also be analyzed by utilizing the proposed method.
