Objective To investigate the clinical observation of autologous platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) assisting the revascularization of mature permanent teeth. Methods Twenty patients with mature permanent teeth were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with classic revascularization, and the experimental group was treated with PRF-assisted mature permanent tooth revascularization. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group (100.00%) was higher than that of the control group (50.00%); the thickness of the root canal wall of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the crown root length was lower than that of the control group; The bite degree, chewing function, color, overall aesthetic score, and satisfaction rate of the patients were higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P Conclusion Autologous PRF assists in revascularization of mature permanent teeth, which can achieve ideal results, and promote pulp regeneration.

Crop straw mulching is an important organic supplement in sustainable agriculture; however, the effect of increased organic matter on the diversity of micropredators such as myxobacteria and the correlation between myxobacteria and microorganisms have been little explored. In the current investigation, high-throughput sequencing was performed to analyze the myxobacterial community composition in a wheat-corn rotation experimental field with 6-year straw mulching and fertilization treatments. The results reveal no significant influence of straw mulch application on myxobacterial α-diversity (P 0.05). NMDS (nonmetric multidimensional scaling) and perMANOVA results indicate the significant influence of straw mulching application on myxobacterial community composition (P 0.05), and several groups, including Haliangiaceae, Polyangiaceae, and Archangiaceae, also varied in soil aggregates. RDA (redundancy analysis) results show that TOC (total organic carbon) was the most important factor affecting the myxobacterial community structure. In addition, RDA and random forest analysis results show the contribution of myxobacterial community structure to soil bacterial community α- and β-diversity, especially in the 0.25-1 mm and 0.25 mm soil aggregate fractions. In conclusion, we suggest that the variation in myxobacterial community structure may be a driver of bacterial α- and β-diversity in soil microhabitats and might be a cause of soil microbial community changes. Our results are fruitful for finding more efficient ways to use straw from waste for the betterment of sustainable agriculture by analyzing changes in myxobacterial community structure.

This work presents a simple method for the preparation of the Mg-doped nanocomposite copper silicates (Mgx-Cu1−x-SiO3) (x=0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 0.9) using coal gangue waste as the silicon source for CO2 capture at low temperature. The as-prepared Mgx-Cu1−x-SiO3 was systemically characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area analysis (BET). The results suggest that all Mgx-Cu1−x-SiO3 possess large surface areas, micropores and mesoporous structures composed of the agglomerates of small nanoparticles. They exhibit high CO2 adsorption capacity at 298.15 K under 1 bar, and that of Mg0.9-Cu0.1-SiO3 was the highest with the value of 16.73 cm3/g. Greedy algorithms, which are employed to solve the sparse reconstruction based on $$l_{0}$$ minimization, always present two main shortcomings. One is that they are easy to fall into sub-optimal solutions by utilizing fast searching strategies and perform relatively bad on reconstruction accuracy. The other is that they need a large number of iterations to be convergent by setting negative gradient as the searching direction. To improve the two shortcomings, this paper proposes a novel fast global matching pursuit algorithm (FGMP) for sparse reconstruction. Firstly, we design global matching pursuit strategies to solve the $$l_{0}$$ minimization essentially, which is more likely to find the global optimal solution accurately. Then, the global searching direction is designed based on Quasi-Newton projection to replace the negative gradient, which is efficient to reduce the iterations of convergence and avoid the long time-consuming least square implementation to accelerate the reconstruction speed. The proposed FGMP algorithm is as simple as greedy algorithms, while it has better performance on both reconstruction accuracy and reconstruction speed. Simulated experiments on signal reconstruction and image reconstruction demonstrate that FGMP outperforms the state-of-the-art greedy algorithms especially when the sparsity level is relatively large.

A novel mesoporous silica (MS) with the high specific surface area up to 1,199 m2/g was prepared from coal slag by SO 3 2− leaching and hydrothermal synthesis. Its application in metal ion removal was explored using Pb2+, Cu2+, Co2+ and Cd2+ as the model ions. The effects of adsorption time, pH, initial metal ion concentration, adsorbent dosage and adsorption temperature on the metal ion adsorption behaviors of the as-prepared MS were systematically, and the maximum adsorption capacities were measured to be 55.76 mg·g−1, 33.49 mg·g−1, 24.29 mg·g−1 and 22.98 mg·g−l for Pb2+, Cu2+, Co2+ and Cd2+, respectively. The metal ion adsorption on the as-prepared MS followed pseudo-second-order kinetics, and the adsorption isotherm fitted the Langmuir isotherm model, indicating that the adsorption was spontaneous, endothermic and enthalpy driven.

In this article, the orthogonality of eigenfunctions corresponding to the vibrations of perfectly bonded solids under complex homogeneous boundary conditions is proved in detail. Then, the exact transient response solution of such bonded solids is constructed using the eigenfunction expansion method (EEM). Furthermore, the transient response of bonded circular plates is taken as an example to illustrate the application of the general theory. The numerically evaluated analytic solution is shown to be in good agreement with that obtained by the finite element method (FEM).
