The article discusses the right of employers in the U.S. to limit employees' political commentary during work time. It explains some situations in which employees should steer clear of such talk such as when the business owner/boss is vocal about their own beliefs, when it wastes time, and when discriminatory language is involved. Other situations include when discriminatory language is involved, when representing the company, and thinking before speaking.
