Remote sensing has become an essential technique in water environment monitoring. However, the cloud contamination of remote sensing images breaks its spatial and temporal continuity in practical application. The current cloud removal algorithms always based on the hypothesis that the ground surface has no significant changes temporally, which is not proper for optically complex water body. Therefore, to overcome the weakness of current cloud removal algorithms on temporally fast-changing landscapes, a temporal unmixing-based cloud removal (TUBCR) algorithm is proposed to estimate the under-cloud information of optically complex water images. In this algorithm, the spatial information and temporal information were separated into temporal abundance images and temporal endmembers. By extracting the high temporal resolution endmembers, the fast-changing water information were estimated. The performance of the proposed algorithm was compared with those of two widely used cloud removal algorithms: the modified neighbourhood similar pixel interpolator (mNSPI) algorithm and the weighted linear regression (WLR) algorithm. The results of four simulated datasets (500 images in total) and two real Geostationary Ocean Colour Imager (GOCI) datasets (8 images in total) show that the proposed algorithm performed better in both quantitative indexes and visual effect compared with the mNSPI algorithm and the WLR algorithm. In satellite image time series, the proposed algorithm could accurately estimate under-cloud water information and correct the offsets of the statistical temporal trends that caused by cloud contamination. Hence, theoretically, the proposed TUBCR algorithm altered the similar pixel-based strategy of classic methods and got a satisfied performance in fast-changing water images. This paper addresses the problem of fault estimation and fault tolerant control for quadrotor unmanned aerial vehicle. Firstly, a robust adaptive fault estimation observer (AFEO) is proposed to achieve fault estimation of quadrotor with actuator fault in the presence of external disturbances and parameter uncertainties. Furthermore, based on the estimation of fault, a dynamic output feedback fault tolerant controller (DOFFTC) is designed to stabilise the closed-loop system with faults and uncertainties. Sufficient conditions for the existence of both AFEO and DOFFTC are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities. This study introduces subjective vitality into intangible culture heritage (ICH) tourism, and proposes a theoretical model involving subjective vitality, authenticity experience, experience quality, perceived value and tourist behavior intention. An empirical research on visitors to Quanzhou puppet troupe theatre has been carried out. The significant impact of subjective vitality on the authenticity experience has been confirmed. It also shows that the authenticity experience plays a partial mediating effect between subjective vitality and experience quality, and experience quality plays a full mediating effect between authenticity experience and perceived value, while perceived value has no mediating effect between experience quality and behavior. Neratinib is an oral pan HER inhibitor, that irreversibly inhibits EGFR and HER2 and was proven to be effective against multiple EGFR mutations. In previous study, we reported spiro [indoline-3, 4′-piperidine]-2-ones as anticancer agents. In this study, we designed aminopyridine-containing spiro [indoline-3,4′-piperidine] derivatives A1-A4 using Neratinib and spiro [indoline-3, 4′-piperidine]-2-one compound patented as lead structure, then replaced piperidine with cyclopropane to obtain B1-B7 and replaced indoline with benzmorpholine to get C1-C4 and D1-D2. We synthesized these compounds and evaluated their residual activities under 0.5 M drug concentration on EGFR and ERBB2. Most of compounds showed stronger inhibition on EGFR-wt and ERBB2, in which A1-A4 showed excellent inhibitory activity with inhibition percentage on EGFR-wt kinase of 7%, 6%, 19%, 27%, respectively and 9%, 5%, 12%, 34% on ERBB2 kinase compared with 2% and 6% of Neratinib. Schisandra chinensis fructus (SCF) is widely used traditional Chinese medicine, which possesses hepato-protective potential. Schisandrin (SD), schisantherin (ST), and γ-schizandrin (SZ) are the major bioactive lignans. The main problem associated with the major bioactive lignans oral administration is low oral bioavailability due to the lignans' poor aqueous solubility and taste. The aim of the present research work was to develop liposome (SCL) encapsulated β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion complex loaded with SCF extract (SCF-E). The SD, ST, and SZ were selected as effective candidates to perform comparisons of liver targeting among the solution (SES), β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound (SCF-E-β-CD), liposome (SEL), and SCL of SCF-E to characterize the pharmacokinetic behaviors and liver targeting in rats. The β-CD inclusion complex (SCF-E-β-CD) was used to improve the solubility. The concentrations were determined using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and analyzed by DAS3.0. The pharmacokinetic results indicate that the plasma concentration-time courses were fitted well to the one-compartment model with the first weighing factor. The half-life period (t1/2) and area under the concentration-time curve (AUC) of the three components in SCL were the largest. The SCL exhibit a relatively high liver targeting effect. During the process of oxidative phosphorylation, protons are pumped into the mitochondrial intermembrane space to establish a mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP). The electrochemical gradient generated allows protons to return to the matrix through the ATP synthase complex and generates ATP in the process. MitoQ is a lipophilic cationic drug that is adsorbed to the inner mitochondrial membrane; however, the cationic moiety of MitoQ remains in the intermembrane space. We found that the positive charges in MitoQ inhibited the activity of respiratory chain complexes I, III, and IV, reduced proton production, and decreased oxygen consumption. Therefore, a pseudo-MMP (PMMP) was formed via maintenance of exogenous positive charges. Proton backflow was severely impaired, leading to a decrease in ATP production and an increase in AMP production. Excess AMP activates AMP kinase, which inhibits the MTOR (mechanistic target of rapamycin) pathway and induces macroautophagy/autophagy. Therefore, we conclude that MitoQ increases PMMP via proton displacement with exogenous positive charges. The aim of this study was to retrospectively evaluate the effectiveness of the Stryker Leibinger neuronavigation system in surgical resection of hemangioblastomas of the posterior fossa. The study included 16 cases of solid hemangioblastoma of posterior cranial fossa treated since we began using Stryker Leibinger neuronavigation system-assisted microneurosurgery in 2003. These cases were compared on the basis of time, blood loss, and complications to 19 similar cases of solid hemangioblastoma that underwent conventional microneurosurgical resection prior to 2003. All patients in the experimental (neuronavigation-assisted) group underwent surgical resection without complications while the control groups' resections all involved blood loss related to the longer operation time. Neuronavigation also resulted in a clear field of surgical vision and clear lesion boundaries, making it easier to remove lesions and reduce accidental injury of adjacent normal structures. The application of navigation technology is very valuable for solid hemangioblastoma operations not only by shortening operative time, thereby significantly reducing operative blood loss, but also by making surgical excision easier, reducing damage to adjacent normal structures, and decreasing surgical complications and mortality. Background: The association between the platelet-derived growth factor D (PDGFD) gene and atherosclerosis has been widely proven, whereas the relationship between the PDGFD gene and ischaemic stroke remains unconfirmed. Aim: A case-control study was performed to further evaluate the association of the C → G mutation of rs7950273 in the PDGFD gene with ischaemic stroke (IS) in a Chinese Han population. Subjects and methods: This study recruited 3033 cases and 2807 controls from general hospitals in the southern, central and northern areas of China. The MGB probe and Taqman 7900HT Sequence Detection System were applied for genotyping. Results: Genotype was not significantly associated with ischaemic stroke in total. After adjustment for gender, age, BMI, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and smoking, the CG and GG genotypes were still not associated with ischaemic stroke (p = 0.892 andp = 0.582 for CG and GG, respectively). Conclusion: This study suggests that the polymorphism of rs7950273 in the PDGFD gene is not associated with ischaemic stroke in the Chinese Han population. Further studies on the gene–gene and gene–environment interactions for the PDGFD gene and ischaemic stroke are needed. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
