This study examined the impact of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in a structural equation model. The study was employed to a group of teachers and their supervisors. The results indicated that job satisfaction and commitment to the school had an impact on OCBs of the teachers and organizational commitment mediated the relation between job satisfaction and OCB. The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has significantly impacted hotel employees' mental, emotional, and psychological well-being. This study examines the impact of COVID-19-fueled fears on hospitality workers' turnover intentions, specifically subjective well-being as a potential moderator variable. Of the 500 U.S. hotel employees contacted, 326 responded. They demonstrated that COVID-19-related fears significantly influenced hotel employees' turnover intentions. The study concludes that hotel employees' subjective well-being should be promoted to alleviate the emotional and mental health problems caused by the fear of COVID-19 in order to reduce the number of employees willing to quit.
