Due to the strong nonlinear interaction between the flow field and blades, the prediction of turbine energy acquisition capacity is still quite complex, the traditional methods take too long time to evaluate. In this article, the digital twin model + CFD simulation + monitor data are used for turbine energy efficiency assessment. A self-designed vertical wave flow turbine (VWFT) is taken as the research object, the prediction takes into account the coupling of the VWFT for motion and blade rotation, which is in good agreement with the monitor data at sea. The simulations show that the torque, thrust force and lateral force flow rate data can be loaded from the database into the digital model. If those data are not in the database, the interpolation method is used along with deep learning of recurrent neural network to obtain the energy harvesting parameters, all the error is no more than 10%. Understanding the flow pressure distribution on the blade airfoil of the tidal turbine is of great significance for optimising the energy harvesting performance of the blades. In this paper, a bidirectional type horizontal tidal turbine (BHTT) with special S-shaped blades is proposed, which have a larger pitch diameter ratio provide excellent performance at low oncoming flow velocity by the theoretical, numerical and experimental methods. First, it is verified that the energy harvesting efficiency is basically the same in the case of bidirectional flow, and the S-shaped blade is divided into multiple slice sections, which could quantify the energy harvesting performance of each area of the blade. Then, using the method of mathematical statistics to divide more areas, the probability density shows a skewed distribution. The results show that the energy harvesting performance is less affected by flow velocity fluctuation, and the energy harvesting efficiency could reach 0.25-0.55 when the tip speed ratio is in the range of 0.2-0.5. Furthermore, the slice section method is adopted to make the influence of axial thrust intuitive and clear to study the turbine energy harvesting performance and improve the harvesting efficiency, which could provide a reference for the engineering design of tidal turbines. Objectives: A major limitation of intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH) research is the lack of reproducible animal models. The purpose of the present study was to produce experimental haemorrhages and to characterise the lesion by histology and behaviour in rats. Methods: A total of 180 male SD rats were anaesthetised with chloral hydrate. Rats were placed in a stereotactic frame, and a microinjector was introduced through a burr hole into the right striatum. Each rat received an injection of 60 mL of semi-coagulated autologous whole blood over 6 minutes. The needle was slowly withdrawn 40 minutes after the injection. Control rat had only needle insertion. Time courses of haematoma resolution and pathological changes after intrastriatal injection of semi-coagulated autologous blood were observed. Neurological status was evaluated on days 1, 3, 5, 7, 14 and 21.The behavioural tests used were forelimb placing and a corner turn test. Results: Rats with ICH had a marked, persistent neurological deficit and a highly reproduced haematoma in shape and size. Histologically, haematoma was observed at 1, 3, 5 and 7 days and cysts at 3 weeks. Behavioural abnormalities were present for 14 days, with the recovery of function occurring during the third week. Conclusions: The present ICH model in rats produces a consistent neurological deficit and reproducible haematomain shapeand size. Expression of carboxylesterase 2 in colorectal tumor tissues and serum carboxylesterase 2 levels at different stages of the disease were investigated by Western blotting. Carboxylesterase 2 was decreasing in tumor tissues from TNM stages 0 through IV (n = 20); the expression of carboxylesterase 2 was similar between "normal" and tumor tissues (n = 20); serum carboxylesterase 2 levels were similar among patients at different stages of the disease. These results indicate that local expression of carboxylesterase 2 is downregulated following progression of the disease; carboxylesterase 2 expression is altered in histology "normal" tissues from stages I through IV before histopathological changes. In the present study, the complete mitochondrial genome of Empoasca sp. was sequenced and assembled. The complete mitogenome of Empoasca sp. was composed of circular DNA molecules, with a total size of 15,152 bp. The base composition of this mitogenome is as follows: A (38.07%), T (40.27%), G (10.51%), and C (11.12%). The mitogenome contains 13 protein-coding genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes (rRNA), and 22 transfer RNA (tRNA) genes. The taxonomic status of the Empoasca sp. mitogenome exhibits a closest relationship with Empoasca onukii and Empoasca vitis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
