The objective of this study is to examine the relevance between Job Characteristic and Organizational Effectiveness by Job Stress. The proxy variable of the Job Characteristic are skill variety, task identity, task significance, task autonomy, and task feedback. The proxy variable of Job Stress are role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload. And the proxy variable of Organizational Effectiveness are job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. The sample consists of 379 data belonging to manufacturing and service industry located on Busan, Ulsan, and Gyungnam in 2015. The result of this study shows that there is difference on the relevance between Job Characteristic and Organizational Effectiveness according to the Job Stress. Therefore, it is more important to reduce the job stress to enhance the Organizational Effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to set a standard for sale prices of supplying apartment houses about decision factors in sale price of supplying apartment houses using Analytic Hierarchy Process. This is done by modeling decision factors in sale price of supplying apartment houses as hierarchy. According to the modeled hierarchy, the relative importance of supplying factors are determined using a survey of a group of real estate experts. In addition, through Analytic Hierarchy Process, the relative importance of phased sale prices of supplying apartment is analyzed in order to set a standard to estimate competitive sale prices of newly supplying apartment houses.

In this study, we analyze using a structural equation model if an appropriate composite relations among the perspectives(Learning & Growth, Internal Business Process, Customer, Financial perspective) of the balanced scorecard are formed to achieve the ultimate goal in Chinese SMEs. In this study, we find that Learning & Growth perspective is related positively to Financial perspective directly and indirectly via Internal Business Process and also find that for success the careful management is required for Learning & Growth and Internal Business Process perspective. The results of this study will provide information about where the need to emphasis on management to improve the financial performance in Chinese SMEs.

The purpose of this study is to understand major factors of site selection of convenience stores in Busan and Gyeong-nam Region. This will be done by analyzing correlations of sale, profit and localization factors and choosing the major correlation factors out of them and carrying out regression analysis to analyze each factor's influence extent. the competition factor : It is shown that the competition factor has significant result with the sale and the profit and the effect of that is proved the biggest among all location requirements. Therefore, the competition factor is the most important factors above all. By providing recently standards and implications of site selection of stores, this study suggests a guideline for site selection not only to prep entrepreneurs and store developers but also prep entrepreneurs of retail store.

This study deals with a comparative analysis on reverse mortgage loans and mortgage loans in order to pave a path for activation of real estate financing. The fact-revealing analysis was conducted through surveys based on theoretical consideration and advanced researches, which has drawn a range of findings. As the results of this study, the important findings concerning the improvement on the activation of practical housing reverse mortgages are applicable to all real estate, diversifying the tax benefits, and deregulation of 1 house, etc. and findings concerning the improvement to activate mortgage loans are diversifying types of interest rates, diversifying types of repayment, tax benefits for less than 15 years maturity period, and granting benefits(low interest rates, higher loan limits) to low-income households, etc. This study has a significance for providing basic materials in order to accomplish advanced finance policies along with social welfare services as suggesting measures to improve and activate real estate financing through the findings out of the fact-revealing analysis conducted as above.

In our country, the real estate information system is operated by public and private institutions to trade real estate effectively from the 1990s. The purposes of this study is as follows: First, this study is aimed to examine how the system quality, information quality and service quality of the real estate IS is related with the system use and user satisfaction. In addition real estate practitioners and real estate non-practitioners is to investigated how different. Regression and t-test analysis was carried out as statistical analysis and survey data was used. The result is as follows: First, in the real estate non-practitioners group, system quality has significant negative impact on the user satisfaction. Second, information quality has significant impact on the user satisfaction in the real estate non- practitioners group. One limitation of this study is that it is limited to the real estate agents among various groups that use the IS. Thus, in the future studies, the target group should be extended to other various groups and more specific IS among various ones should be studied in a more practical way.
