DergiPark: 702468 trakyasobed As the 'last representative' of the tezkire tradition, which existed from the 15th century to the 20th century, Ibnulemin Mahmut Kemal Inal drafted a collection of biographies and examples of poets, grand viziers, calligraphers and musicians. Undoubtedly, it is these works that make him visible in the history of literature. However, his writings, which were published in periodicals of the period and not yet transferred to new letters, are also remarkable texts, such as tezkires and monographs. Although these writings have not been written with a theoretical method, they are important in that they reflect the views of a person who is busy with biography intensely in his long writing life. In his articles titled “Meşâhir-i Osmaniyye”, “Eser-Müessir”, “Âsâr-ı Muhallede” and “Meşâhir-i Meçhûle” published in magazines named, Resimli Gazete ve Türk Tarih Encümeni Mecmuası Ibnulemin expresses his views on the concepts of ‘biography’ and ‘literary work.’ Ibnulemin, who draws attention to the importance and necessity of biography works, which he sees as a document of reverence against predecessors, expresses the difficulties of writing biographies. He also states that, regardless of the fame of the literary figure, the most important thing to consider is work. In this article, based on Ibnulemin's articles published in periodicals, his views on the concepts of biography and work will be examined. XV. yüzyıldan XX. yüzyıla kadar varlığını sürdüren tezkire geleneğinin ‘son temsilcisi’ olarak İbnülemin Mahmut Kemal İnal, şairlerin, sadrazamların, hattatların ve musikişinasların biyografilerini ve eserlerinden örnekleri ihtiva eden tezkireler kaleme almıştır. Onu edebiyat tarihinde görünür kılan da kuşkusuz bu eserleridir. Ancak dönemin süreli yayınlarında çıkan ve henüz yeni harflere aktarılmamış yazıları da tıpkı tezkireleri ve monografileri gibi dikkate değer metinlerdir. Bu yazılar, her ne kadar kuramsal/nazari bir metotla kaleme alınmamış olsalar da uzun süren yazı hayatında yoğun bir biçimde biyografiyle meşgul olan bir şahsiyetin görüşlerini yansıtmaları bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Resimli Gazete ve Türk Tarih Encümeni Mecmuası adlı süreli yayınlarda çıkan “Meşâhir-i Osmaniyye”, “Eser-Müessir”, “Âsâr-ı Muhallede” ve “Meşâhir-i Meçhûle” yazılarında İbnülemin, ‘biyografi’ ve ‘eser’ kavramlarına dair görüşlerini dile getirir. Eslafa gösterilen hürmetin bir vesikası olarak gördüğü biyografi çalışmalarının önemine ve gerekliliğine dikkat çeken İbnülemin, biyografi yazmanın zorluklarını ifade eder. Ayrıca edebî şahsiyetin şöhretine bakılmaksızın asıl dikkate alınması gereken şeyin eser olduğuna vurgu yapar. Bu makalede İbnülemin’in süreli yayınlarda çıkan yazılarına dayalı olarak onun biyografi ve eser kavramlarına ilişkin görüşleri incelenecektir.

Turkish literature in the Balkans was formed when the Turks stepped into this geography in the 14th century; a literary tradition was created by giving almost all kinds of works over time. One of the important representatives of Turkish literature in the Balkans, especially in Bulgaria, is Mehmet Behçet Perim, who is known for his identity as a poet, writer and journalist. Balkan Çiçekleri (Balkan Flowers) is the first novel of the author, published in 1938, who gave many kinds of works such as poetry, story, play, and column. The theme of the work, which has similarities with the first examples of the Turkish novel in terms of structure and theme, and especially carries traces from Namık Kemal, is love. However, this theme was handled with the idea of strengthening the love of homeland and national awareness.In this study, text analysis method is used with biographical method, and the biography of the author is presented with its main lines. In addition to the content features of the novel named Balkan Çiçekleri, it has been also examined in terms of structure elements such as person, time, place, language and wording., Balkanlarda Türk edebiyatı, Türklerin XIV. yüzyılda bu coğrafyaya adım atmalarıyla birlikte teşekkül etmiş; zaman içerisinde de hemen her türde eserler verilerek bir edebî gelenek oluşturulmuştur. Genelde Balkanlarda, özelde ise Bulgaristan’daki Türk edebiyatının önemli temsilcilerinden biri şair, yazar ve gazeteci kimliğiyle tanınan Mehmet Behçet Perim’dir. Balkan Çiçekleri ise şiir, hikâye, piyes, fıkra gibi pek çok türde eser veren yazarın 1938’de yayımlanan ilk romanıdır. Yapı ve izlek açısından ilk dönem Türk romanlarıyla benzerlik gösteren ve özellikle Namık Kemal’den izler taşıyan eserin teması aşktır. Ancak bu tema, vatan sevgisi ve millî bilinci güçlendirme düşüncesiyle yoğrularak işlenmiştir. Biyografik yöntemle metin çözümleme yönteminin kullanıldığı bu çalışmada, yazarın biyografisi ana çizgileriyle sunulmuş; Balkan Çiçekleri adlı roman içerik özelliklerinin yanı sıra şahıs, zaman, mekân, dil ve üslup gibi yapı unsurları bakımından incelenmiştir.
