We previously presented an energy method for predicting the bounds of fracture toughness of brittle films on a soft substrate from nanoindentation. The method is now further improved by minimizing elastic-plastic work from the measured energy during ring crack formation. Then, we applied this method to determine the limits of fracture toughness of alumina films with a thickness of 100 nm. It was found that fracture toughness of the films is in the range of 1.8-2.2 MPa.m0.5, which is consistent with those measured by the conventional method.

In order to facilitate government making timely decision for multiple internet public opinion emergencies with interval fuzzy indicators, we first determine the rational weight of each emergency decision index based on fuzzy information entropy of interval index. Then we aggregate all the interval index values to obtain the comprehensive alarm interval of each emergency. Finally, we can get the priority of emergency operation of all the internet public opinion emergencies according to the possible degree between their alarm intervals.

A novel kind of AgNPs catalyst was synthesized by in-situ reduction method using poly(2-acrylamido-2-methyl propyl sulfonic acid-co-2-hydroxyethyl methclate) [short as P(AMPS-co-HEMA)] hydrogel as matrices and AgNO3as a metal precursor. The structure of the composite hydrogel was characterized by Scan Electrical Microscope (SEM) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The results showed that AgNPs were binded with end group and most of the particles were isolated and uniformly distributed on the P(AMPS-co-HEMA). The catalytic properties in the reduction reaction of 4-nitrophenol(shorted as 4-NP) to 4-aminophenol(shorted as 4-AP) were studied in detail, and the result showed that conversion rate and conversion efficiency attained 97.56% and 0.9671 mmol/g·min when the amount of AgNPs was 9mg, [NaBH4] was 2.0×10−1mol/L, [4-NP] was 2.0×10−2mol/L and the total volume of solution was 50 mL, respectively.

Analysis method using orthogonal experimental design factor of four levels of three experiments, electroforming solution components were verified. On the current efficiency of the sample was calculated, its micro-hardness, tensile strength and stress were measured; and its XRD tests, analysis of the micro-strain, grain size and position electrical castings dislocation density. Four factors shows that the optimum level of nickel sulfate 350g / L, nickel chloride, 15g / L, the current density 3A/dm2, THF was 0.5g / L, saccharin was 0.4g / L.

A permutation flowshop scheduling problem with maximum waiting time constraints to minimize makespan is studied, and a partheno-genetic algorithm (PGA) is presented. In PGA, the fitness function is defined as a decreasing function of makespan to enhance the selected opportunity of good individuals; the roulette algorithm for chromosome selection is improved to keep population diversity with high quality by three strategies: optimal maintenance, fitness adjustment and roulette reconstruction; single-point gene exchange operators are applied to generate offspring. Numerical results demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.

This paper presents an application-layer attack detection method based on hidden semi-markov models. In this method, the keywords of an application-layer protocol and their inter-arrival times are used as the observations, a hidden semi-markov model is used to describe the application-layer behaviors of a normal user who is using some application-layer protocol. This method is also based anomaly detection. In theory, application-layer anomaly detection can identify the known, unknown and novel attacks happened on application-layer. The experimental results show that this method can identify several application-layer attacks, and has high detection accuracy and low false positive ratio.

Recently, the position of shale gas is more and more important in the world energy structure. The lithology of Xiamaling Formation in Beijing area mainly include siltstone, silty shale and shale. The organic carbon content is relatively high, averaging 2.28%. The kerogen type of organic matter is dominated by II1 and II2 types, and thermal evolution level is relatively high, averaging 2.05%. Intergranular micropore is well developed, and most of the micropore diameter is 1-7µm, so the reservoir condition is good. The content of the brittle mineral is relatively high, so it can be easily fractured in production. The content of the clay mineral is relatively high, so it has a good adsorption capacity. Through wild prospecting and geochemical analysis for samples, this paper systematically assesses the Xiamaling Formation shale in Beijing area, which can provide basic stata for further shale gas study in Beijing area.

For a temperature rebound in the irrigated high arch dam during the construction period, using finite element method to research the influence of environment temperature to temperature rebound of the irrigated high concrete arch dam. Assuming that the initial temperature of the dam concrete is the joint grouting temperature. This paper presents a simulation of the temperature rebound of the high arch dam which is caused by the monthly average environment temperature, and performs sensitivity analysis to research the influence of thermal conductivity and surface heat preservation on the temperature rebound. According to the analysis,when the high arch dam sealing temperature is lower than the dam site annual average temperature, the dam site temperature inevitably would flow backward,slowly,to the irrigation area.The larger the thermal conductivity is,the quicker the temperature rebound speed will be. And benzene board insulation can reduce concrete temperature rebound rate, if the heat preservation benzene board is thicker,the temperature rebound rate is smaller.

Considering the feature of roller capacity with dynamics change in round bar production, a hot-rolling batch planning problem is studied. Firstly, the problem is formulated as a different capacities vehicle routing problem (DCVRP). And then, a mathematic model is built with two optimization objectives, minimization for total set-up time and maximization for utilization of roller. Secondly, an algorithm based on constraint satisfaction technique is present with variable selection rules and value selection rules for billet selecting, grouping and sequencing, and constraint propagation for searching-space reducing and rolling-unit partitioning. Meanwhile, the current capacity of online roller is updated dynamically during the solving process of algorithm. Finally, comparing results indicated that the proposed model and algorithm are effective and efficient.

As air conditioning system long-time running, microorganism like bacterium and fungus propagates easily in high humidity environment such as filter equipment. After the microorganism entering indoor environment through air conditioning system, the air quality would be affected seriously. Air conditioning system which is regarded as potential microbial pollution source is becoming more attention. The study was about isolation and identification of fungal microorganisms on the filter surface of the central air conditioning system in a gymnasium, and then researching on the colonies and mycelium grown and reproduce regular of fungal microorganisms in different thermal environment using thermal methods, aim to lay groundwork of propagation and diffusion mechanism study of fungal microorganisms in air conditioning system and effective air microbial contamination solve by thermal methods. By physiology biochemistry experiment and molecular biological identification, it was shown that the dominant fungi were Penicillium spp. and Cladosporium spp., colonies were 600 cfu/cm2 and 140 cfu/cm2 respectively.

With the enlargement of the scope of cloud computing application, the number of users and types also increases accordingly, the special demand for cloud computing resources has also improved. Cloud computing task scheduling and resource allocation are key technologies, mainly responsible for assigning user jobs to the appropriate resources to perform. But the existing scheduling algorithm is not fully consider the user demand for resources is different, and not well provided for different users to meet the requirements of its resources. As the demand for quality of service based on cloud computing and cloud computing original scheduling algorithm, the computing power scheduling algorithm is proposed based on the QoS constraints to research the cloud computing task scheduling and resource allocation problems, improving the overall efficiency of cloud computing system.

This paper describes the image based on dark channel prior to fog. Dark colors from the statistical laws of outdoor priori no fog image database, it was such a key observation was based on the fact that - the vast majority of each local area outdoor image without fog are present strength of certain of at least one color channel low value pixels. Using this model building, directly estimate the concentration of fog and mist removal recover high quality interference image. Experiments show that the dark channel prior to remove the image haze becomes simple and effective.

Aiming at billet stacking problem of the rolling mill, an IBF algorithm is used to assign the billet to the warehouse positions. The utilization of non-empty warehouse positions and shuffles are considered in the algorithm. Computational experiments demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is feasible and effective, competitive and able to find more high-quality solutions for problem instances than artificial method.

SBS modified asphalt has good performance of high temperature and low temperature, it is widely used in high-grade asphalt pavement engineering. But the aging will influence the using performance of asphalt, we select four dosages of modifier and aging for different time, Experimental results show that with the increase of aging time, asphalt penetration is reduced, softening point is elevated, ductility is decreased. According to the macro physical index analysis, find that SBS modified asphalt’s anti-aging performance is improved.

Considering the feature of round steel enterprises with the contradiction between mass production size and the multi-variety and small-batch market demands, an order-grouping problem is studied with transportation optimization. Two objectives that to minimize the delivery destination difference and delivery date difference are presented, and an algorithm improved k-means algorithm procedure is proposed to solve the problem. In this algorithm, a method is applied to generate representative initial centers of k-means algorithm for optimization. Experiment results show that the algorithm is feasible and effective.

A semi-interpenetrating network hydrogel with pore structure (P-S-IPN) was prepared by solution polymerization with 4-acetyl acryloyl ethyl acetate (AAEA) and crylic acid (AA) as monomers, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as the second network and polyving akohol 2000(PEG2000) as a pore-foaming agent. Gold nanoparticle composite hydrogel (GNPs gel) was obtained through in-situ reduction reaction by using P-S-IPN as a template. P-S-IPN exhibits excellent mechanical strength, the maximum compressive strength is 14.0 Mpa. The influence of the dosage of PEG2000 on the swelling/deswelling properties of P-S-IPN and GNPs gel was investigated. The pore structures could shorten the time that P-S-IPN takes to reach swelling equilibrium from 170min to 75min, improve the ability of P-S-IPN to absorb AuCl4-. The swelling/deswelling properties of GNPs gel under an applied voltage showed when the concentration of NaCl solutions exceed 0.025mol/L, the hydrogel swells, when the concentration of NaCl solutions is below 0.025mol/L, it deswells.

In order to extract tea polyphenols (TPs) by water under room temperature, the mechanochemical methodology was used for leaching process, and then TPs was purified from leaching solution by ethanol and ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system. The optimum parameters of mechanochemical methodology leaching TPs were determined by response surface methodology (RSM), which optimum parameters were: Na2CO3content 25~27wt%, solid material particle size D9540~45μm, liquid/solid mass ratio55~60, leaching time 16~18min. The TPs leaching rate was 16.46%. When ammonium sulfate mass composition0.2, ethanol mass composition0.35 as the composite of the extraction system, TPs maximum extraction rate was 93.4%. The maximum yield of TPs was 15.25% on the average, with average purity was 96.54% ultimately. Under such technology, water is only solvent used in TPs leaching at room temperature, and aqueous two-phase system extraction system under mild conditions, avoid the use of toxic solvent, is a green technology for extracting TPs.

The stoppage and lifetime of high speed motorized spindle was related to many influence. A total of 31 statistical lifetime data of imported motorized spindles in cylinder head production line were presented, according to these data, and the average cut operation lifetime could reach 8277 hours, and the 8000 hours of average design precision lifetime was validated. It was found that the main influencing factors of motorized spindle lifetime in initial stage were the original manufacturing defects, also in precision lifetime stage and fatigue lifetime stage, the main influencing factors were the service conditions which exceeded design allowable conditions and own unique structural characteristics of motorized spindle respectively. according to 7 data and GM(1,1) grey theory, the precision lifetime prediction model of motorized spindle was built and the. model error was tested. The reliability of prediction model is validated by 2 inchoate reality observation data which relative differences were 0.57% and 2.03% respectively.

Obtaining effective value points is one of key issues in cubic B-spline curve reconstruction. Since it is unfavorable for the selection of value points through curvature methods and the point cloud data acquired from ICT slice images is characterized with large volume of data, high noise and density, a baseline adaptive method is presented to get value points for curve reconstruction, baseline and scale threshold determined by wavelet multi-scale, in which the value points is obtained and curve is reconstructed automatically. Hausdorff distance is adopted to calculate the error of cubic B-spline curve reconstruction. Comparative analysis with existing methods proves that our method can effectively restrain noise and quickly reconstruct contour curves.

The flowshop scheduling problem with limited waiting time constraints widely exists in the production process featured by high temperature and continuity. The constraints require that the waiting time of any job between two consecutive machines is not greater than a given upper bound. In this paper, the problem with two-machine settings and the objective of makespan is studied. First, a lower bound and some characters of minimum makespan are analyzed. Further, a solving idea is suggested by a transformation into an asymmetry TSP. Based on these characteristics and the solving idea, a neighborhood search algorithm embedding a modified Lin-Kernighan heuristic is presented for the problem. Numerical results demonstrated the effectiveness and efficiency of the algorithm.

How to effectively extract contour dominant points is one of key problems in process of industrial CT image, second extraction method was put forward. Second extraction method included two steps: rough extraction and accurate extraction. Firstly, discrete circular curvatures of contour points are calculated. Secondly, through rough extraction step, bad points and points which arent correlated with contour features were removed. At last, through accurate extraction step, contour dominant points were extracted by levels of detail. Experimental results show that contour dominant points can describe contours shape and redundant data are removed, the proposed method is simple and efficient.

Through considering the symmetry constraint characteristics in mechanical product contours, an auto-identification method of two-dimensional symmetrical contour based on feature matching is presented in this paper. Firstly, the feature points are extracted based on contour cloud point data partition and by using offset method, the different distribution rules of axis-symmetrical and rotation-symmetrical images for judging the type of symmetry was studied. The feature description parameters of symmetrical contour were calculated by adopting rotational inertia method and periodic method, which is regarded as the parameters for solving overall constraint optimization of the contour. Examples show that the proposed method can effectively identify the symmetrical contours and their types, and accurately extract the symmetrical constraint features.

The main topic of this article is the architecture modeling data which is involved in 3D GIS. The constructing platform of modeling data is also discussed. Then, it makes comparison and analysis between these platforms. Comparing to other platforms, SketchUp has lots of advantages, such as easy to operate, good for effect, saving storage space and cross-platform. So it has been used for feature modeling in 3D-GIS area, and it can satisfy the demand of this domain. At last, combining with the practical engineering, the article discusses the modeling method using the SketchUp software. The results are desired, and the method is worth to extend.

To a great extent，traffic accidents of liquefied gas tankers are caused by the defects inside the tankers themselves. Analyzing what causes the defects, and putting forward the corresponding prevention measures, to reduce accident risk, is of great significance. In this paper, the research object is a defective liquefied gas tanker in a propylene factory in Shandong. The defects in actual transportation process containing weld joints defects and anti-wave plates are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are put forward on the basis of the literature analysis. The results show that the main causes of the defects are that the manufacture and processing did not correspond with design data. The defects repair of the liquefied gas tanker should be performed by qualified service units after specific repair plan and relevant formalities are put forward. The repaired liquefied gas tanker should be inspected qualified by the inspection organizations.

An Elastic solution for functionally graded cantilever beam with different modulus in tension and compression subjected to a uniform pressure on the lateral surface is investigated. The elastic modulus of tension and compression vary with the thickness as an arbitrary function, respectively, which makes the solution have a broader range of applications than the homogeneous ones. When the tension and compression modulus have the same constant value, the solution degenerates into the classical one of the cantilever beam.

A new hybrid FRP wrapped anchor is developed to solve the poor ductility of FRP anchor. The designability of functionally graded material (FGM) makes it possible to connect the high ductility metal to FRP material. Numerical and analytical methods are compared in solving plane stress FGM cantilever beam problem. The results show the analytical method's simplification in constraint makes it inaccurate in solving displacements. Consequently, the numerical method is employed to analyze the hybrid FRP wrapped anchor in the ideal condition. The results indicate the hybrid FRP wrapped anchor solved the current problem theoretically.

A finite element model of the frame was established based on studying structure parameters of the YLJ series tire uniformity testing machine (TUTM). For the purpose of dynamic analysis of the frame of the YLJ series TUTM, make use of model analysis function of ANSYS to work out the first six-mode natural frequencies and vibration modes. Analysis results show that the first three-mode frequencies of the frame are 20.7 Hz, 21.9 Hz and 30.8Hz, which are far greater than working frequency of the spindle, 1 Hz. As is known, the natural frequency of the frame should be forty times more than the rotation of tire when the force variation of the tire is decomposed into tenth harmonic. In this situation, the low mode natural frequencies of the frame cannot meet this requirement, which have great influence on the test accuracy of the TUTM. The research results in this paper will provide helpful theoretical support to improve test accuracy of the YLJ series TUTM．

The three kinds of WC-12Co coatings were sprayed by High Velocity Oxygen/Air Fuel Spray (HVO/AF) in three different spray conditions, HVOF、HVO-AF and HVAF. The high velocity flame flow was produced by HVO/AF with the burning of kerosene and propellant which was mixed by oxygen and air at different ratio, it can be controlled from 1400°C to 2800°C.The microstructure was investigated by SEM, the phase composition was tested by XRD, and the microhardness and elastic modulus of coatings were investigated. The results indicate that the coatings with better adhesive strength and little porosity than conventional ones are dense and have a large value of elasticity and a high microhardness which is 0.4 times harder than the conventional coatings. The coatings are mainly composed of WC and Co, and there are also traces of W2C and Co6W6C. As temperature decreased, the decomposition of WC is being reduced.

The eigenvalue problem referring to a nonhomogeneous semi-infinite strip in plane strain is investigated here, by using the analogous methodology proposed by Papkovich and Fadle in homogeneous plane problem. Two types of nonhomogeneity are considered: (i) the modulus varies with the thickness coordinate exponentially, (ii) it varies with the length coordinate exponentially. The eigenvalues for these two cases are obtained by numerical calculation. By considering the smallest positive eigenvalue, the Saint-Venant Decay rate of the problem is estimated, which indicates material nonhomogeneity can have a significant influence on the Saint-Venant decay rate.

A finite element analysis for a bilayer functionally graded cantilever beam is developed. The elastic modulus of each graded layer of the beam varies with the thickness as an arbitrary function respectively. The graded function of modulus can be dealt with easily by using MSC.Marc analysis code, which can increase the efficiency of calculation. By comparing finite element method (FEM) results with theory results, it can be found that the 8 node 2nd order element is more precise than the 4 node linear element, due to the former could eliminate the shear locking phenomenon effectively. Comparing to the method of equivalent coincident nodes, the forced displacement coupling on the perfect bonded interface is more appropriate. Finally, it is also shown that the results of finite element analysis are more rational than the theory results around the ends of the beam.

The relationship between the SBS modifier types and asphalt components on the effect of modified asphalt properties was discussed in this paper. Higher block ratio, higher molecular weight and star-like structure of SBS can improve modified asphalt high temperature properties. Colloid content decrease leading the processing easier, result stability decline. Our research group invented a chemical titration combined with fluorescence microscopic analysis detection method monitoring SBS modifier dosage. This method applied in highway construction site, the effect is significant.

In order to solve low accuracy, human effects and complexity in elevator safety management evaluation, a method based on machine learning was proposed. The method adopts safety checklist to collect data of elevator safety related conditions, comprehensively considering the importance and influence of every factor, which influences the safety on the basis of the safety checklist analysis and fuzzy set. To complete the process of the risk assessment and evaluation, we use machine learning combined with maintenance knowledge of evaluation, which provide users with comprehensive and effective corrective measures and suggestions. Applications show that the method can find potential leak of elevator system management.

C/C composite material is widely used as the insulation material since its advantage is obvious compared with other materials. It is necessary to evaluate its ablation, especially when it used in the warhead. An ablation/erosion test system based on plasma is researched. All the parameters related to the plasma can be monitored by it to calculate the enthalpy. Two ablation tests of the C/C composite material are carried by this system. The ablation of the carbon fiber and the erosion of the particle are mainly analyzed by the measure of the ablation rate and the SEM photos.

Based on massive concrete block in practical engineering, the effect of new pouring precooling concrete on lower layer concrete in different seasons was simulated by using three-dimensional finite element simulation program of non-steady temperature field, and the temperature changes near the surface of lower layer concrete have been analyzed detailedly. It is indicated that, there is obvious “cold strike” effect of new pouring precooling concrete on lower layer concrete in summer, the effect in autumn followed by, and there is also the effect in spring but not obvious. In winter, as ambient air temperature is very low, there is not “cold strike” effect and the lower layer concrete temperature gradually recovery after pouring new concrete. Because actual concrete pouring deck surface maintenance is often not in place, the surface temperature of the pouring deck, which is greatly influenced by ambient air temperature and solar radiation, is very high in high temperature seasons. At the moment, the “cold strike” effect of new pouring precooling concrete on lower layer concrete is very obvious and likely to lead to the crack of the concrete. Hence, it is suggested that, after finish pouring of concrete and final set of concrete, sprinkling water or flowing water maintenance should be carried out in high temperature seasons, such as summer and autumn; before pouring the concrete, it is better to take measures, like spray and sprinkling water, to reduce the surface temperature of lower layer concrete, and try to avoid starting pouring concrete at midday.

A facile and efficient synthesis of indole has been developed using ketones or cyclohexandiones with aryhydrazine hydrochlorides in 85% to 95% yields in water under ultrasound irradiation in the presence of Novel SO3H-functionalized ionic liquids (ILs) catalyst. Simple work-up procedure, environmentally friendly, inexpensive and non-toxic catalyst, shorter reaction times along with excellent product yields are the significant features of this practical method.

In this paper, the nano-β-SiC/Al2O3 composite absorbing coatings produced by plasma spraying technology were reported. Where, β-SiC phase dissipates in the boundary of Al2O3 grains. Then, the relationship between microstructure and dielectric properties was built. Some results are shown as follows: with increasing of flatten ratio of particle and pores, the microwave reflectivity coefficient of composite absorbing coatings decreases and ranges to low frequency. And, there exists a threshold value, about 30wt% of nano β-SiC, the microwave reflectivity coefficient of composite absorbing coatings can reach to -8 dB. The infrared properties of β-SiC/ Al2O3composite absorbing coatings with experiment is about 0.6~0.8, respectively.

P(DMAA-co-AM)hydrogel was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization with N,N-dimethylacrylamide(DMAA) and acrylamide(AM) as monomers.,taking the P(DMAA-co-AM) hydrogel as carrier, a-amylase was immobilized by adsorption method.The investigation of effection of temperature and pH on enzymatic activity exhibites that the optimum temperatures are 50°C for both free and immobilized enzyme,the maximum activity is observed at pH 6.0 for both free and immobized enzyme. The activity of immobilized a-amylase remaines higher 40% at sixth run. Kinetic studies demonstrate that: Km values are 5.15749 and 1.44479 mg/mL for free and immobilized enzyme, Vmax values are 2.56082 and 0.58272 mg/mL min-1 for free and immobilized enzyme.

0# diesel is common petroleum hydrocarbon pollutant of sea and marine organisms. One goal of this study was to assess the chronic toxic effect of water-accommodated fractions（WAFS）of 0# diesel oil on Splox gene of Strongylocentyotus intermedius by PCR-SSCP. The experiment was carried out with three concentrations (5mg/L, 20mg/L and 50mg/l). The results show that with the increase of exposure concentration and time, the mutation probability of the sea urchin increased. In the four primers, single base mutation took place in coding region of the 41 of Primer A-1, with the conversion of A-G, where amino acid changed from lysine into arginine.

The effects of ethylene vinyl acetate grafting maleic anhydride (EVA-g-MAH )as a compatilizer on the mechanical properties, compatibility and morphological structure of thermoplastic Polyurethane and poly(vinyl chloride) blends were studied. The blends were prepared and characterized by mechanics properties test, scanning electron microscopy(SEM,)dynamic mechanical properties (DMA) and thermogravimetry(TG) . Mechanical properties indicate that the hardness, tensile strength, breaking elongation of the blends are greatly improved by EVA-g-MAH, when the critical EVA-g-MAH content at about 4 wt%.SEM micrographs reveal that EVA-g-MAH could bring down the diameter of dispersed , change brittle fracture into ductile fracture, and promote adhesion of phase interface. The glass transition temperature change by DMA proves that the addition of the EVA-g-MAH improved the compatibilization of blends. And the results of TG experiment show that EVA-g-MAH greatly improve the thermal stability of the blends.

To solve the problem that large training samples and slow speed in diagnosing based on support vector classifier, a hybrid classification algorithm applying attribute reduction of rough set and classification principles of SVM to diagnose diseases was proposed. RS was used to preprocess the attributes on condition that no effective information was lost. Redundant attributes and conflicting objects from decision table was deleted. And the dimension and complexity in the process of SVM classification was reduced. Then it classifies and forecasts objects by SVM classifier, so as to achieve the diagnosis for case. Experiments show that it can improve the rate of diagnosis under the reasonable reducing accurate rating after RS reducing information, and can improve the speed of diagnosing diseases when SVM dealing with much disease information.

In order to improve the effectiveness of fault diagnosis for mechatronic system, new integrated testing instrument was developed. The testing instrument was integrated with experience, detected data and complex technical principles. The structure of the integrated testing instrument was introduced. The system is divided into fault diagnosis expert system and signal processing device. Fault diagnosis expert system software is to complete the human-computer interaction, testing process control, test result analysis processing, output display and fault diagnosis. Signal processing instrument includes test signal acquisition, signal conditioning, data acquisition, and data communication. Experiments show that the instrument can find the fault efficiently and improve the maintenance efficiency of a certain type of mechatronic system.

As to the time effect of prestress in bolt in geotechnical engineering, the stress distribution in fully-grounded MFRP bolt and its trend influenced by rock rheology is obtained by FEM. The Burgers body which is able to model the primary and secondary creep regions of the rock mass is applied to analyze the time effect of prestress in MFRP bolt. The results show that rock rheology has a great effect on MFRP bolt stress.

To improve the performance data management efficiency of welded pipe used in the 2nd west to east gas pipeline, a distributed performance data acquiring and management system for welded pipe was developed. The system was established by using two-level three-tier Client/Server model. Performance data for welded pipe from different factories was acquired at clients and input to local database. The data then can be analyzed at local, or be transferred to the server through networks for unified storage and analysis. The System has functions as data management, file transferring, standard technology condition management, statistical analysis, figure displaying and statistical analysis report generation, etc. The system was implemented using VC++. Oracle and Access is adopted as database for server and client respectively, XML is as the data encapsulation for transferring file. The developed system plays a significant role in analyzing and evaluating the whole quality of welded pipe, and is useful for pipeline quality control.

Novel SO3H-functionalized ionic liquids were successfully applied as catalysts for the one-pot three component Biginelli condensation under ultrasound irradiation without solvent. Various types of 3,4-dihydorpymidine(1H)-(thio)-ones were provided in 84-98% yields and conveniently separated from the reaction mixture by filtration, the dissolved catalyst could be reused with simple treatment. This novel synthetic method is especially favoured because it provides a synergy between ionic liquids and ultrasound irradiation which offers the advantages of high yields, short reaction times, simplicity, and easy workup compared to the conventional methods reported in the literature

Environmental protection and worker safety measures against the extensively used hard chrome plating (EHC) is becoming more stringent, which leads to the development and application of alternative technology. As one of the most promising replacement technology of EHC, WC/Co coatings deposited by High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) have well performances in corrosion and wear resistance. The paper analyzed technical characteristics, property and cost of EHC and HVOF deposited WC-Co coatings, while results show that performance of HVOF sprayed WC-Co coatings is superior or equal to EHC with much higher expense, so current replacement of EHC by HVOF centers airplane and military arm field which have relatively higher profit.

The jet temperature of the plasma generator for waste disposal reaches as high as 10000K so that it is difficult to measure directly. By constructing a digital plasma measurement system, the operating parameters of plasma generator can be precisely controlled and measured. According to energy balance principle, the mathematical model was determined to calculate the average enthalpy at the plasma generator exit plane, and the average temperature and its distributions were obtained. Influence of different gas compositions on plasma jet characteristics was studied. The results show that, at the plasma generator exit plane, the maximal temperature and average temperature of argon plasma jet is about 18794K and 10193 K respectively, while that of argon-hydrogen plasma jet is about 22358 K and 12100 K.

The elastic Euler buckling of an inextensible column is confined in a plane, and subject to fixed end displacement, in the presence of rigid, frictionless side-walls which constrain overall lateral displacements. The whole deflection is divided into some typical columns because of the symmetry. The governing equations of constrained buckling mode and deflection about axial load are deduced, based on linearized differential equation of beam. Point and line contact models are introduced to describe the behavior of the column in constrained buckling process, including load capacity, buckling wave and reaction force. The analysis on the deflection of column is helpful to the research about possible post-buckling paths.
