Dip-coating is a conventional solution processing technology to prepare large-area films at a low cost and with cheap facilities. For semiconductor film processing, crystal orientation and thickness uniformity are the primary factors that determine the film quality and its electrical performance. These requirements are readily satisfied with the dip-coating method because the film morphology can be effectively optimized by tuning the withdrawal speed. This work optimizes the withdrawal speed for the dip-coating of patterned semiconductor films of 400×500 mm2 as well as that for film dip-coating on the whole surfaces of the substrate. For both experiment, optimized electrical mobility is achieved at the same withdrawal speed, however, the random crystal orientation of the patterned films causes a remarkable decrease in device performance.

The traditional remanufacturing mostly focus on the technical measures which are aimed to keep and restore the available state after products design, produce and put into use. The design work before they are put into use is less involved. The high-level product innovation design theory, for exampleTRIZ, can scientific refining innovative ideas and provide mature theoretical system and method for design problems. Reasonable use them to innovative design the remanufactured products can scientific guiding products remanufacturing process, increase the scientific nature of the decision-making program and create enormous social and economic benefits.

Biofiltration systems have become effective and inexpensive alternatives to conventional treatment systems. In this study, a functional bioreactor, e.g. the biotrickling filter was evaluated for its efficiencies in treating ammonia in the wastewater treatment plant at different loadings and its performance were studied. The experimental results showed that the influent ammonia can be efficiently removed in the biotrickling filter. The removal efficiency was above 90.7% when the inlet ammonia concentrations varied from 20 to 300 mg/m3and the flow rates were adjusted to from 0.61 to 1.06 m3/h.The results in microbial analyses indicated that the ammonia oxidizing bacteria and nitrite oxidizing bacteria were dominant in the biotrickling filter.

Parsing Chinese is a key issue in NLP. Many controversies arise from Chinese special sentence patterns. This paper puts forward a novel model Feature Structure theory to resolve the semantic labeling of Chinese special sentence patterns. We analyze the difficulties in annotating these sentences, and compare Feature Structure with dependency structure. Feature Structure represents more semantic information and more semantic relations. Feature Graph is a recursive undirected graph, allows nesting and multiple correlations.

Based on the pilot experiment on quick start-up of filter for removing manganese, amplification experiment was carried out. High concentration aeration and low concentration running were used in this experiment as starting mode. The maturity period of the filter for manganese removal is 9 days. Through the research on the distribution of manganese ions in filter bed by different filtration rate, the result shows a bigger depth of the filter bed is needed with the increase of filtration rate. For raw water with manganese ions concentration of 1.0-1.5 mg•L-1, the highest flow rate that can be handled by this equipment is 0.7 m•h-1. The blockages in filter bed can be washed out under the condition that the back washing intensity is 7.81 L•s-1•m-2 and the back washing time is 5 min. The back washing period of the filter is 13 days.

Jetting power has been applied more and more frequently to create trench in the seabed to bury cables or pipelines under a protective layer of sand in offshore engineering. However, there are still several key problems to be understood further and solved both in their design and operating. This study investigates the topographic deformation due to the scour of silt beds which lie below marine pipelines and are impinged by moving two jets in a model experimental system. The response of silty sea beds was also examined during the experiment. The important parameter that influences the trenching performance, the jet velocity, was studied. The speed of the jet horizontal motion was varied to examine its effect on the scour profile. By presenting the variation of a scour profile with time after impingement, the change process was analyzed. The asymptotic scour profiles were found to be very similar when made non-dimensional, and a function was employed to describe the non-dimensional profile. The results of the above work will permit a better understanding of the mechanisms controlling the performances of underwater trenching by jet trenching machines.

Medium sand was selected as simulation medium. Benzene was chosen as the target pollutant. Soil column simulation experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of influencing factors such as aeration rate, medium permeability and air injection mode on benzene removal efficiency in groundwater. The results showed that the aeration rate and medium permeability affected AS remediation efficiency significantly. The benzene removal efficiency increased with the aeration rate. When the aeration rate exceeded 300 mL•min-1, the removal efficiency did not increase any more. The bigger the hydraulic conductivity was, the higher removal efficiency of benzene was. In the same operation condition, pulsed intermittent air injection had advantages over continuous air injection for benzene •remediation in the medium sand with low hydraulic conductivity.

In the commonly-used EDA software, there is no equivalent circuit model of top-emitting OLED for SPICE, so it is difficult while the OLED pixel driving circuits are designed such as in microdisplay applications. To solve the problem, its SPICE model of top-emitting OLED was studied in this paper. Three models including the diode-connected NMOS model, the single-diode model, and the double-diode paralleled model are discussed and their simulation results from EDA software HSPICE are compared. Results show that the fitted errors obtained from the diode-connected NMOS model is the smallest, but its simulated errors are the largest. The fitted errors and the simulated errors obtained from the single-diode model are also large. However, small fitted errors and simulated errors got from double-diode paralleled model show that this model satisfies the application of the designing for OLED pixel driving circuits.

In order to study the change of the filter cloth and the change of supramolecular structure after heat setting, two groups of filtering cloths were produced using polypropylene monofilament, Scanning electron microscope, IR Spectrometer FTIR and differential scanning calorimeter were used to observe the structure variation before and after heat setting. It was found that the fabrics in different groups exhibited significantly different surface structures, after heat setting. In addition, the infrared spectrogram and DSC data revealed that supramolecular structure of polypropylene fiber did not change after heat setting, since no new chemical bond was observed after heat setting.

Filter made by polyester woven fabric may deform in service, which may be improved by interweaving polyester and continuous basalt fiber filaments. The dimensional stabilities of polyester woven filter and continuous basalt fiber/polyester woven filter were observed under the conditions of dry heating at high temperature and hot dilute alkali environment. It was found that the continuous basalt fiber was helpful to improve the dimension stability of the woven filter fabrics in different concentrations of hot dilute alkali.

A group of new composite antibacterial agent was prepared by ion adsorption method, in which silver ion is the main active ingredient, with alumina and zirconia as the carriers. The influence of mixing time, content of zirconia, silver ion content and calcination temperature on the antibacterial properties of the composite powder are discussed in this paper. The results show that when the content of ZrO2 is 4%, Ag+ content is 4%，mixing temperature is 70°C，mixing time is 4h, the composite antibacterial agent has a good property. ZrO2 can be loaded in the large hole of Al2O3 as a second carrier; it can keep a larger surface area-based carrier, suitable pore structure, and also play an important role on antibacterial properties at high temperature.

The influence of Nano- CaCO3 on the mechanical property of PALC was studied in the paper. And the mechanism of Nano- CaCO3 modified cement-based materials was also discussed by means of X-ray diffraction and SEM. The results shows that the PALC with 2% of added Nano-CaCO3 by weight of cement has an optimum splitting strength, in which the increase of splitting strength are about 15.2%,20.4% and 19.7% at 3days,7days and 28 days. The reasons for causing the above results are because Nano-CaCO3’s filling effect of micro-particle, surface effect of nano-particles as well as micro-nucleus effect.

The influence of Silica fume/Nanosilica on the Performance of phosphoaluminate cement was studied in the paper. The microstructure and morphology was determined by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results show that the phosphoaluminate cement with 4% of added Silica fume/Nanosilica(1:1) by weight of cement has an optimum splitting strength, in which the increase of splitting strength are about 15.1%,11.8% and 24.6% at 3days,7days and 28 days. The reason for causing the above results are the hydration rate and the amount of the hydrates of PALC with 4% Silica fume/Nanosilica have been increased significantly at different hydration time because of the role played by Silica fume and Nanosilica together.
