We developed a one-pot method for the fabrication of hydrogel-based photonic crystal (PC) materials. An array of monodisperse colloids was self-assembled within a polymer solution, which generates a visible light diffractable photonic mixture. This mixture was molded and gelated into a hydrogel PC material by freeze-thaw treatment. Drug release as well as the structure colour changing properties of the PC hydrogels were discussed, and the experiment results revealed that our one-pot design and the associated modification approach has potential in efficient fabrication of PC materials.

Using elastic mechanics and fracture mechanics, analyzing the coal seam hydraulic fracturing breakdown pressure, given its theoretical formula. In Sihe Coal Mine conducted fracturing test, the test results showed that: the average of drainage volume of fracturing hole improved 4.4 times compared with non-pressed-hole. The extraction compliance time is reduced by 38%. Roadway tunneling speed was improved by 15%. It can solve the problem of gas overrun in roadway excavation well, and has a good application and popularization value.

Multi-depot heterogeneous vehicle routing problem with simultaneous pickup and delivery and time windows (MDHVRPSPDTW) is an extension of vehicle routing problem (VRP), MDHVRPSPDTW mathematical model was established. The improved genetic algorithm (IGA) is proposed for solving the model. Firstly, MDHVRPSPDTW is transferred into different groups by the seed customer selecting method and scanning algorithm (SA).Secondly, IGA based on elite selection and inversion operator is used to solve the model, and then cutting merge strategy based on greedy thought and three kinds of neighborhood search methods is applied to optimize the feasible solutions further. Finally, 3-opt local search is applied to adjust the solution. The proposed IGA has been test on a random new numerical example.The computational results show that IGA is superior to branch and bound algorithm (BBD) by Lingo 9.0 in terms of optimum speed and solution quality, and the model and the proposed approach is effective and feasible.

Aiming at vehicle routing problem (VRP) with many extended features is widely used in actual life, multi-depot heterogeneous vehicle routing problem with soft time windows (MDHIVRPSTW) mathematical model is established. An improved ant colony optimization (IACO) is proposed for solving this model. Firstly, MDHIVRPSTW was transferred into different groups according to nearest depot method, then constructing the initial route by scanning algorithm (SA). Secondly, genetic operators were introduced, and then adjusting crossover probability and mutation probability adaptively in order to improve the global search ability of the algorithm. Moreover, smooth mechanism was used to improve the performance of ant colony optimization (ACO). Finally, 3-opt strategy was used to improve the local search ability. The proposed IACO has been tested on a 32-customer instance which was generated randomly. The experimental results show that IACO is superior to other three algorithms in terms of convergence speed and solution quality, thus the proposed method is effective and feasible, and the proposed model is better than conventional model.

This paper introduces the design of permanent magnet that can been used to small nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) system, and its static magnetic field simulation analysis uses Ansoft's Maxwell software. According to the theory of magnetic circuit design and the performance requirements of magnetic field, An H-style permanent magnetic actuator has been designed, and it can generate uniform magnetic field larger than 0.4 T in the interested region of this actuator. The static magnetic field simulation analysis of this permanent magnetic actuator has done by Ansoft's Maxwell 3D software, and the experimental results show that the design of permanent magnet can meet the requirements.

Affected by the climate change and human activities, the consistency of Measured Runoff Series (MRS) is changing. The methods of reduction modification and current modification are commonly used to the inconsistent MRS in domestic, the modified runoff series will be used to water resources assessment as the basic data, but the methods that used to estimate the consistency of Reduction Runoff Series (RRS) and Current Runoff Series (CRS) is subjective to some extent. With the MRS/RRS/CRS from 1956 to 2000 of Huayuankou Station at Yellow River, the influence degree of human activities and climate change to the inconsistency of runoff series were analyzed preliminarily, then the hydrological alteration diagnosis system was used to estimate the consistency of runoff series, with the parameters of Hurst coefficient and the alteration classification, the modification effect of RRS/CRS was analyzed. The results show that, although the consistency of RRS/CRS was improved, the alteration still existed, they should be modified further more to satisfied the requirement of water resources assessment, or the assessment method that adjust to the inconsistent runoff series should be adopted.

Currently, friction stir welding has had a wide application in connection of aircraft panels. However, researches are rarely carried on in domestic aeronautics field, which involves the differences between FSW panels and traditional riveted panels in aspects of strength and stabilities under various working conditions such as shear and tension and compression. Picture frame fixture was used in this research for comparison test between two types of aircraft panels, which were connected to stringers by riveting and friction stir welding (FSW). Finite element models were established to simulate the panels in the shear tests which proposed a method to simulate the connection types. It is found that the FSW connection performs better than riveted connection in aspects of limiting load and initial buckling load, which proved that panel connected by FSW is better than riveting in mechanical properties. The test result is proved by FEM simulation, and vise versa.

In order to improve the security and reliability of digital synchronization network, digital synchronized equipment mostly uses reference source design and ensure the output performance in abnormal situation by redundancy back-up of multiple reference sources. The paper not only describes the concept of time-frequency equipment reference source and its judgment index, but also details a multi-source dynamic determination algorithm for digital synchronization equipment. A multi-component weighted average approach is designed the multi-source dynamic source selected processes by the study of several time sources of anomaly detection to improve the accuracy of the synchronization signal. The algorithm with simple structure can help keeping the high synchronization accuracy of multi-source time synchronization system.

For traditional intrusion detection technology, the lack of intelligent and self-adaptive has become increasingly prominent when they cope with unknown attacks. A method based on genetic algorithm was presented for discovering and learning the intrusion detection rules. This algorithm uses the network data packet as an original data source, after pretreatment, initialized them to be the initial population of the genetic algorithm, then derive the classification rules. These rules were used to detect or classify network intrusions in a real-time network environment, selecting the intrusion packets. The experiment proves the efficiency of the presented method.

Applying Wall tapping and roof sounding for coal blasting mining, excavation face to determine whether the status of roadway roof separation occurs. Firstly through beating the different parts of rock layers and record the received voice signal, which do the DTW feature extraction of the voice signal. Secondly based on the model database of constructed roof separated layer, determining the state of the roof combining with BP neural network recognition algorithm, after the extraction of DTW feature and the sequence data generated. Finally simulation and experiments show that identification method based on DTW, determining the state of the roof characteristic. Whether the roof separation of roadway occurs, to avoid the misjudgment problems of lack of experience in practical works.

Halbach magnet array has advantages of its small size and yokeless, so it has been widely used in various areas. In this paper, two Halbach permanent magnet arrays for small-size NMR with cube and octagonal shape, respectively, were compared in parameters of average magnetic field strength, field homogeneity and volume with the same material consumption. It was found that the octagonal shape magnet has better performance than the cube one. Then the field homogeneity optimization for octagonal magnet was performed. By analysis of magnetic field strength, the best homogeneity in 5mm DSV (Diameter of Spherical Volume) with 133.4ppm was achieved when the height of magnetic blocks is 16.25mm. After optimization, the magnetic field homogeneity has been significantly improved when the shape of magnet has small volume. This result laid a foundation for the design and manufacture of the octagonal Halbach permanent magnet array in small size.

The paper develops an evaluation model using Data Envelopment Analysis to measure structure efficiency of energy terminal consumption - based on input-orientated measures in input structure (IIS Model). Specifically, the input structure efficiency (ISE) defined as the ratio of technical efficiency scores of ISS model over IMS model will be used to evaluate efficiency in terms of the structure of energy terminal consumption. The empirical data are used in the proposed analysis on the structure efficiency of energy terminal consumption in regions of China from 2000 to 2011. The results show that the overall level of the structure efficiency is lower and the structure of energy terminal consumption does not reach the optimization. There is a huge room for future improvement in terms of energy efficiency by optimizing the structure of energy terminal consumption. In addition, the results of correlations in regions show that there are several important managerial decisions which need being further explored.

The thermal fatigue behaviors of traditional Al-Si-Mg casting alloy and optimized Al-Si-Mg casting alloys at different thermal fatigue temperatures were investigated. Fatigue cracking appeared on the surface of traditional Al-Si-Mg alloy after 450 thermal cycles at 300 °C thermal fatigue temperature. However, the fatigue cracking was not found on the surface of optimized Al-Si-Mg alloy at the limited thermal fatigue cycles (less than 4450 times). Moreover, the optimized Al-Si-Mg alloy only occurred to elastic deformation and could not emerge in irreversible deformation. The grain refinement in the optimized Al-Si-Mg alloy could make the thermal fatigue cracking appeared much later and propagated much slowly. These results showed that the thermal fatigue resistance of optimized Al-Si-Mg alloy was superior to that of traditional Al-Si-Mg alloy.

Compared undamped free vibration modal analysis with the inherent frequency measurement experimental results, to verify the accuracy of the finite element model, and prove its no resonance phenomenon.

There are a lot of the potential security hazard in many rural breeding sheds. Some which are improper construction has jeopardized to people's lives and wealth. Peasants themselves mostly construct breeding sheds by the traditional empirical formula or the mimetic one in order to cost savings. Reasonable construction structure and correct building methods have a positive effect on reducing property loss and protecting people's safety.

The Tessiers five-stage sequential extraction procedure for extractable heavy metals determination was applied to sludge samples collected from wastewater treatment plant of Yanan city, Shaanxi province, China. According to the Tessiers guidelines, Copper (Cu), Zinc (Zn), Nickel (Ni), Cadmium (Cd) and Chromium (Cr) were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The heavy metal concentrations from high to low are Cu > Zn > Ni > Cr > Cd, which are lower than maximum permitted levels for agricultural use in relation to current international legislation. As shown in the speciation experiment, Cu mainly exists in organic form and sulfides, which is relatively stable. Zn with potentially hazards mainly exists in iron/manganese form. Ni mainly exists in insoluble form, which is stable and not easy to migrate to the environment. Cd with potential biological effectiveness mainly exists in acid soluble form and is easy to migrate to the environment.

In BOM product matching, there will be several product solutions based on the matching mechanism owing to the fuzziness and diversity of the customers needs. To select the optimal BOM through the matching process, a quantization method, which evaluates the product solutions according to customers intuitive estimate, is proposed. Customers needs are consisted by many parameters, and each parameter has several values. First, initialize the satisfaction level of every parameter value in the requirements through customers intuitive assessment. Second, as to a parameter, get the difference of satisfaction level of each parameter value by pairwise comparison. Third, revise the satisfaction level by the difference got by the second step. Other parameters are processed by the same method. Then, the satisfaction level of product BOM is calculated by the weighted average of the satisfaction levels of its constituent parameters. In this way, the BOM that best meets the customers requirements can be found out. The feasibility of the method is finally verified through an empirical study. This method can also be used in some other situations that contain fuzzy concept quantization.

Dynamic fracture of ductile metals at different strain rates and temperatures is studied via molecular dynamic simulations. The results show that both increase of temperature and decrease of strain rate reduce the yield strength, but the stress-strain curves separate prior to yield point at different temperatures. Both increase of temperature and strain rate shorten the duration of the stage of dislocation nucleation and slip. The stress-strain curves for various materials indicate that void nucleation needs not only lower yield strength but also lower fault energy. After the yield point, initially some defect clusters form along the loading direction. With the increasing of strain, small dislocation loops nucleate from some larger defect clusters, then quickly multiply and move on slip plane. When the stress exceeds a critical value, some voids nucleate in dislocation aggregation regions. The incipient void shapes are clavate and void distributions predominantly are along the perpendicular directions of tensile loading. Nucleated voids gradually grow into spherical-like shapes via emitting dislocations.

The ultrasonic technique is a new method for detecting the borehole sediment thickness and has been gradually developed in recent years. However, there are still several key technologies needing to be further studied and developed. This paper focuses on studying and designing the ultrasonic processing circuits including the mono-stable flip-flop circuit, the driving circuit, the amplification filtering circuit and the automatic gain control circuit. Under the environment of Multisim10.0, the designed circuits are simulated. The results show that the deigned ultrasonic driving circuit has a strong driving capacity and is capable of completely meeting the bandwidth requirements in measuring the sediment thickness by ultrasonic. The automatic gain control circuit is capable of strengthening the ultrasonic signal in a time varying mode so that the output signal can be kept stable within the given range. So it has a significant effect on the ultrasonic measurement of sediment; the designed amplification, filter bandwidth and the quality value can all meet the system requirements. Meanwhile, the integrated filter is adopted and few peripheral components are used, therefore, the system design is greatly simplified.

The paper is based on surface gas extraction technology from boreholes in the goaf in Zhangbei Coal Mine ,Huainan Mining Group .With the method of numerical simulation ,the authors have made analysis on the space-time cracking and moving law about the overburden of mining field during exploiting by contrasting extraction data about boreholes in Huainan Mining Group .Besides ,paper provides conclusion and advices on promoting the stability of borehole in the end .To some extent ,the paper is of instructive significance for the research ,promotion and application of gas extraction technology from the goaf .

In order to determine coal seam gas content accurately, the single factor method was adopted to study geological factors that affect coal seam gas content of a coal mine. Bedrock depth, 50m influence coefficient and coal thickness are identified as the main controlling factors of gas content. And the corresponding correlation coefficient are: 0.6011, 0.3899, 0.2527. Factors such as effective trapping thickness, moisture content and ash content are regarded as secondary factors. Then the SVM theory was used to set up a nonlinear prediction model between coal seam gas content and main controlling factors, and the gas content was predicted. Results show that single factor method can be used to determine main controlling factors of coal seam gas and the gas content SVM model can predict gas content accurately. Besides, the research findings can provide technical basis for gas drainage and gas outburst prevention.

The large-displacement motion simulator which composed by Cartesian coordinate movement Desk and Three-axis turntable was designed in this paper. This Motion simulator can move the working spaces to any position of the space by any posture, which solved the disadvantages of the STEWART platform, the smaller spatial displacement and limited space corner. Kinematic analysis of the large-displacement motion simulator was discussed in this article, and theoretical modeling of the large-displacement motion simulator was presented by KANE equations. This has the theoretical significance for the research of the technology of space motion simulation and docking.

In this work, we reveals the statistical distribution law of 1-3mm coal particle size by MATLAB and the definition and probability distribution function of log-Weibull distribution. In order to get the theoretical probability model of the particle size distribution, we studied the parameter estimation of Weibull, lognormal and log-Weibull distribution though using the maximum likelihood estimation method. The comparison criterion Cc was introduced to evaluate the difference between the theoretical probability density model and the actual experimental data distribution. The results of comparison criterion shows when the particle size has a smaller intervals, log-Weibull distribution is better to predict the experimental data than Weibull distribution and has a smaller change with the different intervals of particle size than others.

In general, the sulfate isotope was used of the researching for the horizontal inflow groundwater, and discussed the source of the source of groundwater. This paper discusses the different depth and different area groundwater, the results indicate that, at the same groundwater flowing system, the different area and different depth, the sulfate isotope characteristics of groundwater have lots of differences, these differences indicate that the two area groundwater have the different source and the different process of minerals dissolve, and the hydraulic power between the two area groundwater is very weak.

Dynamic behavior of a vehicle-bridge system model is presented. A set of time-varying equations of the system considering roughness surface of bridge are given. The equations are rewritten in the form of matrix for numerical simulation. Modal analysis of the equations is carried out. Simulation and visualization of the equations are given. Effects of different speeds and accelerations of moving vehicle and roughness surface of bridge on the vertical displacement of mid-span of bridge are studied.

Several earthquakes record that the residential fills always suffer severe damages. In order to know the seismic damage mechanism and evaluate the damage extent of residential fill ground, research is carried out on two fill grounds in the eastern part of Kyoto basin. The research includes field survey about terrain condition, geological condition, development history, disaster condition during 1995 Kobe earthquake and surface wave explorations. Some remarkable conclusions are summarized as follows: In Jyodo-ji area, it is a residential fill on soft alluvium ground. The geological condition is back swamp. The thickness of surface fill soil is about 1~4 meters. In Kiyomizu-dera area, it is a valley filled ground. The geological condition is hilly platform.

Being compared with traditional wear resistant materials, the corrosion resistance of high boron iron-based alloy at 25°Cand at 60°Care researched respectively. The results show that the corrosion resistance of wear-resistant alloys decline at high temperature. At 25°C and at 60°C, though the corrosion resistance of high chromium cast iron is a little higher than that of high boron iron-based alloy in acid medium (PH=3), high boron iron-based alloy’s corrosion resistance is the best among these three materials in neutral medium (PH=7) and in alkaline medium (PH=12).

A vehicle-bridge system is simplified as a model of Euler-Bernoulli beam subjected to kinds of load. Dynamic behavior of the beam is researched in this paper. Several equations of the beam traversed by static or moving load and mass are given. Some of these equations are time-varying nonlinear. In order to avoid the problem of instability solving the equations, precise time integration method is used. Results show that the transversal deflection of the mid-span of the beam is greater when a harmonic force or a mass is traveling on the bridge at a lower velocity or by accelerating.

The dynamic problem of a free-free beam with lumped masses distributed along the beam is researched. Effects of magnitude and position of lumped masses on bending mode and natural frequency of a free-free beam is studied. Method of lumped masses proposed in this paper is used to determine dynamic bending curves and natural frequencies. Least square method is used to give function fitting of the bending curves. The dynamic equations of a free-free beam are established by Lagrange method. Numerical simulation for dynamic response of the beam is carried out by MATLAB. The simulation results show that an impulsive load applied on the center of mass of the beam will result in small bending stress. However, a given larger impulsive load acting on one end or two ends of the beam will cause larger bending stress and plastic deformation at a cross-section and result in final failure.

Distributed fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensing technology is used to measure the bending stiffness of a thin-walled aluminum tubes beam. In this work, the FBG sensing method is introduced, and the test result is compared with the nominal value based on the traditional mechanics of material computation.

In this paper, the STIRPAT model has been used for quantitative research of the driving factors of building energy consumption in China. We use the ridge regression method to obtain the regression equation between building energy consumption and five key driving factors, including population, urbanization rate, household consumption level, per capita living space, and the development of the tertiary industry. The results show that the comsumption level has higher influence on building energy consumption in China than the other four factor, and the influence of the tertiary industry and building area factors is inferior. The influence of population factor on the growth of building energy consumption is small, but the distribution of urban and rural population factors (urbanization rate) have greater influence than the total population factor.

The gas flow field in the swirl tube was studied by experimental measurement and numerical simulation. The results show that the simulation results based on the Reynolds stress turbulent model is in good agreement with the measured results probed by the five orifice Pitot-tube. Meantime, it is analyzed that there is short cut stream at the end of the exit tube, and at the dust discharge jaws, the particles are prone to be re-entrained from the hopper. All results above provide a base for further research on the optimization of the structure and the improvement of the separation performance of the swirl tube.

Schiff’s Reaction between amino and carbonyl in reactive carbonyl compounds was that taurine played a variety biological function of molecular basis in cells.

This paper proposes a new isolation module, which is composed of double-layer tubular structures and the middle filling material. The hoop vibration isolation module is set somewhere out of pier footings of the footbridge, which presents some advantages such as good reliability, convenient construction, limited occupation areas, little damage to the environment and low cost. The energy of the vibration wave is confined at the most degree outside of the bridge pier, which reduces the vibration of beams and piers of footbridge. The present work gives an account of the experimental investigation on mitigation effects of the new vibration isolation module. The horizontal and vertical accelerations at test points under various working conditions were presented in this paper. Vibration levels were calculated to analyze the regularity of vibration attenuation, compared with no measures of vibration isolation. The results can provide some basic data for the mitigation of environment vibration arising from traffic loads.

Compound condensing heat pump combines the advantages of heat pump technology and condensing heat recovery technology. It takes full account of the common infrastructure in the cooling and heat source system and greatly increases equipment utilization ratio. It also recycles condensing heat to produce sanitary hot water efficiently while ensuring cooling and heating of heat pump to achieve the same effect. The distinctive technical features of the compound condensation / evaporation of four functional heat pump ensure its efficient and reliable operation. This heat pump system runs in several models throughout the year,which include the refrigeration mode, refrigeration&domestic hot water mode, domestic hot water mode and heating mode. The performance in refrigeration mode and refrigeration&domestic hot water mode is studied by a designed experiment is done and the an explicit analysis is made. By comparing the results of simlation and experiment,an agreement can be shown clearly. Therefore,the final conclusion is drawn:the performance of compound condensation / evaporation of four functional heat pump is improved over the traditional heat pump.It is worthy to further promote for the sake of energy saving.

The hydrological cycling of groundwater in Ordos Cretaceous Basin show obvious stratification, the cycle can be divided into three layers by cycling depth, the shallow, the intermediate and the deep. In this paper, a classification standard formed with geochemical and isotopic information is described. The standard is based on a large number of borehole investigation and stratified sampling. In the shallow layer, the groundwater mostly is fresh water with lower amount of total dissolved solids, the dominated anion is HCO3,tritium and 14C features show a high or rich properties; in the intermediate layer, the geochemical type of groundwater are SO4 or SO4-Cl, the age of groundwater calculated by 14C is less than 5000a; in the deep groundwater cycling, dominated anion show a complete evolution processes along the flow direction (HCO3-SO4-Cl) from recharge to discharge area, the groundwater age is commonly bigger than 5000a and even bigger than 10000a in the discharge area.

This paper presents a new vibration isolation module which is set somewhere out of pier footings of footbridges. The isolation vibration effect of the vibration isolation module was analysed by means of experiment and FEM analysis. The attenuation decibels of the vibration strength were measured and researched under various working conditions. Making use of the finite element program, the new vibration isolation module was simulated and calculated. That the calculated results were in good agreement with the measured ones indicated the reliability of the numerical model. The simulation and measured results suggest that vibration reduction effects are satisfactory. The results can provide reference for vibration attenuation and vibration isolation of footbridges.

An experiment extracting CBM with surface borehole from mining subsidence area of a 6.25 meters thick coal-bed workface was done in Jincheng city. The test borehole was designed three stages based on the geologic structure of test field. During underground workface passed through borehole, the operational status of well was recorded and the deformation of casing was detected four times. Test has shown that the highest pure flow of surface borehole can reach 8m3/min which proves that the methane extraction technology with surface borehole from mining infection zone has a bright future for application in Jincheng city. But, how to maintain the stability of casing avoiding damage is still a problem, which should be resolved before the drawing technology is used in Jincheng extensively. Besides, the ordinary protecting skills for borehole used in oil exploitation cannot take a satisfactory effect to protect tube against damaging due to overburden rock movement during mining. The casing will be damaged at several positions, especially near the junction of soft and hard strata. It may be right measure to expend the diameter of tube or install special defensive joints at the places where will deform badly under the mining influence.

The simulation analysis of the cantilever construction process was carried out with the structure analysis software. This paper provides an overview of the geometric control and the overall computation according to actual criterion, taking into account the effect of temperature, concrete shrinkage and creep, pre-stressed tension and so on. The elevation monitoring was carried out by comparing the calculated values with testing data. The analysis and control of the line shape are good to perfect the construction control technology of the closure section, enhance the closure quality and ensure the smooth of entire line shape and the rationality of the main beam internal force.

This paper deals with the mathematics model of two populations Commensalisms symbiosis and the stability of all equilibrium points the system. It has given the conclusion that there is only one stable equilibrium point the system. This paper also elucidates the biology meaning of the model and its equilibrium points.

The 22wt%WAl12intermetallic particulate reinforced Al-based matrix composite was successfully fabricated by press-forming technology using high-energy ball-milled powders. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that WAl12reinforcement phase has been obtained after in situ reaction of Al matrix with W14Al86alloy at 620°C. The mechanical properties of the composite material were studied at room temperature. The Young’s modulus, microhardness and the maximum ultimate tensile strength of this composite material can reach 75GPa, 1.51GPa and 471MPa, respectively. The results show that there is a good interfacial bonding between the Al matrix and WAl12particles. However, the composite cannot be applied in high temperature environment because of its fairly low strength residual ratio.

An indoor simulation experiment has been carried out to study the effects of Roxarsone on the soil neutral phosphatase, catalase and urease activity. The result showed that the enzyme activities were reduced by the Roxarsone, and the effect degree was aggravated with the increasing consistency. It also showed that inhibition of various enzymes on the rise - decrease trend during the whole incubation period reached its peak on the tenth day as 54.71%,33.92% and 13.81% sorting the phosphatase, the catalase and the urease in a descending order consulting the enzyme sensitivity to Roxarsone. Taking the ED10 as an example, which is 18.83, 48.31 and 185.2 mg.kg-1 on the tenth day: Negative exponential growth model were used to fit the regression rate of enzyme activities with time indicating that the time of Roxarsone toxic effects on soil enzyme extended with the consistency being increased.

SiO2/Ag core-shell composite microspheres were synthesized by silver-seeding method in this paper. In the process, silver nanoparticles as seeds were deposited by repeating the cycle times for further formation of Ag shell. The effects of reaction power and time on the seeding of silica surfaces and the effect of silver ion on the growth of silver shells were investigated. Structures and properties were measured with TEM, UV, FT-IR and Infrared emissometer. The results showed the Ag nanoparticles on the silica surfaces were uniform in size. And the number density was increased growing with the increase of deposition. It was found that the composite exhibited a lower infrared emissivity value in the wavelength range from 8 to 14 μm than that of pure silica as a result of strong reflection of silver metal.

This paper is aimed to analyse contact stress of ring-plate indexing cam mechanism which is a new type of indexing cam mechanism. A contact finite element model of the cam and the pin gear is established with the commercial software of MATLAB and ANSYS. With the finite element analysis, the contact stress of the cam and the pin gear is predicted in one motion cycle. On the basis of the finite element analysis, the force and the position of maximum stress are obtained. The conclusion proposed here is reliable to instruct the design of ring-plate indexing cam mechanism.

The reliability of the nuclear power plant DCS is analyzed using Markov process to establish a mathematical model. And the initial use of the model on the three indicators of reliability parameters of nuclear power plants is calculated. The results showed that the model is correct,reliable and error rate is 9×10-10.DCS applies to preliminary analysis of the reliability of nuclear power DCS. Nuclear power plant DCS reliability is high enough, the minimum time of continuous operation is up to 66667 h, compared to conventional control methods more safe and reliable.
