Resistors, inductors and capacitors are indispensable components in modern electronics field. While digital potentiometer is capable of conducting digital adjustments on resistances, the flexibility of adjusting the capacitance of most capacitors is still very limited even until now. This paper introduced a digital capacitor circuit based on impedance transformations. The impedance transformation circuit was set up by assembling an integrated operational amplifier and small amounts of resistors and capacitors. The capacitance of this circuit can be adjusted by controlling the resistance of a certain resistor using a digital potentiometer. Simulation results showed this circuit has many advantages including great flexibility if controlled with a single chip, wide capacitance adjustment range, insensitivity to temperature and pressure, and the size of the circuit remaining the same while the capacitance increases.

In this paper, a novel stable piceatannol nanoemulsion is established. The piceatannol nanoemulsion formulation was screened based on the pseudo ternary phase diagrams. An optimized prescription was given as piceatannol 0.54%, EL-40 25.6%, ethanol 3.87%, castor oil 10.30%, water 60.23% (mass ratio), with the mean particle size 87.3 nm. The morphology of piceatannol nanoemulsion was characterized by TEM. The test results demonstrate that the nanoemulsion has dramatically improved the the solubility and release performance of piceatannol in ABS and PBS.

Patch-clamp results showed MNPs combined with ELFF treatment inducing cells into early apoptosis should be partially based on ion metabolism disturbance of cells with similar to ELFF bio-effects to cells.

This paper provides the core matrix, calculation process and the amount of computation of less-than-20-point DFT. The algorithm is easy to be understood and applied.

In order to investigate the processing technology of phloridzin isolated from apple pomace by resin, apple pomace was used as raw material in this study, and HPLC was used to test phloridzin content. Absorption rates and desorption rates of phloridzin from 5 resins (LS-6、HPD-600、XDA-8、D-101、D4020) were contrasted, and the best resin for isolation was chosen. The best processing technology was determined by single factor experiment. The result shows that D-101 resin exhibits higher absorption rate and highest desorption rate, and it is the best resin for phloridzin isolation; the best processing technology: the absorbed solution content is 0.45 mg/mL, the absorption flow rate is 1.0 mL/min, the desorption solution pH is 7, the desorption solution is 90% ethanol, the adsorption flow rate is 0.5mL/min.

Under the framework of soil-wheat system, the sampling area was selected in the Lingxian country of Shandong province, based on the DGPS localization data, a total of 849 sampling sites of Ji wheat 22 yield which was cultivated by Shandong Academy of Agricultural Science were involved in the study, combination with grid sampling and random sampling. the spatial estimation comparison study of wheat yield was developed on the precision scale, with the support of Kriging and Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW) method. The main objective of the study analyzed the spatial estimation on basis of sampling sites with the help of two methods. The results showed that IDW method is more accurate on basis of the sampling sites data than Kriging method, under less than 40m interval between sites for Ji wheat 22 yield, though the major advantage of kriging in comparison with IDW is estimating weights for locations based not only on the distance between separated locations but also on the global semivariogram model fitted to the collected data. The results also indicated that the estimation accuracy depended on the threshold of sampling numbers, if the numbers are less than the threshold, the sampling density is in contact with the spatial estimation accuracy, if the numbers are more than the threshold, the density of the sampling numbers is improved, but the estimation results are not proportional to the density.

Pyruvate phosphate dikinase (PPDK) catalyzes the reversible conversion of AMP, phosphoenolpyruvate (PEP) and pyrophosphate (PPi) to ATP, pyruvate and inorganic phosphate (Pi). It is a key enzyme in gluconeogensis and photosynthesis that is responsible for reversing the reaction performed by pyruvate kinase in Embden-Meyerhof-Parnas glycolysis. A cDNA clone for the Dunaliella parva PPDK was isolated by sequencing. Then the 3'-RACE and 5'-cDNA amplification were conducted based on the obtained sequence. The molecular characterization of the PPDK gene was described.The Dunaliella parva PPDK gene cDNA sequence was 3249 bp, which contained 2595 bp coding region and 654 bp 3'-untranslated regions. The deduced amino acid sequence of Dunaliella parva PPDK showed significant homology to the known PPDK from Volvox carteri and Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. This study provided foundation for further research on the function analysis and overexpression of PPDK genes. To our knowledge this is the first reported.

The potential regulatory elements associated with hormone and light responses were also found in the ME promoter region. Similarity analysis revealed that the highest identity was found between Dunaliella parva and Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. The Dunaliella parva ME also showed wide similarity with other species.
