Hybrid modification processes are used to improve the working surface of 9Cr18Mo bearing steel by plasma immersion ion implantation (PIII) combined with magnetron sputtering (MS). The untreated and treated samples were evaluated by the microhardness and vacuum fiction coefficient tests. Wear morphology of surfaces were also evaluated. It has been found that the microhardness of treated samples increased substantially, and the maximum microhardness was increased 31.9%, the adhesion force at the interface of the film and substrate was improved from 79mN to 107mN, the vacuum friction coefficient was decreased from 0.43 to 0.15, the wear scar diameter was reduced 28.6%. By the comparison of the comprehensive properties of different surface modification processes, hybrid process is better than single process.

Magnetic memory signals and hardness of 35CrMo tempered and quenched steel were acquired during tensile testing. The magnetic signals of 35CrMo steel increased monotonously with the increase of tensile stress before yielding, followed by sudden decrease with further increase of stress after yielding. The zero-cross point ofHp(y) varied during tensile testing, indicating varied position of stress concentration zones with the process of tensile testing. Vickers hardness of the stress concentration zones of 35CrMo steel was lower than that around it, which may be attributed to the residual stress. The relationship between zero-cross point ofHp(y) and Vickers hardness was considered.

The improved plane wave expansion method is used to investigate the effects of material parameters on the longitudinal vibration band gaps in thin phononic crystal plates. Both square lattice and graphite lattice are considered. Results show that the parameters playing the essential roles are the mass density ratio and the Young modulus ratio of the scatterers and the host materials.

Commercial logistics speed has the dynamic characteristics of the impact on supply chain. In order to establish the relationship between logistics speed and supply chain network decision model, accurately grasp the logistics effect on supply chain decision, an optimization decision model of supply chain networks with logistics layer weighting was proposed. The whole complex network model of hierarchical supply chain was established. The product pricing and logistics strategies and optimization decision were proposed for realizing the maximum total profit. The simulation results show that the optimal decision model is shown in small world property, and it can reflect the product consumption demand reality effectively, the total profit of the whole supply chain is significantly increased compared with the traditional method, and the network system is adaptive and robust.

A processing method based on VFD Filter is proposed in this paper for implementing the high dynamic simulation of TT&C signal. The method adopts the store-delay way which could implement integer delay for static data and adopts the VFD filter to implement high accuracy fractional delay for the integer delay signal.The simulation and analysis results show that the proposed method not only can accurately and commendably implement high dynamic simulation for TT&C signal,but also suits for different form signal. It provides a good way for dynamic simulation in the compatible test of TT&C equipment.

In the high power industrial control network, due to the large user base, the data traffic is plodding, the data formats are inconsistent, the network data storm is difficult to monitor. A kind of high power industrial control network data monitoring and control system is designed under non-uniform formats. The network node information collector is designed, the data is collected, and the data collection result is taken as the mathematical expectation, the mathematical expectation is trained. The problem of data flow storm statistics is solved. In the system, the format conversion function is added, data storm monitoring results is taken with the format conversion, and they are stored as text format. The monitoring program reads and displays the result, the difficulties brought by the format is not unified are solved. System test results show that the system can monitor the large power industrial control network data storm, the monitoring result is precise, and it can make the formatting process fast. A size of the generated result file is 18.1%, of the original file, and can fully reflect the network data storm characteristics, the effect is perfect.

Vibration band structures of thin phononic crystal plates (PCPs) with square array and graphite array of nitinol inserts are calculated by the plane wave expansion (PWE) method. The influences of filling fraction are considered when investigating the effects of the varying temperature on the band gaps. Vibration band gaps of these PCPs can be tuned by changing temperature. This study will be useful in designing PCPs with tunable gaps.

Plastic deformation resistance is a basic parameter of mechanics parameters in press work theory and technology. In this paper, the influencing factors of deformation resistance are analyzed and the model of deformation resistance is established. The deformation resistance can be calculated by program with Lagrange interpolation method. This result provides evidence for calculating mechanics parameters and designing metalworking equipment.

Farmland environment is away from power facilities and its information collection lasts long time. These characteristics make the wireless sensor networks in agriculture face the problem of energy constraint. Efficient routing and sleeping algorithm can save energy. Considering the node residual energy and the collection cycle of the destination nodes, this paper improved a WSN routing and sleeping algorithm based on the AODV routing algorithm. This algorithm establishes routing path based on the node residual energy and the node collection cycle. Node sleeping cycle determined after the routing path has been established. By routing path selection and appropriate sleeping cycle this algorithm can reduce overall energy consumption and avoid excessive energy consumption of some individual nodes.

In order to study the control problem of infrared heating shrinkage machine, i.e. Large delay,nonlinearity of the control system, one type of the basic organization and simulation principle of the hardw-in-the-loop simulation system are presented in the given paper, and the simulation model of infrared heating shrinkage machine is discussed. Aiming to solve the problem of traditional PID control algorithm is difficult to get ideal control effect, an adaptive PID control algorithm based on BP neural network is proposed. The object can be better online controlled and adjusted after the algorithm has been applied, meanwhile the requirement of accuracy and reliability will be improved, and quite a lot debugging time will be saved.The results show that the system basically satisfies the technical requirements and provides a good experimental platform.The study is provided with great significance for the realization of the semi-physical simulation system.

This paper introduces the related theory of sound waves , we collect the data through the acoustic wave sensors of the pipeline fault diagnosis system platform, decompose the signals to five layers by Mallat algorithm and wavelet function db4, compare the normal waves and leakage acoustic signal spectrum, and then get the power spectrum estimation for the decomposed signal at each level, we can see the signals energy feature in different frequency band. Feature extraction method based on wavelet transform can make the category of signal characteristics fully displayed in the different resolution band, it has a good application prospect in the field of acoustic signal processing.

An informal landfill is an open dump that pollutes the underground environment because it lacks an impervious liner. The leakage of such a landfill is unidirectional and thus difficult to directly test. This study uses electrical imaging survey to evaluate the pollution of the underground environment of an informal landfill for municipal solid waste in Beijing. We hypothesize that every location has a specific resistivity resulting from the leachate. We use the membership function of fuzzy mathematics to quantitatively represent the pollution of the underground environment in the sanitary landfill. The results are consistent with borehole data.

With the rapid development of China's stock market, investment on the stock has become more rational and scientific and the analysis of the role of equity investments is also increasingly important. In this paper, we use 20 publishing and media companies' financial data from 2011 to analyze the profitability, solvency, growth and capital expansion capability with cluster analysis, and then use the Bayesian discrimination analysis to quantify the classification to inspect the results. According to the investment analysis of media section of stocks, we sum up the type and characteristics of the media section stock for the market to grasp each participant to provide effective long-term growth trend in the reference area.

Combining the energy limit theory and the ANSYS finite element simulation analysis, this paper has designed the new integrated quartz crystal resonator and has used oscillator circuits to carry on the experimental comparison on its temperature-frequency characteristic in high-low temperature chamber. The experimental results show that the curve of its temperature-frequency characteristic is cubic in the coordinate system, which is basically consistent with that of the single electrode resonator. The frequency change of each resonator on the same substrate is basically the same when they are in the same circumstance and stimulation. According these similarities, this paper can implement differential processing on output frequencies of different resonators on the same substrate, which can effectively restrain the influence that temperature imposes on frequency.

By analysing the wafer, the electrodes, etc. according to the energy limit theory and the ANSYS finite element simulation, in this paper the author has designed the integrated quartz crystal resonator and oscillator circuit, and has carried on the experimental comparison on the stability of the integrated resonators, which have different structure, different electrode material and thickness. The experimental results show that the frequency stability of quartz crystal resonator is not only related with the electrode material and thickness, but also related with the structure. Under the same condition, resonator of asymmetric structure has better frequency stability, and the stability of Au-electrode was better than others, and its magnitude could reach 10 10. With the increase of the electrode thickness, the resonator oscillator stability will be improved.

Analyzing stress distribution of the thin circular quartz wafer subjected the radial force through the ANSYS finite element simulation, as well as the theoretical simulation, this paper designed two integrated quartz resonators with different structures and carried on experiments on force-frequency characteristic of resonators. The experimental results show that the resonators force-frequency characteristic is not only closely related to adding force azimuth, but also the electrode size and position. And when force azimuths are same, integrated resonator with asymmetric structure has better force-frequency characteristic, its force-frequency conversion coefficient could achieve 551.8Hz/N after electrode was evaporated with Au.

This paper took B103W01 transport gateway projectin Shajihai coal mine as example and analyzed its deformation failure reasonand deformation mechanism and determined the specific measures of transformingcompound mechanism of deformation mechanics into a single type. In the end, weput forward coupling support technology of constant resistance and largedeformation bolt + hollow grouting anchor + corner grouting steel pipe, whichhad been applied to engineering practice. The monitoring results showed thatthe supporting effect was good. So it can be used for reference for the similarconditions of roadway supporting.

Then the evaluation model is proved to be reasonable, effective and feasible via case analysis and calculation.

Nowadays, the operation of orchard vehicle which is used in China has the disadvantages such as single function poor automation level etc. Therefore, it can hardly adapt to the complex environment in orchard. The electric vehicle that powered by electrical drive motor can not only save energy, but also achieve the goal of controlling more conveniently and efficiently. Some electrical vehicles in China can take a variety of steering modes. However, most orchard vehicles lack of targeted terrain design. Electric four-wheel independent drive and steering vehicles have strongly strengthened this weakness. This paper uses four-wheel independent drive & four-wheel independent steering structure and completes the design of the control system. The aim is to achieve five different orchard vehicle driving modes which based on microcontroller system, real-time feedback and achieve differential speed calculating model through the multi-channel sensor in the steering modes. Thus, it can ensure the slip angle within the allowable range and driving stability. It also proposes the design & manufacturing of wireless remote control device and operation panel in order to simplify drivers operation and increase the efficiency.

A new method for measuring and identifying characteristic parameters of moving-coil geophones is proposed in this paper, where sine sweeping signal is considered as the electric excitation instead of the traditional vibrational excitation. A mathematical model of moving-coil geophone is constructed and the frequency response of 6-parameter is obtained in this paper. Using the expression as the objective function for fitting measured amplitude-frequency curve, geophones characteristic parameters are obtained. Finally, verification test is performed and the factors affecting measure accuracy are analyzed. The experimental results indicate that the presented method is suitable for production and maintenance, especially for in-situ calibration of geophones. This work provides a new way to design and manufacture portable geophone parameter testers.

Against the problems, and studying technologies of P2P traffic flow monitoring, the paper presents an improved P2P traffic monitoring method based on advantages and disadvantages of current P2P flow monitoring methods. According to the test results, the system achieved well in the demand of control P2P traffic.

Based on the theory of ultrasonic vibration, a new type of ultrasonic atomizing vibrator (UAV) with a vibrating steel sheet was proposed. By using the finite element analysis software to simulation analysis and research for the new type of vibrator, the frequency and vibration mode of atomizing steel sheet was obtained and the prototype of vibrator was fabricated. The impedance and vibration displacement of the vibrator was tested and the experiment of the new type of vibrator was carried out, which verified the feasibility of the new type of vibrator design method.

On account of the problem that traditional pipe leakage diagnosis method is not highly accuracy .this paper come up with a method that based on pipe leakage diagnosis method of neural network information fusion. Giving the stress wave time domain feature extraction index data algorithm and wavelet packet extraction each the frequency band energy algorithm, by comparing with these results of the pressure wave time domain feature index data, time-frequency extraction energy values and fault diagnosis of both information fusion ,which show the neural network information fusion method that is used for pipe leakage diagnosis that is feasible and effective.

The dynamic simulation analysis method is adopted to investigate the dynamic damping characteristics of lathe tool with large length to diameter (L/D) ratio. The multi flexible body dynamical simulation model of dynamical damping lathe tool with large length to diameter ratio is built up according to the actual experiment lathe by using the software ADAMS and ANSYS. Simulation analysis of the multi flexible body dynamical model which has been optimized shows that the system damping performance is improved greatly. On this basis the relationship of rubber bush, mass body and vibration absorption cavity is discussed. And the result of the discussion indicates that the shape of rubber bush should be confirmed by repeatedly simulating the model.

According to the oscillation characteristics of the quartz crystal resonator and the relationship between its force sensitive property and stress distribution on crystal plate, the single-base multiple-electrode quartz crystal resonator is designed. The oscillation stability of the resonator with this structure is tested by using crystal frequency stability tester. The force-frequency property of the resonators formed by electrodes on different positions of the new structure crystal plate is studied by adding radial force on it. The experimental results show that when the new structure quartz crystal resonator works driven by integrated chip, its oscillation frequency stability can reach 10-8, with the electrode thickness increasing, the oscillation stability of the resonators improves. The force-frequency property of the resonator on the different position of the same crystal plate is different, and the force-frequency coefficient has an obvious difference. The total force-frequency coefficient of the newly designed single-base three-electrode quartz crystal resonator can reach 338.8Hz/N by using mix frequency process.

According to the stress distribution in the thin round-shaped quartz plate with radial force, multiple resonators are designed in the different positions on same quartz crystal wafer. The force sensitive property of the resonators in different positions is studied. The research result shows, the force sensitive property of the resonator is closely related to the locations and the adding force azimuth; the force sensitive property of the resonators in different positions have a significant difference. If making difference frequency process of the resonant frequencies which is produced by the resonators, the interfering factors of the temperature etc. can be inhibited; if making superposition and integration process of the resonators’ force sensitive property, the total force sensitive property of the resonator with the multiple-electrode structure can be improved.

In the microelectronics manufacturing domain, a linear platform plays an important role to achieve high speed, high position resolution and a long stroke. In this paper, a concept of macro/micro platform is presented by combining with a voice coil motor and a piezoelectric stack actuator. This macro/micro system was investigated by mechanical analysis, related property indices and so on. The static and modal characteristics of the macro and micro system were calculated by finite element method, and then some important conclusions were obtained. The displacement and stress distribution of macro and micro system were disclosed. The relevant change trends of displacement and stress under the different load were investigated and the first four natural vibration modes of the macro system were obtained. Finally, a structure model of macro/micro concept was designed and established by above calculation. These results provide a solid theoretical support for its application in the microelectronics manufacturing equipments.

In order to realize the effective segmentation of the rice leaf lesion, how to remove background interference and isolating single rice leaf from collected images is the basis of disease classification and recognition. The main body information of the images collected under the simple background of lighting box and field contains only single leaf, so we can use the normal way to detect the blade edge. However, because of the outside interference under the background of field, parameters can't be quantified and the treatment effect of using ordinary edge detection methods is bad. This paper takes advantage of the characteristics that phase consistency test methods that protect them from the image contrast and brightness change and have a strong ability to resist noise to realize complete extraction of the main blade edge in the rice leaf image under the complex background.

Analyzing the crop growth status through leaf disease image is one of the hottest issues in agriculture and forestry fields currently. But the size of image gathered by digital camera is too large, the focus of this research is to zooming-out image at the condition of ensuring the main information which carried by the image to distort lower. Based on the further study of visual attention model proposed by Itti and Ma YF. This paper establishes visual attention and visual saliency map of rice blast and brown spot disease image, whose size is 4272*2878 pixels. Finally, determines the reduction scale of the corresponding effective target collection and provide a new way to reduce the plant leaf images.

Based on rolling technology of stretch reducing mill group, by using large-scale general-purpose finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, a 3D thermal mechanical coupled numerical calculation of stretch reducing process, stress field, strain field, temperature field and the distribution of wall thickness were obtained, as well as the distribution of asymmetrical metal deformation when pipe passing every mill. The results of numerical simulation provide a reasonable cause for uneven wall thickness distribution, guiding the design of stretch reducing process.

A semantic model is proposed in this paper for geographic information service composition. It descript the content of service and user request semantically based on ontology, it takes process model of composited service into account to improve the efficiency of service matching Algorithm. The matchmaker affords to obtain the services list as result to meet the intent of user by advanced matching Algorithm. The result of experiment shows that the method this paper proposed performs well.

In order to discuss more convenient the relationship of coating morphology and frictional wear in processing, according to the one correspondence of gray image and actual surface topography, this proposed a method of digital image processing. with binary image of different load F and serial rubbings obtained pits distribution rate T and the optimal range in wear resistance. It calculated fractal dimension D based on the Discrete Fractional Brownian Random Field, summarized the osculating relationship of D and surface topography in frictional wear.

A design method of ultrasonic vibration petrol atomizer vibrator was proposed based on one-dimensional elastic vibration theory. The model and harmonic analyses of the vibrator were performed by using the FEA software ANSYS. Experimental Study of the petrol atomizer was carried out and the atomization performance of the prototype was verified.

The direct roof of B132 coal seam is conglomerate layer in a coal mine, which is cemented with gravels and sandstones and has brought great difficulty for tunnel supporting. It is necessary to study the grain size and strength characteristics of gravel in conglomerate layer for the mining of B132 coal seam safely and efficiently. The statistics and analysis of grain-size characteristics of gravel was carried out in this paper, including of the quantity and volume percent of gravel. Uniaxial compressive strength of gravel was tested with point load method. The test results show that uniaxial compressive strength of gravel is very high, especially the black gravels, whose compressive strength is commonly above 200 MPa and the highest even can reach more than 300 MPa.

The forming compact process of the concrete brick in vibration is simulated based on three-dimensional discrete element method (3D-DEM) where the crude granular materials of the concrete brick are simplified into two spherical particles of different sizes. There are three zones affecting compactness in vibration including porous zone, compact zone, and compact stable zone. The compactness's variation of the different heights and the above three zone are analyzed when both the amplitude and the frequency are different. By orthogonal experiment the result is showed that the average compactness is best when the amplitude is about 4 mm and the frequency is 100 Hz.

Per-Pixel lighting can greatly improve the computational efficiency because of the model has been completed the hidden and visibility judge processing. However, each pixel brightness values need to recalculate when the viewpoint changes. And per-pixel lighting will still be constrained computational efficiency in the case of greater pixel number. In this paper, a fast calculation method for view-dependent per-pixel lighting under a fixed light source is proposed, and a symmetric relationship between pixel brightness value and specular reflection was given. Finally, the brightness under the current viewpoint can calculate fastly. Experimental results show that this method has an efficient lighting calculation than the method of per-pixel lighting and hardware-accelerated lighting calculation.

In clinic it is of very practical significance to optimize the entry point and pose in path planning. We proposed a reverse path planning algorithm adopting multiform combined paths based on the improved kinematic model of flexible needle, and the objective function is established. Utilizing the reversibility of the path, we started from the target to optimize the whole path including the entry point and pose. Then we optimally calculated and simulated in the environment with obstacles. Results show that this algorithm effectively makes the needle steer clear of obstacles to reach the target precisely, and gains the entry point and pose at the same time, guaranteeing the optimal path.

This paper studied the influence of heat treatment on the pyrophyllite structure and acid-soluble properties of alumina. Qualitative tests had been performed in studying pyrophyllite crystal at different temperatures by XRD, TG-DTA, FT-IR and quantitative analysis of Al2O3. The quantitative titration method studied the dissolve characteristics of the different heat treatment samples in different acid conditions, and then a numerical simulation was done. The results showed that at temperatures below 480 °C, the pyrophyllite did not change the basic structure. 480~700 °C dehydroxylation reaction occurred, and the structure water of pyrophyllite is removed, and then turned into partial pyrophyllite. Dissolution experiments showed that after thermal activation the behavior of alumina in acid the dissolution was different, which was affected by hydrochloric acid concentration, heat activation temperature and acid leaching time. When the calcinations temperature was 700 °C, the dissolution amount of alumina was largest. These works could provide some theoretical basis for further application of pyrophyllite research.

Pyrophyllite was the cheap, environmentally friendly alumina silicate clay minerals. This paper studied optimization of conditions for extraction of acid-soluble Al2O3 from pyrophyllite. Qualitative tests had been performed in studying pyrophyllite crystal at different temperatures by using scanning electron microscopy. Dissolution experiments showed that after thermal activation the behavior of alumina in acid the dissolution was different, which was affected by hydrochloric acid concentration, heat activation temperature and acid leaching time. When the calcinations temperature was 700 °C and hydrochloric acid concentration was 25%, the dissolution amount of alumina largest. The fit results indicated that the research for the relationship between dissolution and time by Using Exponential function series Asymptotic1 model to fitting match was the best. So the above function could be used to estimate each time the dissolution of alumina from pyrophyllite in hydrochloric acid.

The standard k-ε turbulence model was used to simulate the flow of a new unsmooth surface - dimple concave surface in air and the drag reduction coefficients of both unsmooth surface and smooth surface with hemisphere of 0.4mm radius were presented. The result showed that this kind of unsmooth surface had a good drag reduction effect for flow velocity ranging from 4m/s to 48m /s. And it had the best reducing ability (7.2%) at a velocity of 24 m/s. The theory of the drag reduction was finally analyzed.

Ribbon-like microfibers of a new composite of europium complex Eu(aspirin)3(Phen) (aspirin is acetylsalicylic acid; Phen represents 1,10-phenanthroline) and polystyrene (PS) were prepared successfully by electrospinning with different mass ratios of Eu(aspirin)3(Phen) complex to PS = 1:10, 1:40 and 1:160. The microfibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and fluorescence spectrophotometry. It was found that the fibers displayed excellent photoluminescence properties compared with rare-earth complex. The photoluminescence intensity and the emission intensity of the peak at 616 nm (5D0→7F2) of Eu-ions increased with the Eu(aspirin)3(Phen) loading. No obvious fluorescence quenching was observed. Further discussion on the structural and optical properties of the microribbons was presented. This kind of materials might be expected to be applied for optical or optoelectronic devices.

Texture mapping of plant leaf is a challenging task because of the shape diversity. Based on the barycentric mapping parameterization method, a novel algorithm is proposed. A suitable boundary mapping is computed by automatically extracting and matching the feature points on boundaries of the mesh and image. The matching process consists of two steps, which utilize the symmetry and curvature information respectively. Through iteratively minimizing a weighted energy, the inner constraints given by users in order to make the details clearer can be satisfied by the presented algorithm. Experiments show that this robust algorithm can produce plant leaves with fine texture details and increase the realism of the models.

By the Markov chain trigonometric grey prediction model(TGM(1,1)) was improved. At last, the validity and applicability of the model are demonstrated by a simulation of container throughput of Fujian Province.

To solve the problem that the conventional layered water injection technology has too long test and adjustment period and strong interference among layers at the ultra-high water cut stage, a novel digital synchronous dynamic test and adjustment technology is proposed and developed in this paper. Many advanced technologies, including digital multi-information test and adjustment, bidirectional transmission of remote wireless signals and non-contact electric energy transformation, are adopted to combine multi-information test and flow control to be a whole thrown into the well. This technology can automatically monitor each water injection layer and adjust water flow in user-defined period without any intervention; it can synchronously and dynamically adjust flow of each layer; and it also can monitor and adjust flow data by the redisplay of computer. The experimental results show that this technology not only reduces the field workload and improves water injection effect, but also provides the basis of data analysis for implementation and adjustment of meticulous oil development plan.

A modified method to measure the similarity between the generalized fuzzy numbers based on Wasserstein distance is proposed. The method is more fully considered the difference of the generalized fuzzy numbers, especially the shape difference, by Wasserstein distance. The results of comparing the eighteen sets of generalized fuzzy numbers show that the method can overcome the drawbacks of the existing methods, and calculate the similarity measure excellently.
