In order to study the influence of the splitter plate in the elastic support system, the SST k-omega turbulence model is used to solve the problem, and the cylindrical system with splitter plate is numerically simulated by overset mesh. This paper studies the effect of the splitter plate on the vibration system at different deflection angles. The results show that the splitter plate has little effect on the system when the deflection angle is low. When the deflection angle is about 10 degrees, the system vibration characteristics will have a sudden change, the amplitude will decrease, and the vortex frequency will increase. Between the deflection angle of 10 degrees and 45 degrees, as the deflection angle increases, the amplitude increases and the vortex frequency decreases. It can be seen from the motion trajectory that the deflection angle changes suddenly after 10 degrees, and the system has a very small amplitude between 10 degrees and 25 degrees. In this declination interval, the splitter plate controls the vibration of the cylindrical system better.

Turbine components (blades, guides and casing) of gas turbine engine usually suffer from fatigue load in company with a HTG environment in service. The corrosive substances in HTG can deposit on the surface of turbine components and induce accelerated damage known as hot corrosion. In this study, an experimental system is designed and built up to conduct LCF tests of superalloy in HTG environment. The influence of HTG on the LCF behavior of the nickel-base superalloy GH4169 at 650°C is studied. According to the test results, the average fatigue life of the specimens in HTG environment (22270 cycles) is about 31.5% less than that in air (32496 cycles). The protective oxide film on the surface of the specimen can be destroyed by the electrochemical reaction between HTG and oxide film. Compared with the specimen tested in air, there are more fatigue sources in the specimen tested in HTG environment, and the transgranular–intergranular transition occurs in the crack growth area.

Ni-based single crystal (SC) superalloys are widely applied in the turbine blades of advanced aero-engine due to their excellent heat resistance. Rafting is a major degradation mode of SC under creep damage. In this study, the morphology evolution and probability characteristic of shape parameters are investigated for cuboidal γ´ phase during creep rafting. Three groups of SC creep tests are carried out at 850 °C and 600 Mpa along [001] direction. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) is used to observe the microstructure of SC at four different creep times including 0 h, 8 h, 16 h and 64 h. In addition, an image processing program is developed to identify the length (normal to uniaxial stress) and width (parallel to the stress) of each γ´ phase. Two interesting findings of this investigation can be summarized as: 1) During the N-type rafting of SC, the vertical matrix channel widths are gradually decreased, and the γ phases near the vertex of the cuboidal γ´ phases disappear 2) The length, width of γ´ phases both obey lognormal distributions during creep rafting, and the standard deviations change slightly for the width, but increase significantly for the length. These above findings are of significance to multi-scale probability modeling for creep deformation and fracture.

In order to prevent the oxidation of Ti, which ultimately leads to the generation of intermetallic compound Ti3Al, a new method of cryomill in liquid nitrogen was used to deal with the Ti/Al2O3 powders. The size distribution, phase composite and microstructure of the powders were analyzed using laser particle size analyzer, XRD, and TEM, respectively. Then, the performances of Ti/Al2O3 cermet sintered using cryomilled powders and room temperature milled powders were compared. The results show that, with the increase of cryomilling time, the grain size decreases shapely and high reactivitive nanoscale powders are finally obtained. With the cryomilling in liquid nitrogen, the Ti-N bonds are formed, which successfully prevent the oxidation of Ti. Ti/Al2O3 cermet sintered using cryomilled powders shows higher density, better mechanical properties than that using RT milled powders.

The static shear extrusion bonding experiment was carried out on the Q345 plates by the solid-state metal joining device with fast shearing. Meanwhile, based on the experimental and theoretical analysis, the influence of shear rate, the press quantity on the interface formation and microstructures evolution mechanism during shear extrusion bonding process were analyzed, and mechanical properties was investigated. The results show that with the increase of the press quantity, the interface formation divides into three stages, and the grain refinement is improved through dynamic recrystallization. The deformation work is provided by the bonding device, which is affected by shear rate. When the press quantity reaches 125%, the tensile strength of the specimens with high shear rate and low rate are 499.56MPa and 500.56MPa, respectively.

UHVDC transmission could deliver high-power electricity over long distances effectively, while the DC stray current led to corrosion of grounding device and the surrounding buried metal during the operation inevitably. This paper reviewed the research progress of HVDC corrosion at home and abroad in recent years. It elaborated corrosion research direction of HVDC system from three aspects, which were pole, grounding grid and the neighboring tower grounding body buried pipeline respectively. Describing the anti-corrosion measures on grounding devices and buried pipeline, and explaining the advantages and defects of various anti-corrosion technology. At last, we proposed that it was necessary to expand the research in UHVDC field, grasp the erosion rule of DC stray current in soil comprehensively to enhance the security of UHVDC transmission system of national grid.

Plasma-MIG hybrid welding and MIG welding of 5083 marine aluminum alloy was carried out. The influences of parameters of welding process on the weldments morphology were investigated in order to optimize the welding process parameters. The macrostructure, microstructure, tensile and bending properties of the optimized joint were studied. The results show that Plasma-MIG hybrid welding not only has a synergistic effect of Plasma and MIG welding but also has a high welding efficiency. Welding speed, Plasma current and MIG current have a significant effect on welding penetration and welding morphology. Meanwhile, the ductility and strength property of weld joint was qualified though the bending test and tensile test. The average tensile strength of weld joint is about 285MPa at room temperature, about 86% of the base metal.

Based on the technology of combustion synthesis in high-gravity field, the TiC-TiB2 ceramics with refined microstructures have been fabricated by adjusting the technological parameter and proportioning of raw starting powders. The effects of particle size of raw powders on crystal growth and mechanical properties were studied in this paper. It found that the propagation rate and the combustion temperature can be improved by decreasing the grain size of raw powders, as well as the heat exchange and mass diffusion were enhanced too, so that the microstructure homogenization, densification and mechanical properties of the TiC-TiB2 ceramics were improved accordingly. The highest density, relative density, Vickers hardness and fracture toughness of TiC-TiB2 composites measured 4.07 g/cm3, 87.5%, 22.5 ± 1.2 GPa and 9.5 ± 0.8 MPa·m0.5, respectively, since that the fine B4C powder with particle size < 3.5 µm and the fine Ti powder with particle size < 38 µm were chosed as raw starting powders. The fracture behaviour of TiC-TiB2 composites was dominated by the strong coupled toughening mechanisms of crack deflection and crack-bridging, and the high fracture toughness of the TiC-TiB2 ceramics benefits mainly from the achievement of micro-nanocrystalline microstructure in the full-density solidified ceramic.

In order to improve the anti-corrosion characteristic of Ag-coated 316SS bipolar plates in PEMFC environment, self-assembled monolayer (SAM) was prepared on its surface by chemical methods. The electrochemical characteristic of modified bipolar plate was also investigated. The results indicated that the SAM was composed of dodecyl thioalcohol. After forming SAM, the bipolar plate’s contact angle increased from 58° to 102°. In addition, its double layer capacitance (Cd) was decreased and charge transfer resistance was increased. The homogeneous SAM, which acted as a protective barrier, inhibited the corrosive ion from corroding. SAM may provide significant protection against corrosion in PEMFC environment.

In order to improve the quality of laser cutting of stainless steel porous, the investigation on cutting 0.12mm stainless steel plates was carried out by a50W-powerbridgefiber laser cutting machine.The influence of the auxiliary line angle, laser power, and the pulse width and gas pressure on the cutting quality was studied in this paper.The results show that fewer defects was found on the samples when the cutting angle of auxiliary line was 90°and few splash orburrswas found on the samplesby 40 Wlaser power, with 56 μs pulse width and 1.3MPa gas pressure.

This paper studies a problem which is the rapid acquisition feature information of moving targets in a video sequence. Selecting the harris algorithm as a feature extraction algorithm, but harris algorithm has a problem of running slowly .Opting 3 * 3 window as the detection window, analyzing the similarity between the window capacity pixel and central pixel, then using the difference to measure this similarity of pixels, when the difference is greater than the set threshold value, we thought they are different, otherwise they are similar.After that characteristics of regional screening was completed. The target areas were divided into feature areas and non-feature regions, but we only calculated the response functions of characteristic areas. The algorithm’s executing efficiency improved.

To reduce logistics costs and enhance operation efficiency, selecting a suitable logistics center location has become a very important issue for manufacturing, sales and logistics industries. The selection of logistics centers is a most important decision owing to the need to consider various criteria that involve a complex decision process in which multiple requirements and uncertain conditions have to be taken into consideration simultaneously. In this paper, we propose a multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) model based on fuzzy-set theory. And it is applied to the evaluation and selection of logistic centers. In the model, quantitative and qualitative criteria as well as the different importance weights of all the criteria are considered. A FMCG logistics center location example is used to elaborate how to use this model; meanwhile, the method is proved more scientific and reliable.

Considering its important influence on ultrasonic burnishing, ultrasonic horn is the research object in this paper. Take theoretical design of it firstly, then build 3d model by ANSYS11.0 and carry out modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of it. The results show that the longitudinal vibration frequency and the amplitude of transducer are similar to the design value. This validates the feasibility of the design and provides a certain experimental basis for the application of horn in ultrasonic rolling process.

A series of Li-doped zinc oxide ( ZnO ) thin films were deposited on quartz glass by sol-gel and spin coating method. Their p-type conductivities could be achieved by subsequently thermal annealing process, which were characterized by Hall effect measurement. An optimized result with resistivity of 46.8 Ω cm, Hall mobility of 1.35 cm2/V s, and hole concentration of 9.89×1016 cm-3 was achieved at the annealing temperature of 700 °C. The films exhibited highly (002) oriented growth in all the cases. Strong green emission centered at 510 nm was observed by photoluminescence spectra in Li-doped ZnO films at room temperature.

The microstructure of complex binder pastes was investigated by means of XRD and SEM-EDS. The results show that adding fly ash means decline of cement content in cementitious materials, which leads to the decrease of Ca (OH)2 content in complex binder pastes. The Ca (OH)2 crystal still exists in the complex binder pastes at the age of 360 days. By replacing part of cement with fly ash, the early microstructure of complex binder pastes becomes loosened. With the extension of curing ages, a great quantity of low CaO/SiO2 ratio of C-S-H gel is generated, which makes complex binder pastes compact gradually.

Amorphous hydrogenated carbon films deposited by reactive magnetron sputtering showed that nanoNi3C crystals, fullerene-like/onions structures as well as small curved graphenes dispersed in amorphous carbon matrix. It is believed that the migration of Ni atoms leads to the formation of the fullerene-like/onion structures as well as small curved graphenes at high pulsed bias.

A 2 neighborhood particle swarm optimizer is adopted. The numerical experiment results demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed model and optimization strategy.

This paper analyzed the morphology and reasons of pitting corrosion perforation of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel cooling water pipes in a power plant and pointed out the measures to prevent the pitting corrosion under this condition. The results showed that: the reason of pitting corrosion of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel cooling water pipes was the existence of multiple Cl-and easily fouling Ca2+ and Mg2+ in water, with the corrosion products mainly the oxides of Fe and Cr; the economic measures to prevent pitting corrosion were to increase the pH of water and decrease the content of Ca2+ and Mg2+.

Silica-coated carbon nanotubes compounds were synthesized through coating silica nanoparticles on the surface of carbon nanotubes, by peptization and reflux method with tetraethoxy silicone as a main material. Silica coated carbon nanotubes-alumina composite ceramics were synthesized by adding the SiO2/CNTs compounds to the alumina ceramic. The surface of composite ceramics were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), the coated nanotubes exhibit better dispersion in the alumina substrate over uncoated and play a role of bridging the alumina grains.

Water consumption per ten thousand yuan industrial added value (WCPIAV) is the assessment indicator to implement the most stringent water management system to control water efficiency. This paper proposes trend analysis method, elasticity coefficient analysis method and influencing factors analysis method to predict WCPIAV in Jiangsu province, the experimental areas where implement the most stringent water management system. The results show that different methods predict well in different cities, influencing factors analysis method works better than the other two methods. An appropriate method should be selected depending on the specific situation.

The controlled synthesis of the pill shape ZnO nanoparticles with average particle size of about 75nm, which using cetyltrimethylammo-nium bromide (CTAB) as the morphology control agent and under facile conditions. The morphologies, structures and optical property of the product were characterized by SEM, XRD and FT-IR, etc. The ZnO nanoparticles were explored to kill snails the first time so that the prevention and cure of schistosomiasis from the source. The experiments demonstrated that the ZnO nanoparticles had an effective performance to kill oncomelania snails. The decreased glycogen content of snails was speculated on the main reason of their death. When the concentration of ZnO nanoparticles aqueous solution was 80 mg/L, the mortality rate could reach 96%.

This study tests the antimicrobial properties of pineapple leaf fiber. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared analysis (IR) and other test methods were used to examine the microcosmic morphologies of pineapple leaf fiber. As the pineapple leaf fiber adhesive content reduce fiber antibacterial. Adhesive content 54% of fiber to escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus antibacterial value is maximum. With further reduce fiber adhesive content, fiber antimicrobial declined obviously. The results indicate that the anaerobic bacteria can’t survive in the inside of pineapple leaf fiber where exist a large specific surface-area, lots of holes and Voids, and much oxygen. Pineapple leaf fiber contains a lot of phenols and their derivatives which are effective natural bacteria resistant materials and inhibit the metabolism and physiology of bacillus and other microorganism,break the structure of germ, and repress the generation of bacillus until the death of germ.Moreover, the existence of a small amount of cannabinol is adequate to kill the microorganisms.

The micro-structural and formaldehyde adsorption abilities of pineapple leaf raw and degummed fibers are characterized by using SEM, FT-IR, chemical composition analysis and determination of acidic oxygen-containing functional groups and more other methods. Test results show that after being degummed, pineapple leaf fibers possess smoother surfaces, obvious grooves, better single-fiber separations and non-significant cross-sectional cavities. Hemicellulose’s characteristic absorption peaks disappear basically and their contents are reduced from 20.62% to 2.65%. The intensities of lignins’ characteristic absorption peaks drop and their contents are decreased from 3.68% to 1.20%. The locations of celluloses’ characteristic absorption peaks do not change too significantly and their contents are increased from 61.18% to 84.45%. The numbers of carboxyl, lactone and phenolic hydroxyl in acid oxygen-containing functional groups are reduced. Pineapple leaf raw fibers have higher formaldehyde adsorption abilities. After degumming, formaldehyde adsorption abilities of pineapple leaf fibers are similar, but all slightly lower than raw fibers.

The corrosion behavior of galvanized steel for grounding grids in the red clay soil was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and polarization curve measurement. The results show that the Iron-Aluminitma oxides can promote the galvanized steel corrosion in red solution. The resistance decreased with the increase of immersion time and the latter stage is less than the early stage. The corrosion current density of galvanized steel decreased with the increase of the content of Iron-Aluminitma oxides of soil solution.

This paper present a pedestrian following mobile robot with binocular vision sensor. Because Kinect is one of the most inexpensive devices of depth-cameras, it is used in our application. Human skeleton is extracted by using Kinect, and the location of human is checked by projecting the three-dimensional (3D) pose of skeleton onto 2D screen. This 2D screen is separated into three parts, left, middle and right. Mobile robot rotates and translates according to the corresponding location of pedestrian. To make the robot move forward and backward, the distance between spine point and mobile robot is calculated. Finally, a real experimental result is used to validate our proposed method.

This paper presents a method to track and follow target person. A laser range finder (LRF) is used to measure highly accurate distance of objects with the range of 180 degrees. First of all, the erroneous data are excluded due to the error of LRF. Then all the raw sensor data are separated into many groups when the difference of the measuring distances of two adjacent laser points are beyond a limited value. For each group, the width is calculated, and it is considered as human legs if the defined conditions are satisfied. Finally, a real-time human following experiment with a SICK LRF and PIONEER mobile robot is done to validate our proposed method.

Electrospun poly (lactic acid)/poly (lactic acid-co-lysine) (PLA/PLL) blend were prepared, and the structures including fibers, beads and microspheres and properties of electrospun material were characterized. Viscosity, conductivity and surface tension of electrospinning solution had critical effect on the structures of the electrospun blend. The optimization process conditions of PLA/PLL electrospun fibers, beads and microspheres were confirmed and the structures, thermal properties, crystal properties, and hydrophilicity were analyzed. The results showed that the average diameter of electrospun PLA/PLL fibers was less than that of PLA under the same spinning process, and the crystallinity of spun products was affected by solution concentration, pushing speed and spinning voltage. Accurate controlling of spinning product morphology can be achieved by adjusting the formulation of electrospinning solution and spinning process. The addition of PLL into PLA could improve the hydrophilicity of electrospun PLA/PLL products.

Programmable constant-temperature/humidity test chamber owned by Natural Fiber Laboratory, Institute of Agricultural Machinery, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, is adopted to analyze undegummed pineapple fibers’ moisture absorptions. Study and analysis on moisture absorptions, moisture-absorption isothermsand moisture-absorption isohumes with constant temperature and inconstant humidities are carried out and the results show that fibers’moisture absorptions present roughly a regularity of such three stages as 0~20%, 20~80% and 80~100% (RH). In low-moisture stage, moisture absorption rates are higher; in middle-moisture stage, they level off; in high- moisture stage, moisture absorption rates are the highest. Fibers’moisture absorption amounts decrease along with temperature rise; but under the condition of high humidity, they increase along with temperature rise and also increase along with humidity rise. Study on undegummed pineapple fibers’moisture absorptions may provide theoretical basis for undegummed pineapple fiber preservation and textile processing in some special industries.

The non-equilibrium atmospheric pressure Ar plasma was applied for the polymerization of maleic anhydride (MA). The deposited films were analyzed by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) proving the monomer was successfully polymerized with retaining the functional groups. The intensity of optical emission spectroscopy (OES) of the plasma jet was found to become weaker when the monomer was introduced into the jet. This was interpreted as the result of the energy transfer from the metastable Ar to the monomer. It was proposed that the excited MA changed into π-π* transition state to produce dimer biradicals which initiate the polymerization.

The characteristic of nozzle jeting is affected by injection frequency, gas pressure in the piping and duty cycle of the control signal.The experimental study is in order to determine nozzle’s opening frequency, duty cycle and pipe pressure affect to the gas flow rate using a drainage method, nozzle opening frequency and duty cycle are controled by mototron platform and ATI Vision calibration software,while using pressure transmitter to measure the change of pipe pressure relationship with duty cycle and frequency.

Previous researches have indicated that the number of online shoppers in China has been experiencing a slow-down while the enthusiasm of e-commerce enterprises remains the same as before and online market competition has been fiercer. Therefore, to attract online shoppers and propel them to complete the transaction have become the key to success for e-commerce enterprises. Based on related literature research, this study explores deep into the relation between website traits and shoppers’ cognitive trust, enjoyment as well as their purchase willingness. Innovation Diffusion Theory, “S-O-R” Model and Structural Equation Model are also applied in this research. It is shown that website traits such as compatibility, complexity, observability and trialability, exert a positive effect on shoppers’ enjoyment and cognitive trust. What’s more, the influence enjoyment exerts on shoppers’ cognitive trust and purchase willingness as well as the effect cognitive trust has on purchase willingness turns out to be positive.

The construction project for the construction woks is the cost center of the construction enterprise and the standpoint of the cost management for the construction enterprise, strengthening the cost management is the inevitable choice of the construction enterprise to accumulate the funds and enhance the competitiveness. Since the construction project period is long, it is complex to recognize the median income and measurement of the intermediate cost, and the bidding period and the cost incurred after putting into use are uncertain, the traditional cost management method no longer meets the practical needs of the management for the building construction enterprise. This requires us to be innovative in the cost management mode of the construction project, and make a scientific estimation in the future level of cost and possible future trends through the objective-cost planning research of the construction project.

NOx emission of diesel engine is an important pollutant to the environment, in the bench test of SCR technology for the diesel engine NOx reducing effect. Diesel engine NOx to ESC test cycle emission by 10.73,down to 3.24; ETC test cycle of the diesel engine NOx emission decreased from 9.533 to 2.98, the diesel engine emissions to meet Euro IV emission standards. Experimental results showed that SCR can effectively reduce NOx emission of diesel engine and the pollution of the environment.

This paper presents a RTDS model applied to simulate periodic commutation impulse voltage of HVDC convent valve. The model’s main configure and basic parameters are matching to a typical monopole system which include 12-pulse converters of rectifier and inverter, convert-transformers, DC transmission line, DC filters and AC equivalent power network. Among the system model, the valve components of rectifier are User-Define-Component (UDC) model with RC branch for describing detail valve internal. And also, discrete time step apply 2.5μS non real-time of RTDS for complying with high frequency transient. The validation test is carried out and the result show that the model can simulate accurately valve voltage waveform.

s: Temperature, seepage and deformation are the important parts of the engineering geological mechanics both in water conservancy and hydropower engineering since there are highly nonlinear complex coupling effect between each other. In this paper, the earth and rock mass are classified as continuous porous media. The thermal constitutive relation of porous media and motion regularity of pore fluid are deduced from the basic theory of solid mechanics, hydraulics, and thermodynamics. Based on momentum, mass and energy conservation equations, the multi-field controlling equations of unsaturated porous media are given, in which the unknown variables include displacements, pore liquid pressure, pore gas pressure, temperature, and porosity.

We are concerned with the problem of interferometric phase estimation using multiple baselines. Simple close-form efficient expressions for computing the Cramer-Rao lower bound (CRLB) for general phase estimation problems is derived. Performance analysis of the interferometric phase estimation is carried out based on Monte Carlo simulations and CRLB calculation. We show that by utilizing the Cramer-Rao lower bound we are able to determine the combination of baselines that will enable us to achieve the most accurate estimating performance.

According to the characteristics of palm-print images, this paper makes a simple summary of the key technology and core algorithm in the field of palm-print identification.

The essay describes the basic principles and the method of application of prony algorithm, as well as how to use prony algorithm to fit fault signal and extract the corresponding transient parameters. And on this basis, the order of the signal model, the data window length, sampling interval and the parameters such as attenuation factor are determined. Then, the correctness of the prony algorithm is verified by the means of extracting of the small current grounding fault transient component.

The special advantages of Soundless Crack method are safety and environmental protection. Soundless Crack is widely used in stone exploitation, partly crack of brittleness materials such as rock and concrete, and backout of building in city. In these engineering, we must drill many holes for loading Soundless Cracking Agents, but the drilling cost is expensive including human cost and materials cost, at the same time need much time to drill these holes. So we hope to gain the best crack results at the minimum drillhole numbers. This paper used RFPA software to set up some models with different drillhole numbers, gained different failure process of models. Adopted different drilling plan will occur different results. We should drill more holes if we need partly crack smoothly. We can plan the number of drillholes based on our need if we can use RFPA to simulate the failure process before beginning.

After a study on the existing preheating scheme of vehicle engines, we propose to design an onboard electromagnetic preheating unit. Connected to 220v power, the unit may generate a high frequency alternating magnetic field through rectification and inversion. It will heat the engine cover directly and constantly to conduct heat to the engine and its oil so that the temperature rises up to meet the conditions for vehicles to start up.

Puli central mall, with super high-rise steel-concrete composite structure, is one of the landmarks in the city of Jinan. During the construction process, the vertical deformation of the structure is crucial. This paper based on the finite element analysis software Ansys, uses the refined finite element method to numerically model the elastic, creep and shrinkage deformation during the construction process, in order to gain the vertical deformation and the difference of deformation between core and frame. The pre-control methods for reducing vertical deformation are proposed for design and construction based on the modeling results and the relevant theory, beneficial to guide the construction process for this project.

Based on the flexibility matrix method, the elastohydrodynamic lubrication performance of journal bearing are studied. Comparisons are made the effect of elastic deformation on the center orbit of connecting rod big end bearing. The results show that bearing eccentricity has far exceeded 1 near the maximum combustion pressure, considering the elastic deformation of connecting rod big end bearing, changing trend of bearing center orbit is the same at other times.

In the excavation process of Foundation Pit in Soft Soil area, it will cause the large uplift of stand column, and may cause the instability and failure of foundation pit in case of being serious; but the additional internal force of support system caused by the uplift and sinking of stand column currently has no practical calculation model in the foundation pit design. This article discusses the reason and mechanism for uplift of stand column in the foundation pit, proposes the simplified calculation method of estimating the additional bending moment of inner support through uplift of stand column in allusion to two main influence factors of bottom heave and vertical load caused by the excavation of foundation pit, inversely calculates the permissible additional bending moment of inner support based on this, verifies by combining the monitoring data for uplift of stand column in the actual project, and finally, further proposes the project measures corresponding to the uplift of stand column, hoping to provide beneficial reference for the similar project.

Split Hopkinson Tensile Bar (SHTB) apparatus is widely used in experimentally investigating the mechanical properties of materials. The experimental results are significantly depended on the amplitude, the shape and the wave length of incident wave. However, theres no research on the effect of incident wave especially the influence of parts of the SHTB equipment has been put forward. The mechanism of the overlying and the amplitude of incident wave by FEM has been analyzed, which can give much help for the theory basis of SHTB apparatus design.
