This paper explores effect of rotation speed and media loading on grinding performance of the horizontal stirred mill using the combined method of experiment and simulation on prototype. It selects rotation speed and filling rate to constitute simulation experimental group and conduct the simulation in the EDEM. By studying the effect of rotation speed and medium filling rate respectively on the movement of the medium, the power and the energy utilization,it draw the conclusion of the effect of the rotation speed and medium filling rate on the grinding performance.

Nature is a perfect designer in fabricating biomaterials with well-defined and hierarchical nanostructures. Here we report a biomineralization-inspired approach for preparing hierarchical ZnO structure with high UV-light efficiency. The results show that biomacromolecules play an important role on controlling growth and assembly of ZnO nanostructures. It is found that the biomacromolecules favoring the isotropic growth of ZnO at the high concentration.

The different low temperature electrical characteristics of insulating materials, which plays an important role in superconducting power equipment, has attracted extensive attention. The cryogenic control system is applied to the independent development of superconducting electrical characteristics of insulating materials testing device. And it is designed on the basis of LabVIEW, for the test of the electrical characteristics of the insulation materials in special environment such as cryogenic temperature and vacuum. The system which uses DC source as a heat source and G-M refrigerator as a cold source, uses PID algorithm to control the heat source with the cold source so as to achieve closed-loop control. The system can make the temperature of sample from room temperature down to 6.0K within three hours and control the temperature of sample in the range of 6.0K-300.0K. The system enables temperature error not more than ± 0.5K for a long time and provides a reliable low-temperature environment which is used for study of the electrical characteristics of the insulation materials in different cryogenic temperature and vacuum environment.

The graphite oxide was synthesized with Hummers liquid-phase oxidation method in experiment, and then was reduced to graphene by sodium borohydride, the iron oxide was loaded by dipping method. The catalyst that made reacted in SCR reaction unit in laboratory, the catalysis properties of catalyst was investigated. The experiment results showed that graphene was flake nanometer sheet and presented transparent fold shape, its crystal structure was in order arrangement; the nature of graphene was close to that of raw graphite; their surface function groups were similar; Fe/graphene SCR catalysts had certain catalytic ability in the reaction, the NO conversion rate of catalyst was about 50% while the temperature range was from 200°C to 300°C.
