A series of aggregation-induced emission (AIE) active polysiloxanes (P7-1~P7-2, P29-1~P29-6) were prepared through hydrosilylation between polymethylhydrosiloxane (PMHS, DP=7 or 29) and AIE-active vinyl monomer 1-(4'-allyloxy-biphenyl)-2,5-diphenyl pyrrole (M-TPP), or with optical active monomer cholesteryl allyloxy ether (M-Chol*). Monomer M-TPP and all of the polymers exhibits aggeragation-induced emission enhancement properties. The fluorescence intensity of M-TPP in THF/H2O mixtures increases when the water fraction is higher than 60%, while is over 20% for polysiloxanes, which mainly because the entanglement of the flexible polysiloxane main-chain can restrict the molecular motion of triphenylpyrrole (TPP) derivates and induce the increasing of the fluorescence intensity. Moreover, the maximum relative fluorescence intensity (I/I0) is equal to 4 for M-TPP and 1.4~4.9 for polysiloxanes, and the grafted degree of the TPP derivative has effect on the AIE properties of polymers. The specific optical rotations of the chiral polymers increase with increasing the content of chiral cholesteryl ether moieties. All the target polymers possess good thermal stabilities and their decomposition points (Td) are greater than 320°C.

The internal gelation process was used to prepare cerium dioxide microspheres. The effect of ammonia on the stability of the precursor solutions was investigated with the NH3∙H2O/Ce (NH4)2(NO3)6 molar ratio from 0 to 1.25. The surface morphology and microstructure of the sintered CeO2 microspheres were analyzed. With the increase of NH3∙H2O/Ce (NH4)2(NO3)6 molar ratio, the solutions became more unstable, which indicated that their gelation was initiated. When the NH3∙H2O/Ce (NH4)2(NO3)6 ratio varied from 0 to 0.75, the surface of the microspheres became rougher and grain size became larger. Further increase in the NH3∙H2O/Ce (NH4)2(NO3)6 ratios to 1 and 1.25 led to CeO2 microspheres with smooth surface and compact structure.

UCO kernels were used for High Temperature Reactor (HTR) fuel, which can restrain kernels migration and avoid corrosion of cladding layer under the high burnup compared with UO2 or UC kernels. In this paper, UCO kernels were prepared by internal gelation process containing dissolving, broth preparation, dispersing, AWD (aging, washing and drying) and sintering procedures. The broth composition was studied based on the fabrication of UO2 kernels before. Effects of the carbon black content and sintering atmosphere on the microstructure and performance of microspheres were mainly studied. Surface morphology of dried microsphere was observed by integrated microscope. Grain size and the degree of densification of UCO microspheres were observed by SEM.

Tristructural-isotropic (TRISO) coated fuel particles with spherical ceramic fuel kernels followed by three layers of pyrolytic carbon and one layer of silicon carbide (SiC) is successfully used in high temperature gas cooled reactor (HTGR) system. In this paper, an improved design concept of fully ceramic fuel is proposed. The kernels were coated by SiC layers with different densities. Two kinds of SiC coatings, namely porous SiC and dense SiC were prepared by a fluidized bed chemical vapor deposition method. The densities of porous SiC and dense SiC were 1.40 g/cm3 and 3.20 g/cm3, respectively. By controlling experimental parameters, densities of the SiC layer can be adjusted. The structure and micromorphology of the coated particles were investigated by various technologies such as XRD, SEM, and EDX. The coated particles were dispersed in SiC matrix and further sintered to dense compacts. High temperature oxidation test confirmed the robustness of the fuel elements.

Ceria stabilized zirconia microspheres of about 150 microns were prepared by external gelation. The effect of vibration frequency on jet droplet dispersion and size uniformity was investigated. The diameter variances of microspheres prepared at frequency range of 1300 to 2300 Hz were calculated. The optimal frequency was found to be in good accordance with Raleigh’s theory. The obtained microspheres under optimal frequency were characterized by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The data showed their good size uniformity, smooth surface, compactness, and good CSZ phase.

Alumina ceramic microspheres were prepared via internal gelation process. By dropping sol from a cold broth into hot silicone oil gelled microspheres would solidify within a few seconds by decomposition of hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA). The effect of the broth component on the performance of the broth and gelled microspheres obtained has been investigated. The Al2O3 ceramic microspheres can be obtained after aging, washing, drying and sintering. The Al2O3 microspheres prepared with optimized formulation have uniform size and good sphericity, with an average diameter of 690μm and crush strength of greater than 12N/sphere.

This paper analyzed the mechanical properties of the web opening nodes on the steel frame which considered the combined effects, with the finite element analysis software ABAQUS . When the structure with the web openings withstood static loads,formation process of plastic hinge was also analyzed. By applying a load-displacement curve at the endpoint of the main beam, the impact of the flange thickness ratio on the seismic performance was researched. The results showed that reducing the flange thickness will decrease the structural capacity, while the improvement of hysteretic performance was not significant. However, reducing the flange thickness and increasing width of the flange at the same time would not only increase the structural capacity, but also improve the hysteretic behavior and the seismic performance of the structure.

At last, a big industrial user in a certain area as an example for analysis, the result shows that the implementation of peak valley price can bring potential benefits, and provide a guide that the feasibility of implementing peak valley price in the region.

Let s and t be two points on the boundary of a simple polygon, how to compute the Euclidean shortest path between s and t which visits a sequence of segments given in the simple polygon is the problem to be discussed, especially, the situation of the adjacent segments intersect is the focus of our study. In this paper, we first analyze the degeneration applying rubber-band algorithm to solve the problem. Then based on rubber-band algorithm, we present an improved algorithm which can solve the degeneration by the method of crossing over two segments to deal with intersection and in our algorithm the adjacent segments order can be changed when they intersect. Particularly, we have implemented the algorithm and have applied a large of test data to test it. The experiments demonstrate that our algorithm is correct and efficient, and it has the same time complexity as the rubber-band algorithm.

Knowledge reduction is one of the basic contents in rough set theory and the most challenging problem in knowledge acquisition. In this paper, an algorithm is proposed, which aims to get all the reducts based on the attributes of the formal context. Experiments show that the algorithm is sound and accurate. Finally, further work and future perspectives are discussed.

Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) is well-founded mathematical theory which has been widely used for many AI needs such as software engineering, knowledge processing, ontology engineering etc. This is a survey paper in which we analyze recent literature on FCA and some closely related applications using FCA. Finally, the new trends and future perspectives are discussed.

In the problem of mining classification rules, previous methods are too general or too over-fitting for a given dataset. In this paper, through analyzing the characteristics of concept lattice and indiscernible matrix, classification rule acquisition based on lattice was proposed. Our method includes two phase: (1) proposing incremental generating the nodes of lattice using indiscernible matrix. (2) Developing some theorems for pruning redundant rules quickly. It is shown by experimental results that our approach not only results in shorter execution times, but also avoids missing important rules than the generalization of previous known methods.

The PVDF/PVC blending membrane has a certain application in the field of sewage treatment. In this paper, the simulation study for the blending ratio of the PVDF/PVC membrane has been carried on, which has an influence on the membrane’s ability of sewage treatment. Firstly, the membrane models were constructed via Amorphous Cell module of MS (material studios) 6.0. Secondly, the optimization processes were achieved via Minimizer and MD (Molecular Dynamics) method of the Discover module. Lastly, the diffusion coefficientsDwas calculated indirectly through the Mean square displacement (MSD) getting from Forcite module and the solubility coefficientsSwas calculated indirectly through the adsorption isotherm getting from Sorption module. It was found that the membrane had a best ability of sewage treatment when the content of PVC was 5% (mass fraction). And the calculated result was well consistent with experiment result.

In this paper, given a binary relation, we represented the relationship between a fuzzy graph and a fuzzy concept lattice. We introduced one of the most useful notions in Graph Theory--minimal separator. In order to make decision-making much easier, the number of concepts can be reduced by selecting a sublattice via saturating the minimal separator of a given concept, a method also proposed when converting L-context to classical context. In the end, we discussed a few open issues.

The internal gelation process was used to produce gel microspheres containing Zr. The effect of the broth composition particularly pH value on the stability of the broth and morphology of the dried spheres was investigated. The results indicated that the stability of the broth at room temperature increased with the decrease of the pH of the broth. When the pH of the broth was in the range of 1 to 2 the spheres obtained had good sphericity and uniform size and at pH of 1.35 the spheres were transparent.

Virtual assembly was introduced in the chemical process simulation, and the method of virtual assembly for common chemical process was studied. The process of biomass fuel ethanol was analyzed which is combined by the first-grade distillation system in industrial ethanol production and the salt-added extractive distillation system in fuel ethanol production, and the scene graph structure was established. According to the assembly characteristics of the chemical process, the assembly equipment model was designed and constructed. The assembly points were added, and the assembly, simulation and transitive properties of the assembly points were defined. The 1+1and 1+n universality assembly method was proposed. By choosing unit equipment freely to assembly, the complex distillation system was realized. Results have shown that the assembly effect was good and accuracy, the method was proved correct and feasible. It is of great significance in the visual design of chemical process, digital construction of chemical plant and development of three-dimensional (3D) chemical process simulation technology.

In the CFD(computational fluid dynamics) study of hydrocyclones, the grid is a important factor to predicting the flow field. An attempt has been made in this study, in the same turbulence model and boundary conditions, three different structures of grid, the structured grid, the unstructured grid and the hybrid grid, are compared for the predictions of the axial, radial and tangential velocities. It has been observed that the memory space structured grid is large, and there are much number grid of the unstructured grid. The structured grid led to an improved turbulence field prediction and thereby to predict the velocity fields of single phase flow field more accurately. The unstructured grids is used to simulate the process of oil-water separation.

The scene graph structure of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) was constructed. In the meanwhile, the assembly unit model of equipment was designed. The main FTS reactor and its mathematical physical model were described. Platform for chemical process simulation was established, on base of the virtual assembly for FTS. The method of data transfer in common chemical process simulation was proposed. The composition and flow rate of components, as well as the temperature and pressure of the FTS reactor was investigated by the one dimensional quasi homogeneous model. The relative error is less than 3% between the calculation and experiment. The accuracy of the system process simulation is reliable. It is verified that the simulation method of chemical process is feasible on base of the virtual assembly. This work studies a new way for simulation of the FTS, and also provides technologic supports for the simulation of chemical process based on virtual assembly.

On the basis of analyzing the line friction belt conveyor transmission mechanism of driving forces, the calculation method of driving force, as well as the design essentials of this conveyor system were pointed out. According to the conditons that the line friction drive motor power, the driving belt tensile strength and its minimum tension, the calculation formula of transmission belt length were obtained respectively. Meanwhile according to the maximum tension that supporting belt permitted, the position of the driving belt would be confirmed. Line friction driving mode may reduce the conveyor belt maximum tension, that is, the belt with a lower intensity levels could be selected, thereby the cost of conveying belt would be greatly reduced.

The working condition of the spin-flash dryer agitating blade is complex, and influencing factors of the blade strength are quite more. In order to research its mechanical properties under the condition of transient high temperature, the analysis of thermal structure coupling field was performed. By the analysis of thermal stress and thermal deformation, the agitating blade would be designed well.

the seismic intensity and acceleration attenuation relationship of the field were studied used the method of regression and conversion analysis based on its macrograph intensity data in this paper, and the earthquake wave of the field with the 10% exceedance probability in the following 50 years was gained to carry out the dynamic triaxial test with sampled from Xia Da Lu village, Xi Ji county of Ning Xia Province, to research the effect of axes and surround dynamic load ratio, and damnification of loess strength induced by the stochastic seismic wave. The result shown that when the axes and surround dynamic load ratio k with a small value, the change of k could induce the transformation of loess strength limitedly, but along with the accretion of k, the bigger dynamic stress need to produce certain deformation, and if k>1, accompany with the increase of deviatonic stress, the smaller dynamic stress need. In addition, action of earthquake should damnify the framework of loess and reduce its shear strength in condition of lower concretion pressure, and the degree of reducing strength increased with the increase of amplitude of dynamic load, but if the sample in condition of higher concretion pressure, the bigger dynamic load should make the sample denser, produce bigger residual deformation and with higher shear strength.

La0.8Sr0.2FeO3 electrodes modified with nanoparticles of La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 (LSF/LSM) were prepared by infiltration method. LSM solution had good wettability on LSF surfaces and good electrochemical compatibility with LSF. The impedance of half-cells incorporating the electrodes was also examined. The deconvolution of the impedance spectrum indicated that the peak positions are changed after the LSF infiltration. The LSF/LSM electrode exhibited smaller polarization resistance than pure LSF electrode. Finally, a transform from asymmetry to symmetry appeared in the polarization curves of LSF/LSM electrode with the increase of temperature.

Direct Determination of L-Ter-Leucine in Enzyme Catalytic Reaction System by HPLC Was Studied. the Detection Were Performed on a Kromasil 700-5C18 Column Using a Eluant Containing 0.25% (NH4)H2PO4 and 100% Methanol (V((NH4)H2PO4):V(methanol)=100:5) with the Flow Rate of 0.8 Ml/min at,detection Wavelength of 205nm. there Was a Good Line Correlation between Peak Area and Contents in the Rang of 0.2-10 Mg/ml, the Correlation Coefficient Was 0.9986, the Average Recovery Was 98.88% with a Relative Stand Deviation of 0.78% (n=5). this Method Is Simple, Stable, Accurate and Reliable for the Quality Control of L–ter-Leucine.

Physical model of angle nozzle was established. Based on the CFD software of FLUENT, the flow field about cavitating water jet in angle nozzle was simulated by use of mixture model, Singhal complete cavitation model, RNG turbulent model and SIMPLEC algorithm. The simulation results show that there are two low pressure regions and two regions of high volume fraction of steam in angle nozzle. The region of high volume fraction of steam corresponds with low pressure region. The region of high volume fraction of steam mainly lies near the exit of column section and approximates to a semicircle. In this region, the volume fraction of steam reaches the maximum value at a point of on-wall. Taking that point as the centre, the volume fraction of steam decreases gradually from interior to exterior.

A new Cu-15 Ni-10 Mn alloy was researched and analyzed by optical microscope and metallographic measuring software in three geometry directions of ingots. The distribution of elements of alloy was scanned by EDS of EDΛX. The change rule and cause in various geometric directions in microstructure were analyzed. The results show that the structure of ingot of Cu-15 Ni-10 Mn alloy is in a typical crystal segregation state, the main branches (i.e. first dendrites) size of crystal gradually enhances from the edge to the center of ingots. The average space of secondary arms (branches) becomes larger along the casting direction of ingots. The content of Ni and Mn elements is higher, but the content of Cu is lower in the braches than space of branches

study the effect of different levels of aluminum (1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5%, 3.0%, 3.5%), nickel (0.6%, 0.8%, 1.0%), cobalt (0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%), yttrium (0.01%, 0.03%, 0.05%) on the characteristics and structure of Cu-22.7Zn brass as-cast. The results show that all above elements added can refine brass grains on extent, change the size of phase, and improve the brass hardness, tensile strength and corrosion resistance. When the content is 3.5% in the alloy, the hardness of brass increases to 78.7HRB, up 6% compare with Cu-22.7Zn brass. With 1.0% Ni, the strength of the alloy raises to 76.5 HRB, increased by 3.6%. Cu-22.7Zn-3.4Al as-cast alloy, its strength of alloy increases 12.5% with 0.6% Co, and enhances 9.8% with 0.03% Y.

The casting and solution microstructure of Cu-7.5Ni-5.0Sn alloy were studied.The results showed that the cast Cu-7.5Ni-5.0Sn alloy existed serious dendritic. The microstructure of the cast Cu-7.5Ni-5.0Sn alloy is divided into three parts, namely, gray dendritic (α phase, ie, Cu-Ni solid solution), interdendritic white bright objects or bone-like organization ((CuX、Ni1-X)3Sn phase, ie, γ phase), dark gray organization of the transition between the dendrite and the bone-like organization (α phase and γ phase mixture). Solution temperature will affect the solid solution effects. The best solution condition is heated at 800°C for 1h. Subsequently, the alloy cold rolling deformation is up to 50%.

The electrical resistivty (R) of BaO–CaO–SiO2–Al2O3 (BCSA) based glass, which was used in SOEC, was measured by impedance analyzer from room temperature to sealing temperature, and it was founded that electrical resistivity of all seal glass decreases with temperature. When temperature is lower than the soften temperature of glass, the electrical resistivity of all seal glass was no less than 107Ω∙cm. At 850°C, the resistivity of the 16BaO–16CaO–42SiO2–8Al2O3 glass (G1) reached 4.40×106Ω∙cm, and even at the sealing temperature, their resistivity was still above 105-106Ω∙cm. With the decrease of ratio of Si/B from 3 to 1, the electrical resistivity of glass decreased from 4.40×106Ω∙cm to 8.96×104Ω∙cm. The electrical resistivity of glass in BCSA system could be significantly affected by B2O3 and alkaline earth oxides. The results show that the electrical resistivity of glass was improved with the increasing of non-bridging oxygen and the average field strength. All glasses can be used as sealants at high temperature with no electrical shunting in SOEC.

A high molecular weight block copolymer dispersant with pigment affinic groups — DISPERBYK163 (BYK163) was chosen to disperse submicron-sized Si3N4 in tert-butyl alcohol (TBA) solvent. The stability of Si3N4 powders in TBA with dispersant BYK163 was studied by sedimentation. To achieve good casting behavior, rheological measurement was employed to find a reasonable dispersant content in the slurry. The adsorption isotherm of BYK163 on Si3N4particles surface was obtained by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Based on the surface chemical properties of Si3N4particles, the dispersing phenomena and mechanism of BYK163 in TBA were summarized. BYK163 could form a steric layer on the surface of Si3N4particles, and effectively prevent particles agglomeration. Therefore, porous Si3N4samples with porosity of 40% to 80% could be prepared from Si3N4slurries with low and high solid loadings due to well dispersion with BYK163 addition.

Double-perovskite Sr2Fe1-xMnxNbO6-δ (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 0.8) (SFMN) powders which will be applied to the electrode of solid oxide electrolysis cells (SOEC) were synthesized by Solid State Reaction Method. The mixed oxide powders SrCO3, Fe2O3, MnO2 and Nb2O5, were homogeneously calcined at different temperatures and in different atmospheres. The influence of the preparation process on the structure and the morphology of the powder were investigated by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). It is found that the formation of perovskite structure is directly related to the content of Mn and calcining temperature. Controllable synthesis of pure phase of double perovskite powders was realized after calcining for12h at 1150 °C in air. Moreover, the experimental results show that the perovskite structure of SFMN is stable in whether oxidizing or reducing atmosphere, which indicates that this material has a potential to be used as electrode of solid oxide electrolysis cell.

The settlement of high cap extra-long large diameter pile groups is made up of pile elastic compression and settlement of soil layers under pile end in theory. Methods to calculate pile compression of high cap extra-long large diameter pile groups was deduced or listed. Six methods to calculate settlement of soil layers under pile end were expounded through extra-long large diameter pile groups under south tower of main bridge of Sutong Yangtse River Highway Bridges. The results show that piles’ elastic compression should be calculated into the settlement of extra-long large diameter pile groups, including that caused by pile’s own weight, and it is little difference between test value and total settlement which is composed of piles’ elastic compression calculated through the formula deduced in the paper and theoretic settlement of soil layers under pile end based on Mindlin’s additional stress solution, only making 0.06% lower.

Fast pyrolysis is cracking process in which macromolecule of biomass is broken into small molecular under moderate temperature and at high heating speed. Bio-oil produced by the process can be used as potential alternatives of diesel oil and other chemicals. By investigate different kinds of reactor, a new type reactor called vacuum paddle fast pryoysis reactor is developed with low manufacture cost and operating fee and more stable performance. Two stage condensing system composed of 1st quench stage and 2nd cooling heat exchanger is designed, which is proven effective in avoiding secondary cracking of biomass oil and eliminating block of equipment by tar. At same time, a model describing heat transfer in new reactor is established and solved by unsteady heat conduction equation, which give conclusion on minimum agitating speed and therefore, provide basic theoretical foundation. Objective To study the correlation between the airway dimensions from third to five generation of bronchi, and pulmonary function test(PFT) results in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) by using inspiratory and expiratory multisection computed tomography(MSCT). Materials and Methods The study included 19 patients with COPD who underwent both inspiratory and expiratory CT. For each patient, airway luminal areas and wall thickness from the third to fifth generations of RB1 and RB10 were measured. Correlations between these parameters and PFT results were evaluated. Results The correlation coefficients between airway luminal at expiratory CT and PFT results were higher than those for inspiratory CT, and improved as the airway size decreased from the third to the fifth generations. Conclusion Some parameters of airway luminal are significantly correlated with PFT. MSCT can be used to assess the pulmonary function of patients with COPD.

The interface of non-woven geotextile and HDPE geomembrane based on direct shear test has an obvious softening behavior. This paper adopts displacement-softening model that proposed by Esterhuizen and conducts secondary development by using ABAQUS and its embedded FRIC subroutine, making further efforts to conduct numerical simulation of interface of non-woven geotextile and HDPE geomembrane based on large-size direct shear tests. Results show that the developed interface friction model can simulate the characteristics of interface softening of certain materials better, thus providing a method when study the interface softening characteristic of materials.

Drilling along a specified route is required in more and more applications. This paper introduces a path controllable drilling device based on fluid power, which requires no electric power and thus especially suitable for mine rescue. The mechanism design, control method and working mode of the most important part of the device, a 3-DOF hydraulic steering system, are illustrated. An analytical model is also provided to estimate the invisible posture and orientation of the steering system and thus the drilling path of the device as working underground.

According to the RNG model and the Euler method, the flow field inside hydrocyclone is simulated by the CFD. The results show that: the internal flow field of the hydrocyclone is quite complicated, which means that the fluid flow parameters in the same location vary widely within different directions, such as track, velocity, separation and so on. The flows of cylindrical section and conical section are very different, at the same time, the main separation process is completed in the conical section. In the hydrocyclone with single entry, the center of the flow field is not in the position of geometric center; which will influence the stability of the flow field and the separation.

This paper presents a numerical study of the oil-water two phase flow in hydrocyclone. Oil-water two phase separation was simulated by using Reynolds Stress Model and Mixer model of multi-phase models. The oil-water separation process, oil-phase volume fraction distribution, and trajectory about the water-oil two phase liquid flowing within hydrocyclone were obtained. The study show that the separation of water-oil two phases is mainly in the swirl-chamber and cone section in hydrocyclone, however, the cylindrical section plays an inessential role in stabilizing the flow field during separation process.

A novel urushiol grafted Degussa P25 (urushiol/P25) hybrid nano-material was synthesized, and its structure was characterized. The urushiol/P25 hybrid nanomaterial showed high photoactivity under visible light irradiation (λ  420 nm). Bisphenol A (BPA) can easily approach to P25 surface through the hydrophobic channel between alkyl groups in urushiol. The reaction rate constant of BPA degradation increased by 4.9 times by using 0.5% urushiol/P25 as catalyst than by using bare P25. Radical quenching experiments proved that the superoxide radical anion (O2•−) mediated oxidation pathways were dominant for BPA degradation.

A novel β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) grafted titanium dioxide (TiO2/β-CD) was synthesized through photo-induced self assembly methods, and its structure was characterized. The TiO2/β-CD hybrid nanomaterial showed high photoactivity under visible light irradiation (λ  400 nm and/or λ  420 nm) and simulated solar irradiation (λ  365 nm). Photodegradation of rhodamine B followed the Langmuir–Hinshelwood kinetics model. The initial rate R0 of rhodamine B degradation increased by 4.6, 2.4 and 1.5 times in the irradiation conditions of λ  420 nm, λ  400 nm and λ  365 nm, respectively. β-CD increased the lifetimes of the excited states of the unreactive guests and facilitated the electron transfer from the excited dye to the TiO2 conduction band, which enhanced the dye pollutant degradation.

This study investigated the decolorization of Rhodamine B by the UV/Fe(III)-Oxalate and UV/Fe(III)-Penicillamine process under neutral pH. Fe(III)-Penicillamine complexes showed much higher photoactivity than that of Fe(III)-Oxalate complexes. The efficiency for decolorization of Rhodamine B at pH 5.0 was 59% and 88% in Fe(III)-Oxalate and Fe(III)-Penicillamine complexes aqueous solution after 60 min irradiation, respectively, whereas, 35% and 57% was achieved at pH 7.0. Compared to the Fe(III)/Oxalate system, the kinetic constants kapp (min-1) for Rhodamine B decolorization in Fe(III)/Penicillamine system increased 2.4 and 2.0 times at pH 5.0 and 7.0, respectively. According to the obtained results, it was quite reasonable to conclude that penicillamine should play a similar role in Fe(III)-Penicillamine aqueous solution as oxalate did in Fe(III)-Oxalate solution. The results obtained indicated that the UV/Fe(III)-Penicillamine process was probably an alternative method to treat dye pollutant at neutral pH condition.

The nonequilibrium Green’s function approach in combination with density-functional theory is used to perform ab inito quantum-mechanical calculations of the electron transport properties of porphyrin oligomers sandwiched between two gold electrodes. The results show that porphyrin oligomers are good candidates for long-range conduction wires. In particular, the decay of conductance of porphyrin oligomers does not follow the exponential relation. The electron transport behavior was analyzed from the molecular projected self-consistent Hamiltonian states and the electron transmission spectra of the molecular junctions.

Under the same output torque of the drive system, the imbalanced degree formula of the motor power was inferred, which expressed with elastic deformation, drum diameter and motor external characteristics. The reason and the main influence factors to the motor power imbalance were analysed. The results show that the best choice of belt conveyor on multi-drum drive occasion is steel cord belt, and the first drum diameter should be slightly bigger than the second drum diameter, in order to make sure the distribution of motor power is relatively balanced.

State forecast of machine using support vector machines has good generalization ability in situation of rare samples. Appropriate parameter selection is very crucial to the learning results and generalization ability of support vector machines. In addition, embedding dimension influences the phase space reconstitution of nonlinear systems, as well as the precision of machine state forecasting. In this paper, an approach to optimize the parameters of SVM and the embedding dimension based on genetic algorithms was proposed. The proposed model is applied to the tendency forecasting of the vibration of shovel electric drive system. The results show that it can avoid blindness of manually selection of parameters and meanwhile improves the prediction performance greatly.

Through the analysis to the working principle of hydraulic coupler and the combining operating characteristic of motor with hydraulic coupler, the principle for adjusting the power balance of motor by hydraulic coupler was obtained; and the merits applying the hydraulic coupler in the belt conveyor driving system were summarized. Taking the forehead double-drum driving system as the example, and using the formula of the power unbalancedness for double-drum transmission, the power unbalancedness of motor before and behind the motor with hydraulic coupler was extracted. The analysis result indicates that the effect improving the power balance for the belt conveyor by hydraulic coupler is extremely obvious.

Dynamic load balance is the critical pivotal role of network parallel and distributed computing. In order to solve the drawbacks of BP neural network, RBF neural network(RBFNN) is applied to dynamic load balance of network. And genetic algorithm is introduced and tried in optimizing the parameters of RBF neural network, the method is well suited for searching global optimal values. In the paper, genetic algorithm and RBF neural network (GA-RBFNN) is adopted to dynamic load balance of network. The cases are applied to study the ability of dynamic load balance. The experimental results indicate that GA- RBF neural network is better dynamic load balance method than BP neural network.

The solid oxide electrolysis cell (SOEC) has been receiving increasing research and attention worldwide due to its potential usage for large-scale production of hydrogen. Tape casting and lamination technique were successfully used to fabricate the NiO-YSZ hydrogen electrode substrate cermets of planar solid oxide electrolysis cell. In this paper the green tape with thickness of 350μm was prepared by tape casting and then the lamination was used to obtain the required thickness for the NiO-YSZ hydrogen electrode-supported electrolyte cermets. The rheological properties of the suspensions with NiO-YSZ and YSZ were studied, respectively. The optimal temperature and pressure of the lamination were determined, and four direction of lamination mode was used according to tape casting direction to obtain symmetrical and even hydrogen electrode-supported electrolyte after co-sintering. Pore-formers were used to increase the porosity of the hydrogen electrode. The green tape was analyzed by TG-DSC analysis, the microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscope. The electrochemical performance of unit cell was measured at 850°C.

The basic ideas of expressing uncertain variables with blind number were introduced. The mechanical structure time-dependent characteristics variation in stochastic process was deduced. A time-dependent reliability calculation model was built with blind number theory. The numerical method based on blind number was applied to solve this complicated computing model. A LabVIEW program was compiled, and a frame beam’s time-dependent reliability was computed. The result shows the method based on blind number is very convenient and effective in solving the complicated reliability calculation model. In this method, the structure time-dependent reliability can be predicted quickly based on the historical data.

In order to prove that the semicircle trench belt conveyer can achieve the transportation of the great inclination angle, the semicircle trench belt conveyer's basic design principles were proposed by analyzing its working principle. What’s more, on the basis of the analysis, the reasonable supporting roller group scheme of arrangement was presented. And through the comparison between the semicircle trench belt conveyer and other forms of belt conveyer, the characteristics of the semicircle trench belt conveyer were summarized. This kind of belt conveyer has a wide application prospect.

The uncertainty variable in mechanical design is expressed in blind number and the relation among variables is expressed in the operation rule of blind number; By combining the reliability design theory with blind number calculating method, the reliability of the mechanical elements with arbitrary distribution parameters and discrete test data is discussed; and a numerical method for mechanical reliability based on blind numbers is presented. Besides, the typical examples show that the method is reasonable and effective.
