Micro-structured optical film is one of the micro-optical elements and has a great market demand. This article studies the microstructured optical film formed by UV imprinting: The influence of embossing pressure on microstructure replication accuracy was explored. The larger the pressure, the better the material filling. When the pressure is 5N, the microstructure replication is complete; The relationship between the radiation intensity and warpage deformation was explored, and the decrease in the intensity of the UV light source can effectively reduce the warpage deformation; The influence of the material formula on the optical properties of the product was explored. When the oligomer content was 55%, the film had a high light transmittance. At the same time, the prepared film was subjected to an apparent inspection with good microstructure replication accuracy.Microstructured optical elements are widely used in optical fields such as semiconductors, lasers, beam shaping [1-2] and solar energy [3-5] due to their unique advantages such as small size and high performance. As a key component in many industries, it has a high market demand rate. However, the microstructure forming process is complicated, the manufacturing cost is high, and the accuracy is difficult to guarantee, which has restricted its development. With the advancement of science and technology and the increase in market demand, more and more researchers and enterprises have put their eyes on the research of preparing micro-structured optical elements.At present, the commonly used microstructures are mainly icrolens array [6-8], and the processing methods include micro-imprinting [9-10], etching [11], electron beam direct writing, and micro-injection [12], etc. This article studies the UV-curing embossing process in micro-embossing. This processing method has the advantages of fast molding, high efficiency, and environmental protection. And this process is conducive to mass production and has a broad market application prospect.In this paper, the forming process and material formulation of microstructured optical film prepared by light-cured micro-imprinting were investigated, and the microstructure morphology of the preparation was analyzed apparently.

Intermediate temperature creep properties are considered a key indicator of single crystal superalloys used for turbine blades of aircraft engines. The interrupted and ruptured creep tests were carried out in a second generation single crystal superalloy under the conditions of 760°C/785MPa. The creep rupture life as well as minimum creep rate were also in the same level of those in CMSX-4 and PWA1484. The microstructural evolution at different creep stages were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed the γ’ phases kept the cuboid morphology mostly until the creep rupture, and super lattice stacking faults (SSFs) extended along [-1 1 0] and [-1-1 0] orientations within the γ’ precipitate were the typical dislocation configuration.

In this paper, UV irradiation curing technology is used in the processing and manufacturing of micro structure parts and a micro-injection molding method of UV-curable molding was proposed to process microstructures. The special material for UV light curing injection of microstructural products was developed. The light curing reactivity of the micro injection light curing special material and its effect on the processing molding are studied. The kinetics of light curing reaction of UV curing injecting material were studied by online infrared spectroscopy (RT-IR). The contribution of mono functional monomers to the double bond conversion rate of microstructures is higher than that of high functional monomers. Under the same condition, the mono functional monomer can make the UV curing reaction more complete. Under the same process conditions, the rate of UV curing reaction of high functional monomers is higher than that of mono functional monomers.

Current microcomputer protection experimental system is created based on LabVIEW. Each module was created based on the modular thinking (data acquisition module, start module, algorithm module). Functions of microcomputer protection were implemented. Fault data was generated by fault simulation software MATLAB. LabVIEW controls and loop structure achieved simulating a variety of action logical relationship of computer protection. This system had many advantages, such as visibility, controllability, authenticity and flexibility. The system was able to verify the performance of computer protection at different fault. The system was also able to analyze the situation of computer protection maloperation and misoperation, thus it further provided teaching platform for the three section current microcomputer protection experiment.

The satellite navigation signal system is so useful that it can provide autonomous geo-spatial positioning with global coverage. The satellite navigation signal simulation system possesses the traits of large scale, complex structure and various model types, and the real-time performance of the simulation system is exigent. The simulation real-time performance index will be analyzed and tested roundly. Firstly, the framework of the satellite navigation signal simulation system is introduced. Secondly, several index such as simulation step-time, time function and network data transfers, which can affect the real-time performance of the simulation system, are analyzed. Finally, four real-time performance indexes such as frame overflow, the definition of frame synchronization and time synchronization, the precision of time synchronization etc, are tested and validated in detail. By analysis and test, the result shows that this simulation system possessing higher real-time performance and it can meet the real-time simulation requirement of the simulation system. This simulation system can also be used to validate the real satellite navigation signal system.

The vertical distribution of aerosol extinction coefficients, and relativity between aerosol and BC the within summer planetary boundary layer (PBL) over the observation site are shown in this paper. The data indicates that the aerosol is almost trapped within PBL and troposphere layer is rather stable and the main composition of aerosol in Beijing is BC. The multi-layer structure of the aerosol distribution is obvious.

Object:To explore the feasibility and effects of external drainage from intestinal cavity in the surgical treatment for the neonates with necrotizing enterocolitis. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conduct on 22 cases of newborns with extensive and multiple intestinal necrosis found intraoperatively, all of which could not accept first-stage resected, treated by traditional operation or by external drainage from intestinal cavity between January, 2008 to January 2013. Duration of operation, amount of bleeding, and the survival rate after operation were compared between the two groups, which were divided by surgical methods. Results: No significant difference was observed in age, amount of bleeding and body weight (P>0.05) between the two groups. However, duration of operation and the survival rate after operation were significantly shorter in the patients by external drainage from intestinal cavity than the patients by traditional operation (P

In actual operation, the rising load will lead to the reduction of pressure because of the long delay of the boiler. It can lead to the main steam pressure lockout in severe cases. The proposed model is derived by the principle analysis of control object and the introduction of load feedforward. The unidirectional decoupling method is verified by the simulation in Matlab. Not only the decoupling has achieved good results, but also the performance of the control system has been greatly improved. All the above study are based on a 1000MW power unit.

Object: To investigate effects of the high ligation of hernia sac with absorbable string for children with indirect inguinal hernia. Method: A retrospective analysis of 92 patients with inguinal hernia who underwent the high ligation of hernia sac was conducted in the present study, in which 20 cases underwent the high ligation of hernia sac with absorbable string while 72 cases treated with the high ligation of hernia sac with non-absorbable suture. The mean operation time, mean intraoperative blood loss and average postoperative hospital stay and postoperative pain rating were analyzed. Results: Though no statistical difference existed in the mean operation time, mean intraoperative blood loss, average postoperative hospital stay between the two groups (P>0.05). However, the postoperative pain in the high ligation of hernia sac with absorbable string group was significantly lower than that of the non-absorbable group. Conclusion: Compared with that of the high ligation of hernia sac with non-absorbable string, there is lower grade postoperative pain in the high ligation with absorbable suture.

In this paper, scenario was modeled by the key variables in which experts and stakeholders are interested. TOPSIS was also improved based on multiple scenarios. Finally, the method is validated by an example of armored weapon systems.

However, for some capital and high reliability equipment, it is very difficult to acquire some run-to-failure data. In this case, the fault diagnosis and prognosis become very hard. In order to address this issue, continuous hidden Markov model (CHMM) is used to track the degradation process in this paper. With the degradation, the log-likelihood which is the output of CHMM will decrease gradually. Therefore, this indicator can be used to evaluate the health condition of monitored equipment. Besides, 802.1x and L2-IP are discussed specially as the most important key techniques of the implementation of the system.

This paper studies on the effects of the heat treatment on cement. The results show that mixing the FGD gypsum which has been processed the heat treatment into the cement do has a certain influence on the cement, the strength of the cement is increased but the setting time is normal, and the rates of water loss and shrinkage of the hardened cement paste is significantly reduced, thus shrinkage cracks are effectively prevented.

The core-shell acrylic resin emulsion is prepared by seed polymerization technology, with styrene, methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile as monomer, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid as shell monomer, and the of nanoTiO2 is introducted in shell emulsion. Infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize the structure of the prepared coating agent. The preparation of TiO2/acrylic resin emulsion for leather finishing agent, and discusses its influence on the leather properties. The results show that the synthetic finishing agents for dyeing after the fatliquoring leather finishing, good finishing effect can be obtained.

Considering the importance of PM (preventive maintenance) in reliability engineering, the formula is given to calculate spare demand rate for the policies of age replacement policy, minimal maintenance policy and block replacement policy. And average spare demand rate was analyzed for age replacement policy, and an approximate empirical formula with PM interval and parameters of Weibull distribution was given compared to CM(corrective maintenance) and PM. Otherwise, compared to minimal maintenance policy and block replacement policy, the demand rate was analyzed in order to better forecast the spare parts demand.

To clarify the utilization of flue gas desulphurization (FGD) gypsum as the retarder of cementbased materials,the effect of the properties of the slag cement with different tempemtuIe treatment of FGD gypsum was studied. The results reveal that in the case of adding the same amount, the setting time of cement shortened with the increasing of heat treatment temperature of FGD gypsum. The influence of different heat treatment processes on the strength of cements was not obvious and the strength development was good. The water consumption of normal consistency for cements changed slightly. Stability was qualified.

Highly crystalline FeWO4 nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized via the hydrothermal synthesis method while amorphous FeWO4 NPs were prepared by the room temperature precipitation method. It was found that a dissolution-recrystallization process appeared due to the Ostwald ripening when room temperature precipitates undergo the hydrothermal process. Photocatalytic performance toward the degradation of methylene blue showed that crystalline FeWO4 NPs displayed a higher activity than amorphous samples, mainly ascribing to the substantial elimination of defects after crystallization because the defects promoted the recombination of electron-hole pairs.

Palladium hollow spheres were synthesized at room temperature using cobalt nanoparticles (NPs) as sacrificing templates. Cobalt NPs can be prepared simply by solvothermal method. The hollow nature of sample Pd were observed from the TEM image and the SAED pattern indicates the polycrystalline nature of the sample. It was found that Pd hollow spheres showed high catalytic activity towards the electrooxidation of alcohols, especially ethanol with the current density up to 2047 mA•mg-1. The formation mechanism and the structure-property relationship of Pd hollow spheres were discussed based on the experimental results.

The tensile properties of a low-cost first generation single crystal superalloy DD16 have been investigated. The results show that values of the tensile strength and yield strength of DD16 alloy were similar at typical temperatures; from room temperature to 760, the yield strength of DD16 alloy increases; However, above 760, the yield strength of DD16 alloy decreases remarkably, and the maximum of the yield strength was 1145.5MPa at 760. From room temperature to 760, the fracture mode was cleavage fracture; But above 760, the fracture characteristics changed from cleavage to dimple.

The effect of Ru addition (0 wt.%, 3 wt.%, 5 wt.%), on γ morphology, elemental segregation, microstructural stability under long-term thermal exposure at 980 and stress rupture properties at 1100°C/130MPa have been studied. The results showed that with the increase of Ru content, the γ/γ eutectic volume fraction and the dendrite arm spacing decreased gradually. The γ' phase mean size in three alloys decreased with the increase of the Ru content. On the other hand, the dendrite segregation of Al, Ta towards interdendrite area and ReW towards dendrite core area was alleviated gradually with the increase of the Ru content. The increase of Ru content from 0 wt.% to 5 wt.% pronouncedly enhanced the stress rupture properties by suppressing the precipitation of TCP phases effectively at high temperature.

The fully heat-treated DD6 single crystal turbine blades were treated in three ways: (1) surface grinding, without coating; (2) firstly surface grinding, then surface coated with HY3(NiCrAlY) anti-oxidation coating; (3) after surface grinding, coated surface with the bond layer of NiCrAlY and top layer of YSZ(Y2O3stabilize ZrO2) for the double-layer thermal barrier coatings. All these three experimental blades were treated with vacuum heat-treatment at 1120°C for 4h. The effects of coating on surface recrystallization of single-crystal blades have been investigated. The results indicate that: just with surface polishing blade generated a 6~9μm thick cellular recrystallization zone on the surface. The γ' presented coarse morphology and distributed discretely within cellular, and the γ' growth direction was perpendicular to the cellular interface; blade surface coated with anti-oxidation coating after polishing formed a 3~6μm thick cellular recrystallization zone in the matrix interface. But the grain boundary was fuzzy and recrystallization morphology was incomplete; the matrix interface morphology of blade coated with thermal barrier coatings after polishing changed insignificantly, but some local cellular recrystallization was found. The results indicate that the coating changes the cellular recrystallization morphology of the original matrix of the blade, which can effectively reduce the occurrence degree of recrystallization.

This paper carries research on the method of smooth method of Brushless DC Motor. Brushless DC motor applied in human skeleton booster is required to switch frequently among four-quadrant operation states of forward rotation, backward rotation, electro motion and braking control. Basically, this switch is expected to be soft. That means it is unexpected that motor comes about the phenomenon of impact of great force, speed mutation and so on. According to the requirement, the paper presents the design of driving circuit of brushless DC motor and put forward a corresponding control method. In the end, the paper proved the correct of this method by using simulation and experimental data.

In the oil field development and production, fluid flow is an extremely important parameter which determines the transmission characteristics of the oil production, real-time monitoring of fluid flow parameter provides a scientific basis for oil and gas optimization exploration and increase of reservoir recovery. A method for interrogating fiber optic sensors using flow-induced pipe vibration is proposed, then the fixed relationship between standard deviation of pipe wall’s vibration induced by fully developed turbulence and mean flow rate is determined.The advantage of this method is applicable to small flow measurement with non-intrusively.

In this paper, the power generation control strategy of switched reluctance generator are given and analyzed. Five control strategies are as follows: Angle Position Control, Current Chopping Control, PWM Control and Exciting Voltage Control, Full Conducted Current Chopping Control. The simplicity & compactness of switched reluctance motors suggests the possibility using on special environment such as wind power generation.

On the basis of the quantitative structure-property relationship (QSPR) method and the quantum chemical descriptors including molecular van der Waals volume (Vmc), dipole moments (μ), the most negative formal charge in solute molecule (q-), and the most positive formal charge on a hydrogen atom in solute molecule (q+) of organic compounds, the values of activity coefficients at infinite dilution, , for 16 solutes in ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium diethylphosphate ([EMIM][DEP]) at 323.15 K were correlated with the descriptors. The result showed that the QSPR model had a good correlation and could successfully describe . The quantitative relationship between organic molecular structure and in [EMIM][DEP] was obtained and the correlation parameters were analyzed to understand the interactions that affect activity coefficients at infinite dilution.

Linearlinking polystyrene nanospheres (LPSs) with uniform size dispersion were synthesized by the emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization method. And with the adding of divinylbenzene (DVB) crosslinking polystyrene nanospheres (CPSs) was also prepared. It was found out that the partical size of prepared nanospheres changed with the continuous increment of added DVB. The sulfonation of resultant polystyrene nanospheres yielded solids with sulfonic acid groups. The relationship between nanospheres material structure and attached acid groups was investigated in detail. It was observed that the amount of added DVB is the main factor which can affect the amount and thermal stability of attached sulfonic acid groups. The catalytic performance of resultant solid acid catalysts was evaluated through the esterification reaction of methanol with acetic acid. Moreover, the prepared sulfonated polystyrene nanospheres show higher acetic acid conversion than the commercial one, therefore the sulfonated nanospheres could be an excellent potential replacement for liquid acid catalyst.

The difference existed between results of silos pressure calculation and the actual case, because the influence of density stratification was not taken into consideration. The aim of this paper was to obtain silo pressure calculating formula by consider of storage materials density stratified. To this end, we assume that the density was continuous changed along the height and differential equation of the storage materials pressure was established. By compared the results calculated from the equation with the results calculated from the code, it is found that the maximum pressure increased. The results showed density stratified is an import factor for silo pressure calculation and the equation obtained in this paper can provide references for the theory of silo pressure calculation.

The choice of structural reinforcement, such as increasing cross-section, steel-bonded, carbon fiber reinforced and etc, is affected by many factors. How to create optimal model is a major unresolved issues for designers to decide more scientific and rational structural reinforcement. The research obtains the weight of factors by Analytic Hierarchy Process and ascertains relative membership degree of factors by theory of Fuzzy Mathematics, and transforms qualitative impact of these factors into quantitative analysis, then the optimizing model is set up by The Generalized Hamming Distance as p=1 which is analyzed by an actual engineering that we can certificate the model valuable and useful. The research provides a simple and intuitive method of quantitative analysis for reinforcement by establishing optimization model, especially for both multi-objective and multi-factor decision-making, and overcome the arbitrariness when determining the reinforcement.

Methylene blue (MB) was used as model molecule to investigate the effects of surface properties and solvent pH values on the adsorption and desorption (or release) behaviors of mesoporous SBA-15 materials. It was found that the treatment of SBA-15 with a pH 7.8 aqueous solution can enhance the adsorption rate and capacity in comparison with the pristine SBA-15. The effect of pH values on MB releasing from the weak base treated SBA-15 and the pristine one have been studied and been compared in pH values range from 0.5 to 7.0. Both of them showed a maximum releasing rate at about pH 2 and all of the treated SBA-15 samples showed a higher releasing quantity than the pristine ones. The influence mechanisms of base treatment on the adsorption ability and that of pH values on the releasing properties of SBA-15 samples have been analyzed and been discussed based on the composition, the morphology, the surface area and pore size distribution and adsorption/desorption measurements.

In order to increase the efficiency of composting vinegar residue, the effect of different strain combination,a thermophiles(OP-2) and two rhizopus(FM1,SL10) combined,on the composting pocess and effect was studied. The results showed: Inoculating thermophilic bacteria OP-2 can increase the speed of composting vinegar residue, which can increase the heap temperature to 70°C in 7days ahead. Also inoculating inocula accelerated the mineralization of organic nitrogen. In the end of composting, the contents of total nitrogen、total phosphorus and total potassium, as well as GI were higher than the control treatment, which showed that inoculating inocula can accelerate the maturity process of composting vinegar residue and increase the composting quality.

A low-power consumption heat meter with long-distance communication was designed based on MSP430F413 and TDC-GP2. The new flow measurement circuit and correction method were introduced in detail, which improved the accuracy of the heat meter effectively. In order to reduce the power consumption, the running time of the CPU was minimized, the floating-point operation was avoided, and the communication circuit was designed specially. The experiments showed the design is valid.

But for international market, most Chinese fashion companies appear to be nervous. However, some Chinese fashion companies have implemented internationalization strategy and reached first base. Combining the fashion brand --TANGY collection, which is under Shenzhen Liangzi Fashion Industrial Co., Ltd, this paper mainly discusses the implementation of its internationalization strategy.

TANGY Silk was an expensive fashionable fabric in 1920s and 1930s. Due to its smooth texture and the fabricating process, it is the most complicated among silk products. Through the instruction of TANGY Silk’s manufacturing technique, this paper discusses its ecology, expounds its value and probes into the prospect of TANGY Silk.

The transmutation target of nuclear waste material has been fabrication by a powder metallurgy method by using Alumina as the matrix and CNTs as reinforcement. The effect of different nanotube contents on the fracture toughness and the bending strength was investigation. The results showed the fracture toughness and the bending strength of composites increased with increasing CNTs mass fraction when the content of CNTs was less than 1.5%. However, when the contents of CNTs greater than 1.5%, the fracture toughness and the bending strength of composites decreased as the content of CNTs increased. Possible mechanisms are discussed in detail in the paper.

In order to solve the problem of low accuracy and high power consumption, A new ultrasonic flow measurement method was proposed in this paper. With this method, the influence of the delay-time in the circuit was eliminated,the temperature of fluid was compensated automaticly and the accuracy of the flow measurement was improved. The ultrasonic flow-meter was designed with the micro-power timing chips TDC-GP2 and MSP430F435, which reduced the power consumption effectively. The experimental results showed that the accuracy of the ultrasonic flow-meter was 1.5% and the average operating current was lower than 35uA.

Polystyrene (PS) spheres encapsulated core-shell composites of SiO2or TiO2nanoparticles were prepared by the spray drying technique and hollow spheres of SiO2or TiO2nanoparticles were then derived by removing the PS cores with calcinations. The PS spheres were dispersed into the SiO2or TiO2colloids, forming a suspension and then the suspensions were sprayed to form micrometer-sized droplets, as the droplets rush through the drying chamber, the PS spheres were encapsulated into the core of SiO2or TiO2particles due to the high temperatures and the instant evaporation, obtaining PS@SiO2, PS@TiO2or PS@SiO2/TiO2core-shell composites. After removing the PS core by calcination at 550°C, SiO2or TiO2hollow spheres were then derived. The influence of drying temperature, the concentration of the SiO2or TiO2particles and the ratio of PS sphere to the particles on the structures and specific surface area of the hollow spheres were studied with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurements.

Directing an important kind of joints of the machine tool—roller linear guide, the force analysis of the contact deformation zone of it was presented. In this study, a new structure calculation model was applied to calculate the deformation of the contact area of the roller linear guide, and the contact zone deformation model was built. The abrasion for roller diameter at the middle and both ends was obtained by running test at last. The research results can provide reference to corresponding roller design and service life evaluation.

One kind of vinyl ester has been synthesized by treating epoxy resin with acrylic acid in toluene and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). FTIR results showed that the epoxy resin is indeed reacted with acrylic acid through epoxy group and carboxyl of acrylic acid. The influences of reaction factors have been studied in detail. Experimental and properties testing results showed that this kind of vinyl ester, which obtained under the conditions of the temperature is 100 °C, amount of catalyst is 1.0 wt% and the feed ratio is 1.02:1(the molar ratio of acid to epoxy), is suitable as thickener for SMC(Sheet Moulding Compound).
