Aiming at the plastic shrinkage cracking of cement mortar, the constitutive equations of it in laboratory were established by testing plastic tensile strength, plastic capillary shrinkage stress and water loss evaporation rate of mortar under different composition parameters, environmental parameters, initial structural parameters and constraints condition parameters. And the early warning system of it was explored. The results showed that the seven-element constitutive equation of plain mortar and the nine-element constitutive equation of mortar with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber can effectively predict the plastic shrinkage cracking state of mortar outdoors. An early warning system for it was initially established.

Currently, Y2O3 ceramics are widely used in various fields. The basic performance of Y2O3 ceramics were sintered temperatures are studied in this paper, their phase compositions and microstructure are studied with XRD and SEM. The mechanical properties of Y2O3 ceramics at different temperatures are studied. The sintering temperature of Y2O3 ceramic significantly affected the final grain size and density. It was found that a high density and fine average grain size of Y2O3ceramic can be simultaneously achieved when the sintering temperature was 1600°C. To determine the best sintering temperature, grain size, density, and mechanical properties were considered, and the most suitable sintering temperature was found to be 1600°C.

This essay employed the "successive ion layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR)"technology to form PbSe/CdSe core/shell.We use the Pbse/CdSe core/shell replaced PbSe nanocrystals and obtained one new quantum dot solar cells of the inorganic.This new solar cells constituted by the metal oxide films retain the photoelectric conversion efficiency of quantum dot solar cells.At the same time,the stability of the new solar cells is tremendously improved with the oxidation resistance of inorganic oxide.Finally,when Jsc=25.2mA/cm2and Voc=0.36V ,we can conclude the conversion efficiency of the solar cell can be evaluated as 3.929%.

This paper makes a summary of factors influencing sludge composting on based on the reference to recent literature. As one of the effective ways to deal with the sludge resources, sludge composting has been studied by many scholars, with fruitful research results in aspects of condition optimization and process. The literature reveals that the main factors affecting the success of sludge composting include filler, moisture content, carbon and nitrogen ratio, thermophilic microbial agent, heavy metals and odor control.

This paper introduces the composition, function, system construction and construction technology of ACF Inorganic Fibers Wool Board External Thermal Insulation System (Abbreviation: ACF System), and also evaluated its properties. Results showed that all the performance indexes of this system meet the requirement of company standard. The good effect has been achieved in its application in energy-efficient retrofit in existing building of Xicheng District, Beijing. It demonstrates that the ACF System not only satisfies the building energy efficiency requirements but also owns a good fire resistance property as a new building fire-resistant insulation system. It possesses a prospect market and extending significance.

In order to predict the failure probability of a complicated structure, the structural responses usually need to be estimated by a numerical procedure, such as finite element method (FEM). To reduce the computational effort required for reliability analysis, response surface method could be used. However the conventional response surface method is still time consuming especially when the number of random variables is large. In this paper, a Fourier orthogonal neural network (FONN)-based response surface method is adopted to solve the reliability analysis of the automobile engine. The working process of the connecting rod is simulated with UG software, the dynamics analysis on crank-connecting rod-piston mechanism is performed with ANSYS and ADAMS software, with FEM analysis results, the stress information of the critical point of the structure can be obtained, so the performance function of the structure can be established. The FONN method is used to fit the performance function as well as its derivatives, so as to calculate the reliability of the structure.

In view of the risk to use the traditional rheostat Slide Rheostat and the contradiction between its range and accuracy, in this paper, designed automatically adjust the rheostat of resistance based on the traditional rheostat, and further study on combination relationship between different range and precision resistor. The host controller and the under controller was designed too. The slide rheostat can solve the existing problems between range and resistance and operational safety, and improve the safety and adjusting speed during operation.

Traffic simulation, a powerful scientific tool, can be applied to both transportation planning and to transportation design and operations. In this paper, a micro-simulation model is developed to simulate the behavior of individual vehicles on the freeway and is used to evaluate the impact of changes in efficiency and safety resulting from changes to traffic flow and speed limits. All aforementioned influences are expressed at a quantitive level.

An arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) multiplexer with flat spectral response has been designed and fabricated by using FPE polymer materials. Experimental results show that the central wavelength is 1550.86 nm, and 3-dB bandwidth is about 0.478 nm, insertion loss is 10.5 dB. Simulated results show that fabrication processing result in the shift of the transmission spectrum compared with the device theoretically designed. Furthermore, the transmission characteristics are discussed, and some efficient ways are reported.

Different cloud services need different resources, how to use the resources efficiently has become one of the hot research topics about cloud computing. In order to improve the utilization of resources in cloud, this paper proposes an automatic cloud service classification method, which uses an artificial neural network to predict the type of service resource requirements, and classifies services based on the predicting result. In this paper, we do classification experiments on three groups of Web services on Web service site. The experiment results show that, the method is effective and can predict the type of resource requirements for Web services automatically.

Development of service cracks in epoxy based corrosion protective coatings limits the life of the substrate structure. If cracks develop, corrosion protection is lost and costs of repair and re-protection of large marine structures can be crippling. Factors controlling development of cracks in the coating are poorly understood, and predictions of coating lifetime approximate. For bulk tanker applications service strains imposed on coatings arise from both low frequency thermal mismatch strains and mechanical strains from wave action. In this work the number of cycles to crack initiation has been measured during strain controlled fatigue of two selected 300 μm thick coatings applied to a 5.5 mm thick steel substrate. Cycling was performed at frequencies of 1 Hz, and strain amplitudes between ±0.16% and ±0.5%. Coating crack development was monitored optically. It was found that cycles to crack initiation depended on both strain amplitude and on the static ductility of the coating. After initiation crack growth rates in the coating reduced with increasing surface crack length. The significance of the results is considered in the light of requirements for quantitative models for service life prediction of coatings on metallic substrates.

The classic multi-objective optimization method of sub goals multiplication and division theory is applied to solve optimal load distribution problem in thermal power plants. A multi-objective optimization model is built which comprehensively reflects the economy, environmental protection and speediness. The proposed model effectively avoids the target normalization and weights determination existing in the process of changing the multi-objective optimization problem into a single objective optimization problem. Since genetic algorithm (GA) has the drawback of falling into local optimum, adaptive immune vaccines algorithm (AIVA) is applied to optimize the constructed model and the results are compared with that optimized by genetic algorithm. Simulation shows this method can complete multi-objective optimal load distribution quickly and efficiently.

Based on genetic algorithm (GA) and immune algorithm, adaptive immune vaccine algorithm (AIVA) takes advantage of immune memory and immune vaccines operator of immune algorithm, while using adaptive crossover and mutation operators of improved genetic algorithm. The algorithm can effectively overcome the shortcomings, such as the premature convergence of the basic genetic algorithm, the poor ability of local search and reduction of diversity. At the same time, it ensured the algorithm convergence and effectively prevented the degradation of the population. It also improved the convergence stability and convergence speed, shortened the searching time and improved operating efficiency. AIVA was applied for multi-angle plant level load optimal distribution considering the economy, environmental protection and speediness.

Based on ideal point principle, an economic/environmental dispatch model considering valve point effects was constructed. The model combined optimization and decision-making process of multi-objective optimization problem and its dynamic transformation can be achieved simply by changing the weights of each of the target model. The adaptive immune vaccine algorithm was applied to optimizing the model. Meanwhile, the target expected completion rate was brought up to measure the completion degree of the environmental and economic indicators. The simulation results showed that the method proposed can reduce the pollution of the environment effectively with low fuel cost.

This paper combines the characteristics of real-time embedded systems and the real-time operating system to propose a software engineering method and process which bases on the function structured analysis and task structured design. First in the process of structured analysis based on the Hatley-Pirbhai method, extracting and sorting out the data flow and control flow according to the functional requirements of the system, analyzing and processing the functions of the system, the dependency among the functions and the timing sequence, and then realizing the design of the specific functions of the system, next achieving the structural design through the improving method, it also simplifies the system design processes. At this time, just need to analyze and divide the processing which is obtained from the structural analysis to get the specific task, design the interfaces among the tasks and also every task to get the new design method of the embedded real-time operating system, which also solves hard issue of the traditional method which is the weak extracting and developing iteration in the embedded real-time system.

In this paper, a rigid wheel of the rover is designed. We discuss the physical parameters of the typical metal materials to analyze the static load stress of the structure of rigid wheel. Comparing the moon environment with the earth environment, we draw up various optimization schemes and deduce the model of subsidence relationship of the wheel and the soil. In addition, the tephra is used to make the simulated lunar soil applied in the basic mechanical experiments of the vehicles in the moon. Then we use the optimized rigid wheel to conduct the test experiment of different vertical load and slip ratio of rolling on the simulated lunar soil. The subsidence relationship model of the wheel is discussed and we have analyzed the experimental data.

In addition, the method has been tested and verified by applying to a new type vehicle air spring. This paper offers a new assessment method for the development of air springs in vehicle suspension.

Because of time urgent before putting into operation and different place line protection equipment located, joint debugging for extra high voltage (EHV) transmission line is often not perfect although EHV transmission line is very important for modern grid. In joint debugging process, we tend to adopt static method to do fault simulation, that apply analogue to the device. To overcome the shortages of static fault simulation commonly used, which cannot accurately simulate fault characteristics in runtime, a synchronous joint debugging device is designed based on based on the analysis of the joint debugging process for line longitudinal protection. The device is a lightweight and low cost embedded system with the functions of communication and phase shift, and can offer analog signals to protection devices on both ends of the line. Based on the functions and characteristics of the synchronous joint debugging device, the joint debugging process with this device of optical fiber differential protection is analyzed. The functions of this synchronize testing device can meet the requirements, turning static to dynamic joint debugging.

A mechanism model of coal pulverizing system is developed to calculate the coal powder flow rate entering the combustion chamber with the data of a 300MW coal-fired power plant. This model is going to be used to improve the identification accuracy of the calorific value, which usually takes the coal flow rate entering the coal feeder as the input. The model parameters are based on the structural and operational data of the pulverizing system. Results of the pseudo online identification of the caloric value demonstrate that the model can capture the dynamic properties of the system with relatively high accuracy. Therefore, there is potential application of this model to improve the control performance of the utility boiler.

Voltage fluctuation and flicker are among the most serious impacts of wind power generation on power quality. To assess and suppress voltage fluctuation and flicker, an accurate detection method is necessary. According to characteristics of flicker caused by wind farm, a systematic, accurate and fast flicker detection method was introduced. First, with Mathematical Morphology (MM) filter, noises contained in flicker signal were filtered out. Then to the filtered flicker curves, a track method based on Hilbert transform was adopted to pick out the flickers envelope which is the base of attaining relevant parameters of flicker. At last, the envelope was simultaneously analyzed in both time-domain and frequency-domain by a novel non-stationary signal processing method, the Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT). Simulations show that with this method, time, frequency and amplitude information of non-stationary flicker signals can be accurately detected and the proposed method is effective in the analysis of flickers caused by wind farm.

A properties database of working medium is developed based on the IAWPS-IF97 mathematical model to satisfy the demand of the accurate properties of full scope simulation of coal-fired power plant. The database provides the continuous relationship of the specific enthalpy, the density and the specific heat capacity as the function of the pressure and temperature. On this basis, a graphical user interface is designed to ensure the database can be used as a separate software kit. The error caused by regression algorithm can be avoided in the properties database. The properties database is suit for full scope simulation of coal-fired power plants and can also be used in the nuclear power plant. The results show that a single-step execution of matrix calculation of the properties database costs no more than 1ms CPU time in the Pentium IV 1.6GHz computer, fast enough for most real-time applications. Compared with the Chinese Standard, the mean relative error of the properties is less than 0.1% in full operation scope.

A modeling method of the coal-fired utility boiler for a 300MW thermal power plant based on energy balance is presented. Key work sections of the power plant are treated as lumped parameter systems and a first-order model with time delay is used to describe the dynamic characteristic of the entire system. As model validation, comparison between model simulations and the actual process data for the energy of the main steam and hot reheated steam is given. Basically, the model is found to be able to track the output power variations of the boiler under different operation conditions. Rolling parameter identification of the model may further improve the model accuracy.

The performance of the fiber distributed vibration monitoring technology based on the phase sensitive optical time domain reflectometer (φ-OTDR) is reseached. the principle of fiber distributed vibration monitoring of the φ-OTDR and multi-point positioning are illustrated. And this paper indicates the feasibility of realizing multi-point positioning by the φ-OTDR system, and carry on a further research on the φ-OTDR system ́s frequency response range, measuring distance, spatial resolution and other aspects. The inverse proportion relations between the frequency range and distance of the φ-OTDR system, and the relations among spatial resolution, laser pulse width, refractive index and sampling rate are illustrated.

The greenhouse temperature and humidity monitoring base on the application of virtual instrument technique apply LabVIEW as the software development platform, taking computer technology as the core. It equipment with the sensor, data acquisition, signal conditioning circuit and other hardware devices to achieve the greenhouse temperature and humidity parameters such as real-time acquisition, analysis, display, data storage function. The virtual instruments and the traditional monitoring equipment compared to display more intuitive, more easy to achieve functional expansion.

The nutritional parameters of methamidophos degrading enzyme, which is isolated from soil from Daqing and identified as Staphylococcus Rosehbach, were studied by response surface methodology (RSM). Glucose, peptone and culture time were analyzed by Box-Behnken design for optimizing their concentrations in the medium and the effect of their mutual interaction on methamidophos degrading enzyme activity. Glucose and soybean protein were found in influencing the methamidophos degrading enzyme activity highly significant. Glucose and soybean protein also showed an effect on the methamidophos degrading enzyme activity in interaction with other variables. The optima values of the parameters obtained through RSM, 0.31% glucose, 0.09% peptone and culture time 72h were applied. Actual value of verifiable experimentation was that the degradation ratio of methamidophos degrading enzyme to methamidophos was 39.8% at the optima conditions.

Carbon dioxide is one of the important signature gases in spontaneous combustion forecasting of coal goaf area. In the mine limited ventilation environment, concentration of CO2 directly affects the health of coal mines. So a new application of the least squares fitting method in Coal Mine gas monitoring was introduced. The optical fiber CO2 monitoring system which based on this method and tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology was used in Coal Mine beam tube system, and selected a near-infrared wavelength 1609.117nm fiber-coupled distributed feedback laser (DFB) as light source. Goaf area gas concentrations were directly calculated by the least squares fitting method which also simplified the calibration operation that used only one point to calibrate. Compared to electronic CO2 detector, this improved system has very high detection accuracy and stability. In the condition of 1.4m gas cell, the minimum detectable concentration is 0.05%, and the minimum detectable spectral absorption rate can up to , response time≤60s.

One fiber laser CH4 detection system based on the spectrum absorption is provided. The system has the advantages such as high accuracy, fast response and highly specific and so on. But the absorption coefficient of the methane and the characteristic of the electronic and optic device are all affected by the temperature. So the test value has interdependency to the environment temperature. In this paper, we give the measure principle of the detector and the analyses of the data which last one month uninterrupted. And then the temperature compensate was introduced to improve the performance of the detector.

Detection technology based on signature Gas and Temperature is the primary means of spontaneous combustion forecasting of coal goaf area. A real-time remote fire detection system is proposed based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy technology and FBG temperature sensing technology, to achieve valid detect of gas concentration and temperature. The System include fiber mathen concentration sensor and fiber temperature sensor based FBG. The system achieved remote on-line monitoring of gas concentration and temperature in mine goaf, meet the fire forecast need for Coal goaf area. There are obvious advantages Compared with the existing beam tube monitoring system in coal mine.

The research of the large branches grinder is based on the requirements of China's biomass power generation to branches timber local processing. According to China's specific national conditions, the design of the existing branches grinder has been improved. By increasing the wooden grasping manipulator improves feeding efficiency and automation. The transmission mode of branches grinder has been changed. Switching to big diesel engine to drive it overcame the existing branches grinder’s dependence on electricity. Increasing the trailer chassis make it moved freely, which made the branches grinder crush the branches local.

At present, our country has stepped up efforts to develop biomass power generation. However, due to the mill not in-depth study of cutting forces and factors in the design of branches crusher which led to the branches crusher can not meet domestic branches of biomass power generation’s demand to raw materials. In the article, the cutting force of the branches grinding has been studied based on BX218 branches crusher. The formula for calculating the cutting force has been deduced. The factors that affect the cutting force have been identified. Finally, ANSYS finite element analysis carried out on the Flying, which is effected by the cutting force.

An improved TS algorithm is put forward on the condition that reactive power compensation location and capacity have been identified in rural distribution lines. The Algorithm is based on capacitor optimal on-off model aimed at a minimum network loss, it can control the capacitor on-off according to the load changing and the system operation status and keep real-time voltage qualified and network loss minimum. A distributed control system is designed by using the algorithm to realize reactive power optimization, which is composed of reactive power optimal terminals and background control center. The terminal is in charge of data collection and transmission, on-off instruction receiving and executing. The control center in in charge of receiving data from every compensation point, calling control algorithm to process data, forming and sending instructions. GPRS technology is adopted to realize the system’s foreground-background communication. The actual application in some experimental networks has proved that the system can realize global optimal control for distribution lines, and is suitable to be widely used in rural distribution network.

A fiber anemometer that used in wind velocity monitoring is introduced in this paper. FBG is used as a sensor device. Fiber anemometer uses wind-cup to modulate FBG’s wavelength, so that wavelength changing frequency stand out difference wind velocity. The system demodulate frequency is about 1KHz and its spectrum width is about 30-40nm, which means each channel has a capacity of accommodate 30-40 sensors. By wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) technology, this system is very suitable to be adopted in wind power generation in consideration of its large-capacity. Design scheme is described in detail. Some experimental data and equipment are also described in this paper.

An optical fiber remote multiplexed sensing system of methane is designed based on the methane absorption spectroscopy characteristic, by taking the triangular signal to modulate the wavelength of the tunable diode laser. The laser wavelength shift is carried out adaptive adjustment by the built-in gas calibration pond to realize the locking of a methane absorption line. The methane concentration monitoring is realized in the range of 0-100%. The application tests are found in a garbage power generation plant and several coal mine ventilation air methane power generation plants. The results indicate that the monitor has good performances in stability and sensitivity and a long-term precision of 10ppm is achieved. It is possessed of wide application in Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects.

In this paper, a novel strain sensor based on chirped fiber grating with temperature compensation is presented. The proposed strain sensor uses double chirped fiber gratings. The temperature compensation exploit the principle that the wavelength shifts of these two chirped fiber gratings induced by temperature is consistent. This strain sensor is demodulated by the light intensity detection with low cost. Furthermore, the strain sensor is simulated in the end of this paper.

This paper mainly studied the Viscosity of polyethylene glycol dilaurate and the surface tension, discussing the effects of temperature, concentration, rotate speed on the viscosity. The results show that the viscosity of the long carbon chain fatty acid was higher than the short carbochain, and the viscosity decreasing trend with increase of the temperature. The internal structure of emulsion may take place changing due to the temperature changing. The liquid crystal disintegration or occurred phase change could result that the viscosity appeared the abrupt peak. The viscosity of emulsion maybe appear one or two peaks with the changing of concentration, that the viscosity decreasing with increase of the temperature and rotate speed.

In orlder to find out the law between conductivity of polyglycol aliphatic acid ester and concentration and polymerization degree, the relationship between conductivity of polyglycol aliphatic acid ester and concentration and polymerization degree was teated by using DDS-II conductivity experimen instrument, by taking a typical polyethylene glycol 200( 400, 600) dilaurate as the research object. Firstly, the conductivities at the water content from 10% to 90% were tested in the room temperatrure. The results showed that conductivity of the same emulsion increases with increasing the water content, then decreases with increasing the water content. This is because that the emulsion is the O/W emulsion, conductivity increases with increasing the water content. Then the liquid crystal is generated in the emulsion leading to the increase trend of conductivity slowing down. The emulsion changs into the W/O emulsion at last resulting in conductivity decreases with increasing the water content. Secondly, the relationship between conductivity of emulsion and polymerization degree were tested. The results of the experiment show that: the higher the polymerization degree, the smaller the conductivity o f the emulsion is. The reason is the higher the polymerization degree, the less the conductible ions of the emulsion is, finally cause the conductivity changs smaller and smaller.

A novel PEG200 lauric acid diester was synthesized high yield by direct esterification using polyethylene glycol and lauric acid respectively was presented in this work. The product of PEG200 lauric acid diester was characterized by a fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR). The effects of catalyst, reaction time, reaction temperature and molar ratio on the reaction were discussed. The optimum synthetic condition of PEG200 lauric acid diester: esynthesis is based on protection of N2and the ressure is 0.08Mpa. Using mass fraction 0.45% in p-toluene sulphonic acid as catalyst, molar ratio of polyethylene glycol and oleic acid 1:1.95, reaction temperature about 130-140°C, and reaction time 9-10h. The results of testing of diester products showed that the yield of PEG200 lauric acid diester is 98.2%.And this article reviewed the effect of concentration on viscosity. The characteristic curve of Viscosity-Concentration showed the viscosity increased with increase of the concentration which brought about the increase of particle size. Especially focusing on the maximum viscosity appeard on 80% because of the phenomenon of reverse micelles. Then the viscosity decreased with increase of the concentration.

Compared with the data of Middle corridor type dwelling, verify the superiority of its architectural layout.

In order to improve deposition speed of electroless nickel plating coating, composition of complex accelerating agent was optimized by orthogonal test, and SEM and its EDS was used to analyze the plating morphology. The results show that the deposition speed is increased to 27.5μm/h after 0.002g/L of cadmium sulfate, 0.05g/L of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 10g/L of malic acid and 15g/L of butanedioic acid was mixed into an electroless plating solution. The coating holds good surface quality and its phosphorus content is 14.03%, any pore was not found on the surface and decay resistance of the coating was improved.

AZ91D alloy matrix composites(MMCs) with volume fraction of 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% were prepared with the preform made of crystallized aluminum silicate short fibers as reinforcement and aluminum phosphate as binder by squeezing casting at high temperature. Dry sliding wear properties of the composites were tested by means of MM200 wear tester (block-on-ring configuration) against a hardened alloy steel counterface with hardness of 53HRC under loads of 10N, 20N, 30N, 40N and 50N and sliding speed of 0.47m/s and 0.92 m/ s, and wear morphology of the specimens was observed by SEM (scanning electron microscope). The results reveal that effects of sliding speed on wear rate of the composites are greater and more complex than on those of the AZ91D matrix alloy, which is closely related to not only volume fraction in the composites but also applied loads.
