The realizing vibration test which is analyzed by adopting the virtual instrument has become the development trend of vibration test. It firstly introduces relevant simulation technology theory, the principle of fault diagnosis, the significance and the development present situation. Then according to the research for the development current situation of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis at home and abroad, it puts forward the vibration test analysis system composed the necessary sensors, signal disposal device and data acquisition card. At last it uses labwindows software produced in NI to do the development platform.

The weight after optimization design was reduced by 1.5% than its initial design, and this optimization drilling fixture does work well. The method and basis are supported for its design and performance analysis.

Anthocyanins was known for their antioxidant and pharmacological properties used by humans for therapeutic purposes. Here, we study the inhibitory effects of anthocyanins fromLonicera edulison the proliferation of HT-29 colorectal adenocarcinoma cells and its possible mechanism in vivo by MTT. The different percentages of apoptotic cells present in flow cytometry analysis. The effect on HT29 cells was enhanced with increasing amount of anthocyanins. Typical morphological features of apoptosis were observed by transmission electron microscope. The mechanism of anthocyanins from Lonicera edulis on HT29 cell growth inhibition may be related to the induction of apoptosis.

The stress and deformation of end mill in dry milling process have been simulated by using the FEM (Finite Element Method). Meanwhile, the influence of normal-rake-angle variation to strength and deformation of end mill has been analyzed by developing stress nephogram. The obtained results provide crucial foundation for study on optimal structural design, cutting property and tool life of end mill.

The modes of a piece of disk spring and two piece of congruent disk spring are calculated by the finite element software ANSYS. Natural frequencies and vibration mode of every step are obtained. The results are analyzed. As a result, some useful references for design of disk spring are provided.
