As a high-quality non-polluting energy source, coalbed methane is widely used in power generation, automobile fuel and other fields. Moreover, the concentration of coalbed methane can be effectively reduced by exploiting and utilizing coalbed methane so as to eliminate the gas accidents fundamentally. In the coal mining area, the exploiting of coalbed methane resources are closely related to the hydrogeological conditions. This paper discusses the controlling effect of hydrogeological conditions on coalbed methane exploitation mainly from chemical characteristics, the hydraulic connection between aquifers, groundwater recharge, runoff and discharge characteristics and so on. The results showed that the water-bearing zones were recharged by precipitation. The isotopic characteristics of the coalbed water, the taiyuan limestone aquifer, the ordovician limestone aquifer showed that the groundwater were ancient which are formed earlier and the coalbed water expressed a definite drift feature of D. There had a weak hydraulic interaction between different aquifers. Mg2+, Cl-, HCO3-, TDS are the monitoring index of drainage production water. If the hydrogeological problems are frequently occurred When mining, it is necessary to analyze the hydrogeological conditions objectively and study the relationship between them to make the coalbed methane scientifically exploitation to improve efficiency and quality of coalbed methane.

At present, the performance evaluation of thermal spraying coating mainly depends on experimental test and numerical calculation, but due to the limitation of error and algorithm, neither of the two algorithms can effectively satisfy the effective evaluation of thermal spraying performance. In this paper, taking WC/Co coating as an example, a new method for calculating the performance parameters of thermal spraying coatings is proposed, that is, the finite element model and the analysis model of coating parameters are established for the microstructure of the coatings under different magnification, respectively. By calculating the basic performance parameters of the coatings, the macro performance parameters of the thermal spraying coatings are obtained, so that the performance of the coatings can be evaluated.

ZnO:Al thin films were deposited on flexible substrates by magnetron sputtering. The effects of the carrier concentrations on the hall mobilities of AZO films were investigated. When the carrier concentration was high (~1020/cm3), the hall mobility decreased with increase of the carrier concentration, showing obvious characteristics of ionized impurity scattering; moreover, the carrier mobility could be expressed to be-2.14/3 proportional of the carrier concentration by combining the results of simulation and experiments.simulation and experiment. When the carrier concentration was about a magnitude of 1019 cm-3, the carrier mobility is influenced by the carrier concentration and grain size, which means the carrier mobility was affected by both the grain boundary scattering and ionized purity scattering mechanism.

Zirconyldichloride modified polycarbosilazane (PZrSZO) has been synthesized from two-component dichlorosilanes (methyldichlorosilane and methylvinyldichlorosilane), zirconyldichloride, and ethylenediamine using triethylamine as acid-absorbing agent and tetrahydrofuran as solvent. 1H nuclear magnetic resonance analysis of the as-synthesized PZrSZO suggest a structure of ethylene-bridged polycarbosilazane having –Si–N–C–C–N– as backbone chain with –CH=CH2, –H and –CH3 attached to Si as side groups, which is similar to that of non-modified PSZO precursor. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy shows Zr–N stretching vibration peak appears at 532 cm-1 suggesting the incorporation of Zr into PSZO through aminolysis reaction between zirconyldichloride and ethylendiamine. SiZrCNO ceramic with the ceramic yield of 63 wt% is obtained through subsequent pyrolysis treatment at 1000 °C for 1 h under argon flow. EDS analysis shows its composition of SiZr0.01C1.03N0.25O0.84 with the Zr percentage of 1.45 wt%. X-ray diffraction analysis shows SiZrCNO ceramics are of mixed amorphous silicon carbonitride oxygen phase embraced with SiO2 nanocrystalline.

Monodisperse CoFe2O4and Co0.4Zn0.6Fe2O4hollow nanospheres were synthesized in large scale by solvothermal method in ethylene glycol solution. The structure, shape and size of the samples were investigated by Fourier Transform infrared, X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicate that the products are spherical with an average diameter less than 200 nm. Magnetic studies revealed that the saturation magnetization of Co0.4Zn0.6Fe2O4is 78.6 emu/g, higher than the CoFe2O4, which is 69 emu/g, while the coercivity of the Co0.4Zn0.6Fe2O4is 184 Oe , obviously lower than that of CoFe2O4which is 832 Oe. The electromagnetic parameters were measured at 2-18 GHz using HP8722ES vector network analyzer and then the microwave absorption properties were calculated through the transmission line theory. As to the Co0.4Zn0.6Fe2O4, the absorption bandwidth with reflection loss below-10 dB is up to 3GHz, from 10GHz to 13GHz with a thickness of 2 mm. A maximum reflection loss-45.6 dB was found at 12.9 GHz for the CoFe2O4with a thickness of 1.8 mm. As a result, the as-prepared hollow nanospheres show good prospects of being applied in EM wave absorption materials.

A novel greedy algorithm for blind CS recovery without prior knowledge of sparsity, called the Bisection Subspace Pursuit (BiSP) is introduced. The most outstanding feature of the BiSP is that it adopts the bisection method to adaptively estimate the sparsity of target signal, which means that no prior knowledge of sparsity is needed. Simulation results demonstrate that the BiSP not only retains comparable recovery accuracy with CoSaMP, SP and SAMP, but also outperforms the SAMP in terms of complexity when sparsity of signal is large. This makes the BiSP a competitive candidate for many practical situations.

Rolling element bearing is crucial for operation safety of modern mechanical equipment. Its poor damping and heavy load capacity usually makes it degrade faster than the shafts and the gear sets. In this paper, a recently proposed time-frequency (TF) representation tool, named the complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN), is introduced for the TF representation of helicopter bearing degradation data. Totally three sets of sequentially collected accelerometer data were included for the comparison study, with the first two data sets showing no signs of degradation and the third data set corresponds to totally scored bearing rollers. Facilitated by CEEMDAN method, no clear distinction can be observed on the TF plane as for the strong background noises. Thus we previously highlight the bearing signatures using spectral kurtosis (SK), a forth order statistics which is sensitive for impulsive components. Its fast algorithm, called the kurtogram, implements the detection of considerably weak bearing components and suppresses other background components, e.g., gear mesh components. With the preprocessing by kurtogram, the feature information on the TF plane can be easily characterized for the third data set.

On the grassland highway, the driver is prone to muscle fatigue because of the particularity of its landscape and the linear structure. And vehicle operating system leads to different degree of muscle fatigue. In order to explore the pilot fatigue characteristics in grassland under different operation conversion highway, put forward the fatigue improve measures and improving the quality of driving, I use the real driving test. In this paper, we study the manual and automatic driver’s shoulder muscle fatigue with method of frequency domain analysis through testing the driver, obtaining MF of trapezius muscle in static measurement and the surface electronical signal of the trapezius muscle after 110 minutes’ driving. We devide the drivers into 2 groups (5 drivers in manual group, 5 drivers in automatic group). The results show that the automatic driver’s MF has significantly negative correlation (P =- 0.521) before and after the static test, which suggests automatic driver will be afflicted with shoulder muscle fatigue; The manual drive’s MF before and after the test tends to decrease with time (SlopeMS =- 0.0076, SlopeMD =- 0.0582), which suggests that after test, drivers in manual group are in the right shoulder fatigue, and before test, the decline of MF shows the drivers’ fatigue accumulation. After test, MF of manual and automatic group increases (SlopeAD =- 0.01, SlopeMD =- 0.058), which shows that driving on grassland highway can lead to the driver’s muscle fatigue with the extension of time; and vehicle operating system leads to different degree of muscle fatigue.

The strain measurement is a most important and absolutely necessary task on the probing into the constitution of the materials. The ways of strain measurement are theoretically divided as the mechanical type, vibrating-string type, inductive type and bonded resistance type, and the last one is widely used for its high precision and convenience. The geogrid, which has been widespread in the reinforcement structures, is more and more popular for its high strength, good toughness, corrosion resistant, anti-fatigue and effective interaction with soil. The geogrid is made of polymer, its ultimate strain can reach above 10%, and it is sensitive to the time, furthermore it usually has significant relative displacement with soil in the tests. Then some measures have to be taken to make the measuring range wider and make the all gauges achieving synchronization, measures also should be conducted to prevent the strain gauges separated from the geogrid when it has slightly bending, prevent the wires break when the gauges going forward and reduce the influences from the forward preventing measures. Some researchers have showed their techniques to avoiding part of the above problems. Based on a series of pullout tests of geogrid, this paper gives the contrast and analysis on those techniques above, and lists the relative measures that used in these tests, especially for the gauge sticking techniques and preventive measures.

For the effective prevention and control of mine bumps, or to a certain extent, to reduce the loss the losses caused by impact ground pressure accident,thin-walled components are proposed to be applied as a scaffold components in roadway supporting. Components impingement is reflected in the component crushed process ,in which the impacting energy absorption and crushing space provide certain amount of energy to free up space. The energy absorption characteristics of different configuration thin-walled components has been simulated with ABAQUS finite element, such as the conventional square, regular hexagon, round and origami square, regular hexagon etc,.and the results showed that: (1) The problem of conventional components is larger load fluctuation coefficient. Origami component is a kind of perfect impingement components ,as it can reduce peak loads and the load fluctuation coefficient effectively. (2) Under different ratios width-to-thickness, components can have different deformation modes, but the relationship of peak load and wall thickness is near linear and has nothing to do with the deformation modes. (3) The component can have a relatively lower crushing peak load and load fluctuation coefficient and relatively higher specific energy absorption,if given a suitable diamond concave angle. impingement components using combined with existing supports can make the existing supports to become top beam impingement support , mudsill impingement support ,two sides impingement support and impingement hydraumatic support and so on.

The finite element method and nanoindentation experiment are used in this paper, to analysis mechanical properties of monocrystalline germanium on micro/nanoscale. The cloud charts of stress and strain distribution are obtained by finite element method. It is shown that the depth increment of the contact makes the value of stress and strain in the surface layer greater and the area of action larger in the process of nanoindentation of monocrystalline germanium. In the nanoindentation experiment, load and displacement curve is different with different crystal orientations. With the increase of load, contact depth has been increased. The residual deformation depth of three crystal orientations is also different. The results of FEM is is closed to the crystal orientation of [100].
