Aiming at the mode mixing problem caused by interpolation point selection of conventional EMD (Empirical mode decomposition) method, a secondary iterative sifting EMD method that can avoid mode mixing and achieve high-precision decomposition of HHT (Hilbert–Huang transformation) is proposed based on the theory of EMD. The simulation results show that the proposed method is superior to conventional EMD on the ability to split mixed signal. Finally, the proposed algorithm is applied to the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing and the test results have proved its effectiveness and advantages.

After introducing the control of absolute dry pulp quantity, the control scheme of Fuzzy-PID composite is implemented. The application result indicates that the scheme proposed is feasible and effective

AC algorithm is a multi-pattern matching algorithm. And AC algorithm is often used in the snort system for feature detection. However, as the amount of data increases and the real-time requirements, AC algorithm needs to improve the efficiency of the algorithm. In this paper, we designed a parallelized AC algorithm. It uses the pipelining method to improve the efficiency of AC algorithm. This method is very effective in multicore environments. At the end of this paper, through experiments, we compared the running time and the speedup between classical AC algorithm and parallel AC algorithm.

The anticorrosion performance and field application of a new rebar inhibitor were evaluated through the tests of half-cell potential and weight loss. The results indicated that half-cell potential of rebar had a negative shift with the addition of chloride ion, so it took long time to reach the stable potential. With the increase of chloride ion in the system, half-cell potential was more difficult to achieve stability. When chlorine ion content was low, inhibition effect was very obvious. Inhibition efficiency was 85.53% without chlorine ion and 85.74% with 1.0%NaCl by weight loss. New Rebar Inhibitor had no effect on the mechanical properties of concrete, which had good protective effect on concrete pipe rack in using.

We have take the design of the complex machinery equipment DF900 erecting machine as an example discussed SolidWorks and its module COSMOSWork, COSMOSMotion’s application in bridge erecting machine’s development and design. We established bridge erecting machine’s 3D model, optimized the product’s structure and bridge through-hole speed, provide calculated data for safe and reliable operation of the equipment by finite element calculation. And have provided some certain reference value for use SolidWorks on large, complex mechanical product’s design, research and safety evaluation.

The nano-composite electroless coating was introduced into bio-limited forming technology for the first time, and the feasibility of the nano-composite electroless coating on microorganism was verified. The composite coated microorganism was analyzed by using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The results showed that stirring method would make significant effect on the content of nano-particles in the composite coating. And compared with mechanical stirring, the magnetical stirring makes the content of Fe in the composite coating increase almost twice. The co-deposition mechanism of the composite coating was also discussed.

Helical structure plays an important role in many fields and the machining quality is important for its applications. In this paper, a kind of functional hollow lightweight metallic micro-helixes based on cells of spirulina was manufactured by bio-limited forming. Then the impurity degree and the un-metallization degree, two important parameters to evaluate the machining quality of the functional micro-helixes in the application to chiral microwave absorbing material were investigated. Numeric models were established and the regularities were researched on how the two parameters are influenced by metallization technology factors. The results showed that the values of these two parameters could be reduced by adjusting the volume of the original deposition solution for 1g filtered wet activated cells, the diluted multiples of the original deposition solution, the temperature of reaction and the time of reaction so as to improve the machining quality.

Micro-composite sol-gel coating was introduced into bio-limited forming technology for the first time, and the feasibility of the micro-composite sol-gel coating on microorganism was verified. The composite coated microorganism was observed by using optical microscopy. The results showed that the micro-particles of carbonyl iron could remain being fixed on the surface of cells of spirulina platensis by sol-gel process after repeated washings and collections and by using second sol-gel process the micro structures of microorganism would be kept well after drying. The co-deposition mechanism of the composite coating was also discussed.
