Abstract

As one of countries which is suffering marine disasters, china is confronted with escalating threat to peoples lives and property caused by serious marine natural disasters. This paper propose some suggestions about marine disasters risky zoning, marine disasters risky assessment and troubleshooting of construction projects, marine disasters early warning, in order to contribute some efforts to system construction of marine disaster prevention and mitigation and integrated risky management of marine disasters.

Abstract

Based on the survey on deficiencies of ecological footprint model applied on regional sustainable development assessment, modification of the ecological footprint model was preliminarily discussed on three aspects: concept extension, combination with other index, and introduction of quantitative estimate indices for time series calculation. This discussion provided a scientific guidance of applying ecological footprint model on regional sustainability assessment, and a theoretical basis for further case study.

Abstract

Yanglin’ao tungsten deposit is a typical mesothermal to hyperthermal filling-metasomatism postmagmatic deposit. It is featured with the structure-controlling distribution of ore-body and mineralization; while veinlet-type ore-bodies are particularly situated at the hanging wall of F24(No.24 of Fault Fracture), and the mineralization is especially concentrated below and above the unconformable surface between Proterozoic Banxi slate group and Middle DevonianYanglin’ao sandstone formation. Geological characteristics, structure forms and its formation mechanisms of ore-controlling structure were studied in this paper and a special tectonic-controlled model was initially set up. Furthermore the author also made mineralization prospecting prediction based on structure characteristics.

Abstract

Analysis the electricmotorcar aluminum wheels’ hole defect on macroscopic and microscopic, observed that the main defects、concentrated site and the main alloy phase. Combined with the local casting technological parameters, the filling and solidification process of aluminium alloy hub was simulated by using Anycasting software. The results showed that: castings filling smoothly, at the junction of the spoke and the rim and the hub central are easy to produce casting defects. Using the optimized process parameters that is lower pouring temperature, higher pouring height and set the vent to experiment, after comparing the results with the original process known, Shrinkage and porosity defects decreased, but there are still some degree of defects, indicating optimized process parameters have some effect.

10. Crack Resistance Evaluating of HSC Based on Thermal Stress Testing

Abstract

In order to evaluate the crack resistance of high strength fly ash concrete, concretes with different contents of silica fume and fly ash were compared with same strength grade by adjusting water to binder ratio. Compared with the concrete with 5% silica fume plus 35% fly ash，concrete with 40% fly ash has same mechanical properties and tensile strain as well as lower drying shrinkage. Complex crack resistance of high strength fly ash concretes were evaluated by Temperature Stress Testing Machine (TSTM). The results show that fly ash concretes have outstanding crack resistance because of higher allowable temperature differential and lower cracking temperature.
