A novel rectangular tube with circumferential anti-symmetric local self-surface nanocrystallization (CALSSN) layouts is designed for energy absorption. The effects of stripe numbers on the energy absorption performance is investigated. Results reveal that the 8-stripe CALSSN model exhibits the best buckling modes, which is more regular and stable than the untreated ones. It is also found that the stripe numbers highly depend on the structural sizes, unsuitable stripes number may reduce the buckling stability and periodicity. Besides, five CALSSN models with stripe numbers from 6 to 10 are selected to find the optimized size which has the highest specific energy absorption (SEA). A new 7-stripe CALSSN model which has optimal buckling modes and energy absorption performance is achieved.

In this paper, a novel local surface nanocrystallization treatment is introduced to design the anti-buckling rectangular plate. The mechanical properties and critical buckling loads of the plates are greatly improved by the surface nanocrystallization technology. Several local nanocrystallization layouts, including the horizonal stripes distribution, the vertical stripes distribution and the spaced latticed blocks distribution, are designed and numerical simulations are carried out to evaluate the stability of the plates. Results show that the critical buckling load was significantly improved by the local nanocrystallization treatment. Among all the designs, the critical buckling loads for the vertical nanocrystallization layouts is the optimal one. And the technology can also be extended to the anti-buckling design of other structures.

Failure analysis of the hot clamped outlet pigtail tubes connected with hydrogen reformer tube in refineries has been carried out. In this paper, hot clamp induced cracking on Incoloy 800HT outlet pigtail tube of a reformer unit is studied by microscopic observation and mechanical properties testing. Metallurgical evaluation and chemical composition analysis have been performed on both hot clamped cracking tube and no cracking one. Results indicated that the most important parameter affecting the high temperature brittleness of pigtails are the Ni/Cr value, surface grain size and impurity atoms grain boundary segregation.

Due to conventional industrial robot moving has been known that programing is either tedious or simplex and operating platform requires a pure environment without unnecessary distractions from other objects. This paper presents a novel method which using shape based 3Dmatching technology for picking and placing object by UR robot. This method is able to help the robot catch a specified object in any complex environment. To do this, we need only one camera and the targets' 3D CAD model. There are many efforts was indeed carried out in order to improve the control accuracy, first , the 3D coordinates of the interested points should be high-resolution calculated with the images that areprovided by the camera and we use a special method to optimize internal and external camera parameters when calibrating the camera, Then, A 3D-matching-operator is used to search for the specific objects in the real-time images based on the given 3D model, which is realized by projects the edges of the 3D object model that was used to create the 3D shape model into the image coordinate system and return projected edges. Finally, the coordinates of the 3D object model is obtained in the PTU coordinate system through the integration of a PTU and a Laser range finder , and a transformational matrix is obtained for calculate the coordinates of the targets on UR robot’s base coordinate system. Based on this technology, users only simply need to import a 3D CAD model and click on the image of the workplace to define the end point, the robot will exceed the procedure of pick and place automatically.

By using Mn slag, Mg slag and Fly ash which comes from industrial process in Ningxia province as raw materials, the sulpoaluminate cement was prepared via sintering raw materials in a furnace. The physical and chemical characteristic of sulpoaluminate cement clinker was tested. The optimal proportion of clinkers is also determined by the results of phase composition, microstructure and hydration mechanism. The results shows that when the mixed ratio of Mn slag, Mg slag and Fly ash is 21%, 21% and 0% respectively in the raw materials and the calcination temperature is 1300 °C for 30 min, sulphoaluminate cement clinker with maximum amount of C4A3S, C2S and C4AF was prepared. Then, natural gypsum was added into the clinker powder with a ratio of 15% to make cement materials. When water to cement ratio is 0.5 and cement to sand ratio is 1:3, the cement mortar obtain a compressive strength of 22.22 MPa at 3d, 31.2 MPa at 7 d, and the flexural strength of 3.86MPa at 3d, and 4.83 MPa at 7d respectively.

As dual-phase (DP) steel sheet is widely used in automotive manufacture, researches on failure mode of DP steel have been carried out experimentally and numerically in recent years. In this paper, failure mode of DP 780 steels with geometrical imperfection, which was assumed as a consequence of previous process, was investigated via a microstructure approach utilizing RVE technique. Multiple damage models were applied on characteristic microstructures and the modified pointed-ended geometrical imperfection was ingrained. Considering the progress of crack evolution, the depth and the location of geometrical imperfection were critical factors in determining the mode of crack initiation and propagation. Essentially, geometrical imperfection influenced the failure mode of investigated DP steel via aggravating the structural heterogeneity.

The Al-Ti-C master alloy with excessive carbon content was prepared by the self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) in melt method. The master alloy mainly contains Al4C3 and TiC phases, which exhibits satisfactory refining effect on AZ31 alloy. With 1.5wt.% addition of the master alloy, the grain size reduced from 280 μm to 109 μm. The tensile properties are also improved with the refinement of grain structure. The ultimate tensile strength increased from 105 MPa to 156 MPa while the elongation increased from 8.4% to 13.6%. The Al4C3 particles and TiC particles play important role in the refining process due to their low disregistry with α-Mg grains.

Large-scale silver nanoparticles with fine dispersion and narrow size distribution were synthesized by reducing silver nitrate with sodium borohydride and sodium citrate and using poly (vinylpyrrolidone) as an adsorption agent in the ethanol solution. The sintering behavior and electrical properties of silver nanoparticles treated with and without glutaric acid were studied. Morphology studies showed that the treated silver nanoparticles obviously agglomerated and began to sinter at 200 °C and the sintering temperature is higher at least 50 degrees than that of the untreated silver nanoparticles The treated silver nanoparticles as fillers of electronically conductive adhesives (ECAs) is more advantageous to the increase of the conductivity. Otherwise, only in the conditions of the appropriate sintering temperature and loading of silver nanoparticles, the high conductivity of the ECAs was obtained. The effect of the treated silver nanoparticles on the electrical properties contributes to the surface activation and sintering behavior.Keywords: Silver nanoparticle, Sintering Behavior, Surface treatment, Electrical property

In this paper, silver nanostructures were synthesized via a solvothermal method by reducing silver nitrate with ethylene glycol in the presence of poly (vinylpyrrolidone) and using NaCl, MgCl2, AlCl3, FeCl3, Fe2(SO4)3, NaOH, NaBr and Na2S as reaction inhibitor, respectively. Characteristics of the as-prepared silver nanostructures were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-visible (UV-vis) absorption spectrum. It is found that the mixture of nanoparticles and nanorods and nanowires can be observed in the AlCl3and NaOH systems, the nanorods as main products can be obtained in the MgCl2and NaCl and Fe2(SO4)3systems, the large scale silver nanowires as main products can be obtained in the FeCl3and Na2S systems, especially in the Na2S system, silver nanowires are very long and curved. The results indicated the reasons of the effect of the reaction inhibitors on the morphologies of silver nanostructures depend on the solubility product constant of silver salt which formed with silver ion and inhibitor anion ion in the initial stage and the properties of metal cationic ion of inhibitor. The smaller solubility product constant of silver salt or the presence of Fe3+or low valence metal iongreatly facilitate the formation of one-dimensional silver nanostructures, especially to nanowires.

The cassava residue was selected as carbon source to study the effect of biofloc technique (BFT) on water quality control, growth performance and seedling emergence in a 40 L culture water of litopenaeus vannamei nursery culture system. The BFA groups included Graded level of C/N (15/1, 20/1 and 25/1) with three parallel samples, compared to the control groups. At the end of the feeding trial 15 days, 10.7%, 14.4% and 46.8% significantly decreased in NH4+-N concentration of the graded level of C/N (p2--N concentration (p heterotrophic bacterium, phytoplankton and zooplankton was also effectively obviously promoted.

In this paper, a novel approach was proposed for the topic detection which combined the multi-models. We paid attention to the content similarity, time similarity and location similarity respectively, at the same time, the Bayesian model also was researched and the atomic characteristics words were extracted. Combined the expert knowledge and multi-models, the experiment was completed and the experimental results show that the approach is effective.

To calrify the combined effect of soft template and biominormolecule on the formation of hydroxyapatite (HAp), the study on the growth of HAp regulated by citrate and(or) hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) solution was developed in a thermal aqueous. The as-obtained products were characterized by XRD, FT-IR and TEM, altogether with HRTEM and ED. Plate-like HAp crystals in nanosize with relative weak crystallinity were obtained in the presence of citrate. Nano-needle shape HAp crystals were produced in the presence of CTAB. Rod-like HAp crystals in a uniform nanosize were formed under the regulation of CTAB and citrate, which showed the same orientation as that of CTAB only. However, the possible mechanism of the growth of HAp was discussed in detail. CTAB micelles worked as a soft template modified by citrate, which guided to form HAp crystals in different morphology. The study is benefit to control the formation of HAp for its bioapplication.

The relationship between environmental quality and energy consumption has become more and more important. This paper firstly develops the index for China’s comprehensive environmental quality evaluation, and employs spss17.0 to conduct factorial analysis and comprehensive analysis on the condition of China’s comprehensive environmental quality between 1995 and 2012. By using Eviews6.0 to build a regression model for China’s environmental quality and energy consumption and exercising stationary test and Granger causality test, this paper also affirms the co-integration relationship between environmental quality and energy consumption in China. Among all energy sources, coal consumption has the closest relationship with environmental quality, and oil and natural gas consumptions are in the 2nd and 3rd place. In the last part, this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions like optimizing industrial structure, adjusting energy structure and improving technologies in energy utilization.

The online marking system, which can improve the marking speed and quality, is widely applied in large-scale standardized tests. The P system had great parallelism is applied in the engineering systems just beginning. In this paper, an automatic online marking-management model (AOMMM) based on membrane computing is constructed, which can find marker had quality problems and remind the markers and the leader automatically. According to the basal rules of membrane computing, the management rules of the proposed AOMMM are designed. Through the analysis of the computational time complexity of the proposed model, we find that only three steps (O (1)) are needed to complete the feedback operation. Experimental result shows that the proposed model is appropriate for online marking management. With benefiting from the advantage of membrane system, the proposed OMMAM implements automatic and real time feedback operation.Key-Words: -standardized tests; online marking; error; control; membrane computing; P system; management automation; membrane system

Word sense disambiguation as a central research topic in natural language processing can promote the development of many applications such as information retrieval, speech synthesis, machine translation, summarization and question answering. Previous approaches can be grouped into three categories: supervised, unsupervised and knowledge-based. The accuracy of supervised methods is the highest, but they suffer from knowledge acquisition bottleneck. Unsupervised method can avoid knowledge acquisition bottleneck, but its effect is not satisfactory. With the built-up of large-scale knowledge, knowledge-based approach has attracted more and more attention. This paper introduces a new context weighting method, and based on which proposes a novel semi-supervised approach for word sense disambiguation. The significant contribution of our method is that thesaurus and machine learning techniques are integrated in word sense disambiguation. Compared with the state of the art on the test data of the English all words disambiguation task in Sensaval-3, our method yields obvious improvements over existing methods in nouns, adjectives and verbs disambiguation.

The design program of Vehicle Display and Control Terminal was introduced, it was based on the Embedded Linux which developed on the MPC5121e hardware platform. Through kernel cutting and transplanting of the Embedded Linux operating system, and transplanting the new generation of the Altia Designer to the MPC5121e hardware platform, the graphical user interface software of Vehicle Display and Control Terminal was developed successfully.

This paper offers a DMO (direct mode operation) design applied to TD-LTE. It can support point to point full-duplex communication in the no signal covered area and user switching according to their priority at the same time. The design divides channel into access channel and communication channel to improve the spectrum efficiency. When the SNR is higher than 16dB, the DMO design using QPSK modulation has a BER (bit error rate) reaching 10-4 under ITU-R M1225 channel B. Although at the same BER value, the SNR requirements of IFDMA has a 0.5dB lower than LFDMA, given that TD-LTE uses LFDMA and LFDMA has a good resistance to frequency offset and is much easier to realize, we adopt LFDMA as subcarrier mapping method in the DMO design. Besides, at the same BER value, the required SNR of MMSE (minimum mean square error) equalization is 1.0~1.5dB lower than the required SNR of the ZF (zero-forcing) equalization. Therefore DMO should use MMSE equalization in the low SNR environment and ZF equalization in the high SNR environment.

This article shows a composed method for modeling the concurrent execution of working processes in flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) by a special class of Petri nets named Resource Oriented Petri nets (ROPN). Essentially, the type of net comes from the availability of system resources. The analysis of ROPN is used to characterize deadlock situations in terms of full markings for certain structure named PPC. For the sake of preventing the system from deadlocks, a policy is proposed based on a series of restrictions for resource allocation, without considering the presence of unmarked siphons in Process Oriented Petri net (POPN). Finally, a control strategy of deadlock avoidance is designed for ROPN, which is better than other control policy.

For two practical engineering case in a University in Guilin, this paper mainly introduces the performance of sewage-source heat pump and ground source heat pump and compare the running status in two kinds of system. The studies have shown that the sewage source heat pump unit COP at about 3.9, the system COP at about 3.3, ground source heat pump unit COP at about 4.5, the system COP at about 3.4.

The ecological landscape effect through fixed point observation is obvious.

Booms have been widely used in protecting the coastal area in oil spills, but the ocean wave often causes the boom’s overtopping failure. The Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics numerical method which has advantages in simulating the free-surface-flows and the fluid-structure interaction was used to study the boom failure in the wave. A 2D wave flume model was constructed to simulate the wave acting on the boom which causes the boom’s overtopping failure. The effect of deflection angle of boom was systematically studied. Through comparing the critical height range of wave that causes the overtopping failure of boom at different angles, the optimal angle range for the efficiency of boom against wave which is-40° to-60° is proposed. SPH as a utility method for simulating the fluid-structure interaction problem has exerted its effectiveness in learning the overtopping behavior of wave acting on the boom.

The interaction between polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and various plasticizer at different temperature was discussed by infrared analysis. At the room temperature, the interaction between nitrile groups of polymer is so strong that the conventional plasticizer propylene carbonate (PC) or new-type plasticizer ionic liquid can’t have interaction with nitrile groups. However, the interaction between nitrile groups weakens at higher temperature, i.e. 160°C, and the interaction between the nitrile groups and IL is formed, which is maintained when natural cooling to 90°C. The interaction between the nitrile groups and IL weakens again when natural cooling to room temperature, it may be attributed to the interaction between IL and water is stronger than that of IL and PAN.

Poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) hybrid membranes reinforced by hydrophilic nanoSiO2 particles were fabricated from PVDF/N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc)/γ-butyrolactone (γ-BL) system via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) process. Surface and cross-sectional morphology of membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The properties such as permeability, mechanical performances and antifouling property were also determined. The results showed that the pore size of membrane surface became smaller, while cross-sectional morphology was changed from bicontinuous structure to cell structure, the pore size became larger and majorities of closed pores became open with the addition of hydrophilic nanoSiO2 particles in the system. Compared with pure membrane, pure water flux of hybrid membrane increased by 30.3%, i.e. from 290 to 378 L/(m2·h·0.1MPa), antifouling property increased from 63.1% to 80.2%. Meanwhile, tensile strength and elongation at break increased by 70.6% and124%, respectively.

A novel fast algorithm for lndependent Component Analysis is introduced, which can be used for blind source separation and machine fault diagnosis feature extraction. It is shown how a neural network learning rule can be transformed into a fixed-point iteration, which provides an algorithm that is very simple, does not depend on any user-defined parameters, and is fast to converge to the most accurate solution allowed by the data. The purpose of this paper is to review the application of blind source separation in the machine fault diagnosis,including the following aspects: noise elimination and extraction of the weak signals,the separation of multi-fault sources,redundancy reduction,feature extraction and pattern classification based on independent component analysis. And its application in machine fault diagnosis is illustrated by the examples. In addition, some prospects about using blind source separation for machine fault diagnosis are discussed.

In order to realize precision measurement for the computer vision measurement system, a system comprehensive calibration method based on straight line imaging characteristics is proposed. The method uses parallel straight line edges of general 00 level gauge groups to comprehensively calibrate the measurement system. It establishes the calibration function that describes the corresponding relationship between the imaging point location and space point position, and then determines the coefficient of the calibration function according to the linear characteristic of gauge block measurement surface edges imaging. This method is simple to operate and is easy to realize and has good versatility. It can comprehensively correct all kinds of system errors such as the optical distortion, the perspective error, the sensor position error and location error of edge detection algorithm. Repeated measurement experiments for the gauges show that the precision of the measurement system can reach by means of this calibration method.

In order to improve the transmission and durability of infrared optical materials, the antireflection characteristics of two dimensional sub-wavelength structures on infrared optical materials were investigated. The results of numerical modeling showed two dimensional sub-wavelength structures can improve the transmission of infrared optical materials over a broad band, especially pyramid structures. Then two dimensional sub-wavelength structures on Zinc sulfide were fabricated with contacting ultraviolet lithography and reactive ion etching, A substantial antireflection effect was obtained over the wavelength band 8~12 μm. To improve the environmental durability of the antireflective sub-wavelength structures, Germanium carbide film was deposited on the two dimensional sub-wavelength structures by reactive RF magnetron sputtering.

Agricultural IOT is needed to regulate and improve the crops growth conditions, to monitor some of soil environmental factors. This article designs the agriculture IOT framework based on semantic SOA, proposes to use semantic SOA techniques to increase the discovery efficiency of service of agricultural IOT. It also introduces some related key technologies in semantic annotation of Web Service and the semantic issuing of annotation results using the SAWSDL standards. This system framework support remote real-time monitoring of the field data of agricultural production, and the efficient, accurate service discovery and service invoking.

Highly active titanium modified 3D mesoporous material Ti-TUD-1 with different Si/Ti molar ratios (10, 25, 50 and 100) were synthesized using TEA as a template and TEAOH as an auxiliary template. The Ti-TUD-1 materials were characterized by means of XRD, TEM and UV-vis DRS. The results showed that Ti was successfully incorporated in the framework of TUD-1 by forming Ti-O-Si bonds. The catalytic activities were tested in a high pressure micro reactor using FCC diesel and the results showed that the HDS efficiency of Ti modified TUD-1(Si/Ti=50) was better than TUD-1, as high as 98.15%.

A graph based property representation enables partly automation of the function decomposition. The first step in design is to decompose the main function into subfunctions. To partly automate this process, a key issue is to establish a computational decomposition process. This paper transforms functions into properties of substructures and their relationships, and uses weighted graphs to represent properties. The graph represented property is then induced into a group of properties by induction mechanisms. This process is conducted automatically. The contribution of this paper is a method to automate the design function decomposition.

The shift strategy affects the vehicle dynamic performance, ride quality directly. On the basis of the shift control strategy analysis for the traditional ICE vehicle, throttle, speed and acceleration were chosen as control parameters to determine the shift strategy. The determined three-parameter shift strategy was simulated in the CRUISE software environment. The shift quality was evaluated by two criteria. The simulation results show that the design of the shift control strategy can effectively improve the vehicle dynamic performance and shifting comfort.

Aiming at the issues of smooth transition from IPv4 to IPv6 and interoperability in technical coexistence period about campus network, discussing the technical characteristics of IPv6 protocol, GNS3 and OPNET simulator, combined with the status of weakness of IPv6 technology, lack of IPv6 technology planning and financial support for network upgrade in the vast majority of colleges, adopted the simulation methods to build a network model of IPv4 and IPv6 to achieve the technologies study such as topology design, network configuration and testing, network performance design and evaluation of IPv6 campus network under the low-cost conditions.

This paper presents a simple algorithm for determining the minimum circumscribed circle which can select the control points accurately and efficiently from the entire data set. The first candidate point is selected based on the least square center, and then the second and third candidate points are determined based on the position of the centers. The control points for the minimum circumscribed circle were determined with the three candidate points easily, Extensive examples have been carried out to validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

In view of the heterogeneous gulf between service providers and resource service demanders in cloud manufacturing platform, an ontology mapping reusing algorithm was proposed to improve the performance of service discovery. Firstly, a semantic bipartite graph between the concepts profile was built to get the similarity of neighboring concepts from the best match of the bipartite graph. Then inspired by the similarity transmission between neighboring concepts, whether the new mapping should be established was decided by the existing mapping and the similar degree between the neighboring concepts. Finally, I testified the algorithm by an experiment.

Geo-environment evaluation of damaged mountains of Jinan City based on efficacy coefficient method considers both the geo-environment factors and the landscape factors. The geo-environment evaluation of 49 important damaged mountains was made based on efficiency coefficient method. The proposed practical management advices based on the evaluation results were almost unanimous with the actual management results. The method can provide scientific basis for damaged mountain management planning, the selection of ecological restoration scheme.

Plasticized polyacrylonitrile(PAN) fibers have been chemically impregnated with aqueous solution of KMnO4 under varying conditions of temperature and time. The effect of modification conditions on the chemical structure and the mechanical properties of precursor fibers are characterized by wide-angle X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope. The experimental results show that KMnO4 can be used not only as catalyst for cyclization reaction, but also as plasticizer. The chemical modification between KMnO4 and PAN can not occur below70°C, the most suitable condition for modification is performed at 80°C for 5 min.

The dynamic deflection measurement is an important component to the bridge loading test of high-speed railway bridge. Using inclinometers to test the Dynamic deflection is a good method for High-Speed Railway bridge deflection detection. In this paper, we develop a new inclinometer and a new theory to fast calculate deflection. It has been use to detect the dynamic deflection of Baishui River bridge on FuZhou-WenZhou High-Speed Railway when high speed train runs across at kinds of speed. Results indicate: comparing with the measurement results of photoelectric deflection detection system, all dynamic deflection measurement results of inclinometers are very accuracy. Their deflection curves are also similar. All results also show: Using our inclinometers to test High-Speed Railway bridge dynamic deflection can get precise results and can satisfy the dynamic deflection measurement request of high-speed railway bridge. Comparing with other methods of dynamic deflection measurement, this method is very easy to operate., do not need stop the traffic, and not affected by weather, and not need a static reference point, can measure the dynamic deflection of any beam bridge.

As an important module of enterprise device management, spare parts inventory affects other strategies like equipment maintenance, overhauling, repairing etc. Furthermore, the normal production of enterprises and economic benefits are closely related with it. In this paper, spare parts are classified based equipment maintenance features [. After analyzing the dynamic and uncertain demand context, a probability inventory model which takes equipment downtime loss into account is presented [. A reasonable inventory costs is suggested through a lot of computing. The model and methodology have been demonstrated by a case study.

Poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) hollow fiber membranes were successfully prepared using DMAc/γ-BL as the mixed diluent and PEG as the additive through modified thermally induced phase separation (M-TIPS) process. The membranes prepared were characterized by scanning electron microscope. Their properties such as water permeability and mechanical properties were also determined. The results show that PVDF membranes have spherical crystallites structure with interconnected network structure because of the combination of solidliquid and liquid-liquid phase separation. When using 25wt% aqueous ethanol solution as the coagulation, the PVDF hollow fiber membrane shows the tensile strength, i.e.4.59MPa and pure water flux, i.e.415 L/ (m2·h).

The traditional CAPP system pays much attention to the intelligent generation of the parts process route or pursuit integration of CAD and CAPP and CAM, but it has exposed many shortcomings in the process management of process design and approval. In order to solve the problem of information transmission and process reengineering, this paper discusses the application of work flow technology in the CAPP system, and analyzes the process design and approval process based on Petri Nets model, and finally explains database design and realization of process workflow and the control mechanism of workflow engine based on state transition on emphases. Through the practical application, the system can greatly improve the efficiency of design and management of process, the process design is more flexible and more standardization.

As a basic industry, the coal industry has greatly associated with the development of national economy. The coal industry has a tight association with the development of national economy. This paper calculates the direct consumption coefficient and the complete consumption coefficient among coal industry and other national economy sectors in an input-output model based on the Input-Output Tables of 2007, and analyze the reaction of each sector to coal price fluctuation. The results show that most of the top ten are industry sectors, and the sector which is the most influenced one is industry of production and supply of electric power and heat power. If the coal price rises by 10%, this sector will accordingly rise by 1.79%.

In this paper, a new force and force location sensor based on the principle of gas pellicle loading and pressure differentials enlargement is designed, and the structure, the principle and the analysis of flow field studied by simulation software are also introduced respectively. The sensor is widely used in solving the problem of snatching at flexible or crisp workpiece and analyzing the force position and the accurate force.

This paper presents a dynamic response analysis of the blade of horizontal axis wind turbines using finite element method. The blade is treated as a thin-walled beam based on the classical lamination theory, and accounts for arbitrary material layup and non-linear anisotropic fibre-reinforced composites. Applying the proposed method,A 29 m rotor blade, previously reported in specialized literature, was chosen as a case study the dynamic behaviour built in a FEM software tool. It is developed to predict natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes in rotating blade in-plane and out-of-plane. Numerical results are serve as a design tool for the large composite wind turbine blade structure required during design and optimization.

The seismic damage investigation on 488 buildings in Anchang County during Wenchuan earthquake was performed and the investigation data were analyzed, especially for the school buildings. The results indicate that the seismic damages of buildings with seismic design are obviously lower than those of buildings without seismic design, and the damages of the Type-A buildings are most severe, those of the Type-B buildings are second while those of the Type-C buildings are the slightest. Moreover, the damages of Type-B and Type-C school buildings are a little higher than the average level of Type-B and C buildings in Anchang County.

The calcination products of Mg/(Al-Fe) hydrotalcite-like compounds (HMAF) were used as adsorbent to remove perchlorate in affected water. HMAF were synthesized by co-precipitation method at a constant pH value, the best calcined temperature is 500°C and the optimal Mg/Al/Fe molar ratio is 3:0.8:0.2 (CHMAF5%). Factors such as adsorbent dose, initial pH, initial perchlorate concentration affecting perchlorate adsorption were studied. Results showed that the best parameters of adsorbent dose, pH and perchlorate concentration are 0.2g, pH 4-10 and 2000µg/l, respectively. The calcination products of HMAF can be a promising adsorbent for perchlorate removal.

Methanogens are important environmental microbial and play an important role in the nature of the carbon-cycling, its unique physiological characteristics and metabolic mechanisms make it play an indispensable role in environmental protection and energy field. At present, known methane biosynthesis has three pathways: acetic acid, H/CO2, methyl compound as the substrates generate methane through different reaction. Ecological factor affecting methanogens are mainly temperature, pH value, redox potential, etc. In this paper, we carry on analyzing the research progress of the methanogens species, its physiological characteristics, metabolic pathway, ecological factor and industrial application, and propose methods and the thinking of study to improve methane gas production by adjusting the ecological factor as the control factor.

AIMS: To explore gene expressions of Bax and changes of cytC releasing in the CIR hippocampus neuron; to observe the effect on CIR with ligustrazine. METHODS: According to Bannisters, we made ischemia and reperfusion models of rat, and then using ligustrazine to cure; we observed the expression changes of Bax gene in hippocampus neurons by nucleic acid in situ hybridization, detecting cytC release through Western blotting. RESULTS: Ligustrazine protect neuron by reducing neuronal apoptosis induced by CIR, and inhibiting release of cytc by releasing.
