The article suggests therapy thinking to address political depressions. It states that an individual who cannot manage anger could feel some form of depression or guilt. It cites that the concept of being good enough is needed by political leaders. The author believes that people can remove their sense of depressive despair by accepting that political perfection cannot be achieved and by motivating themselves to be good enough citizens.
