XXII. Ulusal Hematoloji Kongresinde tebliğ edildi. 21- 25 Ekim 1991, İstanbul. Malign hastalığa yönelik tedavi görmemiş, nefrotik sendrom tablosu göstermeyen, klinik renal patolojik bulgusu olmayan, Hodgkin lenfoma, non-Hodgkin lenfoma, kronik fenfosilik lösemi den oluşan 18 olgunun renal biyopsi materyali subklinik nefropati açısından ışık ve immunfloresan mikroskobu ile incelenmiştir. Işık mikroskobunda; 10 olguda normal böbrek dokusu, 3 olguda ateroskleroza bağlı iskemi ve skleroz, 1 olguda kronik interstisyel nefrit, 1 olguda damarlarda hyalen değişme, 2 olguda ekstraglomerüler lezyon, 1 olguda lösemik infiltrasyon saptanmıştır. 13 olguda gerçekleştirilen immunfloresan mikroskop incelenmesinde; 3'ü medulla dokusu olmak üzere toplam 7 olguda floresan boyanma negatif saptanmıştır. 3 olguda subklinik glomenrüler immunkomplex ve 3 olguda ekstraglomerüler birikim tespit edilmiştir. Renal biopsy materials of eighteen cases with Hodgkin 's lymphoma, non -Hodgkin's lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia who have not been treated with chemotherapeutic drugs, don 't have nephrotic Syndrome or renal damage clinically, has been studied from the point-view of subclinical nephropathy by light and immunofluorescence microscope. When studied by light microscope in ten cases, normal kidney tissue, in three cases ischemia and sclerosis due to atherosclerosis, in one case chronic interstitial nephritis, in one case hyaline changes in wessels, in two cases extranı eduller lesion and in one case leukemic infiltration were observed. Thirteen cases were studied by immunofluorescence microscopy. Fluoression pointing was negative in seven cases of the above. bı three cases subclinical glomerular immune complex deposits and in the other three cases extraglomerular deposits were observed.
