The topic which deals with this paper is the construction of subjectivities through a dialogic reason in the elaboration of public policies by Chile, in the field of interculturality and the expression that it has in the teaching of history, specifically on basic education in the areas of high concentration of students from Aymará ethnic groups. Methodologically a structural analysis is applied in order to give an account of the perceptions of the main actors in a school, and thus investigate the inconsistency that can be generated with the International Labor Organization (ILO) Convention N°169. The following paper offers an analysis of the idea of wit according to Juan Huarte in order to construct a philosophic criterion that guides the individual to choose the science that best corresponds to them. This criterion is based on the determination ofthe different types of wit for the sciences and, according to Huarte, it is not guide by likes or wishes of the individual, but by the natural propensities objectified by the exercised capacities. In contrast to a psychologic perspective, Huarte’s criterion represents an approach based on philosophic ideas, which are deemed within a system of thought that coordinates the intellectual faculties in relation to the sciences, arts and techniques corresponding to the different types of wits.

This paper examines, firstly, the relationship between education and income of workers, and secondly, the relationship between training and employment in the labor market in Mexico. The results show that the degrees that have the highest salaries are those related to the exact sciences, and those which are more likely to be hired are those related to education, and finally, it is observed that the areas of health, education, and economic administration, are highly correlated with employment and positive insertion in the labor market. This article intends to be a contribution to a teaching-learning process that promotes an active methodology in which students are the protagonists and acquire competences. This paper presents some cooperative activities on social topics that contribute to the acquisition of social competences, and it shows how these activities promote the acquisition of these competences. The objectives of this research are to make a proposal for cooperative activities that contribute to the acquisition of social competences and to know the opinion of university students about certain aspects of the teaching-learning process through a survey. The methodology is qualitative-descriptive. Some cooperative social-thematic activities that contribute to the acquisition of social competences such as communication and cooperation are presented. This article will explore how the cooperative methodology proposed involves changes in the roles of teachers and students as both have to share the spotlight and work with the said competences. Students completed a survey at the end of the semester in order to observe the main competences they had acquired and to know what they thought about the methodology used. The results show that students value the use of a cooperative methodology that enhances the acquisition of competences.

In the Spanish situation of major transformations that occurred between the eighteenth and nineteenth century, citizens of all social classes and professional occupations were the true architects of all cultural, ideological and political changes that took place. In an attempt to better understand the essence of some of these popular and religious social components, this paper aims to briefly present the most relevant biographical notes about Rafael D. Crisanto Alesón Alesón as a first approach to his life. Alesón was a character who lived between those two centuries which meant the emergence of the Enlightenment firstly and liberalism thereafter, that would eventually overthrow the Old Regime monarchy. A man of the Church, well educated, who enjoyed a comfortable economic status that gave him a good education and high social consideration from his neighbors. These pages seek to define this religious figure who, from a local level and a humble exercise of his religious ministry, helped to spread the message of the Catholic faith at a time of great stress and generalized crisis in Spain.

Abstract This paper aims to analyze the current theories of emotions by Agnes Heller, Martha Nussbaum and Peter Hacker and the arguments they propose to rehabilitate emotions within the moral and political field. The analysis consists of four moments: first, analyses the arguments that the three philosophers propose to support the idea that emotions are important to survival and development of human life. Second, it explains what the authors mean by defining emotions as cognitive phenomena. Third, it shows the incidence of society and culture in learning and in the experience of emotions. Based on the previous clarifications, the fourth section explains more clearly the interweaving between emotions, morals and politics. The main conclusions are that despite the conceptual and methodological differences between the three philosophers, their work allows to draw coincidences and complements that give solid support to the thesis that emotions are essential for human life and its moral and political behavior. It also concludes that the results of this dialogue are a conceptual framework that can guide more specific work on the relationship of the affective world and the social and political world.

In the Spanish situation of major transformations that occurred between the eighteenth and nineteenth century, citizens of all social classes and professional occupations were the true architects of all cultural, ideological and political changes that took place.
