No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2014-12-19 This research aims to investigate the design of psychopathology in the theory of Carl Rogers and its implications for contemporary clinical practice of psychotherapists who recognize themselves trained in Person Centred Approach. For this we present the evolution of the notion of psychopathology in the work of Carl Rogers, from the beginnings of his theory through the work "The Clinical Treatment of the Problem Child", prior to the development of their innovative proposal for brief moment; strolling through the phases of the theory of the author which were divided into: Phase No Policy (1940-1950), Reflective Phase (1950-1957), Experiential Phase (1957-1970) and Phase Collective and Inter-Human (1970-1987) ( Wood, 1983; Cury, 1987; Moreira 1990, 2001, 2007, 2010 and Holland, 1994). Also addressed the idea of psychopathology in phase, named by Moreira (2010/2013), as Post Rogerian or Neorrogeriana which consists of the practice and the Person Centered Approach contemporary literature. To understand how psychotherapists who recognize themselves trained in Person Centred Approach work with the issue of psychopathology in their clinical practices contemporary conducted qualitative research through critical phenomenological method proposed by Moreira (2004.2009) that finds its philosophical foundations in phenomenology Merleau-Ponty (1945/ 2006). Ten phenomenological interviews we conducted, which subsequently underwent worldly phenomenological analysis with the following starter question "How is it for you to work with patients who have some type of psychopathology? ". The Person Centred Approach appeared in the subjects' employees as the basis for clinical work with psychopathology; Attitudes Facilitators were enlarged, from the findings of this research, the attitudes of: recognizing psychopathology understand psychopathology, service availability, connection and co facilitation; Diagnosis as a label has been criticized by psychotherapists, but the importance of understanding the same was emphasized; the diagnostic manuals and the partnership with psychiatry were described as relevant in all cases; have exposed the difficulties and challenges of working with these patients and ultimately the experience of professionals in that specific type of therapeutic process was presented. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo geral investigar a concepção de psicopatologia na teoria de Carl Rogers e suas implicações na prática clínica contemporânea de psicoterapeutas que se reconheçam com formação em Abordagem Centrada na Pessoa. Para isso nos centramos nos objetivos específicos nos quais apresentamos a evolução da noção de psicopatologia na obra de Carl Rogers. Abordamos também a ideia de psicopatologia na fase, nomeada por Moreira (2010/2013), como Pós-Rogeriana ou Neorrogeriana, que consiste na prática e literatura contemporânea da Abordagem Centrada na Pessoa. Para compreender como os psicoterapeutas que se reconhecem com formação em Abordagem Centrada na Pessoa trabalham com a questão da psicopatologia em suas práticas clínicas contemporâneas desenvolvemos pesquisa qualitativa com suporte no método fenomenológico crítico proposto por Moreira (2004,2009) que encontra seus fundamentos filosóficos na fenomenologia de Merleau-Ponty (1945/2006). Realizamos dez entrevistas fenomenológicas, posteriormente submetidas à análise fenomenológica mundana, com a seguinte pergunta disparadora ¿Como é para você trabalhar com pacientes que apresentam algum tipo de psicopatologia?¿. A Abordagem Centrada na Pessoa revelou-se na fala dos sujeitos colaboradores como a base para o trabalho clínico com a psicopatologia; as atitudes facilitadoras possibilitaram o desenvolvimento de habilidades, a partir dos achados desta pesquisa, tais como: reconhecer a psicopatologia, compreender os quadros psicopatológicos, disponibilidade no atendimento, vínculo e co-facilitação; o diagnóstico como rótulo foi criticado pelos psicoterapeutas, mas a importância da compreensão deste foi ressaltada; os manuais diagnósticos e a parceria com a psiquiatria foram descritos como relevantes nos atendimentos; foram expostas as dificuldades e os desafios de trabalhar com esses pacientes e por fim foi apresentada a experiência vivida dos profissionais nesse tipo específico de processo terapêutico. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2012-11-09 This research aims to present the phenomenological trajectory of Ludwig Binswanger to build his thought through the three phenomenological phases indicated by Arthur Tatossian. Ludwig Binswanger, swiss and descendant from a family of traditional psychiatrists, is considered the father of phenomenological psychopathology for offered a new perspective to think the psychopathology on introduce the method of understanding the human existence through Daseinsanalytical psychiatry. Psychoanalysis served as clinical begin to Binswanger and it was the germination period for the Daseinsanalysis because Binswanger moved away from psychoanalysis after his contact with the works of Husserl, before 1920, and Heidegger, after the lecture of Being and time. The intellectual formation of Binswanger was double, on one side, the psychiatry and the other, the philosophy. During his scientific production, with Husserl and Heidegger as the mains theoretical foundations, Binswanger proposed to conduct to the attachment between phenomenology and psychiatry, believing the phenomenological anthropology was the main source of inspiration for a psychiatric practice. To illustrate the characteristics of each phase phenomenological of Binswanger, three clinical cases are presented in this research: Lola Voss, Suzanne Urban and Auguste Strindberg. We conclude that the phenomenological psychopathology thought by Binswanger provides us to understand the psychotic as a men in constant relationship with the world from their experiences psychopathological. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo apresentar o percurso fenomenológico de Ludwig Binswanger ao apontar a construção de seu pensamento através de sua divisão em três fases fenomenológicas indicadas por Arthur Tatossian. Ludwig Binswanger, suíço e descendente de uma família tradicional de psiquiatras, é considerado o pai da psicopatologia fenomenológica, pois ofereceu um novo olhar para pensar a psicopatologia ao introduzir o método de compreensão da existência humana através da Daseinsanálise psiquiátrica. A psicanálise serviu como início clínico para Binswanger e como o período de germinação da Daseinsanálise, pois Binswanger se afastou da psicanálise ao ter contato com as obras de Husserl, antes de 1920, e Heidegger, após a leitura de Ser e Tempo. A formação intelectual de Binswanger se deu em duas vertentes, de um lado, com a psiquiatria e, de outro, com a filosofia. Durante sua produção científica, tendo Husserl e Heidegger como principais alicerces teóricos, Binswanger se propunha a realizar uma articulação entre a fenomenologia e a psiquiatria, acreditando que a antropologia fenomenológica era a principal fonte de inspiração para uma prática psiquiátrica. Com o intuito de ilustrar as características de cada fase fenomenológica de Binswanger, três casos clínicos de fases distintas são apresentados nesta pesquisa: Lola Voss, Suzanne Urban e Auguste Strindberg. Com isto, concluímos que a psicopatologia fenomenológica pensada por Binswanger nos proporciona a compreensão dos psicóticos como homens em constantes relações com o mundo a partir de suas experiências psicopatológicas. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2012-06-26 This paper has the goal of introducing and discussing the phenomenological psychopathology of Arthur Tatossian. French psychiatrist with Armenian parentage, Arthur Tatossian (1929-1995) may be seen as one of the main thinkers of the phenomenological psychopathology. Bearer of great knowledge either of the philosophical phenomenology as of the ones involved with the phenomenological psycopathology, Tatossian developed a model of psychopathology that uses the phenomenology as a means of inspiration, always trying to keep away from a natural poise and searching for a phenomenological poise instead. In spite of the recognition of the extent of his works in different countries, there is a wide access difficulty to his writings in Brazil. This paper proposes to add to filling this gap. In its first part, we discuss the fundaments of this phenomenological psychopathology, researching through their main foundations and its epistemological basis as well. It is discussed the distinction between symptom and phenomena, the paradox between theory and practice, the notions of average and pathological, culture and unconscious, as well as and also the importance of the Lebenswelt concept (Lifeworld) and the conception of phenomenological subjectivity. In the second part, we search the comprehension of the depression phenomena, one of the most discussed psychopathological phenomena by Tatossian, delineating a historical path of the concept, going through the difference between sadness and depression, through the conditions to the allowance of the lived depressed Time, the body, Space and the other , until arriving at the conception of depressivity. The ambiguous relationship between psychopathology and clinic emerges as an axis, at the same time, pivotal and mutual of what was discussed in this introductory path. With Tatossian, psychopathology emerges as eminently clinical and clinic itself develops beyond the therapeutics, as the place for the psychopathological experience. The search for a widening experience and the influence of the Lebenswelt concept, in its pre-reflexive ambiguity, allow Tattosian to develop a psychopathology and a Lebenswelt clinic. It is a search for the comprehension of the phenomenological experience that is shown in the clinic and, in its own turn, is placed in the Lebenswelten interception of the patient and the clinical. He comprehends in a ambiguous way both the fundaments of its psychopathology and the comprehension of the psychopathological living that is shown in the contact with the subject and with the psychopathology too. Tatossian s clinical phenomenology always trespassed by the ambiguity, valorizes and prioritizes the daily contact with the subject the clinical experience itself without ever discarding the psychopathological theory and proposes, this way, to radically consider, via phenomenology, the nature of the mental disease, its constitution and the forms of presentation, allowing distinct dialogues and horizons. Esta dissertação tem como objetivo introduzir e discutir a psicopatologia fenomenológica de Arthur Tatossian. Psiquiatra francês, de origem armênia, Arthur Tatossian (1929-1995) pode ser considerado um dos principais pensadores da psicopatologia fenomenológica. Grande conhecedor tanto dos promotores da fenomenologia filosófica quanto dos da psicopatologia fenomenológica, Tatossian desenvolveu um modelo de psicopatologia que utiliza a fenomenologia como inspiração, buscando sempre se afastar de uma atitude natural para buscar uma atitude fenomenológica. Apesar do reconhecimento da importância de sua obra em diferentes países, há grande dificuldade, no Brasil, de acesso aos seus escritos. Esta dissertação se propõe a contribuir para o preenchimento desta lacuna. Na primeira parte, discutimos os fundamentos desta psicopatologia fenomenológica, analisando seus alicerces principais, bem como as suas bases epistemológicas. São discutidos a distinção entre sintoma e fenômeno, o paradoxo entre teoria e prática, as noções de normal e de patológico, de cultura e de inconsciente, bem como a importância do conceito de Lebenswelt (mundo vivido) e a concepção de subjetividade fenomenológica. Na segunda parte, buscamos compreender a depressão, um dos fenômenos psicopatológicos mais discutidos por Tatossian, traçando um caminho histórico do conceito, passando pela diferenciação entre tristeza e depressão, pelas condições de possibilidade do vivido depressivo o tempo, o corpo, o espaço e o outro , até chegar à concepção de depressividade. A relação ambígua entre psicopatologia e clínica surge como ponto central e comum daquilo que discutimos neste percurso introdutório. Com Tatossian, a psicopatologia assume uma função eminentemente clínica e a clínica se desenvolve para além de uma terapêutica, como o lugar da experiência psicopatológica. A busca do alargamento da experiência, e a influência do conceito de Lebenswelt, em sua ambiguidade pré-reflexiva, permitem que Tatossian desenvolva uma psicopatologia e uma clínica do Lebenswelt. Trata-se de buscar a compreensão da experiência fenomenológica que se apresenta na clínica, que, por sua vez, está situada na interseção dos Lebenswelten do paciente e do clínico. Compreende de forma ambígua os fundamentos de sua psicopatologia e a compreensão do vivido psicopatológico que se apresenta no contato tanto com o sujeito quanto com a psicopatologia. A fenomenologia clínica de Tatossian, sempre atravessada pela ambiguidade, valoriza e prioriza o contato cotidiano com o sujeito a experiência clínica mesma sem nunca descartar a teoria psicopatológica e se propõe, assim, a refletir radicalmente, via fenomenologia, a natureza da doença mental, sua constituição e formas de apresentação, possibilitando diferentes diálogos e horizontes. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2009-11-27 The pa per, ¿Alcoholism: a Mundane Experience¿, had the general objective to describe the experience lived by some people during their alcoholism treatment at Caps Ad (Psychosocial Center for the Treatment of Alcohol and other Drugs) in Fortaleza. It was a phenom enological research that was built according to the qualitative approach and used Focal Group as strategy. The experiences lived during the process were described by the collaborators during the focal group sessions and were analyzed based on the critical phenomenological method. From these processes it was possible to reach the following topics: How did they start drinking; Consequences related to the use of alcohol; The quest for treatment; Facing the situation or Running Away?; What about the Alcohol?; H ow do they see Caps; Experiences of people who are not drinking now; Damage Reduction; Living ambivalent feelings; Feelings related to relapses; T he importance given to medication; E xperiencing a ¿ body ¿ with no control; The necessity of family support; How difficult it is to be assisted by SUS; and, Experiences lived during the focal group sessions. The results revealed alcoholism as a mundane experience, not seen individually, but as an experience intertwined with the world, marked by the pathological expe rience of oppression and lost of individual power. The present paper makes aware of the necessity of more researches to evaluate the effectiveness of the public policies toward the alcoholism. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral, descrever a experiência vivida por pessoas em tratamento para alcoolismo em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial para Álcool e Outras Drogas (Caps Ad) em Fortaleza.Tratou-se de uma pesquisa fenomenológica - fenomenologia existencial mundana - que utilizou-se de uma metodologia qualitativa com a estratégia de Grupo Focal.Inicialmente foi feita uma retrospectiva sócio-histórica-cultural-ideológica do uso do álcool na humanidade, seus efeitos na pessoa e as possibilidades de desenvolvimento da Síndrome de Dependência do Álcool. Logo em seguida, foram discutidos os Fundamentos para uma Compreensão Mundana do Alcoolismo a partir das lentes da Psicopatologia Crítica e da Fenomenologia Mundana. As experiências vividas descritas pelas pessoas colaboradoras durante as sessões de grupo focal foram analisadas fenomenologicamente, de onde foram retirados os seguintes temas emergentes: Como começaram a beber; As conseqüências relacionadas ao uso do álcool; A busca de tratamento; Enfretamento ou fugas?; O que é o álcool?; Como percebem o Caps; Experiências de quem esta sem beber; Redução de Danos; Vivência de sentimentos ambivalentes. Sentimentos com relação às recaídas; Importância dada às medicações; Vivência do corpo sem controle; Necessidade de apoio da família; Dificuldade de Atendimento do SUS; e, Experiências vividas nas sessões de grupo focal. Alguns temas comportaram ainda subdivisões em subtemas visando melhor compreensão e reflexão acerca do estudo em questão. O alcoolismo foi compreendido como uma experiência mundana marcada pela vivencia patológica de despotencialização e opressão. Essa pesquisa alertou para a necessidade de mais pesquisas sobre avaliação e efetividade das políticas públicas referentes ao alcoolismo, sugerindo, inclusive algumas possibilidades de intervenção.
