Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico Nos últimos quinze anos, plantios comerciais de Guazuma crinita Mart. (bolaina) têm sido implementados na Amazônia central peruana. No entanto, a realidade florestal do país indica que ainda ha grandes lacunas no conhecimento sobre o manejo da espécie. O objetivo deste estudo foi modelar o crescimento e espacializar a capacidade produtiva de plantios de Guazuma crinita Mart. na Amazônia central peruana. Dados do inventário florestal continuo (IFC), efetuado entre 2010 e 2016 em plantios comerciais, foram utilizados. Modelos hipsométricos, volumétricos, de índice de local em função da altura dominante (Hd) e diâmetro dominante (dapd) e, dois modelos de crescimento em nível de povoamento foram ajustados. O índice de local foi utilizado para estimar, espacializar e clas sificar capacidade produtiva na area de estudo, a través do uso de algoritmos de inteligência artificial. O modelo selecionado para estimar a altura individual das árvores resultou em: LnHt = 1,495483 - 5,596162da1r9"1 0,128607Ln(dap. I) + 0,394984Lndapd, no entanto os seis modelos ajustados geraram ajustes semelhantes e satisfatórios (r²> 0,88). Para estimar o volume individual das árvores a equação LnV = -9,222158 + 2,096362Lndap 0,604339Ln(Ht) com rº = 0,9756 foi selecionada. O modelo de Schumacher foi adotado para modelar o crescimento médio da Hd e dapd e classificar a capacidade produtiva dos plantios de G. crinita em função ao índice de local. O ajuste dos modelos de Clutter gerou um r² = 0.80 para a Área Basal futura (B2) e r² = 0,87 para o volume futuro(V2). Os resultados do ajuste dos modelos em nível de povoamento indicam que existe um efeito significativo e consistente da capacidade produtiva na área basal e que a relação funiconal Y = f(I,S,B) é adequada para os dados utilizados. O algaritmo Random Forest foi selecionado para espacializar a capacidade produtiva de G. Crinita em função de: ano do plantio, coordenadas de localização adas parcelas, NDVI e banda 5 da imagem LANDSAT-8 (2016), as bandas 2 e 5 da imagem LANDSAT-5 (2007) e a distância vertical à rede de hídrica. The last fifteen years, commercial plantations of Guazuma crinita Mart. (bolaina) were implemented in the central Peruvian Amazon. However, the country's forest reality indicates that there are still large gaps in knowledge about this species management. The objective of this study was to model the growth and spatialize the productive capacity of Guazuma crinita Mart. plantations in Peruvian central Amazon. Data from continuous forest inventory (IFC), conducted between 2010 and 2016 on commercial plantations, were used. Hypsometric and volumetric models, site index models as a function of dominant height (Hd) and dominant diameter (dapd), and two growth models at stand level were adjusted. With artificial intelligence algorithms, site index was used to estimate, spatialize and classify productive capacity in the study area. The selected model to estimate individual tree height resulted in: LnH t : 1.495483 5.596162dap"1 + 0.128607Ln(dap.1) + 0.394984Lndapd, however the six models generated similar and satisfactory adjustments (r2 > 0.88). To estimate the individual tree volume, equation LnV : -9.222158 + 2.096362Lndap 0.604339Ln(H t) with r2 = 0.9756 was selected. The Schumacher model was adopted to estimate to H d and dapd average growth and to classify the productive capacity of G. crinita plantations as a function of site index. The fitted Clutter models generated a rº : 0.80 for the future Basal Area (BZ) and T2 = 0.87 for the future Volume (V2). The growth models at stand level results indicate that there is a significant and consistent effect of productive capacity (site index) on basal area and the functional relationship Y = f (I, S , B) is adequate for the data used. The Random Forest algorithm was selected to spatialize the productive capacity of G. crinita as a function of: planting year, plot location coordinates, NDVI and band 5 of LANDSAT- 8 image (2016), bands 2 and 5 of LANDSAT-S image (2007), altitude and vertical distance to the channel network.
