This essay summarizes the experience of a business professor, her student, and an English professor in a collaborative project that resulted in a conference presentation that was subsequently submitted for publication. We discuss the process of writing a business case, our learning experiences, and some suggestions for practice when undertaking a professor-undergraduate student project with an eye to publication.
