The Export-Import Bank, traditionally connected with large corporations, may be looking to assist small businesses with a minimum net worth of $2 million. Three new programs are geared toward these businesses, including a working capital loan guarantee program, small business credit program and a new to export program. Ex-Im is travelling nationwide with day-long seminars on the new programs.

Business schools and universities have discovered the need for classes on entrepreneurship. The entrepreneur classes offer courses in venture finance and management strategies. Entrepreneur classes have become so successful due to student interest. Many universities are also expanding their programs to include hands-on programs in developing business plans and aiding local companies in dealing with specific programs.
