Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout optimalizaci současných logistických procesů, s využitím moderních informačních technologií. Konkrétně se práce bude zabývat návrhem nástroje pro klasifikaci zásob, zhodnocením možností využití systému řízeného skladu pomocí čárových kódů a jeho návrhem, včetně on-line propojení s informačním systémem SAP Business One. Výsledkem práce bude doporučený návrh nejlepšího a zároveň cenově dostupného řešení pro společnost ARKOV, spol. s r.o., The intent of diploma thesis is to propose the optimization of current logistic processes with utilization of modern information technology. The work will propose the tool for stock classiffication, further evaluates the options of the warehouse management system implementation, including on-line connection to SAP Business One ERP system, and proposes its utilization in optimization of company’s business processes. The result of this work is the recommended proposal of the best and as well as cost friendly solution for company ARKOV, Ltd.
