Abstract

Advances in large-area and high-quality 2D transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) growth are essential for semiconductor applications. Here, the gas-phase alkali metal-assisted metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (GAA-MOCVD) of 2D TMDCs is reported.
