Summary: In this paper, a modified bow tie‐shaped antenna for ultra‐wideband (UWB) communication applications is presented. The anticipated antenna consists of a CPW‐fed modified bow tie‐shaped patch and two asymmetric ground planes with dual parasitic elements. Electromagnetic computation on the antenna demonstrates that the patch and grounds are strongly linked, and the designed antenna can exhibit multiple resonances which overlap to reveal the UWB working spectrum. Experimental verification of the presented antenna shows that the antenna achieved a working band of 3.2–11.0 GHz, with a fractional bandwidth of 109.9%. The antenna also attained a peak gain of 4.32 dBi at 7.3 GHz and peak efficiency of 87.3% at 6.8 GHz and reveals excellent time‐domain behavior and omnidirectional radiation patterns throughout the operating band. A small‐size, large operating band, high gain and efficiency, high fidelity factor, omnidirectional radiation patterns, and very small group delay make the antenna ideal for portable communication devices in the UWB band. Summary: Recently, there is a significant rise in the numbers of devices and systems that use industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) frequency bands. The ISM band is not only used in ISM applications but also in telecommunication services including IMT, Zigbee, Bluetooth, WiFi, WiMAX, WLAN, RFID, military radars, and wireless sensor networks. To cover all these applications, in this paper, a low‐profile planar monopole antenna is suggested for 2.45‐GHz band communication applications. The anticipated antenna is composed of a vertical bar‐shaped radiator and a partial ground plane with two vertical slits. The inclusion of vertical slits in the ground plane forms a matching circuit by enlarging the current path, and hence, the studied design can achieve a measured operating band of 2.2 to 2.95 GHz. Moreover, the studied antenna achieved a maximum peak gain of 2.77 dBi and a maximum radiation efficiency of 82.45% and exhibited an omnidirectional radiation pattern that makes it appropriate for ISM and different narrowband wireless applications. Summary: This paper introduces a lightweight wideband planar antenna with an antenna array configuration for microwave head imaging. The designed antenna is composed of a double hollow rectangular‐shaped patch and with the slotted ground. Its measurements are small: 0.28λ × 0.24λ × 0.006λ, where λ is the lowest operating frequency's wavelength. The design process has been completed using CST and then fine‐tune the parameters of the architecture structure to accomplish the ideal bandwidth. The antenna is manufactured and measured in order to test antenna properties. The prototype was being used for brain screening than with the Hugo‐head model. With adequate impedance matching, the antenna meets an operational bandwidth of 1.82 GHz (1.22–3.04 GHz) with an overall peak gain of 5 dBi with a stable radiation property. Fidelity factors both for face‐to‐face and side by side alignment are 92.7% and 83.75%, respectively, indicating that the antenna had a little signal interruption. To determine the backscattered signals of the antenna with Hugo‐head phantom, a nine‐antenna array‐based setup is assumed, with one antenna serving as a transmitter and the remaining eight receiving the dispersed signals. The increasing global need for freshwater has led to the widespread implementation of photovoltaic (PV) assisted desalination facilities as a viable and environmentally friendly remedy. The necessity for these plants resides in executing an effective power management strategy to provide dependable and economically feasible water generation. This paper utilizes a mixed architecture consisting of a convolutional neural network (CNN) and a deep Q‐learning Network (DQN) to implement a hybrid deep learning‐based power management strategy. The presented approach is modeled and executed in matrix laboratory (MATLAB) language, and the experimental findings validated that this algorithm achieved a computational time of 0.2 s and an energy loss of 0.01 megawatts, which is lower than the conventional models. Furthermore, the proposed strategy achieved a remarkable fit with an accuracy rate of 0.99, demonstrating its effectiveness in handling diverse load power and solar profiles in power management. Implementing this hybrid approach holds promise for a substantial reduction in operational expenditures and the advancement of sustainability in freshwater generation, making a valuable contribution toward a more environmentally friendly and optimized future for the desalination sector.
