Background: Numerous studies have revealed a tight connection between tumor development and the coagulation system. However, the effects of coagulation on the prognosis and tumor microenvironment (TME) of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) remain poorly understood. Methods: We employed the consensus clustering method to characterize distinct molecular subtypes associated with coagulation patterns. Subsequently, we examined variations in the overall survival (OS), genomic profiles, and TME characteristics between these subtypes. To develop a prognostic coagulation‐related risk score (CRRS) model, we utilized the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator Cox regression and stepwise multivariate Cox regression analyses. We also created a nomogram to aid in the clinical application of the risk score, evaluating the relationships between the CRRS and the immune microenvironment, responsiveness to immunotherapy, and targeted treatment. The clinical significance of PLAUR and its biological function in ccRCC were also further analyzed. Results: There were significant differences in clinical features, prognostic stratification, genomic variation, and TME characteristics between the two coagulation‐related subtypes. We established and validated a CRRS using six coagulation‐related genes that can be employed as an effective indicator of risk stratification and prognosis estimation for ccRCC patients. Significant variations in survival outcomes were observed between the high‐ and low‐risk groups. The nomogram was proficient in predicting the 1‐, 3‐, and 5‐year OS. Additionally, the CRRS emerged as a novel tool for evaluating the clinical effectiveness of immunotherapy and targeted treatments in ccRCC. Moreover, we confirmed upregulated PLAUR expression in ccRCC samples that was significantly correlated with poor patient prognosis. PLAUR knockdown notably inhibited ccRCC cell proliferation and migration. Conclusion: Our data suggested that CRRS may be employed as a reliable predictive biomarker that can provide therapeutic benefits for immunotherapy and targeted therapy in ccRCC. The combination of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) effect with hetero‐p–n structure shows promising benefits to optical linear and nonlinear properties. In this study, Au nanoparticles (NPs) decorated p–n hetero‐structured Co3O4/Bi2WO6 composite was synthesized and characterized in terms of the optical linear and nonlinear and magnetic properties, morphology, electron transition, charge transfer, energy band gap, polarizability, SPR effect, and oxygen vacancies using scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy, Z‐scan, ultraviolet–visible spectra, and vibrating sample magnetometer. The combination of Co3O4 provided active 3d electrons transition and charge transfer which increased carriers' concentration and reduced the energy band gap. Au SPR enhanced the internal polarization and strengthened the built‐in electric field, yielding strong nonlinear behavior. In addition, magnetic Co3O4 endowed sample with room‐temperature ferromagnetism which was obviously strengthened by Au NPs. The obtained sample is promising for laser and photonics applications. This study investigates modelling of doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG)-based wind turbines for low-frequency oscillation analysis of power systems with high penetration of distributed energy. A reduced order model of wind turbine with DFIG is proposed for small signal stability analysis in electromechanical time scale for low-frequency oscillation analysis. Furthermore, a Thévenin equivalent model of DFIG with internal voltage is also presented. Base on the derived model, the effect of phase-locked loop is emphasised, and explained by using the internal voltage derived. Abstract: Cross‐hydroalkenylation of a vinyl ether (1) with an α‐olefin (2) was first achieved by a set of [NHC‐Ni(allyl)]BArF (NHC=N‐heterocyclic carbene) catalysts. Both 1,2‐ and 1,3‐disubstituted allyl ethers were obtained, highly selectively, by using NHCs of different sizes. In contrast, the chemoselectivity (i.e., 1 as acceptor and 2 as donor) was controlled mostly by electronic effects through the catalyst–substrate interaction. Sterically bulkier alkenes (2) were used as preferred donors compared to smaller alkenes. This electronic effect also served as a basis for the first tail‐to‐head cross‐hydroalkenylations of 1 with either a vinyl silane or boronic ester. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract: The first enantioselective polyene cyclization initiated by a BINOL‐derived chiral N‐phosphoramide (NPA) catalyzed protonation of an imine is described. The ion‐pair formed between the iminium ion and chiral counter anion of the NPA plays an important role for controlling the stereochemistry of the overall transformation. This strategy offers a highly efficient approach to fused tricyclic frameworks containing three contiguous stereocenters, which are widely found in natural products. In addition, the first catalytic asymmetric total synthesis of (−)‐ferruginol was accomplished with an NPA catalyzed enantioselective polyene cyclization, as the key step for the construction of the tricyclic core, with excellent yield and enantioselectivity. Highly selective cross-hydroalkenylations of endocyclic 1,3-dienes at the least substituted site with α-olefins were achieved with a set of neutral (NHC)NiIIH(OTf) catalysts and cationic NiII catalysts with a novel NHC ligand. Under heteroatom assistance, skipped dienes were obtained in good yields, often from equal amounts of the two substrates and at a catalyst loading of 2-5 mol %. Rare 4,3-product selectivity (i.e., with the H atom at C4 and the alkenyl group at C3 of the diene) was observed, which is different from the selectivity of known dimerizations of α-olefins with both acyclic Co and Fe systems. The influence of the various substituents on the NHC, 1,3-diene, and α-olefin on the chemo-, regio-, and diastereoselectivity was studied. Microtubules (Mts), which consist of α/β-tubulin heterodimers, are involved in cancer development and metastasis. Tubulin cofactor A (TBCA) plays crucial roles in modulating tubulin folding and α/β-tubulin heterodimer polymerization. Here, we identified the aberrant expression of TBCA in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) specimens as well as cell lines and revealed the function of TBCA as a novel positive regulator in ccRCC progression, invasion and metastasis. qRT-PCR, Western blot and immunohistochemistry assays confirmed that TBCA was significantly highly expressed in ccRCC specimens and cell lines compared to their corresponding normal kidney tissues and HKC. Accordingly, the influence of TBCA on cell proliferation, apoptosis and invasion/migration was detected through overexpression and knockdown of endogenous TBCA protein level in ccRCC cells via plasmids. Silencing of TBCA expression inhibited the proliferation of 786-O cells and Caki-1 cells and promoted the apoptosis of 786-O cells. Down-regulation of TBCA expression also reduced the invasion and migration ability of 786-O cells. Interestingly, overexpression of TBCA did not induce biocharacteristics that directly contrasted to those of TBCA knockdown. Importantly, exploration of the mechanism showed that TBCA could function via modulating cytoskeleton integration and influencing cell cycle progress. Furthermore, down-regulation of TBCA expression in 786-O and Caki-1 cells affected cytoskeleton integration and cell size, induced S/G2 cell cycle arrest and led to cyclineA/E and CDK2 aberrant expression. By investigating novel roles of TBCA in regulation of ccRCC cell progression, invasion and metastasis, our study identified that TBCA may be a potential molecular target for ccRCC therapy.
