The prevalent majority of foldable mobile phone products in the market are in the form of droplet shaped, which is formed by the combined action of the middle floating plate, the side floating plate, and the chassis of the hinge mechanism. This paper attempts to adjust the position of easy‐pull adhesive pasted on the side floating plate, the length of easy‐pull adhesive pasted on the chassis, and the raising height of the middle floating plate, aiming to reinforce the bending performance of the flexible module. Without changing the module stack and trajectory of the fixture plate, these modification strategies are effective and economical. The results displayed that by reasonable alteration, the cohesive peeling risk of OCA can be improved by 59.4% on average, and the EL peeling risk can be reduced by 31.6%. This research provides a potentially effective method to improve the bending performance of foldable module. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
