In oxidative esterification of methacrolein to methyl methacrylate, mass transfer of O2 and N2 in methanol is of vital importance for the determination of reaction kinetics and design of industrial units. The mass transfer coefficients kL of O2 and N2 in methanol were determined by the decreasing‐pressure method in a gas‐liquid stirred reactor at temperatures ranging from 298.15 to 333.15 K, pressures ranging from 0.5 to 1.2 MPa, and agitation speeds ranging from 100 to 200 rpm. It could be shown that kL‐O2 and kL‐N2 increased with increasing temperature and agitation speed, but did not change significantly with partial pressure. On the basis of the experimental results, theoretical and empirical equations were proposed. This work provides an example of a study on the mass transfer of gases in a liquid. A novel europium complex [Eu2(C9N2O4H11)3(OH)2]Br ⋅ H2O derived from 1,3‐bis (1‐carboxylatoethyl)imidazolium bromide ([H2bcei]Br, C9N2O4H11=bcei2−) was synthesized by solvothermal method. [Eu2(C9N2O4H11)3(OH)2]Br ⋅ H2O possesses 3D structure constructed by Eu−O coordination bonds. In this complex, there are two coordinated environments around Eu3+, and Eu1 and Eu2 are eight‐ and seven‐ coordinated chemical sphere, respectively. The hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions between H2O molecules, Br− ions and the 3D framework with positive charges enhance its thermostability. So above the temperature of 290 °C, the 3D framework of [Eu2(C9N2O4H11)3(OH)2]Br ⋅ H2O begins to decompose. The high‐resolution emission spectrum of the complex had been measured, which is consistent with the results of the X‐ray crystal structure analysis, and luminescence lifetime for the complex is 0.937 ms. Summary of main observation and conclusion: Macrocycle has attracted the attention of many researchers in the field of medicinal chemistry due to its unique advantages and good prospects, but the difficulties in drug design and synthesis of macrocycle limit its applications. In this study, a series of macrocyclic derivatives designed from anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) inhibitor lorlatinib were synthesized as Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) selective inhibitors. Among them, 17f had the best inhibitory activity (IC50 = 0.177 μmol·L–1) and selectivity for JAK2 over JAK1 and JAK3, which indicated that design of the macrocyclic derivatives might be a feasible strategy for the discovery of novel selective JAK2 inhibitors. Separation of methacrolein (MAL) is a critical technique for the production of methyl methacrylate, which is an important raw material for the preparation of acrylic resins applied in a variety of end-uses. In this work, an azeotropic distillation process and an ionic liquid (IL) green process were developed for the separation of MAL with BmimBF4. The two processes were simulated with Aspen plus. The simulated results are in good agreement with the experimental results which were attained in a pilot plant. Also the economic and green degree analysis of these two processes was investigated.
