Abstract

Video S1 introduces the case of 39-year-old female patient in whom a pedicled greater omentum flap was transplanted into the posterior rectal space after TME + total ISR for ultra-low rectal cancer in order to relieve LARS. From the splenic curvature, the greater omentum was released and dissociated along the right side of the vascular arch of the greater omentum, and the vertical vessels and marginal vessels on the right side of the greater omentum were retained.
