OC24.01: Use of intraoperative ultrasound during fertility-sparing endoscopic surgery This was a prospective analysis of all women with a gynecological pathology who underwent intraoperative ultrasound-guided surgical management, with both curative and fertility-sparing aims. One woman recurred post-operatively with her third recurrence, who previously had bilateral disease and non-invasive implants with microinvasive disease and micropapillary pattern.
