Haplotype‐resolved 3D chromatin architecture related to allelic differences in avian skeletal muscle development has not been addressed so far, although chicken husbandry for meat consumption has been prevalent feature of cultures on every continent for more than thousands of years. Here, high‐resolution Hi‐C diploid maps (1.2‐kb maximum resolution) are generated for skeletal muscle tissues in chicken across three developmental stages (embryonic day 15 to day 30 post‐hatching). The sequence features governing spatial arrangement of chromosomes and characterize homolog pairing in the nucleus, are identified. Multi‐scale characterization of chromatin reorganization between stages from myogenesis in the fetus to myofiber hypertrophy after hatching show concordant changes in transcriptional regulation by relevant signaling pathways. Further interrogation of parent‐of‐origin‐specific chromatin conformation supported that genomic imprinting is absent in birds. This study also reveals promoter‐enhancer interaction (PEI) differences between broiler and layer haplotypes in skeletal muscle development‐related genes are related to genetic variation between breeds, however, only a minority of breed‐specific variations likely contribute to phenotypic divergence in skeletal muscle potentially via allelic PEI rewiring. Beyond defining the haplotype‐specific 3D chromatin architecture in chicken, this study provides a rich resource for investigating allelic regulatory divergence among chicken breeds. Iodine, an essential trace element for the human body, plays a pivotal role in sustaining health. Malnutrition has emerged as a pressing public health concern, posing a significant threat to human well‐being. Iodine deficiency poses a substantial threat to the development of children, potentially leading to neurological developmental disorders and mental retardation. Conversely, excessive iodine intake can result in structural and functional abnormalities in the thyroid gland. In this study, we selected children aged 3–6 years through a stratified cluster sampling approach in six regions across China to explore the correlation between iodine nutrition and their physical growth. A total of 5920 preschool children participated in this study, with a median urinary iodine concentration (UIC) of 177.33 [107.06, 269.92] μg/L. Among these children, 250 (4.2%) exhibited stunting, 180 (3.0%) were underweight, 198 (3.3%) experienced wasting, 787 (3.3%) were overweight and 414 (7.0%) were classified as obese. The multivariate linear regression revealed that UIC exhibited a positive correlation with body mass index z‐Score (BMIZ) in overweight children (β = 0.038; 95% CI: 0.001, 0.075). In normally growing children, the associations between UIC and height‐for‐age z‐score, weight‐for‐age z‐score and BMIZ displayed nonlinear patterns. Our findings suggest that iodine nutrition is adequate for Chinese children aged 3–6 years. Furthermore, iodine nutrition is intricately linked to the growth and development of these children. Chiral hybrid metal halides hold great potential as circularly polarized luminescence light sources. Herein, we have obtained two enantiomeric pairs of one‐dimensional hybrid chiral manganese(II) chloride single crystals, R/S‐(3‐methyl piperidine)MnCl3 (R/S‐1) and R/S‐(3‐hydroxy piperidine)MnCl3 (R/S‐2), crystallizing in the non‐centrosymmetric space group P212121. In comparison to R/S‐1, R/S‐2 single crystals not only show red emission with near‐unity photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) and high resistance to thermal quenching but also exhibit circularly polarized luminescence with an asymmetry factor (glum) of 2.5×10−3, which can be attributed to the enhanced crystal rigidity resulting from the hydrogen bonding networks between R/S‐(3‐hydroxy piperidine) cations and [MnCl6]4− chains. The circularly polarized luminescence activities originate from the asymmetric [MnCl6]4− luminophores induced by N−H⋅⋅⋅Cl hydrogen bonding with R/S‐(3‐hydroxy piperidine). SUMMARY: Lignin is an important component of plant cell walls and plays crucial roles in the essential agronomic traits of tea quality and tenderness. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying the regulation of lignin biosynthesis in tea plants remain unclear. CsWRKY13 acts as a negative regulator of lignin biosynthesis in tea plants. In this study, we identified a GRAS transcription factor, phytochrome A signal transduction 1 (CsPAT1), that interacts with CsWRKY13. Silencing CsPAT1 expression in tea plants and heterologous overexpression in Arabidopsis demonstrated that CsPAT1 positively regulates lignin accumulation. Further investigation revealed that CsWRKY13 directly binds to the promoters of CsPAL and CsC4H and suppresses transcription of CsPAL and CsC4H. CsPAT1 indirectly affects the promoter activities of CsPAL and CsC4H by interacting with CsWRKY13, thereby facilitating lignin biosynthesis in tea plants. Compared with the expression of CsWRKY13 alone, the co‐expression of CsPAT1 and CsWRKY13 in Oryza sativa significantly increased lignin biosynthesis. Conversely, compared with the expression of CsPAT1 alone, the co‐expression of CsPAT1 and CsWRKY13 in O. sativa significantly reduced lignin accumulation. These results demonstrated the antagonistic regulation of the lignin biosynthesis pathway by CsPAT1 and CsWRKY13. These findings improve our understanding of lignin biosynthesis mechanisms in tea plants and provide insights into the role of the GRAS transcription factor family in lignin accumulation. Significance Statement: Silencing of CsPAT1 expression in tea plants and heterologous overexpression in Arabidopsis and Oryza sativa demonstrated that CsPAT1 positively regulates lignin accumulation. In this paper, the SWT model was improved by incorporating the Walker equation into the strain–life curve. The established model takes into account the material's sensitivity to mean stress by introducing the Walker exponent, w. Under uniaxial loading condition, the proposed model can reduce to the SWT model, Manson‐Coffin equation, and Walker model for w values of 0.5, 1, and 0, respectively. Under multiaxial symmetric loading, when w = 0.5, the proposed model can be simplified as another SWT correction model (CXH) proposed by Chen et al. The prediction accuracy of the established model was validated using about 200 data points collected from literature. These data points were obtained from tests conducted on eight different kinds of metals under various multiaxial loading paths. The verification results indicate that 96.8% and 97.9% of the data points fall within the factor‐of‐three boundary for the loading paths without and with mean stresses, respectively. The present study developed and validated a self‐regulated learning (SRL) teaching scale with a total sample of 966 preschool teachers. A pool of items was generated from literature reviews, teacher interviews, and expert reviews using Zimmerman's cyclical model of SRL. An exploratory factor analysis (N = 333) in study 1, and a confirmatory factor analysis (N = 334), discriminant, and convergent validity (N = 667) in study 2 were performed to support a six‐factor construct, including task analysis, self‐motivation beliefs, self‐control, self‐observation, self‐judgement, and self‐reaction, with a satisfactory fit. In study 3, the T‐SRL was found significantly correlated with teacher self‐efficacy, validating the scale's concurrent validity with another sample of 299 teachers. Overall, the findings collectively support the further development of the T‐SRL to assess teaching practice while emphasizing the need for more empirical research on promoting children's SRL. The coal indirect liquefied diesel soot (Coal‐to‐liquids diesel soot, CS) was collected by a self‐made soot trapper. CS was modified with cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and named as CS‐CTAB. The tribological properties of CS and CS‐CTAB in 10#white oil(10#WO) were tested on a WTM‐2E controlled atmosphere miniature friction and wear testing machine. The morphology, composition, and tribological mechanism of CS and modified CS‐CTAB were studied by using TEM, XPS, XRD, Raman, and other instruments. The results showed that CS modified by CTAB is wrapped and entangled in long chains. Their main structure components are all amorphous carbon with a small amount of graphite crystallites. The addition of CS‐CTAB (0.8 wt%) significantly reduces both AFC and wear rate, with reductions of 32.9% for AFC, and 65.6% for wear rate compared to no additive. The anti‐friction and anti‐wear effect of CS is greatly improved after being modified by CTAB. Mechanism analysis shows that CS as a lubricant additive, acts as a micro‐bearing in the friction process and falls off under the action of shear force to generate an independent graphite sheet, thus forming a graphite protective film on the surface of 304 stainless steel plate. However, CS has the defects of low graphitization degree, large particle size, and easy agglomeration. During friction, uneven adsorption of CS on the surface can worsen wear. The first flow‐type solar and seawater co‐mediated sodium‐air rechargeable battery (SSRB) for efficient solar‐to‐electrochemical energy conversion/storage is established. Such SSRB is enabled by a robust self‐regulated CEP/ZnWO4/WO3 heterojunction photoelectrochemical electrodes (PE) by passivating predesigned crown ether‐rich photoresponsive covalent organic polymer (CEP) layers onto ZnWO4‐modified WO3 nanosheet arrays. The PE design utilizes the previously‐unexplored self‐mediated effect of CEP to endow PE with superior stability, facilitated electrode reaction kinetics, and high efficiency of spatial charge separation simultaneously. This leads to remarkable light‐enhanced oxygen evolution catalysis with impressive photocurrent density up to 6.1 mA cm−2 at 1.23 V versus RHE in seawater – surpassing metal‐oxide‐based PEs ever reported for seawater splitting. Thus, the SSRB breaks the limit of the equilibrium voltage (3.47 V) of conventional seawater sodium‐air cells to deliver a low charge voltage of 2.71 V along with stable photo‐charge over 100 h and good photo‐charge/normal discharge cycling stability over 240 h – superior to almost all existing light‐involved air batteries. Combined experimental and modeling studies for the first time unveil the multi‐regulation effects of CEP passivation which prevents detrimental Cl‐corrosion, and promote oxygen evolution kinetics. Transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) have emerged as a focal point in electrocatalysis, particularly for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), owing to their notable catalytic activity, chemical stability, and cost‐efficiency. Despite these advantages, the challenge of devising a practical and economical method for their large‐scale application in HER remains an unresolved and critical issue. In this study, a facile, scalable, and cost‐effective approach is introduced for producing high‐yield, catalytically active TMD nanoparticles, including MoS2, MoSe2, RuS2, and RuSe2. These nanoparticles are synthesized through an aqueous room‐temperature process, which is not only environmentally friendly but also economically feasible for large‐scale production. Remarkably, these TMD nanoparticles exhibit versatile catalytic activity across a broad pH range for HER. Among them, RuSe2 nanoparticles demonstrate catalytic performance comparable to that of a commercial Pt/C electrode. Upon scaling up, the nanomaterials show great potential for integration into practical proton exchange membrane water electrolyzers, maintaining high efficiency even at large current densities and exhibiting very stable performance for up to 100 h. SUMMARY: Salicylic acid (SA) is known to enhance salt tolerance in plants. However, the mechanism of SA‐mediated response to high salinity in halophyte remains unclear. Using electrophysiological and molecular biological methods, we investigated the role of SA in response to high salinity in mangrove species, Kandelia obovata, a typical halophyte. Exposure of K. obovata roots to high salinity resulted in a rapid increase in endogenous SA produced by phenylalanine ammonia lyase pathway. The application of exogenous SA improved the salt tolerance of K. obovata, which depended on the NADPH oxidase‐mediated H2O2. Exogenous SA and H2O2 increased Na+ efflux and reduced K+ loss by regulating the transcription levels of Na+ and K+ transport‐related genes, thus reducing the Na+/K+ ratio in the salt‐treated K. obovata roots. In addition, exogenous SA‐enhanced antioxidant enzyme activity and its transcripts, and the expressions of four genes related to AsA‐GSH cycle as well, then alleviated oxidative damages in the salt‐treated K. obovata roots. However, the above effects of SA could be reversed by diphenyleneiodonium chloride (the NADPH oxidase inhibitor) and paclobutrazol (a SA biosynthesis inhibitor). Collectively, our results demonstrated that SA‐induced salt tolerance of K. obovata depends on NADPH oxidase‐generated H2O2 that affects Na+/K+ and redox homeostasis in response to high salinity. Separating acetylene from carbon dioxide is important but highly challenging due to their similar molecular shapes and physical properties. Adsorptive separation of carbon dioxide from acetylene can directly produce pure acetylene but is hardly realized because of relatively polarizable acetylene binds more strongly. Here, we reverse the CO2 and C2H2 separation by adjusting the pore structures in two isoreticular ultramicroporous metal–organic frameworks (MOFs). Under ambient conditions, copper isonicotinate (Cu(ina)2), with relatively large pore channels shows C2H2‐selective adsorption with a C2H2/CO2 selectivity of 3.4, whereas its smaller‐pore analogue, copper quinoline‐5‐carboxylate (Cu(Qc)2) shows an inverse CO2/C2H2 selectivity of 5.6. Cu(Qc)2 shows compact pore space that well matches the optimal orientation of CO2 but is not compatible for C2H2. Neutron powder diffraction experiments confirmed that CO2 molecules adopt preferential orientation along the pore channels during adsorption binding, whereas C2H2 molecules bind in an opposite fashion with distorted configurations due to their opposite quadrupole moments. Organic photothermal materials have attracted increasing attention because of their structural diversity, flexibility, and compatibility. However, their energy conversion efficiency is limited owing to the narrow absorption spectrum, strong reflection/transmittance, and insufficient nonradiative decay. In this study, two quinoxaline‐based D–A‐D–A‐D‐type molecules with ethyl (BQE) or carboxylate (BQC) substituents were synthesized. Strong intramolecular charge transfer provided both molecules with a broad absorption range of 350–1000 nm. In addition, the high reorganization energy and weak molecular packing of BQE resulted in efficient nonradiative decay. More importantly, the self‐assembly of BQE leads to a textured surface and enhances the light‐trapping efficiency with significantly reduced light reflection/transmittance. Consequently, BQE achieved an impressive solar‐thermal conversion efficiency of 18.16 % under 1.0 kW m−2 irradiation with good photobleaching resistance. Based on this knowledge, the water evaporation rate of 1.2 kg m−2 h−1 was attained for the BQE‐based interfacial evaporation device with an efficiency of 83 % under 1.0 kW m−2 simulated sunlight. Finally, the synergetic integration of solar‐steam and thermoelectric co‐generation devices based on BQE was realized without significantly sacrificing solar‐steam efficiency. This underscores the practical applications of BQE‐based technology in effectively harnessing photothermal energy. This study provides new insights into the molecular design for enhancing light‐trapping management by molecular self‐assembly, paving the way for photothermal‐driven applications of organic photothermal materials. Background Materials and Methods Results Conclusions This study aimed to evaluate the incidence of implant failure in patients with oral lichen planus (OLP) and investigate the potential association between OLP and peri‐implant diseases.Embase, Web of Science, PubMed, and Scopus databases were searched for studies with no time restrictions. Meta‐analysis was performed calculating pooled proportion of peri‐implantitis (PI), peri‐implant mucositis (PIM), and bleeding on probing (BOP) prevalence using fixed‐effects model. Odds ratio and corresponding 95% CI were calculated to assess the potential risk of PI, PIM, and BOP in dental implant patients with OLP compared to healthy controls.Implant failure rate was 4.38% at the patient level and 4.37% at the implant level. Six patients (3.92%) from five studies were diagnosed with oral cancer after receiving implant. The prevalence of PI, PIM, and BOP at the implant level were 14.00%, 20.00%, and 40.00%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the occurrence of PI and PIM between OLP patients and healthy controls.Stabilized OLP is not considered a significant risk factor for peri‐implant diseases. It is advised against placing implants or prostheses during the acute phase of the disease. Histopathological investigation to differentiate OLP from oral lichenoid dysplasia is crucial. Angiomiotin (AMOT) family comprises three members: AMOT, AMOT‐like protein 1 (AMOTL1), and AMOT‐like protein 2 (AMOTL2). AMOTL2 is widely expressed in endothelial cells, epithelial cells, and various cancer cells. Specifically, AMOTL2 predominantly localizes in the cytoplasm and nucleus in human normal cells, whereas associates with cell–cell junctions and actin cytoskeleton in non‐human cells, and locates at cell junctions or within the recycling endosomes in cancer cells. AMOTL2 is implicated in regulation of tube formation, cell polarity, and shape, although the specific impact on tumorigenesis remains to be conclusively determined. It has been shown that AMOTL2 enhances tumor growth and metastasis in pancreatic, breast, and colon cancer, however inhibits cell proliferation and migration in lung, hepatocellular cancer, and glioblastoma. In addition to its role in cell shape and cytoskeletal dynamics through co‐localization with F‐actin, AMOTL2 modulates the transcription of Yes‐associated protein (YAP) by binding to it, thereby affecting its phosphorylation and cellular sequestration. Furthermore, the stability and cellular localization of AMOTL2, influenced by its phosphorylation and ubiquitination mediated by specific proteins, affects its cellular function. Additionally, we observe that AMOTL2 is predominantly downregulated in some tumors, but significantly elevated in colorectal adenocarcinoma (COAD). Moreover, overall analysis, GSEA and ROC curve analysis indicate that AMOTL2 exerts as an oncogenic protein in COAD by modulating Wnt pathway, participating in synthesis of collagen formation, and interacting with extracellular matrix receptor. In addition, AMOTL2 potentially regulates the distribution of immune cells infiltration in COAD. In summary, AMOTL2 probably functions as an oncogene in COAD. In general, carriers are designed to deliver pharmaceutical (featuring small drug‐molecules) and biopharmaceutical (featuring large‐molecule drugs, e.g., antibodies, proteins, etc.) active ingredients and platform that is capable of transporting nanoparticles is rare. Herein, the fabrication of a supramolecular carrier with a nano‐grid structure for the entrapment of liposomes and exosomes is reported. The nano‐grid particles (NGP) are made of cyclodextrins as elementary units which are widely used to load drugs through host–guest inclusion complexes, whilst its secondary structure further formed the NGP tertiary architectures, enabling the entrapment of nanoparticles. The NGP features stimuli responsiveness, tunable surface charge, and good biocompatibility. The entrapped liposomes in NGP present enhanced distribution in lungs and extended duration of action in mice. And elongated release profiles for over 14 days is obtained for exosomes—making one‐of‐its‐kind unique platform to load and deliver nanoparticles. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BACKGROUND: Flaxseed orbitides have health‐promoting properties, particularly potent anti‐cancer activity. However, flaxseed orbitides containing a methionine structure, such as [1‐9‐NαC]‐linusorb B2 (CLB), are easily oxidized to sulfoxide ([1‐9‐NαC],[1‐Rs,Ss‐MetO]‐linusorb‐B2 (CLC)) and sulfone ([1–9‐NαC], [1‐MetO]‐linusorb B2 (CLK)), with CLC having less anti‐cancer ability than CLB. It is unclear why oxidized flaxseed orbitides are less effective against cancer than non‐oxidized flaxseed orbitide. RESULTS: Non‐oxidized ([1‐9‐NαC]‐linusorb‐B3 (CLA) and CLB) and oxidized (CLC and CLK) flaxseed orbitides were found to significantly upregulate the levels of pro‐apoptotic proteins, including Bax/Bcl‐2, CytoC, caspase‐3, and caspase‐8, in a dose‐dependent manner, with non‐oxidized flaxseed orbitides being more effective than oxidized flaxseed orbitides. Mechanically, the cellular absorption of non‐oxidized flaxseed orbitides was higher than that of oxidized flaxseed orbitides. Moreover, the significant fluorescence quenching of DR4 protein by flaxseed orbitides (especially non‐oxidized orbitides) indicated the formation of a DR4–orbitide complex. Molecular docking demonstrated that non‐oxidized orbitides could easily dock into the active cavity of DR4 protein. Further blocking DR4 significantly reduced the ability of non‐oxidized flaxseed orbitides to stimulate caspase‐3 expression, whereas oxidized flaxseed orbitides retained this ability. Problem: A comprehensive analysis was conducted to explore the scientific output on immune‐related recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) and its key aspects. Despite the lack of clear explanations for most RPL cases, immune factors were found to play a significant role. Method of Study: The study utilized a bibliometric approach, searching the Web of Science Core Collection database for relevant literature published between 2004 and 2023. Results: The collected dataset consisted of 2228 articles and reviews, revealing a consistent increase in publications and citations over the past two decades. The analysis identified the United States and China as the most productive countries in terms of RPL research. Among the institutions, Fudan University in China emerged as the top contributor, followed by Shanghai Jiaotong University. Kwak‐kim J was the most prolific author, while Christiansen Ob had the highest number of co‐citations. The top 25 co‐cited references on diagnosis, treatment, and mechanisms formed the foundation of knowledge in this field. By examining keyword co‐occurrence and co‐citations, the study found that antiphospholipid syndrome and natural killer cells were the primary areas of focus in immune‐related RPL research. Additionally, three emerging hotspots were identified: chronic endometritis, inflammation, and decidual macrophages. These aspects demonstrated increasing interest and research activity within the field of immune‐related RPL. To investigate the effects of neutrophil elastase inhibitor (sivelestat sodium) on gastrointestinal function in sepsis. A reanalysis of the data from previous clinical trials conducted at our center was performed. Septic patients were divided into either the sivelestat group or the non‐sivelestat group. The gastrointestinal dysfunction score (GIDS), feeding intolerance (FI) incidence, serum levels of intestinal barrier function and inflammatory biomarkers were recorded. The clinical severity and outcome variables were also documented. A total of 163 septic patients were included. The proportion of patients with GIDS ≥2 in the sivelestat group was reduced relative to that in the non‐sivelestat group (9.6% vs. 22.5%, p = 0.047) on the 7th day of intensive care unit (ICU) admission. The FI incidence was also remarkably reduced in the sivelestat group in contrast to that in the non‐sivelestat group (21.2% vs. 37.8%, p = 0.034). Furthermore, the sivelestat group had fewer days of FI [4 (3, 4) vs. 5 (4–6), p = 0.008]. The serum levels of d‐lactate (p = 0.033), intestinal fatty acid‐binding protein (p = 0.005), interleukin‐6 (p = 0.001), white blood cells (p = 0.007), C‐reactive protein (p = 0.001), and procalcitonin (p < 0.001) of the sivelestat group were lower than those of the non‐sivelestat group. The sivelestat group also demonstrated longer ICU‐free days [18 (0–22) vs. 13 (0–17), p = 0.004] and ventilator‐free days [22 (1–24) vs. 16 (1–19), p = 0.002] compared with the non‐sivelestat group. In conclusion, sivelestat sodium administration appears to improve gastrointestinal dysfunction, mitigate dysregulated inflammation, and reduce disease severity in septic patients. Functional materials that exhibit circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) have shown immense potential in applications such as 3D optical displays and advanced information encryption. However, facile and efficient regulation of the multiple emission properties in chiral systems has remained a challenge due to the scarcity of suitable materials and the complexity of the systems. Herein, a multiple CPL regulation platform is fabricated by the helical co‐assembly of an aldehyde‐functionalized fluorane dye (Rhodol‐CHO, 6′‐(diethylamino)‐3′‐hydroxy‐3‐oxo‐3H‐spiro[isobenzofuran‐1,9′‐xanthene]‐4′‐carbaldehyde) and chiral liquid crystals, which can efficiently combine multiple stimuli‐responsive characteristics and high optical activity. By introducing acid, base, and compounds containing primary amino (─NH2) groups, the CPL property of the system can be easily modified. The obtained CPL systems exhibit apparent asymmetry, with glum values reaching 0.54–0.75). Further, these CPL modules are successfully applied in multi‐mode information encryption, highlighting their practical utility. Therefore, this study presents a novel strategy for developing materials with diverse CPL behaviors based on a simple‐designed platform, advancing further applications of CPL materials. Aerosol remote sensing typically relies on reflected shortwave radiation and thus lacks nighttime retrievals. Here we made an original attempt to retrieve nighttime aerosol optical depth (AOD) by utilizing longwave measurements in the atmospheric window region from the Atmospheric InfraRed Sounder (AIRS) instrument. A machine‐learning based algorithm is developed using AIRS longwave radiance and auxiliary data as the input and AOD from Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) as well as reanalysis surface temperature as the output. Independent validation indicates good agreement with lunar AOD derived from surface photometers. An overall increase in nighttime AOD compared to daytime is also uncovered, which is further corroborated by surface and space lidar measurements. The theoretical basis of the algorithm is further verified using radiative transfer simulations. Our approach substantially extends the potential of hyperspectral longwave measurements and offers valuable insights into nighttime aerosol properties. Plain Language Summary: Aerosol optical depth (AOD) is an important parameter for understanding the effects of aerosols on the Earth's atmosphere and air quality. However, current satellite‐based methods for estimating AOD mainly rely on reflected sunlight, thus lacking the capability of deriving aerosol properties at night. In this study, we develop a novel machine‐learning based method for estimating nighttime AOD using longwave far infrared measurements from the Atmospheric InfraRed Sounder (AIRS) satellite instrument. Our algorithm shows satisfactory performance with good agreements with surface AOD derived from moonlight, as well as from space lidar. Through radiative transfer simulations, we were able to verify the theoretical basis of our method and establish a relationship between AOD and the longwave measurements. In this paper, we propose and study a discretized one‐predator two‐prey system along with prey refuge and Michaelis–Menten‐type prey harvesting. The interaction among the species is considered as Holling type III functional response. Firstly, existence and local stability of all the fixed points are derived under certain parametric conditions. Furthermore, a special consideration is made to global asymptotic stability of the interior fixed point. Then, we have shown that the system undergoes different types of bifurcations including transcritical bifurcation, flip bifurcation, and Neimark–Sacker bifurcation by using center manifold theorem, bifurcation theory, and normal form method. Also, Feigenbaum's constant of the system is calculated. It is observed that both harvesting and refuge have a stabilizing effect on the system, and the stabilizing effect of harvesting dominates the stabilizing effect of refuge. Of most interest is the finding of coexisting attractors and multistability. In particular, optimal harvesting policy has been obtained by extension of Pontryagin's maximum principle to discrete system. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is widely used in clinical practice to treat diseases related to central nervous system (CNS) damage. However, the blood‐brain barrier (BBB) constitutes a significant impediment to the effective delivery of TCM, thus substantially diminishing its efficacy. Advances in nanotechnology and its applications in TCM (also known as nano‐TCM) can deliver active ingredients or components of TCM across the BBB to the targeted brain region. This review provides an overview of the physiological and pathological mechanisms of the BBB and systematically classifies the common TCM used to treat CNS diseases and types of nanocarriers that effectively deliver TCM to the brain. Additionally, drug delivery strategies for nano‐TCMs that utilize in vivo physiological properties or in vitro devices to bypass or cross the BBB are discussed. This review further focuses on the application of nano‐TCMs in the treatment of various CNS diseases. Finally, this article anticipates a design strategy for nano‐TCMs with higher delivery efficiency and probes their application potential in treating a wider range of CNS diseases. Mutations in the Paraoxonase 1 (Pon1) gene underlie aging, cardiovascular disease, and impairments of the nervous and gastrointestinal systems and are linked to the intestinal microbiome. The potential role of Pon1 in modulating the intestinal microbiota and serum metabolites is poorly understood. The present study demonstrated that mice with genomic excision of Pon1 by a multiplexed guide RNA CRISPR/Cas9 approach exhibited disrupted gut microbiota, such as significantly depressed alpha‐diversity and distinctly separated beta diversity, accompanied by varied profiles of circulating metabolites. Furthermore, genomic knock in of Pon1 exerted a distinct effect on the intestinal microbiome and serum metabolome, including dramatically enriched Aerococcus, linoleic acid and depleted Bacillus, indolelactic acid. Specifically, a strong correlation was established between bacterial alterations and metabolites in Pon1 knockout mice. In addition, we identified metabolites related to gut bacteria in response to Pon1 knock in. Thus, the deletion of Pon1 affects the gut microbiome and functionally modifies serum metabolism, which can lead to dysbiosis, metabolic dysfunction, and infection risk. Together, these findings put forth a role for Pon1 in microbial alterations that contribute to metabolism variations. The types, distribution, morphology, orientation, growth, and aggregation mechanism of primary carbides in the continuous casting slab of 6Cr13 high‐carbon martensitic stainless steel are investigated. In the results, it is shown that M7C3 carbides precipitate from the liquid steel at the end of solidification. The area fraction of primary carbides in the slab thickness direction shows an overall decreasing trend from the center to the edge. And, the closer to the center region, the greater the difference in carbide distribution due to the presence of spot segregation defects. At 1/8 thickness and edges in the slab, the fast cooling rate and fine dendrites make the carbide morphology to be a small‐sized brain like that aggregates a large number of spherical carbides. At 1/4 thickness in the slab, blocky, fibrous, and spherical carbides precipitate successively and eventually aggregate together. At 3/8 thickness and center in the slab, the cooling rate is slower and spot segregation defects are randomly distributed in this region. The carbide morphology is mostly small‐sized brain like in the non‐spot segregation region. However, the alloying elements are highly supersaturated and the carbides can grow sufficiently to form less oriented, large‐sized brain‐like carbide in the spot segregation region. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is associated with sleep disturbances. However, mechanisms underlying these interactions remain unclear. Male acute and chronic sleep deprivation (SD) mice were used for this study. Mice in the chronic SD group exhibited anxiety‐ and depression‐like behaviors. We further performed high‐throughput genome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis to screen for featured differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in the esophageal tissue. The acute SD group, comprised 25 DEGs including 14 downregulated and 11 upregulated genes. Compared with the acute SD group, more DEGs were present in the chronic SD group, with a total of 169 DEGs, including 88 downregulated and 81 upregulated genes. Some DEGs that were closely related to GERD and associated esophageal diseases were significantly different in the chronic SD group. Quantitative real‐time polymerase chain reaction verified the downregulation of Krt4, Krt13, Krt15 and Calml3 and upregulation of Baxl1 and Per3. Summary: This study delivers a comprehensive evaluation of the efficacy and pharmacokinetics of high‐dose methotrexate (HDMTX) in a large cohort of Chinese paediatric acute lymphoblastic leukaemia patients. A total of 533 patients were included in the prognostic analysis. An association was observed between lower steady‐state MTX concentrations (<56 μmol/L) and poorer outcomes in intermediate‐/high‐risk (IR/HR) patients. Subgroup analysis further revealed that this relationship between concentrations and prognosis was even more pronounced in patients with MLL rearrangements. In contrast, such an association did not emerge within the low‐risk patient group. Additionally, utilizing population pharmacokinetic modelling (6051 concentrations from 815 patients), we identified the significant impact of physiological maturation, estimated glomerular filtration rate, sex and concurrent dasatinib administration on MTX pharmacokinetics. Simulation‐based recommendations include a reduced dosage regimen for those with renal insufficiency and a specific 200 mg/kg dosage for infants under 1 year. The findings underscore the critical role of HDMTX in treating IR/HR populations and call for a reassessment of its application in lower‐risk groups. An individualized pharmacokinetic dosage regimen could achieve the most optimal results, ensuring the largest proportion of steady‐state concentrations within the optimal range. Background: Microplasma fractional radiofrequency (MP FRF) technology has been increasingly used for acne scars. Nevertheless, little evidence has analyzed the factors influencing its effectiveness before and during treatment. Aims: To evaluate the clinical factors affecting the effectiveness of MP FRF therapy for atrophic acne scars. Methods: We analyzed retrospectively the clinical data of 79 acne scar patients treated with MP FRF technology. The outcome of interest included the effectiveness and adverse events after MP FRF treatment. Multivariable logistic regression was utilized to evaluate clinical factors associated with effectiveness after the initial session. Results: All patients received 115 sessions of MP FRF therapy (average: 1.5 sessions). Twenty‐eight (35.4%) patients improved moderately to excellently after one session. We found that the severe grade before treatment was negatively correlated with the effectiveness according to Goodman–Baron qualitative scores (OR = 0.02, 95% CI [0.001, 0.37], p = 0.009). The presence of icepick scars was also a negative correlation factor for the effectiveness (OR = 0.06, 95% CI [0.004, 1.00], p = 0.049). Furthermore, after excluding the effects of icepick scars and Goodman–Baron scores before treatment, ECCA scores were also correlated with effectiveness (OR = 1.04, 95% CI [1.01, 1.06], p = 0.009). Conclusion: MP FRF therapy was effective in treating atrophic acne scars with no permanent adverse events. The severity of Goodman–Baron qualitative scores and icepick scars were independent clinical factors affecting effectiveness, suggesting the possible requirement for additional treatments other than MP FRF for severe acne scars and icepick scars. Microsatellite instability (MSI) assessment is strongly recommended for colorectal cancer patients, as MSI status is crucial in determining optimal treatment and predicting prognosis. This study evaluated the reliability and accuracy of a novel polymerase chain reaction (PCR)‐based 8‐loci MSI test kit, a rapid test kit designed to detect MSI, by comparing its performance with immunohistochemistry (IHC) and the National Cancer Institute (NCI) 2B3D Panel. MSI status was determined in 186 formalin‐fixed paraffin‐embedded (FFPE) colorectal cancer tissue samples with known mismatch repair (MMR) status by IHC using the novel PCR‐based 8‐loci MSI test kit. Additionally, the consistency between the NCI 2B3D Panel and the novel PCR‐based 8‐loci panel was compared using 69 FFPE tumor tissues paired with adjacent non‐cancerous tissue. The novel PCR‐based 8‐loci MSI test kit and IHC demonstrated high concordance (overall agreement: 97.8%). However, four samples displayed discordant results, exhibiting MMR deficiency using IHC and microsatellite stability using the novel PCR‐based 8‐loci MSI test kit. Of the 69 samples reanalyzed using the NCI 2B3D Panel, high concordance with the novel PCR‐based 8‐loci MSI test kit was observed in 67 of 69 cases (overall agreement: 97.1%). Based on the relevant theories of M‐matrix and the Lyapunov stability technique, this paper investigates the multistability of equilibrium points and periodic solutions for Clifford‐valued memristive Cohen–Grossberg neural networks. With the help of Cauchy convergence criterion, the exponential stability inequality is derived. The system has ∏A(KA+1)n$$ {\left[\prod \limits_A\left({K}_A&#x0002B;1\right)\right]}&#x0005E;n $$ locally exponentially stable equilibrium points and periodic solutions, which greatly increases the number of solutions compared with the existing Cohen–Grossberg neural networks, where the KA$$ {K}_A $$ is a Clifford‐valued and there is no limitation of linearity and monotonicity for activation functions. Furthermore, the attraction basins of stable periodic solutions are obtained, and it is proved that the basins can be enlarged. It is worth mentioning that the results can also be used to discuss the multistability of equilibrium points, periodic solutions, and almost periodic solutions for real‐valued, complex‐valued, and quaternion‐valued memristive Cohen–Grossberg neural networks. In this paper, we consider the inverse problem for the time‐fractional two‐dimensional Cahn–Hilliard equation. The ill‐posedness and a conditional stability of the inverse problem are proved. We present a new iterative variational regularization method to solve it. The convergence rates of the regularized solutions under the a priori regularization parameter choice rule and a posteriori regularization parameter choice rule are obtained. Ni‐rich layered oxides are promising lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs) cathode materials for their high reversible capacity, but they suffer from fast structural degradation during cycling. Here, we report the Ce/Gd incorporated single‐crystalline LiNi0.83Co0.07Mn0.10O2 (SC‐NCM) cathode materials with significantly enhanced cycling stability. The Gd ions are adequately incorporated in SC‐NCM while Ce ions are prone to aggregate in the outer surface, resulting in the formation of a high‐entropy zone in the near‐surface of SC‐NCM, including a Gd doped LiCeO2 (LCGO) shell and Ce/Gd dopant‐concentrated layer. The high‐entropy zone can effectively inhibit the oxygen evolution and prevent the formation of oxygen vacancies. Meanwhile, it leads to a greatly improved H2‐H3 phase transformation reversibility and mitigated stress/strain caused by Li‐ion extraction/insertion during (de)lithiation process. The synergetic effects of reduced oxygen vacancies concentration and mitigated stress/strain can effectively prevent the in‐plane migration of TM ions, lattice planar gliding as well as the formation of intragranular nanocracks. Consequently, Ce/Gd incorporated SC‐NCM (SC‐NCM@CG2) delivers a high initial discharge specific capacity of 219.7 mAh g−1 at 0.1 C and an excellent cycling stability with a capacity retention of 90.2 % after 100 cycles at 1.0 C. The morphology of carbides, the distribution of alloying elements, and the dissolution of primary carbides in 6Cr13 continuous casting slabs during the high‐temperature homogenization process are studied herein. The results show that severe segregation of alloying elements exists at the center of the cast slabs, accompanied by large, interconnected primary carbides in the form of a network. Large‐sized reticulated primary carbides are difficult to completely dissolve and eliminate during homogenization treatments. Large‐sized primary carbides will dissolve along the contours and the joints between the carbides when the temperature of high‐temperature homogenization does not exceed 1250 °C and the time does not exceed 1 h. The carbides that had broken off will precipitate again along the original contour in the form of large‐sized brain‐like carbides beyond this temperature and time. In situ observation of the high‐temperature homogenization process reveals that when the slab is heated to 1200 °C, the local liquid phase starts to be generated around the carbide. Cr atoms diffuse into the matrix through the liquid–matrix interface; it will accelerate the high‐temperature homogenization process and improve the segregation of alloying elements around carbides. The refinement of clean steel is significantly influenced by the behavior of bubbles in high‐temperature molten steel. However, the thorough examination of the thermal expansion behavior of bubbles and its effects on two‐phase flow dynamics in high‐temperature molten steel is scarce. This study investigates the thermal expansion process of low‐temperature bubbles in high‐temperature molten steel and the resulting dynamics of two‐phase flow, employing a volume of fluid model coupled with the energy equation method. The water model physics experiment investigates the rising characteristics of bubbles inside a water–air system and validates the accuracy of numerical simulations. Results reveal that bubble temperature reaches 1873 K during a 0.1 s periodic variation, exhibiting three stages: severe heating, expansion cooling, and contraction heating. The inertia of the fluid causes the bubble to overexpansion and overcontraction, and the energy conversion between the two phases causes expansion cooling and superheating (max temperature: 2642 K). A mathematical model is built to characterize the dynamic behavior of two‐phase flow and the thermal expansion behavior of gas bubbles of arbitrary initial size in molten steel. Animal studies have shown that virus infection causes changes in host chromatin accessibility, but little is known about changes in chromatin accessibility of plants infected by viruses and its potential impact. Here, rice infected by rice stripe virus (RSV) was used to investigate virus‐induced changes in chromatin accessibility. Our analysis identified a total of 6462 open‐ and 3587 closed‐differentially accessible chromatin regions (DACRs) in rice under RSV infection by ATAC‐seq. Additionally, by integrating ATAC‐seq and RNA‐seq, 349 up‐regulated genes in open‐DACRs and 126 down‐regulated genes in closed‐DACRs were identified, of which 34 transcription factors (TFs) were further identified by search of upstream motifs. Transcription levels of eight of these TFs were validated by reverse transcription‐PCR. Importantly, four of these TFs (OsWRKY77, OsWRKY28, OsZFP12 and OsERF91) interacted with RSV proteins and are therefore predicted to play important roles in RSV infection. This is the first application of ATAC‐seq and RNA‐seq techniques to analyse changes in rice chromatin accessibility caused by RSV infection. Nuclear receptor coactive 4 (NCOA4), which functions as a selective cargo receptor, is a critical regulator of the particularly autophagic degradation of ferritin, a process known as ferritinophagy. Mechanistically, NCOA4‐mediated ferritinophagy performs an increasingly vital role in the maintenance of intracellular iron homeostasis by promoting ferritin transport and iron release as needed. Ferritinophagy is not only involved in iron‐dependent responses but also in the pathogenesis and progression of various human diseases, including metabolism‐related, neurodegenerative, cardiovascular and infectious diseases. Therefore, ferritinophagy is of great importance in maintaining cell viability and function and represents a potential therapeutic target. Recent studies indicated that ferritinophagy regulates the signalling pathway associated with ferroptosis, a newly discovered type of cell death characterised by iron‐dependent lipid peroxidation. Although accumulating evidence clearly demonstrates the importance of the interplay between dysfunction in iron metabolism and ferroptosis, a deeper understanding of the double‐edged sword effect of ferritinophagy in ferroptosis has remained elusive. Details of the mechanisms underlying the ferritinophagy–ferroptosis axis in regulating relevant human diseases remain to be elucidated. In this review, we discuss the latest research findings regarding the mechanisms that regulate the biological function of NCOA4‐mediated ferritinophagy and its contribution to the pathophysiology of ferroptosis. The important role of the ferritinophagy–ferroptosis axis in human diseases will be discussed in detail, highlighting the great potential of targeting ferritinophagy in the treatment of diseases. The authors used convenience sampling to select women with preeclampsia after a cesarean section from the obstetrics department of a Class A tertiary hospital in Nanjing, China, as the participants in our study. There were 30 women in the experimental group. The postoperative enhanced recovery nursing care plan was formulated for five postoperative time points and incorporated management of blood pressure, temperature, and fluids, as well as monitoring of complications, pain management, activity and rest, diet management, and breastfeeding. The control group consisted of 30 women who received routine nursing care and health education. The authors compared levels of maternal self‐efficacy, breastfeeding efficacy, anxiety, pain scores, and deep vein thrombosis (DVT) prevention compliance before and after the intervention. Women in the experimental group had a self‐efficacy score of 7.5 ± 0.63, which was higher than that in the control group (5.4 ± 0.85); they had a higher breastfeeding efficacy score of 7.13 ± 0.68 when compared to the control group (4.23 ± 0.86); the anxiety score was 6.7 ± 1.62, which was lower than that in the control group (10.03 ± 1.87); and the pain score was lower at 3.26 ± 0.52 when compared to the control group (3.83 ± 0.83). All the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Postoperative blood pressure was controlled within the target range, and the rate of DVT prevention compliance increased in the experimental group. The implementation of a postoperative enhanced recovery nursing intervention for women with preeclampsia as part of the rooming‐in practice was effective in helping manage the blood pressure, pain, and fluids of women with preeclampsia, improved their postoperative self‐management ability and breastfeeding efficacy, reduced their anxiety levels, improved their compliance with the prevention of related complications, and ultimately promoted enhanced postoperative recovery, thereby guaranteeing the safety of mothers and newborns. Fibroblast growth factor‐12 (FGF12) has been reported to play important role in regulating heart diseases. We aimed to explore the role of FGF12 in doxorubicin (DOX)‐induced myocardial injury. DOX‐induced mice and DOX‐induced HL‐1 cells were used as the myocardial injury in vivo and in vitro. Then, FGF12, Anp, Bnp, and Myh7 expression was detected. The pathological injury in myocardium tissue was observed by H&E staining. The levels of markers related to myocardial damage and oxidative stress were assessed. Then, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence staining were used to detect FGF12 and 4‐HNE expression. Ferroptosis were detected by Prussian blue staining and western blot. The FGFR1/AMPK/NRF2 signaling was measured by western blot. FGF12 expression was downregulated in DOX‐induced mice myocardium tissues. FGF12 overexpression alleviated DOX‐induced myocardial tissue pathological injury and reduced Anp, Bnp, and Myh7 expression. Additionally, the levels of CK‐MB, LDH and cTnT in serum were decreased after FGF12 upregulation in DOX‐induced mice. Moreover, FGF12 overexpression reduced the levels of ROS, MDA, and 4‐HNE but increased SOD and GSH‐Px activities. Meanwhile, FGF12 led to less deposition of iron ion, decreased ACSL4, PTGS2 and increased GPX4, FTH1 expression. Additionally, FGF12 activated the expressions of FGFR1, p‐AMPK, and NRF2. Moreover, FGFR1 silencing reversed the protective effects of FGF12 overexpression on cell viability, oxidative stress, ferroptosis, and FGFR1/AMPK/NRF2 pathway. To sum up, FGF12 inhibited mitochondria‐dependent ferroptosis in cardiomyocytes induced by DOX through activation of FGFR1/AMPK/NRF2 signaling. Topological phases based on tight‐binding models have been extensively studied in recent decades. By mimicking the linear combination of atomic orbitals in tight‐binding models based on the evanescent couplings between resonators in classical waves, numerous experimental demonstrations of topological phases have been successfully conducted. However, in dielectric photonic crystals, the Mie resonances' states decay too slowly as 1/r$1/r$, leading to intrinsically different physics between tight‐binding models and dielectric photonic crystals. Here, a confined Mie resonance photonic crystal is proposed by embedding perfect electric conductors between dielectric rods, creating the chiral symmetric band structure which ideally matches tight‐binding models with nearest‐neighbour couplings. As a consequence, disentangled band structure spanned by higher atomic orbitals is observed. Moreover, the result provides an effective route to achieve a 3D photonic crystal with a complete photonic bandgap and third‐order topology. To lessen users' feelings of unease and stress after icons are updated, this study investigates icon recognition and discrimination in terms of icon color and location under different working memory (WM) loads. At low WM load, changing the color or position of the icons has little effect on icon recognition. The icon color update will affect the user's accuracy when less information is presented, but it will not affect participants' reaction time. As for position updates, it is better to update icons' positions within the same row rather than across rows. At high WM load, although subjects responded faster to color than location, subjects were more accurate with location than with color. It can be concluded that color updates are preferred for entertaining user interfaces that demand quick responses, while location updates are preferable for human–computer interfaces that focus on accuracy. From the results of high WM load, subjects are more sensitive to color brightness. Solid fossil fuels still support the development of the energy and chemical industry. The clean and efficient utilization of solid fossil fuels can effectively alleviate the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution. An in‐depth understanding of the kinetic process, models, and mechanism of pyrolysis of solid fossil fuels is also of great significance for the exploration and utilization technologies of petroleum resources. Thermogravimetric analysis is an effective method to study the pyrolysis process and kinetics with the advantages of high sensitivity, repeatability, and reliability for data acquisition. Researchers have conducted a lot of research on the thermogravimetric kinetics of solid fossil fuels in recent years, but there is a lack of systematic summary and comparison of kinetic methods, research progress, and trends. Therefore, a comprehensive study on pyrolysis kinetic principles, methods, and models of solid fossil fuels by thermogravimetric analysis is carried out in this paper. The influencing factors of pyrolysis kinetics of solid fossil fuels using thermogravimetry are elaborated and discussed in detail. This study also provides progress in recent years and prospects of thermogravimetric kinetics of solid fossil fuels. It is expected that this paper can provide certain technical support and theoretical guidance for the research on pyrolysis kinetics based on thermogravimetric analysis, and the exploration and development, clean, and efficient utilization of solid fossil fuels. Intraspecific variation, which may arise through the interplay between environmental heterogeneity and adaptive variation, has consequences for the resilience of species to climate change. Here, we revealed the levels of intraspecific genomic variation and its causes in a widespread brown alga (Sargassum horneri). Our datasets included both benthic and floating samples from 20 populations sampled along a latitudinal gradient in the Chinese marginal seas. We prepared two datasets: 1) 4628 filtered single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) for all samples, and 2) 20,735 filtered SNPs for only benthic samples. We conducted genotype‐environment association analyses and outlier tests to identify adaptive loci for each dataset. Both neutral and adaptive SNPs revealed a deep genetic split between benthic populations in the North Yellow Sea (NYS) and East China Sea. Redundancy analysis demonstrated that temperature is a major factor driving adaptive divergence of benthic populations. Predictions of the lineage‐level species distribution model revealed severe habitat loss of S. horneri in the NYS and eastern coasts of Korea under RCP8.5 in the 2100 s; however, the low‐latitude boundary remained stable. Based on these results, we speculate that low‐latitude populations may have high resilience to global warming. The dispersal routes of floating samples were determined by coastal currents; however, restricted gene flow between regions was detected. Thus, we speculate that opportunities for the recovery of depleted populations through natural gene flow may be limited. Aging is acknowledged as the most significant risk factor for cardiovascular disease (CVD). This study sought to identify and validate potential aging‐related genes associated with CVD by using bioinformatics. The confluence of the limma test, weighted correlation network analysis (WGCNA), and 2129 aging and senescence‐associated genes led to the identification of aging‐related differential expression genes (ARDEGs). By using Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), potential biological roles and pathways of ARDEGs were identified. To find the significantly different functions between CVD and non‐cardiovascular disease (nCVD) and to reckon the processes score, enrichment analysis of all genes was carried out using gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) and gene set variation analysis (GSVA). By using GO and KEGG, potential biological roles and pathways of ARDEGs were identified. To evaluate the immune cell composition of the immune microenvironment, we performed an immune infiltration analysis on the dataset from the training group. We were able to acquire four ARDEGs (PTGS2, MMP9, HBEGF, and FN1). Aging, cellular senescence, and nitric oxide signal transduction were selected for biological function analysis. The diagnostic value of the four ARDEGs in distinguishing CVD from nCVD samples was deemed to be favorable. This research identified four ARDEGs that are associated with CVD. Miniature robots have been widely studied and applied in the fields of search and rescue, reconnaissance, micromanipulation, and even the interior of the human body benefiting from their highlight features of small size, light weight, and agile movement. With the development of new smart materials, many functional actuating elements have been proposed to construct miniature robots. Compared with other actuating elements, piezoelectric actuating elements have the advantages of compact structure, high power density, fast response, high resolution, and no electromagnetic interference, which make them greatly suitable for actuating miniature robots, and capture the attentions and favor of numerous scholars. In this paper, a comprehensive review of recent developments in miniature piezoelectric robots (MPRs) is provided. The MPRs are classified and summarized in detail from three aspects of operating environment, structure of piezoelectric actuating element, and working principle. In addition, new manufacturing methods and piezoelectric materials in MPRs, as well as the application situations, are sorted out and outlined. Finally, the challenges and future trends of MPRs are evaluated and discussed. It is hoped that this review will be of great assistance for determining appropriate designs and guiding future developments of MPRs, and provide a destination board to the researchers interested in MPRs. Diosgenin, a natural steroid saponin, holds promise as a multitarget therapeutic for various diseases, including neurodegenerative conditions. Its efficacy in slowing Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and stroke progression has been demonstrated. However, the role of diosgenin in anti‐epilepsy and its potential connection to the modulation of the intestinal microbiota remain poorly understood. In this study, exogenous diosgenin significantly mitigated pentylenetetrazole (PTZ)‐induced seizures, learning and memory deficits, and hippocampal neuronal injury. 16S ribosomal RNA (16S rRNA) sequencing revealed a reversal in the decrease of Bacteroides and Parabacteroides genera in the PTZ‐induced mouse epileptic model following diosgenin treatment. Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) experiments illustrated the involvement of diosgenin in modulating gut microbiota and providing neuroprotection against epilepsy. Our results further indicated the repression of enteric glial cells (EGCs) activation and the TLR4‐MyD88 pathway, coupled with reduced production of inflammatory cytokines in the colonic lumen, and improved intestinal barrier function in epilepsy mice treated with diosgenin or FMT. This study suggests that diosgenin plays a role in modifying gut microbiota, contributing to the alleviation of intestinal inflammation and neuroinflammation, ultimately inhibiting epilepsy progression in a PTZ‐induced mouse model. Heat flow is a geothermal parameter for indicating the heat source distribution and evaluating geothermal reservoirs. Only 1,230 heat flow points are distributed unevenly in China, mainly concentrated in high‐temperature geothermal and southeast regions. The Songliao Basin is a potential geothermal field in China. Still, only 20 measurement points are known, making evaluating the geothermal genetic mechanism difficult. Sparse data interpolation using deep learning methods is highly accurate and widely used in fields such as image processing. In this work, we propose a deep neural network for predicting heat flow in the Songliao Basin. More than 4,000 global heat flows and 23 geological and geophysical parameters are used as reference constraints for training. The uncertainty error of the prediction is estimated based on the correlation and distance‐based generalized sensitivity analysis. The results show that the maximum heat flow is 85 mW/m2, the average is 67.1 mW/m2, and the error with the measured data is 10.64%. The previous geophysical and geological interpretation results indicate that the heat flow is higher in the west and lower in the east, with high anomalies in the central region, which may be related to the uplift of the deep mantle and the depression of the shallow low‐velocity sedimentary layer. Some high‐temperature melt bodies are in the deep layers, forming the current potential geothermal field. The measured data validates that the DNN is an effective method for predicting regional‐scale heat flow, providing reliable heat source information for evaluating geothermal resources. Geothermal heat flow (GHF) is crucial among various indicators for assessing potential geothermal fields, with over 20,000 measurement points worldwide. However, due to the expensive cost of drilling measurements, the spatial distribution of heat flow points could be more balanced, posing challenges to geothermal exploration and investigation. Traditional heat flow prediction methods rely on interpolation based on sparse measurement points to estimate the regional heat flow distribution. However, spatial variations in the measurement points often affect the prediction results, leading to lower accuracy. Therefore, this study proposes a deep learning approach to establish the complex relationship between heat flow and geological/geophysical features, aiming to estimate the heat flow distribution in the target area. The proposed method has been successfully applied to heat flow prediction in the Songliao Basin, accompanied by an uncertainty analysis technique that provides confidence intervals for the prediction results.
