This paper presents a 100‐GHz phase shifter capable of providing full 360° continuous phase tuning range in 55 nm CMOS technology. The phase shifter is based on reflection‐type phase shifter (RTPS), which has more than 180° phase shift and employs a 0°/180° phase inverter (PI). The amplitude difference between 0°/180° modes of the PI is less than 0.5 dB while the phase imbalance is less than 1° at 90‐100 GHz. The measured insertion loss of the proposed phase shifter for all phase states is 6.1‐10.2 dB at 95 GHz. The chip of our proposed phase shifter occupies an area of 710 × 510 μm2, and the DC power consumption is 20 mW. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study focuses on the stability property of a class of distributed delay systems with constant coefficients. More precisely, the authors will discuss deeper the stability analysis with respect to the delay parameter. The authors' approach will allow to give new insights in solving the so‐called complete stability problem. There are three technical issues need to be studied: First, the detection of the critical zero roots (CZRs); second, the analysis of the asymptotic behaviour of such CZRs; third, the asymptotic behaviour analysis of the critical imaginary roots (CIRs) with respect to the infinitely many critical delays. They extended their recently‐established frequency‐sweeping approach, with which these technical issues can be effectively solved. Based on these results, a procedure was proposed, with which the complete stability analysis of such systems was accomplished systematically. Moreover, the procedure represents a unified approach: Most of the steps required by the complete stability problem may be fulfilled through observing the frequency‐sweeping curves. This article presents information on a survey regarding dental caries prevalence in a group of school children in Wuhan City, China as of December 1994. The article also provides baseline data of relevance for planning and evaluation of a schoolbased preventive program. The survey comprised 119 six-year-old and 113 twelve-year-old children. In 6-year-old children, the prevalence proportion of dental caries was 85.7% for primary teeth and 24.4% for the permanent teeth. In 12-year-olds, 20% had caries in the primary teeth and 50.4% in the permanent.

Copper nitrate in methanol solution cleaves the N-C(methanol) bond when reacted with 3-methyl-5-phenyl-pyrazole-1-methanol to yield the centrosymmetric dinuclear title compound, [Cu(2)(CH(3)O)(2)(NO(3))(2)(C(10)H(10)N(2))(4)], in which the Cu(II) atom is linked to a nitrate ion, two methano-late ions and two pyrazole ligands in a distorted square-pyramidal environment. The O atom of the nitrate anion occupies the apical site. The crystal structure features intra-molecular N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
