Summary: The increase of security incidents brings a challenge to the cloud computing security. Intrusion detection technologies have been applied to protect information in cloud from being compromised, and complicated learning‐based detection methods have been used to improve the performance of intrusion detection systems. Higher quality and well‐formed samples are crucial to the performance of detection algorithm. Therefore, we mainly study the intrusion detection model based on data optimization processing. In this article, we establish an intrusion detection algorithm based on ensemble support vector machine with bag representation. Specifically, the sample flows are divided into bags, where the sample flows in each bag are related to each other. Each bag contains multiple related data flows that can accurately reflect intrusion behavior, especially persistent intrusion. What's more, ensemble algorithm is applied to detection model, which greatly optimizes the performance of detection algorithm. Methyl pothoscandensate ( 1), a new molecular skeleton of ent-18(4→3)-abeokaurane, along with eight known compounds was isolated from the whole plant of Pothos scandens. The structure of the new compound was established by spectroscopic techniques and confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The inhibitory activity of selected compounds against porcine respiratory and reproductive syndrome virus (PRRSV) was measured by the cytopathic effect (CPE) method. The biomedical applications of poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) were limited for its high hydrophobicity and crystallinity. In this study, we copolymerized CL with amorphous 5-hydroxyl-trimethylene carbonate (HTMC) to solve the problem. The 5-benzyloxy-trimethylene carbonate (BTMC) was synthesized to copolymerize with CL, then hydrogenolyzed to obtain hydroxyl pendant groups. A serial of copolymers with different BTMC molar ratio were synthesized and their chemical structures and thermal properties were thoroughly studied with NMR, FT-IR, GPC, XRD, DSC, and TGA. Finally we examined the water contact angle of the copolymers. DSC and XRD results showed that the PCL segments in the copolymers crystallized below 16.8%. BTMC molar content and the crystallinity of the copolymers increased after hydrolysis. With the introduced hydroxyl pendant groups, the deprotected copolymers improved their hydrophilic property significantly, and the copolymer with 9.3% HTMC molar content had static water contact angle as low as 36.5°. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Arisaema lushuiense G. W. Hu & H. Li, a new species of Araceae from Gaoligong Mountains in northwestern Yunnan, China, is described and illustrated. It is similar and closely related to A. auriculatum Buchet, but differs by its basically green spathe with semi-rotund to broadly ovate, 6-8 mm long auricles; the appendix of the spadix is 3.5-5.0 cm long and the apex of the appendix depressed with faint longitudinal ridges and grooves, slightly curved forward, with purplish black color, and exserted 1.0-1.5 cm from the spathe throat. The article presents information on the Arisaema species found in the guangxi zhuang autonomous region of China. It informs that the Arisaema species are deciduous herb and about 20 centimetres tall. The chromosome number is 26 for the species and its cataphylls are dark purple in colour with snakeskin pattern.
