The article discusses on the issues of age and inequality in Great Britain. The author suggests that as the country becomes more meritocratic, and socially polarized, it is the people at the opposite ends of the life-cycle, both children and elderly, who are losing out the most. He also discussed the inheritance of inequality and the imbalances between generations.
