While most NOD‐like receptors (NLRs) are predominately expressed by innate immune cells, NLRC3, an inhibitory NLR of immune signaling, exhibits the highest expression in lymphocytes. The role of NLRC3 or any NLRs in B lymphocytes is completely unknown. Gammaherpesviruses, including human Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) and murine gammaherpesvirus 68 (MHV‐68), establish latent infection in B lymphocytes, which requires elevated NF‐κB. This study shows that during latent EBV infection of human B cells, viral‐encoded latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1) decreases NLRC3 transcript. LMP1‐induced‐NF‐κB activation suppresses the promoter activity of NLRC3 via p65 binding to the promoter. Conversely, NLRC3 inhibits NF‐κB activation by promoting the degradation of LMP1 in a proteasome‐dependent manner. In vivo, MHV‐68 infection reduces Nlrc3 transcripts in splenocytes, and Nlrc3‐deficient mice show greater viral latency than controls. These results reveal a bidirectional regulatory circuit in B lymphocytes, where viral latent protein LMP1 reduces NLRC3 expression, while NLRC3 disrupts gammaherpesvirus latency, which is an important step for tumorigenesis. A facile synthetic method for preparing spherical silica microparticles from rice husks was developed. Spherical silica particles with an overall size of several micrometers were obtained via direct extraction of silicate solution from rice husks, followed by precipitation of silica using nitric acid and a polymer additive. The synthetic process was simplified by omitting the acid leaching and pyrolysis processes of the rice husks. Herein, it was demonstrated that the extraction of silicate under mild conditions, combined with the use of a polyethylene glycol additive during the precipitation step, are crucial for obtaining spherical silica microparticles. Problem: Chorioamnionitis is caused by a bacterial infection that ascends from the vagina and can cause adverse pregnancy outcomes (APOs). Fusobacterium nucleatum (F. nucleatum) is a periodontal pathogen associated with the occurrence of APOs. In this study, we evaluated whether receptor‐interacting protein kinase 2 (Ripk2), an adaptor protein of the cytosolic receptors nucleotide‐binding oligomerization domain (NOD)1 and NOD2, in macrophages and human decidual stromal cells (hDSCs) contributes to immune responses against F. nucleatum. Method of Study: Bone marrow‐derived macrophages (BMDMs) isolated from wild‐type (WT) and Ripk2‐deficient mice and hDSCs were cultured with F. nucleatum (MOI 1, 10, 100). BMDMs and hDSCs were assessed using enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay, Western blot analysis, real‐time PCR, and nitrite assay. Results: Fusobacterium nucleatum‐induced production of IL‐6, but not of TNF‐α and IL‐10, was lower in Ripk2‐deficient BMDMs than in WT cells. Western blotting revealed a decrease in F. nucleatum‐induced p65 phosphorylation in Ripk2‐deficient macrophages, whereas mitogen‐activated protein kinases activation was comparable between WT and Ripk2‐deficient cells. The production of nitric oxide (NO) in response to F. nucleatum and the gene and protein expression of inducible NO synthase was impaired in Ripk2‐deficient BMDMs. In hDSCs, F. nucleatum upregulated the gene and protein expression of NOD1, NOD2, and Ripk2 in a time‐dependent manner. F. nucleatum also increased the production of IL‐6, CXCL8, and CCL2, whereas this production was decreased by the Ripk2 inhibitors SB203580 and PP2. Purpose: Directly extracting the respiratory phase pattern of the tumor using cone‐beam computed tomography (CBCT) projections is challenging due to the poor tumor visibility caused by the obstruction of multiple anatomic structures on the beam's eye view. Predicting tumor phase information using external surrogate also has intrinsic difficulties as the phase patterns between surrogates and tumors are not necessary to be congruent. In this work, we developed an algorithm to accurately recover the primary oscillation components of tumor motion using the combined information from both CBCT projections and external surrogates. Methods: The algorithm involved two steps. First, a preliminary tumor phase pattern was acquired by applying local principal component analysis (LPCA) on the cropped Amsterdam Shroud (AS) images. In this step, only the cropped image of the tumor region was used to extract the tumor phase pattern in order to minimize the impact of pattern recognition from other anatomic structures. Second, by performing multivariate singular spectrum analysis (MSSA) on the combined information containing both external surrogate signal and the original waveform acquired in the first step, the primary component of the tumor phase oscillation was recovered. For the phantom study, a QUASAR respiratory motion phantom with a removable tumor‐simulator insert was employed to acquire CBCT projection images. A comparison between LPCA only and our method was assessed by power spectrum analysis. Also, the motion pattern was simulated under the phase shift or various amplitude conditions to examine the robustness of our method. Finally, anatomic obstruction scenarios were simulated by attaching a heart model, PVC tubes, and RANDO® phantom slabs to the phantom, respectively. Each scenario was tested with five real‐patient breathing patterns to mimic real clinical situations. For the patient study, eight patients with various tumor locations were selected. The performance of our method was then evaluated by comparing the reference waveform with the extracted signal for overall phase discrepancy, expiration phase discrepancy, peak, and valley accuracy. Results: In tests of phase shifts and amplitude variations, the overall peak and valley accuracy was −0.009 ± 0.18 sec, and no time delay was found compared to the reference. In anatomical obstruction tests, the extracted signal had 1.6 ± 1.2 % expiration phase discrepancy, −0.12 ± 0.28 sec peak accuracy, and 0.01 ± 0.15 sec valley accuracy. For patient studies, the extracted signal using our method had −1.05 ± 3.0 % overall phase discrepancy, −1.55 ± 1.45% expiration phase discrepancy, 0.04 ± 0.13 sec peak accuracy, and −0.01 ± 0.15 sec valley accuracy, compared to the reference waveforms. Conclusions: An innovative method capable of accurately recognizing tumor phase information was developed. With the aid of extra information from the external surrogate, an improvement in prediction accuracy, as compared with traditional statistical methods, was obtained. Abstract: To improve the oxidation resistance of SiC composites at high temperature, the feasibility of using Ti3SiC2 coated via electrophoretic deposition (EPD) as a SiC fiber reinforced SiC composite interphase material was studied. Through fiber pullout, Ti3SiC2, due to its lamellar structure, has the possibility of improving the fracture toughness of SiCf/SiC composites. In this study, Ti3SiC2 coating was produced by EPD on SiC fiber; using Ti3SiC2‐coated SiC fabric, SiCf/SiC composite was fabricated by hot pressing. Platelet Ti3SiC2 powder pulverized into nanoparticles through high‐energy wet ball milling was uniformly coated on the SiC fiber in a direction in which the basal plane of the particles was parallel to the fiber. In a 3‐point bending test of the SiCf/SiC composite using Ti3SiC2‐coated SiC fabric, the SiCf/SiC composite exhibited brittle fracture behavior, but an abrupt slope change in the strength‐displacement curve was observed during loading due to the Ti3SiC2 interphase. BACKGROUND The endolichenic fungus Xylaria grammica KCTC 13121BP showed strong nematicidal activity against Meloidogyne incognita. This study aimed to identify the nematicidal metabolites and to evaluate the efficacy of the strain as a biocontrol agent under pot and field conditions. RESULTS Bioassay-guided fractionation and instrumental analyses led to grammicin being identified as the nematicidal metabolite. Because patulin is a mycotoxic isomer of grammicin and is known to have strong antibacterial and cytotoxic activities, several biological activities of the two compounds were compared. Grammicin showed strong second-stage juvenile killing and egg-hatching inhibitory effects, with a 50% effective concentration at 72 h (EC50/72 h) of 15.9 µg/mL and a 50% effective concentration at 14 days (EC50/14 days) of 5.87 µg/mL, respectively, whereas patulin was virtually inactive in both respects. Patulin was strongly active toward various phytopathogenic bacteria in vitro, whereas grammicin was weakly so. Patulin at the concentration range of 0.1-10 µg/mL also showed dose-dependent cytotoxicity toward the human first-trimester trophoblast cell line SW.71, whereas grammicin was not toxic toward this cell line. In pot and field experiments, a wettable powder-type formulation and fermentation broth filtrate of X. grammica KCTC 13121BP effectively suppressed the development of root-knot nematode disease on tomato and melon plants. Multi-layered SiC composites have been considered as a nuclear fuel cladding material of light water reactors, LWRs, because of their excellent high temperature strength and corrosion resistance under accident conditions. During a design basis accident of a LWR such as a loss-of-coolant accident, the peak temperature of the fuel clad rapidly increases as the production of decay heat continues. The emergency core cooling systems then automatically supply the reactor core with emergency cooling water. The fuel clad consequently suffers from thermal shock. In this study, the structural integrity of multi-layered SiC composite tubes after thermal shock was investigated. Several kinds of multi-layered SiC composite tubes consisting of CVD SiC and CVI SiCf/SiC were water-quenched from 1200°C to room temperature. The triplex SiC composite tube retained its tubular geometry during quenching. The strength degradation after thermal shock was <13% for the specimens with a PyC interphase. Purpose Most VMAT algorithms compute the dose on discretized apertures with small angular separations for practical reasons. However, machines deliver the VMAT dose with a continuously moving MLC and gantry and a continuously changing dose rate. The computed dose can deviate from the delivered dose, especially if no, or loose, MLC movement constraints are applied for the VMAT optimization. The goal of this paper is to establish a simplified mathematical model to analyze the discrepancy between the VMAT plan calculation dose and the delivered dose and to provide a reasonable solution for clinical implementation. Methods A simplified metric is first introduced to describe the discrepancy between doses computed with discretized apertures and a continuous delivery model. The delivery fluences were formed separately for six different leaf movement scenarios. The formula was then rewritten in a more general form. The correlation between discretized and continuous fluence is summarized using this general form. The Fourier analysis for the impacts from three separate factors - dose kernel width, aperture width, aperture distance - to the dose discrepancy is also presented in order to provide insight into the dose discrepancy caused by under-sampling in the frequency domain. Finally, a weighting-based interpolation ( WBI) algorithm, which can improve the aperture interpolation efficiency, is proposed. The associated evaluation methods and criteria for the proposed algorithm are also given. Results The comparisons between the WBI algorithm and the equal angular interpolation ( EAI) method suggested that the proposed algorithm has a great advantage with regard to aperture number efficiency. To achieve a 90% gamma passing rate using the dose computed with apertures generated with 0.5° EAI, with the initial optimization apertures as the standard for the comparison, the WBI needs only 66% and 54% of the aperture numbers that the EAI method needs for a 2° and a 4° angular separation of the VMAT optimization, respectively. The results also suggested that the weighted dose error index value, Θ, can be used as a stopping criterion for an interpolation algorithm, e.g., WBI or EAI, or as an indicator for sampling level evaluations. The phantom results indicate that the gamma passing rate decreases with increasing depth, from the phantom surface to the iso center, for the plans computed with under-sampled apertures. No obvious variation trends were observed for the plans computed with well-sampled apertures. Conclusions The mathematical analysis suggests that the dose discrepancies due to under-sampling are strongly correlated with the aperture width, the distance between apertures, and the width of the dose kernel. Abstract: The aim of this study is to perform a direct comparison of the source model for photon beams with and without flattening filter (FF) and to develop an efficient independent algorithm for planar dose calculation for FF‐free (FFF) intensity‐modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) quality assurance (QA). The source model consisted of a point source modeling the primary photons and extrafocal bivariate Gaussian functions modeling the head scatter, monitor chamber backscatter, and collimator exchange effect. The model parameters were obtained by minimizing the difference between the calculated and measured in‐air output factors (Sc). The fluence of IMRT beams was calculated from the source model using a backprojection and integration method. The off‐axis ratio in FFF beams were modeled with a fourth degree polynomial. An analytical kernel consisting of the sum of three Gaussian functions was used to describe the dose deposition process. A convolution‐based method was used to account for the ionization chamber volume averaging effect when commissioning the algorithm. The algorithm was validated by comparing the calculated planar dose distributions of FFF head‐and‐neck IMRT plans with measurements performed with a 2D diode array. Good agreement between the measured and calculated Sc was achieved for both FF beams (<0.25%) and FFF beams (<0.10%). The relative contribution of the head‐scattered photons reduced by 34.7% for 6 MV and 49.3% for 10 MV due to the removal of the FF. Superior agreement between the calculated and measured dose distribution was also achieved for FFF IMRT. In the gamma comparison with a 2%/2 mm criterion, the average passing rate was 96.2 ± 1.9% for 6 MV FFF and 95.5 ± 2.6% for 10 MV FFF. Metastasis to the thyroid is very rare in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and only a few cases have been reported. Herein, we report a rare case of metastatic HCC to the thyroid in a 63-year-old man and discuss the various radiologic findings. Computed tomography (CT) revealed a heterogeneous enhancing mass that had invaded the thyroid cartilage in the left upper thyroid, compressing the airway. Ultrasonography (US) showed a heterogeneous hypoechoic mass with increased vascularity in the peripheral portion. The mass showed focal intense uptake on positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT). The patient underwent US-guided core needle biopsy and the final diagnosis was metastatic HCC. Eccrine spiradenoma is a rare, benign, adnexal skin tumor of the sweat gland, which may manifest in any part of the body. It is typically located in the dermal or the subcutaneous fat layer. Eccrine spiradenomas rarely progress to malignant transformation and only a few cases of malignant transformation have been reported. Due to its rarity, there have been few reports about the sonographic appearances of eccrine spiradenoma. We report the sonographic findings in one case of eccrine spiradenoma, located in the subcutaneous fat and the deep dermal layers of the upper arm in a middle-aged woman. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Proliferating trichilemmal tumor (PTT) is a rare tumor that originates from the outer root sheath of a hair follicle. About 90% of PTTs occur on the scalp. The sonographic findings of PTT in the subungual region have not been reported previously. In our case, sonography showed a heterogeneous mass containing echogenic foci with no detectable intratumoral vascularity. BACKGROUND Since extrusion has many desirable characteristics such as high shear, rapid mixing, short residence time, controllable barrel temperature, and adaptability to process modification, the technology has been applied as a viable continuous pretreatment method for empty fruit bunches ( EFB). RESULTS Optimized conditions for a continuous twin-screw-driven reactor ( CTSR) were determined to be 170°C barrel temperature, 1.6% (w/v) sodium hydroxide, 1:8 solid to liquid ratio, and 5 rpm screw rotational speed. Under these operating conditions, 56.55% of lignin and 39.18% of hemicellulose fractions were solubilized from raw EFB, which increases the glucan content in pretreated EFB from 39.25% to 53.60%. After subsequent 48-h enzymatic hydrolysis of pretreated EFB, the highest digestibility of 92.4% was achieved with an enzyme loading of 30 FPU g−1-glucan for cellulase and 70 pNPG g−1-glucan for β-glucosidase. Adenylyl cyclase type 5 knockout mice ( AC5 KO) live longer and are stress resistant, similar to calorie restriction ( CR). AC5 KO mice eat more, but actually weigh less and accumulate less fat compared with WT mice. CR applied to AC5 KO results in rapid decrease in body weight, metabolic deterioration, and death. These data suggest that despite restricted food intake in CR, but augmented food intake in AC5 KO, the two models affect longevity and metabolism similarly. To determine shared molecular mechanisms, m RNA expression was examined genome-wide for brain, heart, skeletal muscle, and liver. Significantly more genes were regulated commonly rather than oppositely in all the tissues in both models, indicating commonality between AC5 KO and CR. Gene ontology analysis identified many significantly regulated, tissue-specific pathways shared by the two models, including sensory perception in heart and brain, muscle function in skeletal muscle, and lipid metabolism in liver. Moreover, when comparing gene expression changes in the heart under stress, the glutathione regulatory pathway was consistently upregulated in the longevity models but downregulated with stress. In addition, AC5 and CR shared changes in genes and proteins involved in the regulation of longevity and stress resistance, including Sirt1, Apo D, and olfactory receptors in both young- and intermediate-age mice. Thus, the similarly regulated genes and pathways in AC5 KO and CR mice, particularly related to the metabolic phenotype, suggest a unified theory for longevity and stress resistance. We performed microcompression tests on silicon carbide ( SiC) pillars with diameters ranging from 4.7 down to 0.65 μm at room temperature. The SiC micropillars were fabricated from a polycrystalline 3C-SiC plate using lithography and plasma etching. The pillars exhibited elastic loading behavior until a catastrophic brittle fracture occurred. The compressive fracture strength was found to increase with a decrease in pillar diameter. This scale dependency can be attributed to the flaw sensitivity of brittle materials, and cracking seems to start at the grain boundaries. Ductile plasticity occurred in micropillars with a diameter of 0.65 μm. Cross-sectional transmission electron microscopy observation of the plastically deformed pillars showed that a slip occurred on the {111} planes. The critical resolved shear stress for a {111}<110> slip system was evaluated to be 4.9-7.3 GPa, which is consistent with the values obtained from numerical and theoretical studies in the literature. Morphological properties of atmospheric particles are directly related to their residence time and transport behaviors, and their deposition patterns in human respiratory systems. The projected properties of particles measured by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were combined with the particle height measured by atomic force microscopy (AFM) to determine volume equivalent diameter of submicrometer particles. For nonvolatile (refractory) laboratory-generated spherical polystyrene latex and cubic NaCl particles, the measured volume equivalent diameters agreed well with the true values (within 4%). However, for nonrefractory (NH4)2SO4 particles, the measured volume equivalent diameter was much smaller than the true value due to evaporation of volatile species at low vacuum pressure and high electron-beam intensity conditions in TEM, and deformation of particles in AFM. We observed that the volume equivalent diameter of 100 nm mobility-classified atmospheric particles was 35 ± 5 nm, suggesting that these particles contain nonrefractory species, whereas that of 20 nm mobility-classified atmospheric particles was found to be 19 ± 6 nm, suggesting that these particles were refractory and spherical. ABSTRACT A simple analytical method was developed for the determination of chlorfenapyr residues in leeks grown under greenhouse conditions. Residues were extracted by salting out, analyzed by gas chromatography with microelectron-capture detection, and confirmed via gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The calibration curves were found to be linear with correlation coefficients ( r2) in excess of 0.998. The limits of detection and quantification were 0.0015 and 0.005 mg kg−1, respectively. For validation purposes, recovery studies were carried out at low and high levels. Yield recovery rates were 87.27-89.64% with a relative standard deviation <6%. A maximum of 0.32 mg kg−1 of chlorfenapyr residue was detected in leek sample sprayed three times at 7 day intervals until 7 days prior to harvest. Purpose: To develop a cylindrical phantom with rolled-up radiochromic films and dose analysis software in the rolled-out plane for quality assurance (QA) in volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT). Methods: The phantom consists of an acrylic cylindrical body wrapped with radiochromic film inserted into an outer cylindrical shell of 5 cm thickness. The rolled-up films with high spatial resolution enable detection of specific dose errors along the arc trajectory of continuously irradiated and modulated beams in VMAT. The developed dose analysis software facilitates dosimetric evaluation in the rolled-up and rolled-out planes of the film; the calculated doses on the corresponding points where the rolled-up film was placed were reconstructed into a rectangular dose matrix equivalent to that of the rolled-out plane of the film. The VMAT QA system was implemented in 3 clinical cases of prostate, nasopharynx, and pelvic metastasis. Each calculated dose on the rolled-out plane was compared with measurement values by modified gamma evaluation. Detected positions of dose disagreement on the rolled-out plane were also distinguished in cylindrical coordinates. The frequency of error occurrence and error distribution were summarized in a histogram and in an axial view of rolled-up plane to intuitively identify the corresponding positions of detected errors according to the gantry angle. Results: The dose matrix reconstructed from the developed VMAT QA system was used to verify the measured dose distribution along the arc trajectory. Dose discrepancies were detected on the rolled-out plane and visualized on the calculated dose matrix in cylindrical coordinates. The error histogram obtained by gamma evaluation enabled identification of the specific error frequency at each gantry angular position. The total dose error occurring on the cylindrical surface was in the range of 5%-8% for the 3 cases. Conclusions: The developed system provides a practical and reliable QA method to detect dosimetric errors according to the gantry angle. Film dosimetry based on rolled-up and rolled-out techniques leads to dose verification in the subspaces of the 3D dose volume. Spinetoram is a second-generation member of the spinosyn class, all members of which have been shown to be effective in insect control via a novel mode of action. Spinetoram is a mixture of 3′- O-ethyl-5, 6-dihydro spinosyn J (XDE-175-J) and 3′- O-ethyl spinosyn L (XDE-175-L). In order to establish a determination method for the analysis of spinetoram residues in crops, commercial product (5% suspension concentrate spinetoram) was applied to two leafy vegetables ( Garland chrysanthemum and Aster scaber) on different spraying schedules. The analytical method used herein was based on a reversed-phase separation on a C18 column, isocratic elution and UV detection. The analytes were confirmed via tandem mass spectrometry. The method was linear over a concentration range of 0.05-10 ppm with a correlation coefficient in excess of 0.9998. The recoveries of XDE-175-J and XDE-175-L from the two vegetables ranged between 86.04 and 98.87% at spiking levels of 1 and 5 ppm. The relative standard deviations were no more than 7% for all recovery tests conducted herein. The calculated limits of detection and quantification were 0.01 and 0.03 ppm for both XDE-175-J and XDE-175-L. The levels of residues in two vegetables treated under a fixed schedule in the greenhouse were 6.21-0.55 ppm (maximum residue limit (MRL) = 7 ppm). The acidic herbicides are an important class of chemical compounds that are used to control a variety of weeds that threaten many crops. Owing to their low microbial activity levels, the acidic herbicides exhibit a residual activity remaining for periods of up to several months in soils and water. The principal objective of this study was to develop an analytical method based on liquid-liquid and solid-phase extraction followed by HPLC, for the determination of 2,4-D in paddy field water. The residues were verified via tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) in negative-ion electrospray ionization (ESI) mode. Linearity was good over a concentration range of 1-100 µg/L with a correlation coefficient ( r2) of 0.999. The mean recovery rates of triplicate results ranged from 85.2 to 90.85%. The limits of detection and quantitation were 0.4 and 1.0 µg/L, respectively. The method proposed herein was applied to field samples acquired from Hampyung and Sunchang counties, Republic of Korea. A simple analytical method was developed for the determination of acetamiprid residues in zucchini and zucchini leaves grown under greenhouse conditions using liquid chromatography. Residues were confirmed via tandem mass spectrometry in positive-ion electrospray ionization mode. The calibration curves were linear with correlation coefficients in excess of 0.999. The limits of detection and limits of quantification were 0.01 and 0.03 µg/g and 0.02 and 0.06 µg/g, for the zucchini and zucchini leaves, respectively. For validation purposes, recoveries studies were carried out at low and high levels, yielding recovery rates ranged from 85.7 to 92.2% in zucchini and from 90.5 to 101.9% in zucchini leaves, with a relative standard deviation of <12%. The results demonstrated that the pattern of acetamiprid dissipation followed pseudo first-order kinetics with a half-life of 1.9 and 2.5 days, respectively. The residues in zucchini leaves were substantially higher than in the zucchini plant itself. No residues were detected at 7 days post-application. Objective The objective of this study was to explore the possibility of the use of Virtual Reality Functional Skills Assessment (VRFSA) in a future regular clinical trial, as well as to report a preliminary result about effectiveness of atypical antipsychotics to social competence in schizophrenia. Methods We developed the VRFSA that measured subjects' performances automatically and used analogue scale rather than Likert scale. Twenty-four female patients with paranoid schizophrenia and 15 healthy females were recruited. This was a 6-week, randomized, open-label, and flexible dose study, and 2 treatments (baseline versus post-treatment) × 2 skills phases (receptive versus expressive) × 2 patient groups (aripiprazole versus risperidone) analysis of variance was used in the final analysis. Results There was a significant difference in the VRFAS between the patients and the healthy subjects (p < 0.05). Eighteen patients were included in the final analysis. We found larger treatment effect than those found in previous studies, and significant treatment × skills phase × group interaction effect on the VRFAS. Conclusions Our results suggest that the VRFAS is strongly sensitive to changes in social competence and thus especially beneficial in short-term clinical trials. Hafnium carbide (HfC) is studied as a promising material for aerospace application at ultra‐high temperatures. The protective HfC coating is deposited on carbon fiber at 1200 °C using a chemical vapor deposition method. Thermodynamic calculation is carried out to optimize process variables in the HfCl4–C3H6–H2 system. H2 partial pressure in the system has a significant effect on the yield, composition, and morphology of the HfC coating. When the ratio of H2/(HfCl4 + C3H6) is high, a single HfC phase with a porous structure is deposited because of the growth of HfC nanorods. On the other hand, a highly crystalline dense HfC, which contains a small amount excess carbon, is uniformly deposited on the carbon fiber woven fabric at a low H2/(HfCl4 + C3H6) ratio.
